Fantastic experience: Hardin Dentistry raised the bar. I was well cared for and comfortable during the entire experience. They gave me a cape to protect my clothes, a splash guard to protect my face, and a blanket to stay comfortable. I even got a hot towel to wash up with afterwards! I was so comfortable during my whitening treatment that I fell asleep. If the dentist makes you nervous, this is the place to go. Hardin is a dental spa, not a dentist's office.

We were told elsewhere that the only option for our 11 year old son to be pain free was to extract an adult tooth. Any other path would take “heroic efforts” and they “wouldn’t know where to begin”. Negative experience: I came to this dentist from out of town almost 2 years ago. I had a tooth pulled and was going to have an implant done. They sent me to a periodontist to have the tooth removed and I had to drive to them after for the Maryland bridge. The ladies that worked on me were extremely rude because I was late getting there from the other clinic. Being late was not my fault, it was the periodontist who was behind, but he also called to inform them that he was behind. It was an awful experience and I typically never complain. I found a new biological dentist and had implant surgery where they found a suture that had been left in my gums. I knew it was always aggravated, but never knew why. I’m assuming because the ladies were so upset by me being late, they rushed my procedure.

I had a fear of going to the dentist and when I started to come here and she had the Tv and a massager for me to hold and I felt immediately relaxed and I no long have the dental anxiety when coming to the dentist! But now I live in Scottsdale Arizona. Truly the land of beautiful people. In fact except for a few pockets in the L.A. area Scottsdale has the most beauty money can buy! LOL Seriously it took a lot of time and money but investing in my gum health and smile with Harding Advanced Dentistry, especially Dr Tara was the best thing I ever did. It’s been several years now and I still get comments on what a great smile I have. I’ve had the same beautiful girlfriend for 3 years now and I just mentioned that I had implants. Negative experience: I had a consultation appointment at Dr. Hardin's office. It cost $150 and I received X-rays and dental images. Dr. Hardin met with me for about 10 minutes and advised on the treatment plan. She said "you'll think I'm a God for what I'm going to do for you." Okay, interesting thing to say coming from a doctor. I ended up making the appointment for the treatment on the spot. In addition, they sold me on the teeth cleaning for $180 + a $220 new patient fee. They claimed they would send the cleaning fee to my insurance for reimbursement but never took my insurance info or checked if it'd be in network. They require payment upfront when booking appointments. I went ahead and paid (almost $2,000) thinking I could cancel later if needed. Oh how I regret that. For personal reasons I cancelled the appointment a few weeks later. It's been two weeks since I cancelled and I have not received the full refund. I've called the office numerous times and sent numerous emails. The doctor must personally approve and make the refunds so no one has been able to help me. I get the go-around from the front desk people and office managers. Read the Yelp reviews. This place seems more like a money grab than a true dentist (she does have a very cool Mercedes G-Wagon parked in the back). In the consultation she said I have a cavity but I went to my normal dentist last week and he didn't find anything. So thankful I'm NOT going through with the treatment and teeth cleaning here. Bizarre place.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time going here and I can’t recommend them enough! They are more than willing to work with you financially with insurance and with financing options- either with credit/ debit card or payment plan cards, etc. The office is modern, clean, and well kept and they make you feel right at home. They take what I like to describe as an ultrasound of your teeth and use that to make recommendations for you based on what you need for your top dental health. Dr. Hardin and her team really look out for your overall health and not just your dental health and try to get you to be at your best health all around. Awesome practice all around, I can’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: I was really excited to go to this place, did so much research to find the right spot, but was really put off by the unprofessionalism. When I got in, the lady at the front desk said she couldn’t find my appointment that was confirmed just two days prior on the phone (which from the call I was over the moon to come in), while waiting someone came out and asked this older client in the lobby to “check in on Facebook” and she said “I thought I already checked in at the front desk and the lady shared she needed to Do it on Facebook. The client said “I don’t know how to do it.” And worker said “i’ll show you, come take a picture up front and you can say good things about us.” The client looked really uncomfortable and went with it. When I finally got in to see the doctor- I was really excited and hopeful and I appreciate her taking the appointment, but it just felt I inconvenienced her whole day and she couldn’t get out quick enough. Every place has their off days, hopefully this isn’t the normal. Would be willing to try and give them another shot.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Hardin Advanced Dentistry. I had been waiting for an affordable and effective option for my white spots on my two front teeth and found just the place. The customer service was outstanding and the detail they went into to find the correct treatment for me was just perfect. They included a cleaning for me before my treatment with the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had (Airflow cleaning) that didn’t hurt during the process nor did it leave my mouth in pain after. They even have a friendly support dog that walks around the office. Fantastic experience: So grateful to have Dr Tara and her exellant staff here in Cincinnati! My dental Care is a little challenging, yet Dr.Tara goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and healthy. The new cleaning unit called EMS Guided Biofilm Therpay was amazing! My teeth look much whiter and removed the coffee stains! The warm water made the visit extremely comfortable. I tried to go back to my old dentist and decided to came back to Dr. Tara's office and I'm so happy I did. Best decision I have made for my dental health!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son in for an appointment, Dr Tara generously made time to squeeze him in! Dentistry makes me nervous but this was a BREEZE (especially with her adorable pup Mitch on my sons lap providing much needed support) Problem solved quickly and effortlessly, Dr Tara has truly mastered her industry and we wouldn’t want to go or place that level of trust with anyone else. Fantastic experience: My son had traumatic injury to his front teeth recently, and I reached out to Dr. Hardin, who personally took my call over the weekend, we set an appointment and they were able to replace and repair two of his front teeth. Everything about the experience here was top notch we couldn’t be happier With the office team and the results.

Fantastic experience: I was in a bad scooter accident over the weekend and miraculously, Hardin Advanced Dentistry was able to squeeze me in on Monday morning. I walked in missing a front tooth and left being able to look people in the eyes and smile again.
