Fantastic experience: So I was out of the country for seven months and when I came back, my dentist was closed because they’ve been remodeling and I wanted to get my teeth cleaned so I called my main Dr Roberto Andino Internal Medicine / weight loss (who is also amazing) and he referred me to Doctor Dr Ernesto DMD. He was able to get me in within a week. Everyone there is super nice. They explained everything before they did it so you new what was going to happen. x-rays, Teeth Cleaning all very professional no pain at all!!! everyone there is bilingual, which in Miami you almost have to be!! I am not Bilingual and I really appreciate being able to talk to someone and not have to use Google translator. lol I highly recommend Dr Ernesto DMD!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Patricia and the two main doctors are fantastic. Patricia performed the cleaning and gave me great tips for brushing correctly to not damage my gums. I had never been told these tips by other dentists. Unfortunately, I may have to see a specialist because some parts of my gums have receded or worn out due to incorrect horizontal brushing. Patricia used a topical anesthetic during the cleaning to make sure I didn’t feel pain near my gums and was very compassionate. The older doctor was also very amicable explaining everything in detail and taking his time. He performed two fillings and it was painless. The rest of the staff were just as friendly. The wait time was very little. The office may seem small, but the service is great and very well coordinated. I had no issue with parking in the rear. I will be coming back and would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Awesome dentist! I'm so happy I found them through google reviews. Very nice, attentive, and professional. They gave me the price before the extraction of an upper molar, and it didn't even hurt. This is amazing because my tooth roots go way up into my jaw. Packed it with a powdered bone, which is way more comfortable than the rocks I had at a previous dentist.

Negative experience: Both Ernesto are professional and excellent Dentist but after going to them for over 20 years my two last appointment were a disaster on the administrative side. The office changes your appointment time without a call or notification even after you confirm it. Unfortunately, I will have to go to another dentist just as my brother did as my last visit consisted of deceptive priving by them letting me know that for the general cleaning my issurance does not pay enough and that I will need to pay the difference. Why could this not been informed prior to starting the service especially when I have had the same insurance for 5 years and always paid enough.
