Fantastic experience: 2021 This dentist office has given my family the most professional and caring dental care the field has to offer for the last three years. The equipment is always new. The staff is kind and professional. The doctor knows what he is doing. He is very efficient and highly educated. You are in good hands here. Updated 10/20/25 My family has been seeing this dentist since 2019. They continue to provide excellent patient care for the smallest members of my family all the way up to the elderly members of my family! This practice is getting more inclusive with all their levels of care.

I absolutely adore Brett and his staff, I now bring my two children and soon to be 3rd to him and they LOVE going..they look forward to it actually. That's a win in its own right? The staff and the doctors there really make you feel at home and like they are human. I have people drive from Tulsa to see them even. A gem in the heart of Stroud.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brett Francis is phenomenal at what he does! He was able to remove a tooth many other dentists and oral surgeons refused to attempt. Very minimal discomfort and fast recovery for a difficult extraction. I was able to return to work the next day with no swelling or discomfort. Highly recommend choosing Dental Designs of Stroud!

I’ve seen several dentist in my life and have severe anxiety; Dr Kooper is patient, caring, gentle and will wait until you’re comfortable before proceeding with any treatment. He creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere, addresses concerns and explains procedures. Because of his attentive care, I will always choose Dental Designs of Stroud and Dr Kooper for any of my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Got me on the schedule very quickly with a tooth going bad. Saw the nurse, got Xrays and saw Dr within a few minutes. He explained the problem, three options for me to consider, explained them thoroughly. Got me started on antibiotics right away and have my treatment plan in hand. Super experience!

Fantastic experience: I will be honest, I’m terrified of going to the dentist and I normally avoid going. That is not the case with Dental Designs of Stroud. The best care I have ever received from the receptionist to the dentist! I even had X-rays and they didn’t hurt, not sure that has ever happened.

Fantastic experience: One of the best , kindest, and caring facilities you will come across. I have always had good experiences here . They are so punctual with appointment times and for me, that’s a huge pet peeve. Always friendly and knowledgeable . State of the art facility and modern. My hygienist today was super friendly and she knew I said I’d like to have the whitening done and asked how much so she told me since I have my Invisalign trays they have the gel and told me how to use the product which is a mere fraction to the actual whitening process .

Fantastic experience: UPDATE***** update Dr Francis himself called me about what happened with my mom was very apologetic and worked it out to where we can get her an affordable set of dentures I really appreciate the phone call and this is one of the best places I've ever been to as far as dentistry goes and I didn't want to have to leave that review so I'm very happy to change it to a five-star review now ...I sent my mom here on Thursday 05/15/25 with the expectations that she would be treated like we did when we were patients there. they pulled her teeth without her knowing that she had to pay $1,400 for more dentures. They initially called in her antibiotic and pain medicine to the wrong pharmacy we clearly stated which pharmacy was she needed her medicine to go to her antibiotic out there but they never called in her pain medicine. she's a 72 year old woman who has previously had a stroke and they were well aware of that. I put on her paperwork as well as told the receptionist that I am her medical power of attorney and that nothing is to be signed or any decisions be made without my knowledge. She is not supposed to be making decisions for herself and they didn't even question or ask anybody else befor doing this. We were told on the phone prior to her appointment she would have to pay little to nothing for everything. When I spoke with the office manager all I got was well what do you want us to do. No answering service and they are closed on Fridays so no pain meds period. She has had to spend the night in severe pain as well as today and severe pain and nothing can be done until Monday. Will never recommend anybody for this place again

Dr. Brett AND the entire staff have bent over backwards to take care of every issue I have had with my Implants (which have been few). The technology and knowledge they possess are second to none and I cannot recommend them high enough and this coming from someone who never had a positive dental experience in his life up until now.

We found it at Dental Designs. They explain all of the options open to us and do not pressure us, letting us decide what we want to do within our budget. We're here to stay.

Fantastic experience: I heard about dental designs from a friend, so I made an appointment. Once I arrived the staff took me back in just a few minutes. Once the X-rays were done Brett came in and explained everything and what options I had. Brett took his time answered all our questions. Fantastic experience: I came in today, Jan 27th, with multiple neglected teeth decay. In a matter of a little over two hours, multiple extractions was done. Also a root canal was done. And take note, I did not feel any pain. Great job Dr. Francis and dental assistant Robin. Cannot wait for my next appointments. Dr. Francis and staff are very professional and caring. My higienist, Lorie. Is friendly and works smoothly. The clinic is equipped with modern dental tech to provide the best dental services. I came in today to have my crown installed and my bridge fixed. Dr. Francis has a special touch in administering numb injections (I had three today). I did not even feel a pain. If you are afraid of dentists, Dr. Francis is the one you should see. He even has a laughing gas that can totally relax you. The new facility of Dental Designs of Stroud is a state of the art. It has so many dental services provided and it is like a one stop shop dental clinic. The treatment room ceiling has a big flat screen monitor that you can watch while lying down and being treated. Pretty cool! The staff is friendly and helpful. Shout out to Dr. Brett Francis!!!

Negative experience: They need to do their job when they’re told too. Sent a kid away after fixing an infected nerve, and was supposed to call in ibuprofen for the inflammation and pain, had to call and tell them it was never sent, and they say they’ll fix it and just forget about it

Negative experience: To share my experience, I was trying to get the files for my 3d scan that they did of my mouth since they were apart of my medical records and I had the right to request them due to HIPPA. When I initially made the request I was ignored and was told that the dentist would call me. That call never came. After a year my wife went and again we asked for the scans. We were told to bring a flash drive because the files are quite large, when I brought one they said that they didn't know what to do with it and had me take it back. Then the dentist finally called me and said that this request is really odd and that he has no problem sending it to whoever I was going to see. I explained that I wanted them personally and he finally said sure and was able to just send a download link to both of our files. I don't understand why this was such a big deal and took over a year to get my files when it took maybe 15min to upload them and send me a link.

Fantastic experience: Very respectful and nice! Came up with a quick plan and tried to make it as easy as possible for me. They even did more work than they were supposed to or what I was scheduled for so it would make it easier with not so many far trips! I’ve never had a dentist near or far even try to do this.. or take distance or your job into consideration. They asked all throughout if I was okay. Just an overall pleasant experience for an unpleasant situation. My dentist was Dr. Brett Francis.

Negative experience: The first experience I had here wasn’t a bad one at all I even left a really nice review with 5 stars, I had deleted that review because I had gotten lots of fillings done here and this is the second time the fillings have fallen out first time they fell out I went back to get it fixed but obviously they don’t know how to properly do fillings. i have never had a filling fall out anywhere else before especially not twice! very unsatisfied with this place.

Fantastic experience: Magnolia is 4 and this was her second time to see Dr. Francis and it always starts out a little uneasy but the Hygienist Ashley is amazing with her and we were able to proceed further and get it all done! Fantastic experience: I was so thankful the folks @ La Valley Dentistry in Holdenville recommended Dental Designs of Stroud in my emergency today. There is nothing worse than a throbbing toothache and having to wait 2-3 days or a week to get help. While LaValley's office was booked up for a few days, they understood the pain and recommended Dental Designs. They were able to work me in, accepting my insurance, and allowed me to fill out the new patient forms online. Convenient, Professional and extremely Caring! Even though it was not the outcome I wanted, he listened to me about what was going on, did a thorough exam and came up with a game plan to get rid of the pain I was having! 100% would recommend! Negative experience: Worst experience I've had at a dentist. Doctor rushed at the end of the procedure just to get to the next patient. Rushed me out when my insurance didn't pay them yet. I took money out ($40,000) of my retirement just to pay as I go when my insurance ran out. The only positive was the hygienist was very nice. Will never go back.

Bria was very kind, thorough and really wanted to make my visit pleasant. She explained everything before doing it. Bria explained after X-rays and cleaning the Dentist would come in. My dentist was Dr. Brent Francis. He explained everything and really made my visit exceptional. This is huge for me. I have anxiety walking into a dentist. There was no anxiety or fear.
