Fantastic experience: Dr. Najjar was the second dentist I saw regarding a broken filling. The location of the filling was extremely close to a nerve and the first dentist I saw did not attempt to replace the filling and referred me out. When I saw Dr. Najjar, she explained the risks of attempting to replace the filling but also stated they may not come to pass. Throughout the complicated procedure, she remained diligent and conscientious of any discomfort (in fact, I fell asleep during it). After my appointment, she periodically checked in with me as well! I am extremely grateful to have come across her practice. I am about 2 weeks out and it is such a relief to have avoided a root canal and now be able to return to normal. Her clinic was up to date and well run. I struggle to follow up at appointments but their personalized attention and excellent patient care makes it much easier to do so.

Negative experience: New staff, kids in office, ni greeting from new staff. Basic ignor behavior. I was welcomed by old staff. On my departure new staff person acted rude saying I did not complete paperwork. She sent it to my husband phone for him. How am I suppose to do it. She was hauty saying I did send it. Office does not feel welcoming

I met Dr.Najjar and Dr. Lee today. They were both warm and welcoming! They both spent time from their schedules to introduce themselves and have a sincere conversation. I was impressed. I pray the existing team, who has taken care of my family and friends for over two decades, are allowed to remain and deliver the same excellent service. The Hygienist, Candi, who did my cleaning, is the best! Candi is patient and ensures an excellent customer experience every time! She has been with my family and taken care of my daughters since they grew from toddlers into young women. Also, Thank you Dr. Marsh for being the best Dentist one could ever have. Susan, the one who has been by Dr. Marsh’s side, is top notch! Susan keeps the process moving and is always on point ensuring the medical procedures with Dr. Marsh are first class and flawless. In closing, we can’t imagine Kathy not being there with her intimate client knowledge and her ability to keep all of us in harmony. She has managed my family’s dental care for over thirty years. She is blessed with wisdom and can keep everything in perfect peace. Welcome Dr. Najjar and Dr. Lee. You inherited a great loyal Team from Dr. Marsh and Dr. Williams! I am excited to watch you both soar to new heights!

Negative experience: Horrible experience from this place!!!! My whole family went in and my Mom was in the chair patiently waiting for over an hour while we could hear the doctor talking to other patients in other rooms. We originally thought we'd be about 5-10min late because of a traffic accident ahead so Mom called and told them, but we ended up walking in only 1min past the appointment time with the assistant taking us back a minute after that. The dentist didn't see my Mom until a whole hour and a half after the appointment time while she sat in the exam chair waiting!!! The dentist did say she was running behind that day, but then we'd heard that from her before. So many other ridiculous things happen at this place we no longer go to and it's clear from all the edited reviews that they try to bribe people to change their reviews, but since we no longer go here I won't be editing mine!!! They deserve "0" stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Dentist very detailed with great bed side manners. She listens to her patients and find the best resolution for treatment. Wasn't a fan of the $40 office fee for me and my dependent; however, after the 1st initial visit we wasn't charged again. Office staff is friendly and the office always smells great and clean.

Negative experience: The WORST dentist! I swear every time I come here it’s something! An extremely long wait or they want to charge you for services you did not ask for! This dentist office seems like a money grub! Who books 3-5 patients at 9 am when you OPEN knowing you only have one doctor! Went in for a basic cleaning that’s covered under my insurance, they want a $56 copay talking about the doctor diagnosed me with something according to my last visit which I had absolutely no clue about until walking in! Highly NOT recommended in my full opinion! We are no longer patients of amaze.

Fantastic experience: Amaze Dental provided me with excellent customer service and patient care. Dr. Li made sure that I was well aware of all dental issues that she encountered during my visit and created a well planned out solution in order to minimize pain and manage all of my cavities and other procedures that I needed. In addition, the front office made sure that I knew about all of the financing options and helped me to select the most suitable option for me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Caitlyn Le is wonderful! Going to the dentist isn't fun...I mean, I'm just telling the truth :-) But, Dr. Le makes it bearable. Getting numb is the worse part of having to get a crown but Dr. Le's technique makes me not want to climb out of the chair and die! :-) She's great!

Fantastic experience: Overall I had a great experience. I arrived a little early out of habit. I was greeted by the front desk staff and checked in. I was promptly called back, even a little prior to my appointment time. The technician was wonderful very polite and professional. She got some X-rays and wrote down my concerns. The Doc was great also. Thoroughly explained some treatment options and why they were the correct option. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Positive experience: The office of Dr. Lea is operated by a professional and friendly staff who goes out of their way to help the patients have the best dental health and a great smile. I'm also grateful that she's determined to work with her cases until the patient is completely satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I called around in search for a in network dentist that had the earliest appointments for new patients. I had a filling fall out on my back molar. Sadly, it was just an initially examination but after confirming with X-rays I was given a temporary filling to until my crown date. The reason I gave Amaze Dental a 5 star rating was my appointment was their speed of care. My appointment was at 9 am, I walked in confirmed who I was at 8:45 and I was sitting in a chair talking to the tech/ nurse at 8:55. Then, I had X-rays at 9:00 (yep, at my original appointment time). The doc and her assistant did their examination and went over treatment. I was out in the front lobby discussing cost options for treatment and date availability before 9:30!!! Effective, efficient, and friendly.

Fantastic experience: This is our 4th time visiting . We went for normal dental cleaning and check up. The ladies at the front desk was polite, with smiling faces. Had some minor issues with my insurance. But dental assistance at the front desk made one phone called and e erything was solved. We were out less then an hour of our appointment. I really do like having only one dentist to deal with . Getting to know your patience. Making sure all of her patience are getting the proper care for their child teeth. I'm also a patience too. She ask me what i dont like about my teeth. I said they are crooked in the front. She subjects that I get 2 permanent crowns . Got it done and now I LOVE ❤️ my smile and none crooked teeth. Thanks
