Fantastic experience: All Heart dental is by far one of the best places to be. I have to undergo 4 extractions. I was apprehensive at first but, I want a healthy mouth and a beautiful smile. Let's go All-heart!

Negative experience: Poor service. This office stated I needed a filling. I allowed them to do the filling. My tooth has not been not been the same. My tooth irritates me to the point it’s not comfortable to chew on that side. I had absolutely no complaints or problems before this procedure. I reached out to the manager. He advised they would take care of the problem. I have been back twice after the initial visit for the problem to be corrected. I request for a different dentist to work on my teeth. To no avail, they sent the same dentist back to figure out the problem on both additional visits:(. Five months later the problem still exist. I would not recommend Allheart Dental!!

Negative experience: Staff was really nice and attentive, but when going thru costs, they did not tell me they were out of network with my insurance and used up all my FSA (over $1600 for a deep cleaning). I would have rather gone somewhere else in network had they explained this .

Negative experience: I was able to make an appointment online easily after finding this office through my employer’s dental insurance site. The initial visit went smoothly, and I was informed by the tech and Dr. Nguyen that I had cavities needing fillings. I came back two weeks later for the procedure, expecting a brief consultation or follow-up explanation. Unfortunately, Dr. Nguyen didn’t reintroduce himself, explain the process, or discuss any aftercare. The visit felt rushed and unprofessional, and I didn’t receive the level of communication or care I expected. I’ll be finding another provider moving forward.

Fantastic experience: It’s been a while since I have been here, but the service is still impeccable. The crew is fabulous and they get the job done. Dr. Nguyen is awesome as well. He’s knowledgeable and takes care of his patients. Not to mention they have a BOMB playlist.

Fantastic experience: The front office staff offers a smooth and fast check in. The wait time is usually short as well as having actual work done. I definitely don't have any complaints about the services and care from the back office staff.

Negative experience: First time with this dental office, fantastic! Here again to try there services out again. So far things are going okay. So it did not go well at all. Waited for practically 2 hrs and the only service that was done were X-rays. I was asked to do a review on google and they would waive a charge for filings. Because I sat so long I had them close me out and email me my X-rays then I left. At this point I refused any other service. The Dr. on duty said they are having IT issues as he explained with frustration as to why it was taking so long and that he can work on my teeth now. I said no Sir, I am leaving. I left!

Negative experience: This dental office is trash. I just recently got a root canal and crown. Food is getting stuck under my crown and it smells horrible. On top of that, my gum hurts around the crown. I went back in to have them look at it and the young male dentist told me I have gum disease and that is why it hurts. They never told me I had gum disease until I complained about the pain. Then he told me the smell is from the cement under the tooth. Why would the cement smell weeks later? When they put the temporary crown on, it was hurting my gums as well and my gums bled around the crown. I have never had this problem with other crowns I’ve gotten at other dental offices. I can take floss and it slides under the crown. The moral of the story is that the dentist did nothing about the pain and the food getting under my crown. Never going back to this place

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with this office. I went in complaining about pain in one of my tooth. They removed 3 wisdom teeth and gave me some fillings the tooth I said was hurting and some others. They sent me home with no pain meds or antibiotics, I called later and they then sent a prescription in. After I stopped taking the pain meds the pain came back worse than before. I went to another Dentist 2 weeks later and saw I had an infection and needed a root canal. Extremely disappointed this DR made no mention of infection and didn't tell me I needed a root canal, instead he said if i feel anymore pain come back. I don't understand how this facility has so many positive reviews.

Fantastic experience: Took my mom for a first time visit today and we were extremely pleased with the whole process. The assistant Aryanna was super sweet and knowledgeable, the Dr was great and very informative as my mom has osteoporosis and he made sure to take precautions with her care rather than just going in blindly! Will definitely continue her care here in the future! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I have had work here done several times. Normally I wait too long to address the problem but every time they are able to get me in-same day and out the door pain free. I moved from the area and still drive three towns over to come here bc they are that good.

Fantastic experience: The place was cost and nice, I arrived 15 minutes early and the greeted me warmly and helped me understand the prices for what procedures I am able to offered with my insurance and gave me a good price with a discount on it! I greatly appreciate their contribution and doctor Chen with his expertise into focusing on the main problems to help my smile be more shown and be confident about it to the world and myself! Compared to other dentists I went to, I do appreciate their help and making my smile brother than it already is!

Negative experience: I love my finish product and I would actually give it a five. So, why a one? I will never get over the fact that with two dental insurances that they charged both the same price they tried to get $538 from me. How do I have a balance ? I don’t! I am looking at the EOB and I know I don’t have a bill. You actually shouldn’t have charged both insurances for the exact same services but that is a different story. The front desk lady tried to argue me up and down and the billing manager I assumed thought I was unaware how insurance works. The nasty attitude and simply not saying I am sorry I was wrong baffles me. I should have called Delta Dental for insurance fraud because of how I was treated. Now my teeth the before and after is wonderful but the experience with billing, I would never recommend this place.

Negative experience: Allheart Dental said my husband Jim needed several cavities removed. Dr. Omar was so kind and patient and filled in 2 cavities. We moved and come to find out later at a different dentist that Jim didn’t have all those cavities. Allheart Dental was just creating income for themselves. I’m so glad we changed dentist.

Negative experience: DO NOT....I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!. Back in February I had another root canal return from a previous operation I had done with them a year ago. Upon my visit, I was told what needed to be done before varying started. On the day of operation at the last minute David tells me he's going to cut 2-3 of my teeth out and be without any teeth for 2weeks. I told him that's not what was told on my last visit. David tells me to just eat on the other side of my mouth in between time. Something did not sit right with me when he told me this, I then told him I was not comfortable starting this process and canceled the operation to find another dentist/specialist. Mind you I had already put down my deposit of $188out of my pocket cause they used up all my insurance. David tried to manipulate me to sit in the chair so he could start(very pushy) So I left and went to another dentist. My new dentist advise me that I didn't not need to get any teeth cut out and I completed my procedure with her with no issues and a clear understanding of everything that will need to be done. I called All heart to get my refund for the work they did not do and they have yet to do so. Everything I call they give me the run around about the manager is not available. I go to the location and they tell me they will refund me on $76!!!! I now have to take legal actions to get my full refund back. Please find other options before choosing this office.

On what could have been an overwhelming evening, Dr. Osama, front desk assistants Ami (during the process) & Alexis (at the end of the visit), and dental assistant Aryanna all showed up with amazing customer service, kindness, and care that made all the difference. Dr. Osama's concern, expertise, and attention to detail were beyond evident.
