Negative experience: Normally my experience is really good when I see my normal hygienist but occasionally I get stuck with this woman who makes it a point to hurt whoever is in the chair. 0 bed side manner and so rough; makes me remember the days of dreading the dentist as a child.

Negative experience: worst service ever. I made an appointment with the dentist, gave my insurance, they confirmed my appointment (it was a week later). well, I began to wait for it. BUT 1.5 hours before my appointment they called me ONCE, but I didn't have a chance to answer. when I got to the clinic they told me that they called me to cancel my appointment because they don't work with my insurance and offered to pay cash. WHAT HAVE YOU DOING ALL WEEK? WHAT HAVE YOU DOING THE DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT? why couldn't you have given me the information earlier than 1.5 hours before my appointment?? disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Marina is the best dental hygienist ever! Super professional, exceptionally skilled, and very pleasant. The results of her work clearly show how much she loves what she does! The entire staff is wonderful, from the friendly and helpful front desk team to the excellent care provided by Dr. Gao.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend highly enough for invisalign! I got invisalign quotes from three places – this one was notably cheaper and the dentist (orthodontist?) I spoke with was very knowledgeable and unrushed. Also, a different place literally said achieving what I wanted would take 18 months to two years and these guys knocked it out in 12 weeks. Note that there is a cash discount that is worth asking about .

Fantastic experience: All staff is amazing. I mainly dealt with Dr. Gao, but whenever I had an appointment the visit is usually quick, hardly any waiting time. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new dentist in general or want to do the Invisalign treatment.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Tribeca Dental Care and for sure won’t be my last. Starting from scheduling my appointment, to the dental assistant to the hygienist all the way to the best part of my visit “Dr. Sedhom”. Everyone was amazing and super friendly. Dr. Sedhom explained the findings on my X-rays and what I needed to do. She wasn’t pushy and made sure I understood everything. Amazing experience unlike most of the other dental offices.

Fantastic experience: I have had nightmare dental experiences, but Tribeca Dental immediately made me feel calm and comfortable with their fairness and professionalism. After putting off orthodontics for many years, I researched Invisalign, and Tribeca stood out for their flat rate, the best deal around. They were extremely accommodating with appointments, rescanning my teeth and remaking my aligners and retainers until they fit perfectly. They were committed to the best outcome, and they delivered! Positive experience: Not sure why or how everyone here is so nice and personable but wish all my healthcare appointments were like this! My cleanings seem more surface level than they used to but they are still solid, and I will keep coming.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start with this place. On the day I went I was supposed do a dental cleaning with a complete different dental office and they canceled on me 30 mins before my appointment after confirming multiple times, I was furious cause it made me miss out of a whole day of work. However I called this place in the middle of the afternoon, and it was just for a simple cleaning, they were able to take me in that same day and mind you I’m a new patient. I was attended by Fabian and he did and incredible job he was super friendly and very informative and so was everyone in the office. Probably the best dental experience I've had in long time. I'm super happy I found you guys. This place deserves every bit of this 5 star review more if possible. A big thank you to the entire staff I will definitely be coming back.

As a broke college student, getting Invisalign felt completely out of reach — my confidence was at an all-time low because of my teeth. My regular dentist was trying to charge me an insane amount, and I randomly stumbled across this little hidden gem. I was definitely skeptical at first since they charge a flat fee for the whole treatment — I was fully expecting surprise fees later on. But nope — no matter how many issues I’ve had or how many adjustments I’ve needed, the price has stayed exactly the same. The staff has been super kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way. Positive experience: Just finished Invisalign which took about 8 months. My teeth are not perfectly straight and the doctor didn’t seem to be bothered to correct it because it was a “minor issue”. If I were to do it all over again, I would find an Orthodontist instead of coming here. The dental hygienists are nice but one of the receptionist is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I personally would not come back for any other dental needs.

Negative experience: This has not been a good experience. I’m beyond frustrated dealing with this office. Specifically regarding the Invisalign treatment, every time I go in, I see a different doctor who has a different treatment plan. What was supposed to be a six month plan, has now been two years! This is just an Invisalign factory with no continuity of care. Save yourself the headache and don’t go here.

I ended up getting my treatment with them without hesitation. Also appreciate them having the flat price on their website while other providers force you to call or submit your contact information just to get the idea of the pricing.

Negative experience: I've really enjoyed this dentist for a long time, but a recent incident involving insurance really turned me off from the practice. I was forced to pay my check-up fee up front because I have BCBS, which (according to them) sometimes reimburses the client rather than pay the practice directly—no big deal; they assured me they would reimburse the charge as soon as the insurance company made good. Nearly two months went by. I left a reminder for myself to look into this and make sure the reimbursement was made—it was not. They claimed they sent an email; there was no email. There was no call. There was nothing. A company that operates with insurance, should operate WITH the insurance companies—that's why I have insurance. I don't need the extra homework of making sure you pay me back for a service you've now double dipped on. If you're going to put that back on the client/customer, then you owe them for their time.

I was recommended to this dental place by a friend because I had a tooth infection and the pain was extremely painful. Even tho i was a walk in they took care of my pain asap, Dr. Tang explained everything nice and clearly with what my insurance that will and will not cover. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and an excellent dentist! I was searching for a 3D dental scan in preparation for getting crowns done overseas. After calling several places, I found that some refused to do the scan because I wasn’t having the procedure with them, while others were charging outrageous prices. Tribeca Dental, on the other hand, offered the same scan at a fraction of the cost compared to other places, and their service was exceptional with a fast turnaround. I plan to return for a post-procedure follow-up after my trip. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I'm an extremely nervous person when it comes to cosmetic alterations of any kind so when I came in with a chipped front tooth that I wanted to fix, I was very anxious. But, the results were honestly amazing and better than I could have hoped. It looks completely natural, like nothing ever happened and the dentist even lengthened my tooth slightly to match the other one. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I found this place from google reviews while looking for a dentist office that did a high volume of Invisalign. I am so glad I found it that I have to give back and share a review. Dr. Dorfman is a phenomenal dentist. First off, she genuinely cares about patients and doesn’t just try to blindly get everyone on Invisalign. I had a separate issue that she flagged might not make me a good candidate for Invisalign so she referred me out to a specialist before treatment. I really appreciated that she was so cautious. The initial plan she put together (and the aligners had already come into the office), wasn’t a good fit for me. After reviewing with the hygienist, I realized I simply couldn’t go forward with that plan. I spoke to Dr. Dorfman about it and she put together a new plan for me from scratch and reordered new aligners. She was super patient and actually listened to what I wanted and incorporated everything perfectly in my new treatment plan. Dr. Dorfman is a caring provider who ensures her patients receive the best quality of care and she actually properly listens to what you want / need. That, in my opinion, is not common for many providers. Separately, because of the high volume done here, pricing for Invisalign is very competitive. They also work with your insurance if you have any coverage. 10/10 would recommend coming to see Dr. Dorfman if you are debating Invisalign

Fantastic experience: The team here is great- the front desk is so kind, accommodating, and quick to help. The hygienists have all been fantastic as well. I have done Invisalign with them- it was a great price and they are so patient and helpful. It has taken me MUCH longer to finish. It was a very comfortable experience and I always saw the dentist at each visit. From my experience majority of the dentists are great, if you have to do dental work, figure out which one you are most comfortable with, even if switching up dentists they're pretty good with continuity of care.

They are so kind, friendly, helpful, skillful, caring,… you feel very comfortable in their practice. I had a visit with doctor Ziwei Gao. She’s so kind, makes you feel at ease being at the dentist and gives a extensive explanation of what needs to be done. I needed wisdom teeth removal, which was done by doctor Reiheng Tang on the same day. He was also very kind, friendly, skillful,… they really know what they’re doing. He carefully explained what he was going to do and really took his time. He did a really good job. They genuinely want to make you feel better and care about their patients. Even when you’re just a tourist. Staff at the front desk are also very kind and helpful. They make you feel welcome. Thank you so much for helping me!

Fantastic experience: I'm a 36 year old baby man with extremely sensitive teeth. Tribeca Dental Care is kind, patient, and gentle – everything a scaredy cat would want from their dentist. They talk you through everything and do a fantastic job managing pain. I've had a root canal and countless cavities. Yesterday, they gave me a fluoride treatment to prevent future cavities and minimize payments. These peeps are A+.
