Fantastic experience: AMAZING! I went in with severe mouth pain and came out feeling like a new person by accident, maybe lol. I’ll explain: I went in for an emergency appointment because I couldn’t bite down or eat due to an extremity sore tooth. They ran several tests to see what was going on. During the process, Dr. Z came in and poked around to see what was going on. Apparently, she popped something on my gums and said I needed a deep cleaning and maybe a route canal. Instantly, I felt sooooo much relief. I scheduled my deep cleaning, was given a pain management plan, and went home. Within 2 hours, I had NO issues and feel normal. I’m still going for my deep cleaning in a few weeks, but Dr. Z and the staff really are life savers.

Fantastic experience: I needed a 2nd opinion, and I chose Harris because I visited them years ago and had a great experience. This time was no different. The entire staff is kind and professional as well as great listeners, and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. I heard them treat the patients who were leaving while I was waiting the exact same way. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful atmosphere and helpful staff. Took my 95 year old mom for dental issue and she was very pleased and she is not easy to please. I will be using them for my family’s dental health from now on

Negative experience: This place is an absolute disgrace. The staff are rude, disorganized, and completely unprofessional—especially the lazy, condescending hygienist who clearly has no interest in doing her job. Her attitude toward immigrant patients is disgusting and unacceptable. Just a reminder: we’re paying customers—you’re not doing us a favor. They rescheduled my appointment without notice, then wasted my time with X-rays and told me to come back again for a cleaning. When I did, they still didn’t do it and wanted me to come back yet again. Do you think people have unlimited time to waste at your incompetent clinic? This clinic is a complete mess. I went in for a specific service, and after that was told I needed a cleaning. Fine—I scheduled the cleaning and returned as instructed. But instead of doing the cleaning, they took X-rays and then told me to come back again for the actual cleaning. Are you serious? Why schedule a cleaning appointment just to waste my time with unnecessary procedures and push the actual service to another day? It’s ridiculous and shows a complete lack of respect for patients’ time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that treats patients with basic respect and knows how to run a proper medical office.

Negative experience: Honestly worst place ever!!! APRIL is so unprofessional her way of speaking is horrible so rude and Dr. Z stays on his phone in his office!! I think April needs to get fired she don’t no any information on insurances!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McConnell has retired and Dr. Zahawi is now my dentist. He, as well as his staff continue too deliver the best services. I'm one of those rare individuals who enjoys going to the dentist to maintain my pearly whites My hygienist Nancy is the BEST! I highly recommend his practice!

Negative experience: Ever since Dr. McConnell has left, this dental office has gone downhill. I was told my procedure would be covered under both my primary and secondary insurance. Little did I know, the new dentist is not considered in network with my insurance. Therefore, they are now coming after me for additional costs. I have emailed them, I have called the office, and my emails have gone with no response. They have now sent my bill to collections. DO NOT COME HERE. The new dentist is SHADY. Update: They still won't respond to emails or phone calls. Horrible customer service!

Negative experience: I know my review might not make much of a difference since there are so many other positive ones but I thought I would give it a shot anyway. My one and only visit was pleasant enough for me to wonder what was the catch. Well here it is. They push services you don't require and they charge a fee even if you cancel your appointment the day before . I canceled mine about 23 hours prior to the appointment but was told I would have to pay $50 fee for late cancelation. I did receive appointment reminders but they did not make it easy for you to cancel the appointment. You have to call to cancel and I work a job that does not allow me to use my phone during business hours. If you are going to use their services, then consider these things and also get a second opinion on any services that are suggested.

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Experience I have ever had. The staff was very nice and professional and put my mind at ease.

Negative experience: I don't appreciate being lied to. I called this office a while back to make an appointment with Dr. McConnell. I was told he recently retired, which was a lie. This office has kicked out Dr. McConnell, so he moved to a different office on 8th Avenue. No "retiring" has occurred.

Fantastic experience: This place has amazing staff!! Nancy the dental hygienist is the kindest and most helpful person I’ve met in the dentist realm. She breaks things down in a way you can understand! Dr. Zahawi is very down to earth and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming here :)

Extremely professional and clean! They did imaging, check up, and my cleaning was quick and painless. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. They book up fast, so don’t hesitate to call.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dental experience I've ever had. The Staff is awesome! From the Front Office to the dental chair everyone is friendly, patient and kind! Dr McConnell does excellent work and goes the extra mile to ensure all procedures are explained and done with the utmost care. If you have dental office phobia this is a safe place to come. Update 6 months Courtney was my hygienist and was GREAT!! she cleaned my teeth the best I've ever received!

He is an excellent dentist who is honest and compassionate. Dr. McConnell and Staff educate their patients on their diagnosis, treatment and preventative care. They were all able to explain technical information on a level the patient can understand. They treat their patients as if we are family. Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a rough time finding a dentist I like in Fort Worth. There’s always a rude receptionist, assistant, or the dental work performed is awful. I was overdue for everything and they took such great care of me! I’m so happy I finally found a place I’m excited to return to and refer my friends/family. The cleaning process was not traumatizing like the other places who force your mouth open during the entire process when it’s unnecessary. They were quick with X-rays and so kind and respectful.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Harris Parkway Dental. I have been a patient of Dr. Brad McConnell and Karen Rhyneer’s for several years. I actually look forward to my dental appointments because of the professionalism, expertise and kindness exhibited by not only Dr. McConnell and Karen, but the entire staff. The new normal that COVID-19 has presented is handled by this dental group in ways that go above and beyond what is expected. This pandemic has caused many people to be anxious and fearful over appointments to all healthcare providers. Jessica always greets patients with a smile and words of encouragement that put one’s mind at ease. I am so pleased with this organization, that I schedule an appointment to have Karen clean my teeth every 3 months. Again, Dr. McConnell belongs on a Mt. Rushmore of excellent dentists. Fantastic experience: Always a good experience here & I have had a lot of work done in my mouth. My hygienist, Courtney is the best! She's fun with a delicate but thorough touch. Dr. McConnell is the sweetest & never recommends treatment unless it is ACTUALLY necessary saving my teeth & my wallet. I hardly ever have to wait here either which I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: Oh my! From the moment I stepped into the office I could just tell I had come to the right place. The front office staff were very kind, professional and friendly. I was in the waiting room for probably less than 2 minutes! Margaret was the assistant who provided my treatment. She had the most calming voice and the kindest eyes. She explained everything she did before starting and answered all my questions. She was slow and methodical during the cleaning. I usually require some type of anesthesia during dental procedures but I was so at ease I did not require any! Dr. McConnell was very kind snd gentle during the exam. I would highly recommend you making an appointment with Dr. Brad McConnell and his staff!
