Positive experience: I want to commend the dentist and his assistant for being very nice and welcoming. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. However, I have consistently noticed that the front desk staff member, Mariana, has been dismissive and not welcoming. She does not make eye contact or look up when patients are speaking to her, which gives the impression that we are bothering her simply by checking in or asking questions. Front desk staff set the tone for the entire patient experience. A welcoming smile, eye contact, and acknowledgment of patients as they arrive go a long way in creating a positive environment. Great customer service is not only important for patient satisfaction but also for patient retention—especially for those who come with strong health insurance coverage. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improving the front desk experience will elevate the overall quality of care and strengthen the reputation of the practice.

Positive experience: I’ve brought my husband and kids to this dental group, and while the back office staff have always been very kind and professional, the front desk experience has been disappointing. This is now the second time visiting with my children where Mariana, the front desk personnel, has been dismissive. Each time she sits at the desk, she doesn’t look up or acknowledge patients as they arrive, which comes across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. For a dental office, the front desk should set the tone with warmth and attentiveness, especially when families and children are coming in. Unfortunately, this lack of engagement was a turn‑off and overshadowed the otherwise positive interactions with the back office team.

Fantastic experience: This is a mew review based on my most recent visit Dec 2025. I stand by my earlier review and what I will add is that I had a great experience with Cassie the hygienist for Dr. Sease. She is new in this position and I love her chair-side manner, professionalism and friendliness. The Dental Group has been a reliable friendly and professional part our our family for over 30 years. No matter where we may go elsewhere because of changes in insurance.. we end up back at the Dental Group and have never been disappointed. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking dental care. They are like family

Positive experience: Dental hygienist (not my usual one) started out roughly with no beginning an overall assessment of my teeth. I had to ask her to be more gentle, which she was. Overall, she was pleasant enough but I asked to be scheduled with my regular hygienist for my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I've been a seeing Dr. Bullock at the Dental Group for years now. He's an absolutely fantastic dentist, and also just a really nice, funny person. Every six months, I get my teeth cleaned, feel like I know my dental health is well in-hand, and have a fun chat about Star Trek or college football!

Negative experience: Administratively, this office is the worst. Dr. Bullock is a great dentist but the office's administration is well below unsatisfactory. They have over billed me, refunded me, and then over billed me again. After several follow up phone calls the office found their error and corrected it (again). In addition, on several occasions at the last minute the office rescheduled my appointments. This is extremely frustrating especially when you have to wait another 3-4 months for a new appointment. This last straw, two weeks before my appointment a texted is received confirming the appointment. The day before the appointment another texted is received AT 5:30pm. - seriously, rescheduling my appointment. Apparently the office does not value my time as I do theirs. I'm done with this office.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at The Dental Group for over 3 years and unfortunately I can no longer recommend them after my most recent experience. They do not do well at supporting patients with sensory issues or dental anxiety, or conditions like TMJ that make dental visits difficult. With new patients they are kinder, but with every visit I have made they have become less supportive and less accommodating. My last cleaning was extremely unpleasant and I was shamed into not taking breaks over the course of multiple procedures and fittings even though holding my jaw open causes my TMJ to flare. Then there's the high-pressure upselling. For several years, the dentists and hygienists at this practice have been trying to get me to buy a dental-grade night guard out of pocket, even though I had an over-the-counter one I had been happy with. I finally agreed because they told me it would help my gums and that I would face severe consequences if I did not "make the investment." I had to pay $750 (!!!) out of pocket. When the night guard arrived, it was so bulky and uncomfortable that I could not get a good night's sleep in it and I woke in the morning with severe jaw pain on both sides of my jaw. I went back to have it adjusted and suddenly I was being told that having a night guard means sleeping with your mouth open and accepting dry mouth, that jaw pain often gets worse at first, and that I would have to accept some bad sleep in order to become accustomed to the night guard. I cannot stress enough that this was NOT disclosed to me prior to when I made the purchase. Since the practice knew about my sensory and dental anxiety issues, I feel strongly that they should have talked to me about what the night guard would be like before pushing me to buy it. When I explained the above, the practice offered me only a partial refund, which would mean that I spent hundreds of dollars on nothing. I feel my trust was taken advantage of and I would encourage others to look for a different practice. (As an addition: The response below seems to take my concerns seriously, but that has not been the experience I have had in person, which has been very dismissive of both my dental concerns and my financial concerns.)

Negative experience: I never had a problem with dentists until I was briefly a patient here, but now I have a fear that has stopped me from going to dentists all together. That's how horrible my few experiences have been. The last straw was drilling without numbing, yelling at me when I couldn't handle that, applying the lidocaine incorrectly (because the dentist was angry I wanted it) so that the left side of my face stopped functioning. I couldn't stop sneezing or crying out of my left eye for DAYS because he jammed it to far in, back into my sinuses, in his anger. Then when I said I didn't want him anywhere near my teeth anymore, he slammed a temporary filling on (since he had already proceeded to drill, un-numbed, and it was just open). And told me "take a Xanax before you come back to me. Huh? You think you can handle that?" And rolled his eyes. Needless to say, I didn't go back, I got the temporary filling handled elsewhere and haven't been to a dentist since.

Negative experience: I went in because I was experiencing intense jaw and mouth pain for a week. They told me it was because of grinding at night and ordered me a mouth guard (which never ended up coming and I had to call.) After the pain continued I went to a different dentist and it turned out I had 12 cavities, all of which this dentist missed. Bad practice.

Positive experience: The dental group is great, they are helpful and listen but I will say it is frustrating when you schedule a cleaning 6 months out and then when you have your appointment you aren’t able to see a dentist. This isn’t the first time this has happened and it is disappointing. The hygienists are nice and do a good job but it seems like the dentists aren’t in office frequently for check ups.

Negative experience: They absolutely lie about taking "most insurance." My teeth hurt, I am restricting my diet, but I can get dental care despite having Aetnas federal employee plan, one of the most common my area. I'll get my dental care next time I visit South America. My health is suffering because these guys are only in it for the money.

Negative experience: Beware. Post COVID this practice has become one of the worst I have dealt with. The customer services and administration services are not helpful. Dealing with this office causes more stressful moments. My appointments are always cancelled or need to be rescheduled. Today, I arrived to my appointment ten minutes early to find the office closed. No call a day or two prior from front office stating office is closed. I had just received a text message the day prior confirming my appointment as well as my daughters. The text has the date and time in the body, yet the office is closed!!! Via Google the office is open, it’s not, it’s closed!!! Now we have to find a new provider as well as wait an unknown number of months for our needed dental services.

Fantastic experience: As a first time patient, I was very impressed with The Dental Group and finally feel as though I've found the right practice. Amie went above and beyond to be accommodating and provided excellent service. In addition, Dr. Sease was extremely friendly and has some of the best bedside manner in the business. Very appreciative of their care today and I'm sure I will remain a patient for a long time like many others.

Negative experience: I was patient of this dentist office for 20 years, all my family and friends and any people I knew I was referring them to The Dental Group until this last 7 months. The only things, I can express is frustration and I am disillusioned about all the bad services, lack of customer services and consideration and trying to cover and hide to their customer that they didn't have the personal to provide the full services and then refused to reimburse or take responsibility for their mistake after paying in full for a complete service not partial service and to make you understand better the situation. This office loss their orthodontist and they didn't communicate to their patients what happened and how to remediate the problem. My two kids have braces and I paid for a full treatment which include getting them out of the braces, but know they refused to refund me the difference for incomplete services and now they said that it was only for 21 months, but when I paid for the $8,500 for the braces I was very clear that it will be until they are out of the braces. It has been very unprofessional and their administration staff specifically Vanessa doesn't care or follow up to patient concerns and more unacceptable rude. They want to keep my money and they expect me to pay another orthodontist $4,000 what I don't consider fair for a service that I paid on full previously. I am not the only one in this situation. I am advocating for all the patients' parents who has to take their children to another orthodontist starts over and pay again for services. Do you really want to go to a dentist or clinic that they don't care about you and how hard to work to get that money to provide for your kids and they don't even try to do anything about it, because they took your money. I called to complain and what they did they cancel my son's filling and oral surgery without any justify excuse. I am a health provider and what they are doing it is not right. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO COMPASSION AND LACK OF PATIENT CARE. I want to warn you, at the same time I told you I recognized how well they were before. Now,I want to tell you how wrong they are and I don't want nobody else has this embarrassing situation. This is very sad and unacceptable matter. I want to Thank you Dr. D and Bridgitte for all these years of services, but your organization specifically your administration staff is the worst in the las 7 months and they don't care and they are making you loose your current and future clients. What they did to all the orthodontic clients doesn't have name. The Dental group wants to keep the money, but you ( the Dental Group) will loose more for your actions. Dear Dr. Cooper,

I am sorry to hear the level of frustration and disillusionment that you have experienced. Our orthodontist leaving was a frustrating experience for us as well since he left us in the lurch giving us only 30 day notice to deal with the treatment of over 250 patients.
We reached out to the local orthodontist to get advice as to the best way to get our patients finished with their treatment. It was then explained to us that the American Association of Orthodontists had very clear protocols and formulas for how to ethically transfer orthodontic patients. One of the biggest problems with transferring orthodontic treatment is that there are many different philosophies of treatment and many different kinds of hardware, brackets and wires that they use. Each orthodontic office is totally different than the next about the techniques that they use so that the transfer of treatment is not as simple as other kinds of dentistry.
Therefore, The Dental Group followed the exact protocols of the American Association of Orthodontics:
First we sent a letter to all of the patients explaining what had happened and what choices the patients had for treatment and encouraged the patients to call us for help. That letter was also accompanied by a letter from the American Association of Orthodontists explaining the complications with transferring orthodontic treatment and warned that additional expenses could occur and why.
We then used the AAO formulas to figure out what credits we owed back to our patients, and what those patients were then directly paid that money.
Finally, Vanessa was chosen to work with the orthodontic transfer of 250 patients because she is the most level-headed, compassionate person in our office.
I am so sorry that your experience was so exasperating for you but I want to assure you that The Dental Group tried its best to be open and honest and compassionate in a very messy situation that we did not create. There were no orthodontist willing to just jump right in to take over and finish everyone’s treatment here at our office. We knew that this was then going to be hard on everyone and that there would be disappointments. I’m sorry that we appeared to you to not care about your situation. That was not the outcome we wanted. We spent lots of personal time and energy here trying to do the right thing for each patient.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at The Dental Group for many years. Dr. Sease Jr. and Dr. Figueroa take care of my dental needs. It is a warm and professional environment where the staff always greets me with a smile. I don't feel like I'm just another patient; the atmosphere is personable. If you need dental care, I highly recommend them. You can't go wrong with The Dental Group!

Negative experience: Do not attend this dentist they are a complete rip off. (SCAM ALERT).They will take your money and not do what you paid for then they will negotiate how much they will give back to you. And make things seem like it is your fault. VANESSA is extremely rude. I’m not sure how she is still employed there. ELENOR is also extremely rude and very unprofessional and BARBRA is just as worst. The entire practice is completely a mess. There better practice around. Please avoid this place so you won’t experience what many already have. This practice does not care about you and is after your insurance and money.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I both go to the dental group and i absolutely love the pediatric doctor, Dr.Chase and her team. We came in Tuesday for a cleaning which took all of 3 minutes and then we came in that Friday for a broken tooth. Dr. Chase saw my daughters tooth and immediately said she would fix it in 10 minutes. She heard my concerns and gave me such peace of mind. Her colleague was also amazing in addressing me in a professional manner and also made my daughter comfortable before her procedure. I was throughly impressed with the work they did and how quick they were able to perform the procedure. Much appreciation and thanks to the team! Update: we still attend the dental group and i love Dr. chase and Dr. sease. They both are so personable and do great work. We have another procedure coming up and i feel confident they will take great care of us.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Dental Group for about twenty years and have always had great service. Recently I called about a broken tooth and the saw me within days (Iwas not in pain so did not need immediate attention). I went in for my examine and was asked if I wanted a crown that day. I walked out a couple of hours later with a brand new crown. It was fast, easy, painless. The staff is always friendly, answer any and all questions. Dr. D takes time for every individual he is working with so that you feel he is there just for you.. Great practice.

Negative experience: May of 2024-echoing other's complaints--our son's orthodontist left this practice with no explanation from the Dental Group on why. They sent us a form letter got in the mail letting us know. (2 years he's had braces and other orthodontists want to re-do his braces again and we already paid for the braces) Horribly managed by the Dental Group staff(do not answer phone calls, some patients have had to go in person to get info) We are truly speechless how this can happen in 2024.

Positive experience: I've loved this location and had went here for years, but I arrive to my orthodontist appointment today to find out that my appointment was cancelled and the orthodontist no longer worked there. They sent a paper letter to my dad's house but never contacted me over the phone. The lack of communication caused me to waste my time and money traveling there and back home. Why not call or email me about the matter? Why a paper letter? Why not do both to properly inform the patient? It's sad I won't be here anymore but for my last time being here, it's disappointing on how I was treated. If you see this Dr. Hagan, good luck out there you're an amazing dentist, it's sad to see you go

Negative experience: I have no idea how they have so many high reviews; perhaps they are from years ago. My wife and I have been here a combined 5 times in the last year or so and each visit has gotten progressively worse. Unexplained bills that end up being a mistake but you're still charged a late fee, 6-month check-ups with no dentist in site, long waits without any explanation, impossibly difficult to get a hold of someone, and very challenging to adjust appointment times, even with several weeks notice. Perhaps this is standard practice and I've just been lucky with previous offices, but I cannot recommend this office to anyone. (Yelp reviews seem a bit more accurate) All I can think as I keep getting billed for things covered by insurance or that I already paid for is that they are 1.(best case) just very poorly run and keep making these mistakes or 2(worst case hopefully not happening) doing it on purpose and hoping folks just pay without looking into it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with the dental group for over 10 years. They are always courteous and professional at my visits. The staff is pleasant and helpful as well as the office always clean and presentable. Dr Tillman Sease is excellent and a technician in the mouth. His work is thorough and as painless as possible when dealing with issues of the teeth. Dr Sease is personable and communicative making you very relaxed under his care. Negative experience: They’re so discombobulated in this place. First of all, the only had one adult orthodontist. I had an early morning scheduled consultation one day for 7:00am. I asked them if I could I come in an hour later bc I was running behind but they told me no. I couldn’t reschedule bc my work schedule was demanding so I made it in on time. When I got there, the receptionist seemed annoyed and overwhelmed but the office wasn’t busy so I don’t know why. Then she asked me where my consent forms were and I replied well don’t I fill them out now? This is my first time. She said we send them to patients to complete prior to their appt. I double checked all of my Emails and didn’t see anything so she figured out that SHE never sent them so I completed them within 20 mins. ( bc it was that much). Afterwards, I still had to wait for another 45 mins even though they told me I couldn’t come in later. They also only have one financial representative that can help you and and if she’s not there or on vacation you won’t get helped until she comes back. She also acted like a gate keeper and it was just a strange experience. Lastly, I wanted to pay for my contract early so I can get it out the way but every time I wanted too, I had to go by her schedule. On top of that I had to reschedule my first appt ( bc of my schedule) for X-rays which is what they should have done at my consultation but they didn’t. So I pushed the appt back. The day before my first official appt where I would have signed the contract and pay my down payment, the financial lady calls me and tells me, the orthodontist is no longer there. I asked her well why hasn’t anyone told me already ? Why am I being called the day before my appt. She said I dont know but He’s no longer there. No apologies or concern just dry and direct. She was so flighty acting and unaware of customer attentiveness. I won’t say her name but she’s still there you’ll meet her. Never apologetic about any of their mistakes. Not to mention the receptionist is so clueless acting. So in conclusion, thank God I didn’t pay them anything or sign a contract, it was fate. I now found a great orthodontist that was $300 cheaper, very clean, organized and great customer service.

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this dental office for some time, but I now find myself needing to switch dentists due to poor service. I had a cleaning appointment scheduled for May, and I called to reschedule it 48 hours in advance. To my surprise, I was informed that the next available cleaning appointment was not until October! Even more frustrating, they do not have a waitlist system. Instead, I was told that I would need to call every day by 8 AM to see if there were any cancellations for that day. In this day and age, it's shocking that they don't have a more efficient system for managing appointments and accommodating patients. The long wait times and lack of modern scheduling solutions are unacceptable. For these reasons, I will be finding a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have a great experience. My daughter 4 years old being treated a few months ago here. I can’t complain about this office they help me and my daughter. Negative experience: I won’t be bringing my son back to this office for a number of reasons. I gave the office staff numerous chances in hopes that with each encounter things would be different or change but I was wrong. Six months ago when my son was last seen on our way out we were approached twice by a staff member. The first time was about him using the restroom and the second time was telling him to be quiet while looking at the fish in the tank in the waiting room. Considering that my son has special needs and is only five years old, I was disappointed in how this individual treated us. The last straw was when I called last week to reschedule his appointment but was not granted the opportunity to do so because the scheduler doesn’t arrive to the office until 2pm!! I called when the office first open and the individual who answered told me there was nothing she could do but cancel… having to wait 8 hours for the scheduler to arrive is insane! I had the same issue a year ago when I wanted my son to see a specific dentist who came highly recommended based on ability to work with special needs children, it took a month of me leaving messages and calling the one designated scheduler to finally get his first appointment. This review is based solely on the treatment I experienced by the office staff over the course of the past year. It’s unfortunate that many health care facilities are over run in this area by individuals who should not be dealing with the public in any capacity.

Fantastic experience: Dental group By far the greatest dentist office I've ever dealt with, the people There are nice polite courteous, professional. And they do such a great job at what they do. I have medicare but instead of using medicaid doctors which are not that good. I pay Out of my pocket to get top-notch service. From the dental group, , especially Doctor Kaye and Doctor degorio. Great, great individuals.

Negative experience: I didn’t have a great experience from my first visit with my children. There is a worker that verifies insurance with an unprofessional work ethic. I did let someone know but I felt totally uncomfortable going back to have my child’s work finished. My teenage daughter observed her petty antic of pacing back and forth in front of us (assuming she was seeking some form of response from me.) I opted not to return although I personally had a great experience with the dentist I saw and the dentist that saw my children; I can not remember their names but both African American Dentist. The pediatric dentist even wrote me an apology note and gifted me a wicked bag, as a kind gesture. Vanessa, is freaking amazing! She was professional, courteous and extremely helpful in scheduling appointments that worked for me and my schedule. I truly appreciated, the positive relationships established with those positive employees mentioned above, but that unprofessionalism doesn’t work for me from that other staff member. I requested that she not contact me but the pettiness she displayed on my children’s last visit that my teenager picked up on, on her own was the deal breaker for me. I gave 2 stars for my positive experiences. I hope that, that employee receives training on how to conduct herself professional moving forward.

Fantastic experience: My implant screws had broken off in my mouth two in upper mouth area and two in the teeth for two days I waited for the surgery to take them out on his next day in the his office until they can be fixed again where half the screws was still in the mouth. Doctor Will my orthodontist removed them both there were no pain with the needle or the removal of the screws. They were back in that same day. That night Dr will made a call to check on me what Doctor does that but he did. Just want to say thank you Dr. Will for such a supper extraordinary job with gentleness, kindness and with the work of your team especially Lorie and Andrea. God Bless Linda

Fantastic experience: Update: Still the best dentist office 3 years later!!! Best dentist appointment I've ever had. The best. From beginning to end. I literally cannot find anything wrong with this place. It's easy to find and in a relatively convenient area. The building is clean and well kept. The dentist is on the second floor and as soon as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed. The office is bright and well decorated. The staff is efficient and welcoming as well. Bridget, Nancy, and Dr. D made my experience amazing. They were charming and caring and just took the time to explain dentistry and taking everything into consideration. They even have cool stuff on the ceiling since you spend so much time looking up. Nothing hurt, even the cleaning. They treat all ages and I really look forward to fixing my smile completely. Thank you Dental Group!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: As a Client for a decade it's very disheartening to have to give this kind of feedback. Although I'm well aware that every service based business have certain policies in place, I was given false information when I needed to reschedule an appointment a few times. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST IF THERE WAS A RESCHEDULING FEE. I WAS TOLD NO! I came in today and was charge $200 WITH NO SERVICE RENDERED. Highly disappointed. I then went online on the website and there is no official policy listed. I asked in office to be shown where that policy was. I was told no one is available to speak to me about that and I would be "called back" at a later time. I think this is very poor customer service and I'll be finding another dentist moving forward. $200 with no service is insane as a hard working woman who doesn't have it to just GIVE AWAY because I was given FALSE information when asked MULTIPLE TIMES. I couldn't be more disappointed and will be taking further legal action. Update: has yet to receive a call. Also has called twice to have my dental records sent to me. No records have been sent.

Negative experience: One star because I don’t have an option for 0. My daughter had an invisilign treatment. They gave us only one retainer instead of 4. Another dentist was surprised they only gave us 1. I needed to replace it, they charged me $500 just for 1 replacement. Now when I asked for another replacement they ask for 900. I asked them to submit a claim to my insurance company to pay a portion, Dr Tajick said my insurance company doesn’t even know i was getting an Invisalign treatment. I don’t know to this day what they have been telling my insurance the treatment was for??? Is that scamming?? My insurance company tried to explain to the dentist that I have some money on my account that I can still use, Rose the receptionist told the insurance rep “you are from Philippines and dont know anything”. Shocking. Does race and origin matter? They don’t like to do a pre authorization before treatment and they don’t clearly tell you your out of pocket costs before treatment if they are out of network. Very unprofessional and unethical. They only care about money. Not the patient. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Before actually visiting the actual facility of The Dental Group I had called on several occasions to set things up. Each time I found the assistants who answered very helpful, professional, and patient with in answering all my questions. After speaking with Shannon, who I laterlearned was the office manager it made me feel so much better about our visit there and the capable hands my son would be in. Upon our actual visit we met with Dr. J. Chase. She was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I feel at ease in speaking with her and in knowing that she'll give us as much information as possible to make the best decision for our son. Moreover, I appreciated Dr. Chase's assistant, Ms Uniqua. She made me feel comfortable and was very patient with our son as he had to do exrays that he was not in the mood -but her approach made him feel calm and happy. (Sorry if I spelled her name incorrectly). The whole the office is very clean, inviting, kid friendly and as I saw they took care to ensure we were all safe as they had appropriate safe guards in place to ensure we all could comfortably visit with minimal concerns during these uncertain pandemic times. I will certainly be visiting The Dental Group and its amazing staff in the future.

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist!! I have bad memories from my childhood. The dentist and staff at The Dental Group are the BEST!! They make me feel comfortable and treat me with care. After I get there for my appointment, it makes me wonder why I still hesitate. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: The dentist are good and explain what is the best fit for a lasting positive result. The dentists are patient and discuss every step of the way. I would recommend them especially to those who have not been to the dentist in awhile.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with Dr D. After many years searching for a good dentist our family has found Dr D. He explains everything he is doing as he is doing it and makes each patient feel comfortable while in his chair. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. So glad we have a new dental home.

Fantastic experience: Best dental office in Hyattsville! I came here first back in 2022 and then referred my mother. My mother needed extra care while battling Stage 4 oral cancer and definitely received all the help by Dr.Bullock and staff. Definitely an office that cares about their patients.

Fantastic experience: High quality practice right in the heart of College Park. I have been going there for years as has my husband. And now our adult son is seeing the wonderful family dentist Dr Bullock. Well run office, great dentists and lovely staff.

Fantastic experience: This is a great dental office. Check-ins are fast and efficient. Wait times are generally short. Dentists and technicians are efficient, friendly, and quite good at explaining what they are doing and answering questions. The clerical staff are helpful in working out insurance questions and explaining what my share of the bill is. I always leave their office feeling better than I went in and happy with the experience. How many of us can say that?

Positive experience: Service: Excellent Dr T: Funny and attentive. As painless as possible without any “Oops” moments. They have been my dentist for over 20yrs. Good group and very clean. I miss the birds, though.

Positive experience: Office is a little worn, but clean. Staff was polite, not overly warm. Office equipment and dental tools in my exam room definitely OK but basic, not latest-generation; my lady dentist was nice and clearly experienced, but wouldn’t take XRs though I had some pain and expressed concern and offered to pay for XRs myself, just told me not needed (which, when I got XRs elsewhere a few weeks later, turned out to be correct, no infection!); my main concern was the dental assistant spoke no English even numbers so, with dental tools in my mouth, dentist had to look over at tech and gesture and correct record-keeping with her other hand to get the teeth-numbers correct on my chart! I’m fine with some OTJ training but that made me nervous, assistants in medical office should at least know enough to communicate clearly. Charge for night-guard was close to ones I’ve gotten before, several hundred out of pocket. Basically good care, just not sure if I’ll go back, still thinking about it. They keep asking me to give Feedback so here you go.
