Negative experience: I first went to All Dental in St. Clair Shores with my son for routine cleanings. The initial visit seemed fine—clean office, white walls, sleek, modern design—all very “shiny” on the surface. But the more I went, the more I realized that behind the polished image, the care didn’t match the appearance. From November 2023 to July 2025 I had to have several procedures redone. One crown turned into a nightmare. After the first root canal, I was in severe pain for weeks. When I kept calling and coming in, I was told they hadn’t gotten all the roots out. Dr. Jassim had to redo the entire procedure. That same crown started slipping months after. When I raised my concerns, I was told to “just wait until it falls off.” It finally did—taking the entire tooth with it. The tooth had been rotting underneath because no one listened. I was forced to have it extracted, and even though I said clearly that I did not want a bone graft, they did one anyway. I spent over a month in pain, embarrassed, and am unable to speak normally because of the gap. I still have pain at the extraction site. For reference, a properly done dental crown should last at least 10-15 years or more. Mine didn’t even last ONE. That alone says everything about the quality of their work. The gold crown next to that tooth, which they also treated, is slipping as well. I told them about food getting trapped on the other side, and their only advice was “clean better.” I flossed so much I loosened another crown—something that shouldn’t happen if the work was done right. That rebuild chipped within weeks. What pushed me over the edge, though, was how my autistic son was treated. One of the hygienist twins (I don’t know which) was rough, dismissive, and completely ignored me when I said he has sensory issues and can’t be held down or spoken to harshly. It made him deeply uncomfortable, and that’s why we switched to the Clinton Township office—where Randa was the one bright spot, patient and understanding. But even there, I was brushed off. They’ve called me three times a day to pick up a partial I didn’t ask for, offering no other solutions. The whole place feels like an assembly line, focused on output and image over care. The final red flag: their obsession with five-star reviews. QR codes on every wall, front-desk reminders, even a giant sign outside that says “⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ on Google.” They’ve been open barely three years and already have over 1,200 five-star reviews—now I understand how. I even got approved for yet another crown but decided not to go through with it after what happened with the extraction. I still need more dental work, but it’s hard to trust anyone after this. What dentist will fix the damage caused by another? I waited 3 months to write this so it wasn't impulsive and angry; but between the physical pain, emotional stress, and the way they treated my son, I can’t stay silent. Look past the shine—real care runs deeper than appearances. Reputable dentists who've been in business for 20+ years don't even have 200 reviews let alone 1.2k! So, stop calling me. Fantastic experience: I used to be nervous going to the dentist, but not when I visited All Dental! If you haven’t been to the dentist in years and are nervous, All Dental will take care of you with compassion and without judgement!

Fantastic experience: (2024) I had been to All Dental before and wasn't psyched with my experience, but wanted to give them a second try and I'm very glad I did! They got me in within a few hours of calling, and were able to do treatment the same day. Dr. Jassim was not who saw me during my first visit, but today he helped me analyze some sensitivity and determine I didn't need a root canal (as I had feared I would) but would do a filling that should solve the problem. He walked me through every step, explained what the treatment would be and why he thinks it's the best option. Very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. He was even able to explain why my previous dentist might have made the choices he did, and that made me feel better. From front desk to dental assistants to checkout, the entire staff was great, totally different from my first visit. Now I can confidently say I'd recommend them! (2025) Editing to add, Dulce was my most recent hygienist and she was a gem. Very empathetic and careful with any problem teeth, explaining each step of the process. Definitely going to request her from now on!

I Googled St Clair Shores dentists and All Dental- Denture & Implant Center was the first 5☆...The dentist actually listened to me as I explained what I needed from her. She didn't try to sell me anything to use up my deductible. We discussed the tooth which had lost its filling, and treatment for that spacific tooth. I felt very comfortable as the well qualified staff took care of me. I shared this information with my parents and they are eager to visit All Dental for their own dental needs. I may save all my dental appointments for future visits to Michigan.♡

This office is equipped with the newest technology and is super clean. You are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I always dread comming to the Dentist. Now I look forward to coming to All Dental my new Dental office. I very highly recommend this office. You are also throughly informed of what you need to have done & what needs to be done. The Dr. went over all my x- rays with me and addressed all my questions & concerns. They even fit me in during the busy holiday weekend & to get in before my insurance coverage may change. Do not Hesitate to allow All Dental to be your Dental office. They will take excellent care of you!!!

Fantastic experience: Hygienist and x-ray technician were very professional throughout my first visit. They explained everything they were attempting to do in a kind professional manner. The Dr. was also very thorough during my examination and explained and answered all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with all staff throughout my entire visit including and up to my check-out and also the receiving receptionist and the exiting receptionist upon entering and exiting the office. Everyone upon passing throug was friendly with a smile. . Dr. Omar was truly great and very kind. The person who cleaned my teeth was very personable also.

Negative experience: My experience was horrible! Started with a deep clean, I was not numbed enough for the first side, ended up in horrible pain. But 2 weeks later went in for the other side, ended up getting a filling on the same day. I ended up with swelling and bruising for almost 3 weeks afterwards. I had to attend my daughter's baby shower with a large yellowish bruise, which I tried covering with makeup. On my last visit I had 2 more fillings done and that's when I said enough is enough! I refuse to go back. I have never had such a horrible experience with a dental office in my whole life. I'll be finding a new dentist!

Fantastic experience: A truly fantastic experience all around. From how easily you can find the building, to all the wonderful staff, to how skilled and efficient they are at their jobs. They seem to have a lot of openings too, so it's easy to get appointments when you need them, and it's very easy to set up next time right before you head out. When getting my first wisdom pulled, I was nervous, so someone even gave me a small foam tooth to squeeze, even though it was done painlessly in a few minutes. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

I was looking for a new dentist and I came here to get my root canal done as my tooth had pain. They helped me resolve the issue and also were kind to patiently explain the procedure. And recently just had 2 fillings done as well here. Finally found my forever dentistry place. Thank you to all the staff members at All Dental for making going to the dentist a lot less daunting.

Negative experience: 2nd visit! Everybody is so nice so far. Great experience. Deja and Dr. Omar were very professional. 3rd visit, went to get another cavity filled but unable to eat on the side that was worked on during the second visit. It has only been a week. I’ve never had any major dental issues. I can count how many cavities I’ve had in my life. My mouth is extremely sensitive to even air touching it now. I am afraid that the same thing is going to happen to the other side of my mouth. If so, I won’t be able to eat at all. I’ve never experienced anything like this. I am questioning going back. I was also informed that Dr. Omar may have to redo the first side all over again. I’m happy with the niceness of the staff, but I am not happy with the results after my visits.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. The entire staff was very nice. The doctor was so very nice and accommodating to my circumstances and was very open on appointments to work around my work schedule. When I went in I wasn’t very optimistic as for my options..But I see hope in the future to get back a smile that has been gone for quite some time.

Fantastic experience: Had my 2nd cleaning with Tamera the best hygienist in the whole world. She really gets down and dirty with your teeth and she's quick and very kind. I recommend the flouride treatment afterwards, it's like the best feeling. I have not so great teeth but I'm on the road to a better smile with Dr. Anita who is the best dentist in the world. I've had a root canal and 2 cleanings so far with them and if you have fear of dental work and can't sit still like I do, I promise this is the best place to go. They don't judge you or leave you in pain or discomfort. No waiting for long times, they accept Medicaid and most insurance . Office staff is so friendly. I'm more aware and motivated to keep my dental health on point thanks to All Dental.

Fantastic experience: Man let me tell you... I'm scared to go to the dentist. I have panic attacks and anxiety it's the highs of all highs but when I walked into this place to drop off a door dash order I had great feelings come over me. I asked if they had an appointment open. She said yes at 3. It was 2:30. Took me a half hour to fill out papers. I was in the back in a chair numbed up by 3:05 and yes I watched the time. By 3:30 my tooth was pulled and I was walking out the door. I felt no pain. The doctor dentist did a great job and this will be my permanent office. I give a thousand stars to the whole office and the ladies at the desk deserve a raise for being such wonderful caring kind people.

Negative experience: Lazy and unprofessional. Charged me a 3$ copay. Then immediately reimbursed me, because of some "error"on their behalf. I Went about a chipped tooth and was experiencing some discomfort. They said it was "calcified plaque" that broke, (not my tooth). They suggested performing other procedures besides the main problem. And i am still experiencing discomfort in my chipped tooth area. Would NOT recommend.
