Fantastic experience: Let’s be real…. No one likes going to the dentist. My last experience at another dental office was awful. I was anxious and traumatized. I was having some pain issues and I called ProGrin because it was right by my house. They were booked solid for months but I made the next available appointment which was a few months away. An hour later, I got a call that they had an opening and asked if I could come in that day. Of course, I did because I was in pain. I thought it was really wonderful that the girl on the phone remembered I was having an issue and called me as soon as she could. Then, I arrived at my appointment. Nervous because my past experiences… but that quickly went away when I met ADDIE. Oh my goodness. I don’t know if she will ever see this but that girl is an angel. I felt no judgement and nothing but safe with her. I got my work done and then had to return another time. She remembered lots of details about my life, even my daughter’s name. It was really sweet. I knew I had to have my husband come see her as well. He had his appointment today and he was also really worried about it. But he came home and said how great his experience was with Addie and the doctor. He has some more work to do and we will be returning patients for all work and cleanings. Unfortunately, next I have to get my wisdom teeth out but I’m feeling good about finding this practice. Ok that is all. I highly recommend this practice. The dentists we saw were also great, but Addie is the reason we are comfortable and happy patients getting dreaded dental work. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Look no further! This is the best Dental office EVER. Very clean, Love the facility and employees. Everyone is so nice and the facility is beautiful. I would recommend this to all my family and friends. They have a comfort menu up front that you get to choose from multiple things to help you relax and enjoy the visit. Dr's and staff are truly amazing in so many ways. They get to know the patients and determine the best treatment plan for your specific needs. In my opinion the best Dentist office in the whole upstate.

Fantastic experience: I went to ProGrin to get my teeth cleaned and to have a basic checkup on my teeth. The reception greeted me and made me feel at home. My dental hygienist did an excellent job on my teeth. She was very gentle, precise at her work, and made sure she did not miss any spots on my teeth. She was very friendly, nice to talk to and clearly explained to me some of the things she was doing to my teeth. Dr Jackson took a look at my teeth too. This was the second time he looked at my teeth. He was pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable with his work. Thank you Progrin for an excellent experience again!

Fantastic experience: Because of lifelong dental difficulties and an injury, I have needed extensive dental care. As a result of previous experiences, at my first appointment with Dr. Ayers, I was very afraid. The kind and courteous treatment of Dr. Ayers and staff has helped alleviate my fears. Through years, there have been times when I needed emergency care. In every situation, Dr. Ayers and staff always have provided excellent professional dental care. Even once, when in an underdeveloped country with a commitment to stay but in pain and needing dental surgery, Dr. Ayers greatly helped by guiding the one person who served as a dentist to complete the surgery. Fantastic experience: Love, love, love the office. Beautifully designed and high tech equipment, with comfy dental chairs that weren’t worn out, or torn. The office is so clean, that you can eat off the floor AND no dust! Wow! The staff are friendly, joyous and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. My first visit; consultation and I felt the warmly welcomed. LOVE DR. JACKSON, who is up front, thorough, caring and compassionate. It was so wonderful leaving without fear, doubt, nor feeling as though I was stuck in the “grey area,” when it came to cost. I am a big chicken and hate needles! I’m actually looking forward to having much needed work done on my mouth. Thank you ProGrin, you all ROCK, BIG TIME! I appreciate the first class experience. PHASE II Y’all! Okay, so I already covered the part about me being a big chicken when it comes to needles. Dr. Jackson had already warned me that I would not feel a thing after all of my teeth were extracted. My response was, “Humph!” Fully armed with fear of the unknown, face mask in hand, I was hoping after sitting in the chair, that I would be transported to Mars immediately to one of their Alien lab, where they would just point a laser at me and whallah, teeth disappeared! Realistically and to my shock and delight, it was a PAINLESS, unfrigginbelievable procedure. Say what?! I am ultra nosey and usually remember everything, especially when it comes to needles. All that I remember is “Dr. Superman Jackson” saying, “turn your head this way and his darling assistant sweetly kept telling me to, “open your mouth,” as if I was going to forget! LOL! I was so thrilled that my face wasn’t bruised up and swollen afterwards. Dr. Jackson was soooo gentle! However, I will admit that later I was introducing myself as Frank due to being heavily sedated, even though my name is Rebecca. That I did not mind at all! Wow! I am sooo thankful and grateful to Dr. Jackson and his Associates, for removing the INTENSE FEAR I used to carry, about dentists. Should I relocate to another planet, I would definitely keep up my appointments with Dr. Jackson. He made me a believer! ❤️ PHASE III Y’all: Heavily armed with fear, afterall, why should I act sane at this point?! Truly, I do completely trust Dr. Jackson and Crew who are the BESTEST! As I’m walking to what I call their secret “Space Lab,” I’m being sweetly convinced that my next step of inserting screws into my anchors will be easy peasy after the dreaded NEEDLE!!! Humph is my response, while sounding like a drugged chicken as I’m plucking a feather off my arm. They did not lie! I was injected with said needle and highly impressed. It DID NOT feel like Dr. Jackson was going on a “safari hunt in my gums, nor did it feel like he was drilling for oil!” I would compare it to a needle you would use on a Barbie Doll! Totally impressed! Wow! I love the hidden “Space Lab,” because it is “non threatening,” big, bright, beautifully designed, containing lots of cool stuff/equipment in it that I wanted to touch. During my treatment and what also helped to relax me even more, was the laughter and encouragement I received from everyone. When all was said and done, Dr. Jackson warned me that I would have a little swelling and bruising. WRONG! I had a WEE BIT of swelling and NO bruising! This is where I’m sticking my tongue out at him like a kid! I had someone waiting for me and asked how long I was gone and she said two hours. Truly?! It felt more like 45 minutes, if that! Again, should I relocate to Jupiter, I plan to transport myself back to their fun office. The office really feels like a SPA and not a dental office. One last note, I had the honor of meeting the Owner, Dr. Ayers, who not only treated me as if we knew each other for years, but blessed me with a personal autographed copy of his book “Spark: Igniting Your Dreams.” I had a fantastic and very successful visit. Thank you ProGrin, YOU ALL ROCK BIG TIME!!!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic first experience at ProGrins Dental on Old Boiling Springs Road! What luxury! Warm blankets, lip balm, neck pillows, lavender scented face towels, an opportunity for noise-canceling headphones, etc.! Each staff member was so polite and helpful. My hygienist, Addie was an absolute delight. She was not only thorough and efficient but she gave me excellent suggestions for future dental care. The dentist I saw was "Dr. A." He was extremely personable and gave detailed explanations to my questions. I never felt rushed like I have felt in other dental offices. Although I was not a patient of Dr. Jackson today, I could hear him in the next hygienist's area, laughing and playing with a young patient. If I had young children, I would definitely bring them here. This is an office for all ages! As I left, I was offered a variety of snacks and coffee. What a treat! I will definitely be back! FIVE STARS!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience yesterday! My cleaning went as smooth as possible Kennedy doesnt have a heavy hand at all. I could have fallen asleep in the chair lol. Fantastic experience: I love everything about this dental office. Everyone is so kind when you walk in until you leave. Greg is a very attentive dentist and he pays a lot of attention to details. I like for the procedures to be explained and anything that I have had done has been explained very well. I came in to get my teeth whitened and Meagan was the dental assistant no did this for me. She was amazing and very kind. She explained everything she would be doing and how long each part would take. It was a very relaxing and great experience. Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend this group of folks. Very kind and friendly, also no hassle or wait. I was seen moments after checking in for my appointment. Also my hygienist was very friendly and approachable, she allowed me to be in control of my cleaning and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. There is a pro grin closer to me in Simpsonville but I had such a great experience at the Grenville location I will continue to visit this office. Their office manager tracked me down on my way out to make sure I received a complimentary gift bag for my first visit. Awesome!

Fantastic experience: Always a friendly greeting at check in. My cleaning procedure went smoothly. Such a great hygienist who explained things clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. Genetically, ProGrin has been the best dental practice I have had. Recommend them highly!

Fantastic experience: First visit and was pleased overall. They listened to my concerns and agreed with me on my conservative approach to dealing with current issues. The dentist was very cheerful and seemed to genuinely enjoy what he was doing and made me feel welcome. Overall, the hygenist was fine. She spent a lot of time charting my visit. I got a little worried as she started talking politics as it was right after the election but quickly stopped. Second visit, just as pleased.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience yesterday at the Pelham Road location. I have a 6month old baby and i had no choice but to bring him to my appointment with me. Everyone in the office welcomed him with open arms. One of the girls up front actually held him while i had my cleaning. The staff here made what i thought was going to be a stressful dental visit an amazing experience. It warms my heart that there are still family oriented businesses in the world. Will recommend to everyone i know!
