Fantastic experience: I had an AWESOME experience getting my teeth cleaned, the staff were all very friendly and the whole appointment took less than an hour. Hannah my hygienist was very personable and did excellent work. The dentist was very professional as well. Very great price even without insurance. I will definitely be back.

Her gentle approach and calming presence make even the most anxious dental appointments feel manageable. She’s incredibly thorough, always takes the time to explain procedures, and makes sure you’re never left with questions or discomfort. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the well-being of her patients.

Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter needed an extraction for an abscess tooth. I called and they got us in within hours. She has alot of anxiety but the whole visit and procedure went better than I expected!! The staff were all amazing!! Very gentle, patient, kind, understanding and non judgemental, which is sometimes hard to find when going to the dentist. Helped ease my daughter's fears and we were able to set up a follow up appointment and cleaning so she doesn't end up in the same boat again. Im sure if we would have had a bad experience, her fear would have only continued and worsened which would have made it so hard to get her to go back and keep something like this from happening again!

I’m horrible with names so I hope they forgive me but the hygienist and dentist that took care of me today made the experience entirely tolerable. The fact they show compassion helps with the anxiety of treatment and they are very professional at how they walk you through your treatment plan and explain the necessities of any procedures needed and their compassion and their commitment to making you feel as at ease and comfortable as possible throughout your appointment . Hands down the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited !

Negative experience: I’ve always had a good experience there, but over the last few weeks, it’s been the worst experience of my life! Dr Clark performed a root canal on me and I’ve been in nonstop pain ever since! I’ve been back several times and still in pain, just to finally get referred to an endodontists who now will cost $400 which is what I’ve already paid this office for the original root canal!!!! I personally don’t feel like I should be paying for this treatment when I wasn’t in any pain at all before this procedure. I’ve even explained to them on the day of the procedure once it was completed, that my bottom teeth were hurting and they weren’t before! I’m now to the point that I can’t eat or drink anything without those three teeth starting to give a hard pulsating sensation and then sharp pain!!!!

Fantastic experience: The service at ADC was great. I had to have a tooth pulled and they got it done quickly and relatively pain free. 24 hrs later, I feel pretty good. Thanks, ADC!

Negative experience: I was told a price with insurance. Paid up front and was then billed $400 more. Then my daughter was billed for a prescription and paid to have it filled. Went to the office and they billed our insurance for said prescription and kept the rest of the script she paid for.

Fantastic experience: I have pretty bad dental anxiety and they are all so accommodating to it. The appointment also doesn't last more than a hour even with work being done which is nice.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit there today. They are wonderful! Monica is extremely friendly, makes you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable.I usually have trouble with X-rays. She is good at what she does! I experienced no discomfort at all. That has never happened before. Def recommend! Also very friendly staff.

Negative experience: IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD!... I HOPE THAT YOU'RE READY TO READ BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WAS AND STILL IS A NIGHTMARE! I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD 2 CAVATIES AND THE BEST OPTION ADVISED TO ME WAS TO GET THOSE 2 TEETH EXTRACTED AND GET SOME PARTIALS MADE. I TRIED TO ASK ABSOLUTELY EVERY QUESTION THAT I COULD TO COVER ANYTHING THAT COULD GO WRONG. I GOT THE TEETH EXTRACTED WHICH WAS PURE TERROR, AND I'M NOT EXAGGERATING AT ALL! IT TOOK THE DENTIST OVER AN HOUR TO EXTRACT ONE OF MY TEETH. LOTS OF PUSHING AND PRESSING AND POPPING AND CRACKING AND JUST WHEN I THOUGHT OK IT'S OVER, NO HERE WE GO AGAIN! ALTHOUGH THAT WAS TERRIBLE, I DIDN'T HARP ON IT, I THOUGHT WELL MAYBE IT WAS JUST A STRONG TOOTH. BUT NOW I QUESTION THAT FACT OF DID IT REALLY NEED TO BE EXTRACTED IF IT WAS SO STRONG? AND ANOTHER THING IS... NOW I AM FEELING A PIECE OF A TOOTH/BONE, VERY SHARP THAT WAS LEFT IN MY GUMS! MY MOUTH WAS STITCHED UP AND I WAS SENT HOME TO HEAL, WHICH TOOK AT LEAST 2 WEEKS UNTIL MY NEXT APPOINTMENT. ALTHOUGH THERE WAS NO CHANCE THAT I COULD PUT MY PARTIALS IN MY MOUTH BECAUSE OF THE CONDITION OF MY GUMS... SOMETHING TOLD ME TO AT LEAST PUT THEM IN MY MOUTH AND LOOK AT THEM THE BEST I COULD. WHEN I DID, I IMMEDIATELY NOTICED THAT THE COLOR OF THE TEETH IN THE PARTIAL DID NOT REMOTELY MATCH THE COLOR OF THE TEETH IN MY MOUTH AND THAT WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I WAS GETTING A CROWN REPLACED ON THIS NEXT APPOINTMENT SO I BROUGHT THE PARTIALS AND SHOWED THE DENTIST. SHE SENT THEM BACK TO BE CORRECT AND THEN I WAS MADE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR WHEN I COULD COME BACK AND GET MY PERMANENT CROWN AS WELL AS MY PARTIALS BACK. LET ME SAY THAT THE WHOLE IDEA OF GETTING PARTIALS WAS DEPRESSING AND SOMETHING THAT I HAD TO DEAL WITH ON A PERSONAL LEVEL BUT THEN TO DEAL WITH DIFFICULTIES WITH THEM ONLY MADE IT WORSE! BUT HEY, THAT'S NOT EVEN HAVE OF THE STORY YET... SO KEEP READING! UPON RETURNING TO MY NEXT VISIT, I WAS EXCITED TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF ONCE AND FOR ALL AND FILL IN THIS UGLY GAP OF MISSING TEETH IN MY MOUTH! SO I INSISTED THAT I LOOK AT THE PARTIALS BEFORE WE STARTED ON THE CROWN. WHEN I SAW THIS PARTIAL... MY HEART BROKE INTO A THOUSAND PIECES! IT DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ALL THE TEETH IN THE PARTIAL! THE TWO EXTRACTED TEETH WEREN'T EVEN IN THE PARTIAL AT ALL! I WAS DEVASTATED! ALL I COULD DO WAS VOICE MY TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND THE FACT THAT I NOW HAD ZERO, MINUS ZERO CONFIDENCE THAT THEY COULD DO THIS JOB CORRECTLY! THEY DIDN'T CARE FOR MY TRUTH AND WANTED TO MAKE ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES... ALL OF WHICH I QUICKLY AND FIRMLY, BUT INTELLEGENTLY SHUT DOWN WITH MORE TRUTH! THEY COULD NOT STAND THIS... WELL GUESS WHAT... I COULDN'T STAND IT EITHER!! AT NO POINT, NOT ONE SINGLE POINT DID THEY MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I MATTERED!! WITH EACH EXCHANGE IN WORDS THE SITUATION GOT MORE AND MORE OUT OF HAND! LOOKING BACK, I THOUGHT, IF ONE OF THOSE LADIES WOULD'VE JUST STOPPED AND EVEN JUST TOUCHED MY HAND AND ASKED HEY CAN WE START OVER, THAT WOULD'VE BEEN ENOUGH FOR ME TO FEEL LIKE I WAS AT LEAST HUMAN TO THEM! BUT OF COURSE THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! THEY JUST KEPT ASKING ME WHAT I WANTED TO DO NOW. I KEPT TELLING THEM THAT I'M NOT SURE, BECAUSE MY FAITH IN THEM IS SEVERLY DAMAGED! AS I ASKED MORE QUESTIONS THEY WEREN'T ADDRESSED FULLY... THEN I CALLED ATTENTION TO THE TEETH THAT WERE PRESENT IN THE PARTIAL AND I TOLD THE DENTIST "LOOK HOW SMALL THEY ARE, THEY LOOK LIKE BABY TEETH" AND I ALSO SAID, "LET'S ASSUME THAT YOU SEND THESE BACK AND YOU CAN GET THEM RIGHT??? (3RD TIME LET ME REMIND YOU!), THE SIZE OF THESE TEETH IN THE PARTIAL WILL NOT MATCH THE SIZE OF MY "GROWN MAN TEETH" IN MY MOUTH AND THAT WILL LOOK GROSSLY UNNATURAL!!!" THE DENTIST REFUSED TO SEE THIS AND SHORTLY THEREAFTER LEFT THE ROOM. THEN THE FRONT DESK LADY COMES IN AND ADVISES ME THAT THEY HAVE MADE A DECISION TO REFUND ME FOR THE PARTIALS AND OF COURSE I WAS UPSET BECAUSE THAT LEAVES ME THAT MUCH LONGER WITH AN UGLY AND BIG GAP IN MY MOUTH! I LOST IT! UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND, STILL NO PARTIALS, STILL STUCK WITH WITH AN UGLY GAP REMINDER!!

Negative experience: Gave me one price when I made First appointment then paid in cash at first appointment and then told my husband he still owed what should've been less than $100 by what I was told when I decided to make first appointment turned into over 500 more!! And the employee I talked to when I made his first appointment and told me what our price to pay was apparently no longer works there and moved out of state! Would've checked around more had o known this then!!!!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place any more. They lost my confidence. I went there for a crown. They put the temp crown on then called me a week later saying they needed to do a scan. They had done impressions but the dentist required a scan now. I went in to get the scan done and while they were trying to remove the temp crown I heard a cracking noise. It was extremely painful and even though I was crying because I wasn’t properly numbed they kept pulling on the crown. I asked if they have broken the root of my tooth and was told no that wasn’t what the cracking was. After they finally got the scan done they did an x-ray and told me I would need a root canal and that I would have to see another dentist for that since they didn’t do them. Long story short they put on the permanent crown and I never went back. I think this was 2022 but might have been early 2023. In the 6 years I was going there I don’t recall ever seeing the same dentist twice. The one that cracked my tooth was one I had never seen there before.

Fantastic experience: Been going here and taking my kids here for years, and I’ve never had a complaint. Everyone is so friendly here , and the kids are comfortable with the workers :)

Fantastic experience: I love the lady whom serviced me today. I'm greatly sadden she's leaving but happy that she remembered me after a whole year. This place is warm and has amazing people.

Negative experience: Went in for broken crown and opted to have the tooth pulled. Female dentist really didn't explain what she was doing while doing it. Clamp on tooth kept coming off and she didn't apologize or anything and she was really rough when pulling the tooth out. Didn't rinse or anything afterwards and she said I didn't need a stitch to close up the gaping hole in the back of my mouth, which is still bleeding hours later. Terrible bedside manner.
