Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about Valerie, my hygienist at Mesa Ridge Dental. I have a lot of dental trauma in my history, which led to years of avoidance and consequence. Valerie did SO well with communication, pain management, and bedside manner through my procedures. I had a complication from my latest procedure, they were able to get me in same day, ease my mind, and give assurance that I was right to come in. For those who have had poor dental experiences in the past, this is the place to go.

Negative experience: Not sure if management has changed, but after 6 years with the same Dentist, I've been seen by a different Dr. on each of my last three visits. Each time they've called me a few hours before my appointment trying to rush me in, and each time they seem in a scramble to get me back out the door as fast as possible. This last visit was one of the fastest, and most painful, cleanings I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Most reviews are based on a single point in time, but my most recent visit was far and away the best. It seems that each visit here is better than the last. The front desk staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was both professional and personable. And while I didn’t spend much time with a new (to me) dentist, I was very impressed. So, again based on my most recent visit, I highly recommend Mesa Ridge Dental Center.

Negative experience: On October 15th 2025 I had an appointment. So I scheduled a cleaning for the 16th of October. Upon arrival I asked the receptionist for a copy of my dental work from the day prior. Elise the receptionist prints out the paperwork for my husband and explains to me his information and his balance from September 2025. Me knowing I wasn't there in September I replied, that's not my bill. She preceded to tell me about my husband information. I asked her for my information. She then asked me who was the person on the bill. My husband, I explained. She then gets an attitude so I asked to speak to the office manager. She never explained to me what I asked her for. Customer Service is not a factor anymore in some places. I was with Mesa Ridge Dental for years. Its not the same. Its like bring your money! The front desk receptionist Elise needs more training on how to greet patients. Her attitude was very unnecessary. I guess Hippa laws don't matter to Elise! I paid my husband balance and canceled my appointment. I didn't get any satisfaction from the office manager either. Looking for a better Dental facility. Respectfully: Angela

Fantastic experience: Dr. Flowers was incredible. She made me feel very comfortable, and explained everything in an easy and detailed manner. She also finished my tooth removal far faster than I imagined. She listens to her patients and respects them. Definitely will be seeing her again

Fantastic experience: Jenn is the best hygienist that I’ve ever had! Nobody has ever given me feedback on how well I take care of my teeth and gums. She was also very gentle with the scaler since my front bottom teeth are very sensitive. She did a great cleaning!

After a long time of not going to the dentist, they have made it very easy to get back into having better habits. Also the staff on the front end has been a huge help with billing and scheduling. Positive experience: Love the experience when I’m there, but the office is ridiculously hard to reach by phone. It always takes me multiple attempts to speak with anyone. That’s super frustrating, but I stay because I always feel like I’m taken care of when I’m there.

Negative experience: The front desk staff at this dental office is AMAZING! Very polite and professional and got me in and out so quickly. Ms. Mary (Dental Assistant)was also GREAT and very professional! She really took care of me and made feel at ease throughout the whole process. So thank you so much. I would have rated this office with more stars but due to the fact when I came in for my appointment one of the doctors had a Great Dane in the office. This is very unhygienic especially in a dental office. Who knows what patient in the office has allergies or even afraid of dogs. My star goes to the AMAZING front desk staff and Ms. Mary and again I can't give this office 5 stars because of having a dog in a dental office where you are getting your teeth work on is very unprofessional and very unhygienic and it was a doctor and they are the ones who actually has to work on patient's teeth. That is very NASTY.....EWW!!!

Positive experience: I am upset that everyone of the providers who I have given business to at your facility have left - Dr. Pfiser, Dr. Reposa and I liked the dental tech - Kyle. I wondered if there were issues with Management at Mesa Dental. The new, young dental tech lady who worked on me, while she appears to be knowledgeable, was a little rough. In addition, I was sprayed with water over my face several times and water ran down my neck. I know that occasionally mishaps happen but it happened several times during the cleaning. I don't want to have a bath when I go to the Dentist.

Negative experience: The dental hygienist recommended a deep clean. When I refused the deep clean and said to do a regular cleaning that insurance will pay for, she refused to do a regular cleaning. I told her I would go to a different dentist and she said ok. So I walked out.

Fantastic experience: This is my first appointment with them. They were very welcoming. Everything was explained to me by Jennifer ( Dental Assistant) from tue XR to the cleaning.

Negative experience: Let’s see, where do I start? How about when I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I find out that my dentist is no longer there (no one seemed to think that was important to let me know) and then was told that the other dentist “were too busy” to give me an exam that day. No arrangements were made by anybody to actually give me or schedule an exam. When I called (multiple times) and then finally to leave a message to see if they billed my insurance, still waiting to hear back from them…. They did however, manage to send me a new appointment that they automatically scheduled for me six months out and this survey. I’ve been going to this place for about 20 years and have never been more displeased and strongly, considering taking my kids and I to a new location. Does that review help?

Negative experience: Went here a few months ago to get a clean they told me I had cavities & an infection in my gums and it was gonna be around $300 out of pocket for a deep clean (tricare) I ended up going to fountain modern dentistry and had no cavities, no infection in my gums and did a routine clean $0 out of pocket. Will not be returning.

Positive experience: The hygienist was awesome. Unfortunately their is only one dentist on staff and that Dr was at training for the day. So my teeth were not inspected for any immediate concerns. That is a very large practice to only have one Dentist

Negative experience: This office used to be incredible. I've been going there for 10+ years. Recently they are so disorganized. The make appointments and twice now when I get there the office is closed and nobody bothered to call so I don't waste my time and gas. They don't apologize. They just ask if you want a new appt. They don't care about their customers anymore

Positive experience: I've been going here since I moved to Colorado, 4 years now. I always saw the same doctor who is no longer there. However I wasn't told this information so the last two times I went I was seen by Dr Flowers. She completely misdiagnosed me and sent me to see a specialist that cost me a lot of money just to be told that I was completely fine and did not need a root canal. Which was figured out by the same exact testing that Dr Flowers did. Fast forward to my cleaning last week, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth noticed a hole in one of my teeth and didn't mention it to the doctor. When Dr Flowers went over my teeth and my X-rays she completely missed it and was about to send me on my way until I mentioned it. Just not a fan anymore after the back to back problems so I will finding a new dentist. I do think everyone there is amazing and so kind. I just don't fully trust my care there anymore.

Positive experience: My husband and I started with Mesa Ridge Dental in September 2023. We both need some work. All staff were knowledgeable, caring, and explained everything to the T. Dr. Flowers fixed 2 cavities for me and Kyle has done my cleanings. They got me back on track after having my last child. I trust them fully with my dental care!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with my Invisalign experience. The results are exactly as I hoped. Any issue I had during my process was immediately handled with care and concern to resolve my issue. The ortho staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic experience: I needed to get a cleaning before my hip replacement surgery I also had pain in a Thoth found out the tooth needed a root canal done I opted for sedation. Mesa Ridge set everything up for me including finding an appointment before my scheduled hip surgery. Everyone was so amazingly helpful & wonderful

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth pulled. Not anyone's favorite thing to do. However, this was the best/easiest dental experience I've ever had. Needless to say, I will be back for other dental needs.

Positive experience: The wait to get my teeth cleaned was brief. The hygienist and doctor were professional and caring. My 6 month appointment to have my teeth cleaned was made while I was in the chair, so that was streamlined. I don't like the fact I had to wait after my appointment in the waiting room for the receptionist to tell me I was free to go. They were busy with other patients at the desk so my wait after my appointment was longer than my wait prior to my appointment, so the wait was simply to give me permission to leave. If there was something that they needed, which there wasn't, why didn't they say something when I walked in for my appointment. Prior to being called back for my appointment, I made sure to update my insurance information. I noticed from past appointments this is their procedure but I certainly don't understand it.

Fantastic experience: I’m not a fan of dentists in general. My experience was great. The hygienist was awesome and funny. The dentist was great and the duo worked together like a well oiled machine. I did want to bring to your attention, my cleaning appointment was totally disappointing visit from Nicole! I do not appreciate the disrespect and and constantly talking over from her. The push of products from sleep study and recommendations from other dental clinics? Who do you work for ? I will not use any resources or products.. You need to learn to communicate with Doctor and appreciate the plans for future treatments before trashing one person. I have spent a lot and continue to spend a lot for the Doctors help. This would have been 1, but I respect The Dr. Reposa.

Negative experience: I have had many problems with this dentist including misleading me about my coverage and not informing me claims were being denied by my insurance because the doctor her name is flowers did not have proper credentials at the time or something to that extent. They misled me to believe my wife’s filling had been all done and that’s why I had a big bill one time. They were supposed to handle a implant for me but never got back with me on it and when I thought I was coming in to the area prepped for a future implant finally after a couple months it turned out they want to take a cat scan and then did not get back with me until over a month went by and I called about it and then they couldn’t go over it on the phone and wanted my to make a appointment for a consultation again. Then they switched dentist on me when I was complaining and that’s when it was first mentioned something about claims being denied….we were also harassed by the hygienist my wife last saw because I accompanied her cause she’s from South America and needs me to oversee things and just generally be there for her in case she doesn’t understand etc. she hasn’t been here long; and we do have a significant age gap between us of 25 years. But we have known each other 10 years and recently married. The hygienist took it upon herself to question our age difference and me speaking for her…and said she should be advocating for herself…I kept it calm and even humored the lady with a story of how we met even though that’s none of her business. She was ignoring me a good deal at first too trying to speak to my wife who understands much but not all. I only do what my wife wants me to do and nothing more and didn’t appreciate being treated like I was some kind of controlling man over his wife or I was some sicko. Also the dentist Mrs flowers while working on me for the extraction with her assistant had to tell the assistant that my wife was my wife with an emphasis on she is my wife in which case the times of their voice indicated concern and eyebrows raised. This isn’t professional at all and is harassment. I believe they were misleading me and many things on purpose….through this whole year. I caught a couple assistant peering around the corner at me and my wife when we were left alone as if they were spying to see if I was treating my wife wrong or something. It felt that way to me. When the hygienist questioned our age and so forth and we were talking and I told our story, u could have heard a pin drop the whole dentists rooms next to us was quite and listening and I received a couple dirty looks from a young female hygienist as she walked from one room to another past our area…yes the rooms are all wide open and there is no privacy really from one room to another where we were at. I know me and my wife are breaking no laws…she’s 28 and a half…I have nothing to hide about our relationship but that really shouldn’t concern people and we should not have to put up with such treatment just going to the dentist. If my wife respects and loves me and wants me to advocate for her and watch over everything cause she trusts me and her parents who is a respectable family by the way is good with our relationship and gave their blessings; then who does everyone think they are in this dentist establishment to not only gossip but to think the worded and harass us? I have had enough! Oh and now when I confronted the issue about me over paying because claims were denied cause of Mrs flowers credentials at the time and I asked what I have to do?, report to the state board? Then I was told I need to speak to Silas the manager whom said he will speak to me tomorrow at 9 am…I just want to say I been trying to complain about things that were happening and not right and I was always told they are the ones to talk to and no one else and once I complained to another on the phone and only the business assistant would get back with me named Ron and I had thought he was the actually manager. There is much more to the story I would only stress not to take your business here

Negative experience: As a first time patient, I was slightly taken aback by Dr. Flowers when she met me and asked me why I was there. (I am guessing she had not reviewed my brand new chart or was not briefed by staff of me being a new patient??). The person taking my x-rays did not use the lead apron (which I noticed on the wall after she was done). Also, she gave me some obviously filthy glasses to wear for the bright lights. I mentioned that the glasses had splatters all over them and weren't clean and that same employee told me that it was their cleaning agent and that they were clean. They were not. I ended up meeting with 6 different people during the visit and the appointment took almost 2 hours. Part of the way through the visit, I was taken to a waiting room to wait about 1/2 an hour for a hygienist to clean my teeth. It felt very much like they had overbooked appointments and were not respectful of patients time. I have never had such an experience before and do not recommend.

Negative experience: I went to my appointment today and called beforehand to confirm that they accept my insurance. They were supposed to call me back, but they never did. I was told that I needed to call the insurance company first, which I did, and my insurance confirmed that the provider was on their list. When I arrived for my appointment and was in room #2, I received a call saying I needed to speak with the receptionist because I had to pay out of pocket for everything. Despite having insurance, they wanted me to pay $553. The service was horrible, and there was a lack of communication. I do not recommend this place. Afterward, I went to Fountain Mesa, where they checked everything in their system, and I scheduled an appointment for this Thursday.

Negative experience: I seldom ever give bad reviews,{ My Dentist is very Good} But billing and Office Staff very unprofessional. Double booking, following up On Insurance Coverage, Insurance agent said they don’t know what they are doing. Just SAD Never experienced anything like this In all my years in the Medical profession

Fantastic experience: I recently switched over from Fountain Modern Dentistry and I'm so glad I did! Mesa Ridge Dental Center does a thorough job without pressuring you into paying for a procedure you don't need. Abby was my hygienist and Dr. Machone did my exam. Everyone was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with my first visit. I wish I hadn't spent the last ten years going to that other place.
