So I came here instead, did my exam/X-rays for 18$ and had my cleaning done today separately. The hygienist, Sandra was so attentive, friendly and cleaned my teeth quite perfectly. Every appointment, even when I arrive on time, involves waiting over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to patients’ time. After enduring this frustration three times, I’m done. Avoid this place like the plague and save yourself the hassle. People’s time is valuable!

Negative experience: I made an appointment with Family Dental to get X Ray's taken for work @extraction that needed to be performed. I explained I was on blood thinners, and was told I needed a clearance from my Dr. The Dr. complied and an appointment was made. Yesterday, I called to confirm my appt, and was told they couldn't find my clearance from the Dr. I then explained, if they hadn't received the clearance forms, the appointment wouldn't have been made. The receptionist' !? (Myra) said at that point she couldn't even find a scheduled appointment for the day of the surgery...they try to say you need teeth cleaning and multiple extractions which will benefit my health. I will never go back to this Dental Office. There are other dental offices in the area that I will be looking into. After posting this review, I was contacted by Family Dental and they explained sometimes with all the commotion of the day, things are misplaced or lost. It's a fact of life, and I decided to give them another chance to ammend the situation. I look forward to my next appointment where I can post a favorable review.

The dentist here had the crown removed and the tooth pulled out and I was out the door in no time. THIS is my Forever dental home. I am so pleased in quick and easy they addressed this toothache!!! Negative experience: I went to get a deep cleaning. However I was told I needed to do this and the other with my teeth because the fillings i had were old. The ones they put now I can't even get floss between my teeth. I trusted the people and did what I was told was needed. Mind you before i walked in there none of my teeth were hurting or bothering me. It's been about 8 months and my teeth feel worst than ever. Super sensitive. Hot, cold, sugar no sugar everything bothers me. Mine you I spent over $2,000 out of pocket. Insurance paid about 1k, doing what they claimed I needed done. I went against my own judgment and now I have been suffering.. I regret doing what was recommended. Mind you I only did half of their recommendations, because of the price. Im glad I didn't move forward with the rest. Just a heads up, if it isn't broke don't fix it. We I told them about my problem, they claimed it will get better with time. Definitely not the case. Actually feels like it's getting worst with time. On top of that service was horrible. Appointments are definitely pointless. Appointment getting rescheduled. You get there before or at scheduled time and still have to wait 30 minutes plus before they call you in. Just giving the community a heads up. Be careful what they tell you may need.

Fantastic experience: Dr Spyro is amazing he explains everything in detail and even caught some work I needed done that didn’t show on the X-rays. I highly recommend him and his bed side manner is great as well. The staff is friendly and Diane is awesome!! The place is always super clean as well. Thank you for such professionalism.

Fantastic experience: What a beautiful experience. I know that’s hard to say going to a dentist appointment, but everyone seemed so caring and attentive. Fantastic experience: This dentist office is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been too.! My Dentist is Dr. Spyro and he is Amazing.! I’ve had to have frequent visits over 5 months because I had 13 cavities and a tooth pulled and 2 root canals…Dr Spyro has done most of my cavities there were other dentist who have step in…but they were not as gently and calming as he was to me.! He has the lightest touch Especially when It’s time for anesthesia…I barely feel a thing when he gets ready to poke my gum for numbing he goes in very soft with the needle but with the other dentist who has given me anesthesia were a little more ruff and I felt more poking that just drove my anxiety up the roof…after that I’m numb and don’t feel a thing, he handles me with so much care and his presence is comforting and I’ve gotten use to being in his good hands.! Me personally I would rather prefer it be only him doing my dental work cause there has been other dentist that have had to fill my cavities as well.! Also the staff and assistants is very nice and sweet they do a wonderful job helping and making sure I’m comfortable before seeing the dentist.! Shout out to Ms. Margarita and airacelly (I know i misspelled her name) but they were who I’ve had encounters with the most through my experience and they were just amazing assistance.! There is also a Dr. spananzes (I think that’s her name) she did my root canal and pulled my tooth and I really liked her…when she told me she had to pull my tooth…she assured me that she has pulled over a 100 teeth in her career and says it’s like pulling a carrot out of the ground…she seemed really sure and confident about tooth pulling and it made me more calm and less nervous.! It seemed like it was one of her favorite skills to do lol and her being that excited made me feel so much comfortable and less anxious about getting my tooth pulled.! Overall East side family dental I very much recommend them to anyone.! Thankyou so much I’ve had a wonderful experience.! P.s. I love when they talk to you as well as they’re in the process of working on your mouth, letting you know what they’re doing and what you should feel as far as pressure or anything else and them letting you know when they’re almost done.! It’s very reassuring and makes you comfortable while in the chair.! Best bedside manner ever.! 10/10
