Fantastic experience: Everything was Great! Dr. Mendell & Nene were amazing. I had two wisdom teeth pulled, the environment was calm and relaxing, I was talked through every step,& even got to listen to some calming music that I enjoyed !

Fantastic experience: Went into get a wisdom tooth pulled and let me tell you every single person was super nice and helpful dr bob walked me through the whole process before hand and continued to talk to me and make sure I was comfortable while doing my surgery, dr bob is Super knowledgeable and caring A couple hours after my surgery dr bob contacted me personally to make sure I was doing okay 5 stars definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I’m here in Orange, Texas away from my hometown due to a project that I am currently on here in this town and while I was here, I had to have a root canal done and the folks here at Orange family dental treated me really nicely. The procedure takes a little while but the Dentist Dr.Bob Did such a professional good job the time went by pretty smoothly his Dental since it was flawless in helping him, Matching his every step it was beautiful watching how in-sync the two were in their craft. I also liked the fact that I was given a full understanding of the procedure and how I was able to calm down with every bit of their professionalism being displayed And performed.

Fantastic experience: The Hygienist Kate was amazing! She was very informative and helpful on preventative care, she also answered all questions I had and gave good recommendations. I've been coming here for years and have no plans to go anywhere else. I'm always quick to be seen and in and out in no time. They have an amazingly friendly staff, dentists and Hygienists 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly & helpful. Dr. Bob explained the issue and needed treatment so that I fully understood. We started going here when we lived in Orange but switched when we moved back to Jefferson County. It’s worth the drive across the bridge. We will keep making the drive.

Dr. Bod was one of the nicest most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever met and his assistance Nene was so great on letting me know what I needed to after the procedure and was fantastic on keeping me calm throughout the procedure. Further more Kate the hygienist was amazing she not only did she do a great job on my teeth but she was the nicest most friendly hygienist I’ve met she throughout the procedure she kept my mind of the procedure by talking and listening to music. Fantastic experience: My experience was great. I got a same day appointment. All the staff were nice and helpful. Explained everything in detail. The doctor was super nice and made sure I was comfortable. My dental hygienist Kate was very sweet and informative. She educated me on my problem and how to help it/prevent it. My kids also come here and they are so great with them. Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: My appointment was 9am for cleaning, I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I filled out all the forms the night before. I drove 2 hours from the lake. The office opens 9 am, so should be first in line without delays??? Didn’t go to the back until 9:30, 9:45 some lady came in to clean my teeth, she was friendly and did a good job. When she left, she said the dentist would be in shortly. 40 minutes later he comes in looks me over for about 5 minutes and says he will see me in six months. I feel the service provided was good but the entire visit should have taken no longer than 30 to 45 minutes but took an hour and 45 minutes . I would understand if an emergency or even later in the day but not the first thing in the morning. My time is just as important.

Negative experience: I had an scheduled appointment today Saturday September 20 for a deep cleaning. And just because they dont have desire to work, just want to reschedule. I'm had been waiting for this day for a month, I lost my work day, but nothing else matters but get the insured patients money. I hope never have to return to this place.

Fantastic experience: Omg !! Best experience ever..I called about a bad tooth ache I had.They fit me in the same day ...I chose to get a root canal and it wasn't bad at all!! The doctor was super nice along with his assistant and the receptionist !! My kids also go here and they love it!!!!! Update..The root canal that was done is infected I should’ve known something because after it was done, it kinda started hurting! Waste of money

Super friendly, inviting, kind, fun, energetic, and professional — with even a little good-natured banter. Dr. Oorlog and Kenosha took amazing care of me, so much so that I’ll be scheduling follow-up appointments. If you need dental work done, this place is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Definatly do not recommend this place, went in there with an infected tooth, instead of offering antibiotics and wait for the infection to heal, they tried to pull it. It was the worst pain I have ever felt, the doctor was very rude, it was so painful I accidently grabbed his hand in response to the pain. And he yelled at me to never grab his arm, when he should have respectfully stopped and made sure I was OK to proceed.

Fantastic experience: I came here for the first time today with severe tooth pain that radiated up to my eyes. I can’t emphasize enough how much the tooth pain affected my entire mouth and most of my face – it was excruciating. The dentist took my pain seriously and treated it immediately!!! I prayed to God for me to find an open dental office with dentist who could make my pain go away, and God answered my prayers!!! The office scheduled me for the same day on a Saturday to prevent me from going to the emergency room, which speaks volumes about the care provided by the office staff. The dentist assistant provided great care, ensuring I was as comfortable as possible. After dentist assistant took accurate x-rays in fast time, she made sure ibuprofen was allowed to ease my pain and quickly brought it to me. The ibuprofen was in a clean little cup paired with a clean cup of water, which all speaks volumes about great direct care and cleanliness. A leader's heart has influence over those they lead, and after my visit with the dentist, I could see why the office and dental staff were filled with love and compassion. I'm extra sensitive to pain, and I love how he was careful not to cause more pain!! As a black woman, it's hard to find a gentle dentist who takes my sensitivity to pain seriously and really cares to cause as little pain as possible. The dentist numbed my pain instantly and made sure to explain that the relief would be temporary, lasting up to 4-6 hours, to ensure my comfort level until the prescribed medication kicked in. The dentist checked with me to ensure I had received first dose of Ibuprofen in the office to help with relief, which his assistant kindly provided earlier. The Dentist made sure to prescribe correct medications to rid infection and pain, which I was able to pick up at my local pharmacy. I love how this dentist was not only highly skilled with decades of experience but still took the time to explain the process, steps, and everything he was doing during my visit. I'm going back to get root canals, which was a comfort to know I didn't have to go to a specialist for it, unlike my last dentist who referred me to one. I informed the dentist that the last place quoted me $10,000 for all the work to achieve a perfect smile, which still included a referral to an oral surgeon. This dentist treats his patients as individuals with specialized plans tailored to what they can afford. He said we could do a little at a time, starting with the most important, which made me feel relieved and not overwhelmed by the costs. I came to his office looking disheveled, as I was only able to change clothes due to the pain. No makeup, hair not styled, and clothes thrown together – but he still treated me like family. Great all-around care and dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences my children could’ve had at a dentist! The staff was so incredibly nice and accommodating to the fact that I have to bring both of my boys in at the same time .They went above and beyond for us to be comfortable.. even putting salt under my youngest son’s tongue that has bad gag reflexes which works like a miracle medicine lol My kids came out with smiles and so did I as I enjoyed the complementary coffee !

Fantastic experience: i was honestly surprised on how gentle they did, i came here all worked up and scared but Dr. Bob was a very great dentist and the people who cleaned my teeth were also great!! they were very nice people and certainly very calming and caring! the first time i came here i had to get a root canal which was painful because of the infection i had but Dr bob and his assistant was very reassuring and relaxing!! i go here now without a worry on anything thanks to them!!

Negative experience: Went into the office today finally got the money I needed for service been saving for a while and was turned down on service they was so disappointing and disrespectful and all I wanted was mouth fixed I couldn't do anything but walked out the office and cry but alongs it a god is good I knows someone well help me and be glad to take my service i don't no what I do to deserve this but I'm going to pray on it

Fantastic experience: I have now had 2 caps put on by Dr Mendel. He is the best! Everyone is very friendly and professional.They accept my insurance and I have not had a problem with billing they way I did with my last Dentist. So far so good. I am glad I found them! P>S> I just had my 1st root canal(June 2025) and Dr Mendel is the best. He kept telling me I was doing great which helped calm me down. He always asks what you've been up to and treats you like family. I won't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: After having a not so great experience with one dentist at this location, my kids swore they would never come back. One developed a toothache over the weekend and since we were already established here, I made an emergency appointment. Met with the other dentist, Dr Rodriguez, and he was hands down AMAZING! Got a quick referral to an outside dentist as my son had a terrible experience with the last guy here and how he handled the shots, so i knew we would need gas. Once the root canal was completed, we came back to see Dr Rodriguez for the crown. Although he did need more numbing shots, this doctors bedside manors are top tier. He calmly explained everything he was doing and had such a way of making my son more comfortable with the process. Had we known his patience and techniques beforehand, we wouldn't have needed the specialist with gas for the root canal previously. We will continue using Dr Rodriguez for our dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rodriguez and Kate, the hygienist, are both amazing! They made me feel very comfortable with cleanings and with having two teeth removed and a temporary bridge put in place as well as my periodontitis treatment and the process of having a permanent bridge put in. This whole office has been SUPER helpful for both myself and my husband, who hates having anything done with his teeth. He’s actually looking forward to going back. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist!!
