Fantastic experience: I went in for a consultation on a tooth that was giving me horrible pain. Dr. Davis and the lady’s at the desk helped me decide what I felt was the best course of treatment for me. Dr. Davis began treatment that day! I was not expecting that! I left without that tooth, lol, but with plans in place for an implant.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided going to the dentist for like a decade bc i hate going to the dentist and i struggle with anxiety. And past experiences with some dentists they were a bit rude and rough/careless. I heard good things about this Dentist through my sister in law. Since she liked this dentist i decided to make an appt. Im not sure of her name but the lady who's at the front desk is super sweet & helpful! Dr. Coles made me feel more at ease, not judged at all and he was kind, gentle and informative. His assistant Amanda was also the same, loved her too! I would and will bedefinitely recommending them to others. If i would've known id find a dentist (and assistant) like " I wouldve went a lot sooner. They truly care them, or their patients. I set up an appt for my 2 yr old bc I liked them that much! My husband will be setting an appt soon too! Thank you for being what a dentist should be! Negative experience: I just called to take to a lady name carter and she is very rude . I don't recommend taking your kids there . They don't care. And scared the shit out of my 3 year old

Fantastic experience: They are all amazing. Both my sons have been going there for the past year. One of them has some sensory issues and high strung. He wouldn't allow anyone to touch inside of his mouth or look at his teeth. Staff worked around that and made him comfortable. Only doing what my son allowed and reassured me that they will work at his pace. Taking off any pressure for me to step in and try to get him to calm down or sit still. Just this past visit they were able to not only look in his mouth but brush them without issues! They are good with my kiddos and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I discovered this dentist office from a Google search. Child needed a new patient appointment for tooth pain and we were scheduled quickly. Our experience from initial phone call speaking to scheduler to procedure was excellent!! The dentist was kind and thorough with exam. The dental hygienist, Amanda was outstanding. She explained the treatment plan and answered our questions and concerns. Entire team deserves to be commended! Without hesitation, 5 Stars!

Negative experience: It's been a little over 2 years since my first appointment. Although the initial appointment left me with a good impression of this facility, I have since come back because of a issue with the same tooth. It seems the previous dentist went to deep with th replacement filling and closed of the tooths root canals which has resulted in a infection that will either require a root canal or extraction. I choose the extraction after I was told if they found they could not complete the procedure in this office, I would be sent to an oral surgeon in OKC when they could get me an appointment. That prospect was a little scary not knowing how long it would take to get an appointment in OKC. Since the extraction, the tooth in front of the extraction is now leaning to the inside of my mouth which it did not do before. All these issues could have been prevented if the first dentist had enough knowledge to cap the tooth missing the filling and not just guessing a new filling would work. I will be finding a new dentist to address the leaning tooth and bridge necessary to fix my bit. Apparently, at this facility it's the luck of the draw as to whether or not you have a positive out come.

Negative experience: The cleaning appointments themselves were good. However when it came to schedule the treatment needed they are booking into January. To have someone wait that long for treatment is kind of crazy. Especially children.

I have several teeth bothering me and the dentist I have been seeing the past year did nothing to help me whatsoever. Literally, he didn't even clean my teeth even though he charged my insurance as he did. After 1 visit to Shawnee Dentistry and Braces, we have a plan, next visit, I have 8 teeth extracted and a flipper made and 2 months from then, I have a brand new smile and whiter teeth with a new partial. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend them.

They were very considerate of the fact that everything was new to me and made sure to explain things very well. I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.

Fantastic experience: I had to leave my prior dentist due to insurance reasons. I was nervous because I absolutely loved my other dentist. My teeth have never felt so clean in my entire life. They did find a small cavity that needs to be taken care of but the thoroughness of my exam and my cleaning were out of this world. I already can’t wait for next time.

Fantastic experience: Rasha was wonderful and so was her technician. They showed me the X rays and told me what all needed to be done. And then l got my permanent crowns! I look so good! My 2 top front teeth were in bad shape. On we had a split which was growing. The other had quite a bit of worn away enamel and a piece missing at the end (which had once been a sideways split. Rasha was very polite and sympathetic. Very knowledgeable. Very smooth. I didn't know that it was possible to ENJOY a dental visit. Also, now l smile more.

Negative experience: My mother was treated very badly by Dr. Coles. She got a partial from this office, but it was causing her pain. She let them know 3 times, but the issue was not resolved. Our family encouraged her to let them know she was still in pain. The office told her Dr. McDougal was leaving and she needed to establish as a patient of Dr. Coles, so she got her next appointment with him . At her appointment, he was very rude. He said she just didn’t like how it looks (it’s in the back of her mouth, so obviously not the issue) and there was just no pleasing her. My mother is in her 80’s and a very sweet lady. She is not a difficult or rude person, but this doctor made her cry. I called the office and talked to the office manager Carson. She insinuated that it was because my mom switched doctors and Dr. Coles got her in last minute. First, the office is the one who told her to switch doctors and they scheduled the appointment for that time. But even if she was a last minute patient, it doesn’t mean she should be treated this way. Secondly, it is the dentist’s responsibility to make sure a patient is not in pain and should not just disregard a patient’s legitimate concerns. When I mentioned leaving a Google review, Carson got rude. I simply asked for the dentist to apologize to my mother and as of now, she still hasn’t received an apology. No one deserves to be treated badly by a doctor or dentist. And if a doctor or dentist is having a bad day, then at least have the decency to own it and apologize. I was also a patient here, but I will not be back to this office. Updated: My mother did get a phone call and an apology from Dr. Coles.

Negative experience: This place operated on my mouth for another patients operation. Using the other patients exrays and the Dr. Never took any exrays before doing the operation I completely do not recommend going here. I'm still having tooth pain and would not trust them.

Negative experience: Since my review was apparently removed I will repost it. Dr Israelson told me before he done the hardliner on my dentures, that I was going to need a whole lot of glue to hold them in. He told me this Before the softliner was removed. After the hardliner was done my bottom plate came back bent outward on one side. He had a bad attitude and was angry when I wouldn't volunteer to allow students to put implants in. Have been nearly 4 years with no wearable teeth because of this negligence.
