Positive experience: Hygienist had a wealth of information. I was on time for my appointment sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes was taken back hygienist did x-rays and told me I needed a deep cleaning, I would no longer be having regular cleanings which I was in shock. Waited 15 minutes for the dentist, no one updated me on me just decided to leave. I was there for an hour and 18 minutes and I waited for 45. Never once was I updated, never told they were running late, how much longer I would be waiting. I was under the impression when I had an appointment that was my time. I do understand that things come up, but the patient needs to be updated.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown today. Dr Wells explained the whole procedure to me before he got started and it all went very smoothly. I knew exactly what to expect. The whole entire staff is so nice and caring. They make you feel so welcome and that you really matter to them.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency exam and tooth extraction and Villago Family Dental got me in the same day! They were courteous and friendly and very accommodating. The procedure was pain free and very affordable. Thank you to the staff and to Dr. Hunsaker, especially for being so warm and welcoming as well as consummate professionals. Negative experience: Doctor Wells very professional. Sales pitch gum dieses yep defaults my teeth cleaning. Mexico gets my business on a basic teeth cleaning. Cash use to be king now legal system. Can't get a basic fluff and buff any more sad.

Negative experience: Update: The $350 charge is for the occlusal guard that I have not yet received. The agreed upon plan was to pay for the guard when I picked it up. However, I receive DAILY texts and emails telling me I have a balance due; yet the product has not yet been delivered! I will pick up the guard today, pay cash for the balance and never step foot into this business again. Previously: Terrible fiscal management! The woman who told me that the balance due was from the insurance refusal to cover one of the crowns. She was wrong, she was rude, and she had shitty attitude, stating "well Ma'am, you signed a form that explained this, you are responsible!"

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wheeler fixed a lifelong concern of mine by making my bottom teeth even.. I was very self-conscious about hiding my teeth when I smiled but now I can smile as I wish. The procedure was quite easy and not painful at all.. highly recommend Dr. Wheeler & staff!

She checked with me prior to starting with any procedure to make sure I didn't experience sensitivity or pain in my teeth or gums. She also finished my appointment in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: The front desk is so honest! Recently I accidentally paid with a $50 instead of a $20 and the woman working told me right away. Everyone is always so professional and genuinely nice. They try to work efficiently and rarely keep me waiting. Been going there almost 8 years and have no reason to change.

Fantastic experience: I am always pleased at this dentist. I was surprised not to see Dr Perry but the new dentist was fine. It seems like I have a different hygienist every time I go, but I have never been disappointed in any way. My appointment was on time, exam and cleaning were thorough, all efforts were made to assure my comfort. I had an optional procedure and pricing was well explained ahead of time with no pressure.

Fantastic experience: Just moved to Eloy in December and had my first dentist visit here. After going to the same dental office for over 40 years in Missouri I was a little nervous about finding a good dental office and dentist here. Everyone was super friendly and professional. They explained the procedures I need step by step. Happy to have found this place that feels like I’ve been going there forever.

I feel very lucky to have found Villago Family Dental. They are very accommodating to my needs as far as being reasonably priced and providing very good quality of care. Fantastic experience: Upon arrival I wasn’t confident about my mouth being treated. After my 1st experience I would refer everyone I know to Villago Family Dental. Dr. Wells & staff took care my needs & assured me complete satisfaction during & after treatments. The financial part was less than I expected & I was very please.

Negative experience: I first visited this office when visiting my daughter in Casa Grande AZ. I was very impressed with Dr. Wheeler and decided to change dentists from Morgan Hill CA to AZ. My last experience was virtually a nightmare. I came in to get two crowns and was seen by a different dentist. When I asked about that I was told that I would need to have my work done by this dentist. I stated that I fly to PHX especially to be seen by Dr. Wheeler. He only works Fridays at this office I was told so I tried to be seen at one of his other offices. I was told that wouldn't be possible because I would have to start as a new patient and they could not transfer my records. After dealing with all that, I made an appointment on a Friday when I was visiting my daughter and had the crowns started. It needed two weeks which was the time I would be there. I showed up for my appointment two weeks later and was told that my crowns were lost in the mail. I was leaving the next day. I was told several times that they had left a message on my phone, which I didn't receive. I then asked if when they find my crowns they call me personally and let me know so that they could be completed. This was started the end of June and it was now August. I called and they had my crowns sitting there but didn't notify me. I made an appointment and had to return to this office to complete my crowns. When Dr. Wheeler was trying to fit them in, he stated how they needed a lot of work so he was going to contact the clinic that made them because this just wasn't right. I stated they also lost them and he was surprised. I thought for sure he would know what is happening in his own office. He did say he wondered why I hadn't come back at the two week appointment. Apparently his office had cancelled my appointment so when I walked in, there was no appointment for me. I asked to talk to Dr. Wheeler because I felt we had a good relationship but wasn't allowed to see him. Mind you, my son was having health issues, which turned out to be lymphoma and I was dealing with this situation with my crowns. Very disappointed in the work that was done and the way I was treated. I will not be returning to their practice.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit here and FYI I am terrified of Dentists but everyone from reception, x-rays, the assistant and Dr Wells made me feel so comfortable it was pretty amazing! Positive experience: Honest Review: I've been going to this Dentist for several years now, done both simple and more advanced tooth care here. This is a good dentist. Their hygienists are kind and gentle with a soft touch. They give simple and direct instructions. Open, close, turn your head, etc. They are patient with you and will work with you to the best of their abilities. If you have any trouble like gag reflex or any other hesitancy with dentists, they will work with you on that and won't force you to do anything you aren't comfortable with. I've seen both Dr. Mark Wheeler and Dr. Monte Wells. Both were great. Dr. Wells is very professional, very direct. He will give you things straight. Dr. Wheeler is very nice and sociable. He was a champ even when I accidentally bit his finger while getting a crown put in. Didn't over react, didn't make me feel bad about it. Pricing is a bit high, but that is all dentistry. For an example, 1 crown cost me $450 with insurance. They do offer payment plans, so that is a plus. The only issue I would say is the appointment making system. I'm not sure if it is system error, or human error. But there was a an issue with it before. A little over a year ago I had an issue where I had an appointment, I had a text confirmation for the appointment. But when I showed up I wasn't in the system. Even tough I had confirmed the appointment. So I was rescheduled for another day. When that day came and I went into the office, I found they forgot to put me in the system again for a second time. I was rescheduled for a 3rd time. I came in and I wasn't in the system for a 3rd time, but they squeezed me in that day as I had now missed 3 days of work due to the scheduling error. I have yet to have a scheduling issue in the past year. I feel like they have since fixed the issue. The front desk people are kind and polite.
