Fantastic experience: Dr Stanfield and Sarah his hygienist were absolutely fantastic. I called in with no insurance and terrible tooth pain. The gal said they couldn’t get me in until tomorrow and I took the appointment. She called me right back and had me come in an hour later. This was my first visit to their office and they took excellent care of me from the moment I walked in. Every staff member was incredible. By the way, I never leave reviews, but this one was exceptional so it can’t go without praise. Thank you all so much!

Positive experience: Today I had a first time appointment with the Dr. The office is very clean. The staff is really nice. I won't be going back because they are very very expensive. My treatment plan was quite a shock. $6,000 for one implant. $36,000 for everything they listed. For that amount I could get all.my top teeth out and get all on 6.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office is always so polite and helpful. They call and check up on you after you have work done. I had prepaid for some extensive work to be done with a different dental office they sold out. I told Dr.Stanfield about it and he made it good, which he certainly didn’t have to do. I have referred a friend and my sister to them, which they plan on using. On a score of one to ten, I would give them a ten.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place with extremely friendly, competent staff and atmosphere. Meticulous, thorough, affordable and professional. Dr Stanfield is friendly, approachable and informative. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last year and ended up with one unnecessary crown beside the needed one. I won't make that mistake again. While I tend to dread visits to the dentist I am sort of looking firward to my wisdom tooth extraction tomorrow...

Their administration at the front desk is great at breaking down prices, communicating clearly, and being flexible with scheduling. Dr. Stanfield thoroughly explains his findings and treatment plans. My hygienist Michelle is very precise and gives the best cleanings of any hygienist I've had. She has the best bedside manner, is very kind and gives great advice for home maintenance. My teeth have never been healthier and I'm so grateful for Glendale Gentle Dentistry. This place makes me love going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: It's a bit of a drive for me, but this is the only place I trust with my teeth. My last dentist tried to pressure me into getting a root canal done, and I could hardly chew, which made me fearful for my wallet and my health. But Dr. Stanfield assured me I was totally fine and just needed to stop chewing ice cubes; ever since, my teeth and gums have felt better. Cleanings and treatments are affordable and justifiable in a way that customers without dental insurance can afford. I am pleased with the clean office, restrooms, and polite front desk receptionists. Honesty is the best policy for patient reassurance, and I intend to come back here for future cleanings. Thank you guys for being a trustworthy dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. Im afraid of the dentist, like full out fear, I would rather cry in a corner type scared. I've had many poor experiences in childhood so have always loathed the dentist. On my journey to getting my health in check before my 40th birthday, I decided to give them a shot because gentle dentistry? Sign me up! My first visit was comprehensive, he took his time and is very kind. Generally every other dentist I have ever been to just hand the office staff a paper with recommendations, and they walk away waiting for you to figure out the price which can be scary. He took the time, came back with the paper, went over what my insurance covers, what would be out of pocket and explained in detail everything I would need done and why its important. Not only was he kind, he took his time. All too often you're just a dollar Sign to doctors or dentists even, but not here. We had a snafoo with the lab and my crown not fitting right and instead of making it fit, he took more impressions and sent back to the lab for a redo. This place genuinely cares and I have never been happy to go to the dentist, literally ever in my life. Thank you for being kind and wonderful and making me feel at ease with my oral health and not treating me like a number.

Positive experience: Staff is friendly, the whole appointment was kept busy. It’s my first time coming here, got greeting by the Dr. and the lady that helped me Michelle was very nice. Since it was my first time only went through the x rays and went over what needed to be done. Currently I’m waiting for my treatment plan which is the price that everything will cost. Been waiting for someone for about 15 min.

Fantastic experience: Very knowledgeable and informative. Great clean and friendly environment. Was a patient at Smiles on Northern until it unexpectedly closed. Glendale Gentle Dentistry pick up the pieces and finished some work that still needed to be completed. I wasn't sure how I would like the switch but they have help me maintain a great smile and a healthy mouth. I am happy they got all the old patients from Smiles and wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: If you have dental phobia: take that, multiply it by 10… then multiply *that* by 5. That’s about where I was. At least, until I found this dental practice. I experienced serious trauma during my teens that left me physically anxious even talking about dental work, let alone sitting in the chair. But from the very first interaction, the ENTIRE team here made me feel safe, seen, and completely unjudged. For the first time in my adult life, I can genuinely say that fear has eased. If you’re searching for a team that is caring, patient, supportive, and actually listens - this is the place. According to my partner, I may be the world’s oldest wisdom tooth extraction patient (thanks?), but I’m also here to tell you: that procedure was a *non-event* thanks to this team. No pain. Barely any swelling. And yes, they followed up with a check-in call. Who does that anymore? My only complaint? I didn’t find them sooner. To everyone at the practice: thank you for your kindness, compassion, and encouragement. You didn’t just fix my teeth, you helped heal a lifelong fear. Truly, you changed my life.

Fantastic experience: Michelle has been my dental hygienist at Dr. Morgan's office for many years, she has cleaned my teeth. I have a very very big fear of the dentist office and she absolutely made me feel amazing. Also, I have an autistic son who will only go to her to get his teeth cleaned. And I think it is unbelievable that Scooby is in that office. I honestly believe that if it wasn't for meeting her and having such good experience, my teeth would not be in good condition because I was so terrified I just never went to the dentist. I have nothing but amazing things to say. I have been having more dental issues and yet again, I am feeling at ease. Although that Dr. Has retired I followed Michelle to Glendale gentle dentistry and I am so happy I did. I have a serious fear of the dentist and this office really lives up to it's name.

I feel they just didn’t care after I paid thousands of dollars. I would not recommend Glendale gentle dentistry . I see you wrote a response. I see you write the same response for all negative reviews. So far nothing has been done to make it a pleasant experience.No one has reached out to make it better. I now have to go to another dentist to fix what you messed up ! You charged an outrageous amount for my visits . Now, I am paying again to have it done right. DO BETTER !

Nothing was said to me at all untill I asked if he would be in to see me soon and only then I was told the Dr had left. Worse dental office I have ever dealt with.!
