Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Levy today for my wisdom teeth extractions. First and foremost, the staff: AMAZING! Each and every person working in this office is so kind and welcoming. From the front desk staff, to the insurance/financial coordinators, assistants, nurses, and of course the doctor, everyone was so supportive and understanding. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Kristi T. at the front desk for going above and beyond every time I called in for any questions or requests! I have never had a procedure like this before, but I cannot recommend Dr. Joshua Levy at the Kennestone location more. He even called me after my surgery to check in on me and give me advice, which meant so much. The staff also kept my sister, who took me to my appointment, updated throughout the procedure, calling her every so often to let her know how everything was going. They even provided everything I needed for my post-op care, which is making things so much easier. The entire team truly cares about their patients and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you so much to all of you for the outstanding care and compassion!

Fantastic experience: Knowing the procedure included numbing my tongue to clip a piece for biopsy, it’s safe saying I was a tad nervous…that was eased early on with the courtesies extended by the check in lady and the professionalism of everyone involved! Important that I add my concern about pain discomfort was and remains a “non issue”!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Wow! Wow! I initially had an appointment with another dental facility but needless to say, that did not work out well. HOWEVER, all things work together for good because that negative experience led me to Dr. Joshua Levy's expertise and his professional, caring, and relational-focused staff which includes Brittany and the front staff, especially the young ladies who processed my paperwork AND returned to give me insurance updates prior to and after my visit! Fantastic experience: I was nervous coming to my consultation for the extraction of my wisdom teeth. But with every question i had, they had an answer with reassurance. The surgery itself was unbelievable. i don’t even remember having it.. it was super QUICK! Every associate there was genuine with there words and attentive!

Fantastic experience: Very rare to find service like Dr. Levy and his staff provide anymore. Had all four wisdom teeth removed and staff was always quick and courteous from my very first initial exam. Dr. Levy even called me from his personal phone on his way home to check on me after the surgery. Had a mild complication afterwards and Doc and staff stayed after hours for me to arrive and assist on a Friday. Having dental surgery of any type is never fun, but if you have no choice I can’t imagine another place better!

Positive experience: We (I say "we" but my son was the actual patient) had a great experience at Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery. The staff was warm and welcoming, I appreciated that the doctor personally called my son the evening after the procedure (wisdom teeth extraction) to make sure he was ok. Downside: We weren't informed about the amount we would be responsible for before the initial consultation, which would have helped us be better prepared financially. Thankfully, my son was able to cover the unexpected cost. Overall, the care was excellent, and I would recommend them with a heads up to ask about costs in advance.

Fantastic experience: The team was amazing and went above and beyond! 2 days before my dental insurance ended I found out that I had to have a tooth extraction! The team got me set up with a telehealth consult the same day after reviewing the X-rays from my dentist, then Dr. Levy removed the problem tooth and a wisdom tooth first thing the next morning. I was amazed that there was no pain involved with the procedure, and Dr. Levy did a great job with the procedure. The nurse was super thorough with reviewing instructions and I was surprisingly comfortable all day afterwards.These are some truly wonderful and talented people!!! Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I went for an implant consultation with doctor Joshua Levy. Everyone was nice,friendly and helpful. Doctor Levy explained everything to me about my procedure and I hope the surgery goes well next week! Update: looks like the surgery went well,doctor Levy and the nurses explained all the steps to me. Very professional and patient care oriented! Doctor Levy checked on me over the phone after the surgery to see how I was feeling. Fantastic experience: My husband was seen on for a wisdom teeth removal. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the entire experience. My husband developed an infection post op (at no fault of the doctor) and the staff was quick and attentive to get him in and the problem resolved immediately. All around an amazing experience!

Negative experience: Dr Levy did not properly medicate my child for pain which required a visit to the ER approximately 3 hours after we returned home from their office! I followed all the instructions and my daughter was in excruciating pain. I called the on call doc but nobody called me back until after 1800 and by then i had handled the situation. Now their office is denying any responsibility for my er bill! Any parent would have done the same thing! How dare they hold their hands up and say “not my fault”. Yes, it is your fault! You cut her mouth and did not cover her post op pain properly! I am very disappointed.

Negative experience: While the staff was friendly, I thought it was extremely unacceptable to put us in a cold room and leave us there for over 2 hours. We were placed in the waiting room at 11:20am and the doctor did not come to acknowledge us until 1:26pm. I do understand these procedures are delicate and things can run behind, but the lack of attention to waiting guests that are paying upwards of $1500 is unprofessional and not good business etiquette. It would have been nice to have staff members at least check on us and offer coffee/tea or gratitude for waiting. This is why they ask for payment upfront. I would have asked for 10% off for this inconvenience if we had not already paid.
