Mint Condition Dental -Cheney

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is pleasant and they take great care of my teeth! I was pretty nervous for my first appointment since I hadn’t had a cleaning in over 10yrs. I anticipated a lot of shame from them but they were supportive and had a plan to help me get my dental health back on track! I’ve been going in for periodontal cleanings every 3 month for about a year now and I’ve seen a lot of their employees in that time. They’ve all been great and my gum health has definitely improved! I also had a chipped tooth repaired by them and you can’t even tell, it looks very natural. I have referred several coworkers to Mint and they’ve all had great experiences, too.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience, I had an emergency appointment and it was handled with efficiency and care. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Khoi, he was super friendly and understanding, he was super easy to talk to and to joke around with. It eased my nerves about the whole situation, 10/10 would recommend Dr. Khoi.

Fantastic experience: I needed some work done and have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist; they went above and beyond the entire time to make sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I understood everything fully. Everyone is friendly, patient and professional, and the office is clean and comfortable. I'd highly recommend this office, this was the most comfortable I've ever felt getting dental work done.

She was so thorough and took the time to educate me throughout the cleaning. I never once felt judged, even though I was long overdue for my visit. Negative experience: Are you absolutely kidding me 300+ dollars for a CONSULTATION? Never ever ever would I recommended this rip off to anyone else. Even knowing we are on disability and having an emergency all they care about is cash. What a stain on this town.

Negative experience: Both of the crowns they did on my husband are having to be redone due to inferior work. I do not recommend them.

Negative experience: didn’t numb my mouth enough, so i felt when the dr was drilling. staff was very nice. mouth still hurts from cavity fillings.

Negative experience: The worst experience yet at a dentist first they were late at appointment was at 2 didn't get seen til 2:30 or later then had no clue if my insurance covered dentures and couldn't figure it out want me to email them my insurance info the had on their computer so yeah never agian and glad I didn't go with them

Fantastic experience: Outstanding dental office! From the moment I arrived the office staff was very helpful and inviting. The waiting area was very clean and had a great spot for my kid to play while we waited. Sydnie did a great job getting my x-ray done smoothly and getting me ready to see the doctor. Dr. Gibbs was very helpful, addressing the concerns I had efficiently, without feeling rushed and making sure everying was taken care of before I left. This office seems to have a genuine care for their patients as well as the staff, and it shows. I would definitely recommend Mint Condition!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gibbs and the staff at Mint Condition Dental are amazing! I’ve never felt more relaxed at a dental appointment. I love that they blow air on my neck to help with relaxing and the vacuum system with the bite block helps to avoid jaw pain! Glad we found Mint Condition Dental when we moved to Cheney!

I have referred family and friends and can't say enough about how wonderful Dr. Keck is. Highly recommend Mint Condition! We saw Brittaney today for my teenage daughter and she was phenomenal!! We have have seen a few different hygienists here and they have all been wonderful. But.. Brittaney went above and beyond. She gave her great feedback about things she can improve and tools to make it easier. Another great experience today!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a dental office where the staff would take the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my questions — Mint Condition Dental exceeded my expectations. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter and I. The turnaround time for an appointment was quick! For 3 yrs I was begging my prior dentist to expedite replacing a pulled FRONT SIDE tooth and every visit, she insisted other issues were more important and the tooth never was replaced At my very 1st visit at Mint Condition, they asked me what was important to me and that’s what they focused on…and just a couple months later, I have a gorgeous new GOLD tooth replacement and a shiny, super cool GOLD bridge!!!!!!! I can smile fully again!! I’m confident again!!! I’m so grateful and blessed to have found Mint Condition. I’ve always had a legitimate case of anxiety with any dentist and loathe appointments, even if they’re just cleanings! After a few bad experiences, I’ve just always been worried and nervous every time. Fantastic experience: I have had the best experience with Dr. Gibbs and his team. Challenges with my previous dentist forced me to search for an immediate appointment to address a crown that had fallen off. I called and they squeezed me in, having never been in before, and Dr. Gibbs spent probably 20 minutes with me and discussing my concerns, and, ultimately, recommending a new crown. They got me in today and, because they make their crowns in-house, I walked out with a new crown only 24 hours after I first called them. More importantly, you can feel the care and empathy in every interaction you have, and I felt heard. I am so grateful to have found them and will recommend them to anyone looking for a dental provider.

Fantastic experience: I am a 50 year old man and have been to many dentists throughout my life and I am here to tell you that this was by far my best visit ever! Hand to god! They do an absolutely amazing job and that is from a man who hates the dentist! New front tooth and a couple fillings.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Harsha and Savannah were great! I have some anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Checked in with me every few minutes to ensure I was okay and not in any pajn. I got a root canal and two fillings, I left with my permanent crown same day, and overall it was a smooth process. I would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: I will not be back! I had a kidney stone two weeks ago and it was less painful than what I just experienced. Not happy with the end result.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Mint Condition in Cheney since I moved here in 2021. I have always been pleased with everything from the check -in process to the final instructions upon exiting. All of the staff are so personable & go out of their way to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I have been pleased with any procedure required to keep my teeth as healthy as possible. I am not typically nervous going to a dentist as I’ve had a lot of work done due to enamel erosion. My appointment last week made me a bit apprehensive because I was having crowns put on my upper middle teeth. We’ve all seen those dental crowns that are way too thick & very noticeable & I was fearing that somewhat. I expressed my concerns to Dr Biggs & he assured me that would not be the case & eased my anxiety. The crowns turned out perfect & I am delighted with the results!! I have referred a few friends to this Dentistry & will continue to do so in the future!!

Negative experience: Disappointed after this visit. Hygienist only polished and flossed my teeth. Didn't clean and remove tarter, Dr. Applied the fluoride. When I was checking out... the priority was checking to see if my insurance covered the fluoride. No question on rescheduling for my next cleaning, which after not really getting clean teeth today I'm ok with.

Fantastic experience: My family have been patients at Mint Condition Dental- Cheney for almost 3 years and I can’t give them enough compliments! For me, I give them a 10 star review! The Doctors who have treated us over the years Dr. Keck, Dr. Gibbs and Dr. Boyle are all exceptional with the dental care they provide, the Hygienists are very personable and through with every dental cleaning and the rest of the staff are experts with customer service and such a delight to work with! They are truly focused on their patients and willing to take the extra step to help them out. I recently needed to get in for some quick emergency work on a tooth. I called them Friday morning at 8:30am and they were able to get me in at 10:30am to complete the work needed on the tooth. The immediate work needed only required 15 minutes and they made sure the work was completed ASAP. We are VERY satisfied, comfortable and completely trust Mint Condition Dental for the dental care, service and support they provide. They have a loyal patient for life!

Positive experience: Feel like an article moving through a machine. For the fourth visit in a row, my concerns were dismissed. I should have made more of an issue, probably, but I am hoping to find a new provider so I don't want to be overly negative.

From the moment you enter the building and are greeted by the warm and welcoming business team (Jem and Sadie are amazing!), to the quick and painless cleaning (Brooklyn was so great and walked me through everything she was doing) to the stress-free exam (I love how Dr. Keck asked me questions and made me feel like I had a decision in my oral health instead of just telling me what I needed to do) to the warm lavender towel at the end…I couldn’t ask for a better experience! Fantastic experience: Went in this morning without an appointment as I cracked my tooth last night. From the minute I walked in they were so kind. I have major anxiety and they worked with me to feel comfortable and help make me feel at ease. They offered me noise canceling head phones and a weighted blanket to help during the procedure of getting a crown. Dr Gibbs and staff listened to all my concerns. Probably one of the best experience at a dental office I have ever had. Would totally recommend them. Thank you for helping me with my emergency and making me feel extremely comfortable thru it all. Fantastic experience: My own dentist is good, but no longer works on Fridays. I called Mint condition as I had tooth pain. They were able to get me in that morning and I was able to get a needed root canal and crown. I was amazed to get this all done right away. Everyone was great and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They even gave me a one of those nice cups that keeps things cold all day, in a gift bag, just to welcome me to their office. Dr. Gibbs is an excellent dentist. I was so glad to be able to get everything taken care of so quickly!

Fantastic experience: I found Mint Condition after my old dentist retired. It’s been a good experience. The staff and doctors treat me very kindly. I’ve been there for cleanings and for pre-op check ups. And just today I had a whitening session which was less than pleasant but that is not the fault of the staff. It’s just not that fun but I do love the results.
