Negative experience: I made an appointment for my child. A day before they called and said i had to pay 140$ for new patient plus i had to pay 200$ more for x ray. I don't know if they good or not doing their job because 340$ just to check was to much.

Negative experience: Our last visit. The dentist spoke no English and could not communicate with my son. Didnt even know what I meant when I said he had Autism.. their receptionist (whom has been there for years) is a very bitter and arrogant woman.

Fantastic experience: Great staff all around, friendly, flexible and informative. We have been taking our daughter there for 7 years. Wish we could find an adult office that we felt the same about

One of my kids has autism, and was mistreated at Florida City Dental and dismissed. Main Street took their time, spoke to her and was patient with her. Kudos to the dental hygienist and doctor. Glad I made this swap.

Positive experience: My girls have a lovely experience with the staff and Dr. Thomas. The staff was great, sweet, and kind. Only reason why not giving a 5 stars is was due to the long wait. Had an appointment at 10:30 but did not get seen till 2 hours later. I even with us arriving before our scheduled time. Not sure if it’s due to multiple scheduling at the same time. But it gets hard waiting that long with toddlers, especially since the visit itself took 15-20 minutes.

Positive experience: To whom it may concern, The post previously posted incident took place years ago. I can respectfully say my last encounter with the dental office was better than before. My son went in for a tooth extraction and his dentist was awesome. He woke up with no complaints. Thank you!

Negative experience: Very poor experience. The waiting time was over an hour, even though I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment. People who arrived after my appointment time were seen before me while I was still waiting. To get another appointment required for a procedure, the wait time is more than 5 months because they only have one doctor. Overall, not recommended at all. This was my recent experience, and I will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Terrible and Painful Experience! I would not recommend this office to anyone. We went for a tooth extraction and were told our child had to receive anesthesia injections because they were “too small” to stay still for laughing gas. They didn’t even attempt the laughing gas first, which could have avoided the painful injection. During the procedure, our child screamed in pain as the tooth was pulled — it was absolutely heartbreaking. To make matters worse, at checkout, I was asked to sign a form stating that we received laughing gas because “insurance would pay more.” Isn’t that fraud? This experience left us deeply disappointed. It’s clear this office does not prioritize patient care, comfort, or honesty.

Positive experience: Most Recent Visit 9/16 My daughter underwent several dental treatments, including fillings, an extraction, and a crown. The staff was fantastic, particularly the dental assistant who was with her that day. The dentist worked swiftly, and we were in and out in just 45 minutes for all the procedures. However, I was not pleased with the 3 percent fee added for paying with my credit card to settle the bill.

Negative experience: WARNING, WARNING!!! That was the biggest mistake we ever did by choosing this place to bring our daughter. We brought our daughter for a filling on the day of 09/17/2025, they did all that they had to do without giving a heads up of what the bill will look like. The bill was higher than what we expected just because we have a new insurance and we asked them to please bill us because we can’t pay it in full in that moment. The Manger said no we have to pay now if not she is going to call the police and she even accused us of doing that before which is not true we never had a situation like that before, when we are confronting her to tell us when did we do that she couldn’t find an answer and she screamed “ Leave, leave right now”. All that happened in front of other people that was there and also in front of our 5 years old daughter. My wife left the place crying like a child.

Fantastic experience: Main Street has been my kids dentist for as long as they've been toddlers . Dr. Coro was why we stayed, especially through the two hour waits and only a 10 min cleaning . She has the left the office , and not sure if I will continue to stay . The wait is two hours. With a prior appointment. Not a single seat inside the tiny office to sit unless someone gets up. My kids had to sit on the floor for two hours. New DR, not as personable as Dr. Coro was, but if they don't get it together and have a faster turn around , they will loose many patients.

If you schedule a visit for 10:00 AM, don’t expect to be seen on time—you may end up waiting until 1:00 PM. The excuse often given is that they “have orthodontia,” but situations like that don’t just arise unexpectedly. That’s precisely why scheduling exists: to plan ahead and inform patients in advance if there are any changes to their appointment.

Negative experience: UPDATED AND DOWNGRADED: We didn't mind the previous 30 minute wait, but we waited 1 HOUR AND 45 MINUTES TODAY. Everyone was very friendly and professional. It was super packed but they moved us through pretty quickly.

Fantastic experience: I had the most wonderful experience coming here. My 5 year old toddler has trauma caused at another orthodontist. Dr. Coro gave her the confidence to let her examine her. I came to this office looking for a second opinion, because my daughter has a cavity on one of her molars that is close to her nerve. Her previous dentist treatment plan was to extract the teeth. I came here looking to save her teeth, and I was pleased to hear Dr. Coro create a treatment plan to try to save the concern teeth. Dr. Coro not only gained the confidence of my daughter, but also mines. In addition, I am self pay. My daughter does not have dental insurance. The staff worked together to help me find ways to cover for the services my daughter will be needing. I am thankful for finding this place and I will be definitely recommending it to everyone.

Negative experience: Appointment at 9:30. Took over an hour to be seen while people after us went back. Did not get check on, inw with ornuodated. Finally got cleaning and 2 patients who finished after us were seen first with no reason given. We missed other appointments because this took so long. Then email for review asked not to rate negatively so there's that. Always crowded with nowhere to sit i waiting room because of things like this.

Additionally, I was left waiting eternally for to schedule my son's odontology treatment, after multiple calls I decided to go another clinic. Negative experience: Please make sure to call your insurance company and verify benefits yourself. My son recently got his braces on i gave the front desk my insurance information like 4 different times always an excuse for not calling or do the process. I called my insurance myself i find out my son have coverage office is in network but yet no claim on file. Please hire more efficient personal to work in the office. The place sucks big time. Office manager Griselda needs to get fired. Two years later new management and the services is horrible. My son and I waited 45 minutes for a simple cleaning and consult. Please take into consideration the parents time from work and also the kids time away from school. Hopefully today it will be our last follow up appointment. Definitely changing dentist I wish I can rate this place with a zero no star.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible. Today I had a 10:30 and 11:00 appointment for my son and daughter (who is a baby) as new patients and we were not even SEEN until 11:40. When I got there, there were so many people, I Was sitting on the floor with my baby and they called me up and told me to go in a room since they were going to be ready for my kids shortly anyways Because they couldn’t have children three and younger in the waiting room anymore. They put me in there with a single dad with his three year old daughter, and I waited in there for forty minutes. During that time, I went over to the desk three times. The first time they told me I was going to be called soon, The second time I was told by the office manager I was going to be called next, And the third time they ignored me and didn’t even wanna talk to me even with my baby screaming because it was her lunchtime. They finally came into the room to take care of the dad with the little girl who had an appointment at 11 o’clock. When I said something, they just said oh we’ll take you next and they started cleaning the little girl with me and my kids in the room like it was no big deal. They had no privacy. And then they started talking to me about the little girl because they thought I was her mother And that we were a family.That’s when somebody finally came in and decided to check in on what was going on. They have all the patients printed on a sheet of paper and in a clear bin for them to call on, and I would constantly see them skip over my children and Keep picking people who came after me.By the time I was called not only were people leaving who were never even in the waiting room with me to begin with since they came after, but the father who checked in after me when I walked in, who came early for an 11 o’clock, also left right when my son started getting his X rays. Both the cleaning and dentist people were apologetic and said they were never even aware But they have all their appointments logged in on the computer in every single room so there’s no way that they don’t notice that a patient checked in and they haven’t seen them so that also didn’t make any sense although I will admit they were nice- especially the person who cleaned my children’s teeth. When I was leaving, I spoke to the office manager, Which is when I found out She was the office manager and she tells me she was apologetic, but their system went down and it’s not normally like that And then I told her that that excuse didn’t work with me because she’s the one who showed me that everything was printed and clear bins and that my children were next and she just goes Oh yeah. She told me the next time I call to ask to speak to her so she can set me up with the best available time so that I don’t have to wait but all the way around it was poor customer service and it started with the receptionists because all 3 of them were terrible and they were the ones who created the problem and put me in the room in the first place. The office manager then she tells me The system error Doesn’t excuse what happened but if anything, it fell on the dentist Even though the dentist is not the one to sit me or put me in a room.All they had were excuses and poor customer service, and they all pointed fingers at each other. I told every single one of them I would not be coming back and they all just shrugged their shoulders.They overbooked all the appointments that you can see their appointment log was completely filled out and parking was terrible because it took me about 15 minutes to even find a parking spot. I was also told from people on the staff and from people in the waiting room, but this is an every day occurrence. I am so glad I missed a day of work for this and I honestly feel I got nothing accomplished with my two children. 2 new patients and we will not be coming back.My 10:30 appointment was finished by 12:30 and my baby was super fussy and angry. They need a new office manager, new receptionist and a new system. Considering they are a pediatric dentist it made all of this extremely worse to go through.

Fantastic experience: My child had an emergency and this team did everything they could to get me in the same day. They are a blessing. The staff is caring, they do not rush with your child and make sure everything is right. As for the people complaining about a wait, it’s MIAMI! Every single waiting room in Miami is going to be a wait, common sense. If you think a dentist/orthodontist appointment can be done on your work lunch break, maybe you should use your brain and pull your sense out from under that rock before leaving a hard working team a bad review.

Positive experience: The dentist and dental hygienist are great! The only downside is the wait time to be seen. There are several children scheduled at the same time and they all have to be seen by the dentist so it’s very time consuming. For example my kids appointment was at 1030am and we were not seen until 1145am and walked out the office at 1pm. We have visited this office at least 4 times now and the experience has been the same. Bring some entertainment and snacks because you will be waiting a while. Annual cleaning follow up: wait time has gotten worse if that was possible. There are at least 15- 20 kids with the same appointment time. A simple cleaning can take up to 2-3 hours. Be prepared to wait.

Place is horrible. If you like little factories of getting in and getting out with no personalities then go ahead and come here. Negative experience: Waited an hour. Went to ask when we were next and told me we didn't have an appointment. But I got this request for a review, meaning he was scheduled for something. Didn't tell us we didn't have an appointment until after I asked, an hour later. Instead skipped over us instead of acknowledging that we were there waiting. So did we have an appointment or not? I called a week earlier to reschedule. Frustrated because I drove an hour to get there, pulled my son out of school and had to drive an hour back. Didn't tell us we had to bring his retainer for the appointment, therefore would not see him. Seems like a waste of a day for me to take off of work and have him miss his classes for no reason. Paid for services in full. Will be taking the rest of our dental care elsewhere. Sent an email requesting records to do so but still have not gotten a response. We still have braces that need to be tended to, so we'll see what happens...

Negative experience: Dental work is fine but they do so much dental work they neglected to notice they pintched my daughters lip to where her lip hurts more than having a tooth extracted. It was swollen for 3 days. Having to ice it and give her tylenol for the pain of her lip and not the tooth. When I took my sons they ensured these things did not happen. Def a different doctor than what my sons had.
