Fantastic experience: I have been going to Denzinger since 2002 for all my cleanings, fillings, and other routine maintenances. They are always friendly, very professional, and take their profession seriously knowing what they are doing. I've never had an issue there, and since then my now wife and two children go there as well. They know how to make the kids not scared and mine never hesitate going.

Fantastic experience: I was really scared before going, but the assistant Leslie was very nice, educated, and patient with me. She explained everything happening and when I asked questions she answered with detail in a way that was easy to understand. Dr Mary was also extremely nice, educated, and patient. She evaluated my mouth and came up with a a treatment plan and told me what was needing to be done, and in what order. At check out, I was provided a breakdown of my coverage for what I needed done. They are very transparent. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who struggles with anxiety. The whole team was amazing and made me not ashamed or afraid. I have hope for my dental future!

No one cleans our teeth as well as she does. She always provides feedback if asked. I will reschedule to keep my appointment with her. She treats us like family. I’ve never been treated as well by any medical professional. The office staff Is just as professional and kind. The dentist are also very kind and competent.

Negative experience: My teeth fit horrible. They rub blisters in my mouth I can't eat with them. I want my money back so I can go somewhere else they won't even give me my money back. They won't remake them either I do not recommend at all to anyone.I wish I would have never went there. If you want good teeth you can actually eat with a highly recommend you go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I have spent a month in pain. In a last ditch effort I came here to denzinger for a second opinion. They did everything they could for me. They pulled in a second dentist worked together and figured out the issue. I left there with appointments for a surgeon to fix the problem and a temporary relief for the pain. They helped me figure out the issue, helped me figure out a way to do everything in my budget and left me feeling less terrified of the dentist. I'll never go to another dentist. They are absolutely phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: I did my first review sometime ago and stick to the fact that everyone was very pleasant and made me comfortable, and now I want to commend them again because I received a bill for half of the cost of services when I was told it was all covered. I just received my first bill today on March 13 which says it’s due today BUT I spoke to them, and it was an error on their part and they were very quick to take care of it. I appreciate the level of customer service and kindness. They showed me regarding this issue!

Positive experience: I’ve been at this dentist for a very long time. Yesterday I had came in town (because I had recently moved about 4 hours away to Grand Rivers, KY). Because they know all my dental history and honestly a relationship with your dentist is important. Because of my travel plans I took the first available which was with Courtney Foust. I was told the appointment was 1:30, but actually 1pm. I was in the parking lot when they called me at 1:10. No problem I came right in. Things got weird when I signed in. Ok no problem I waited till I was called back which was maybe 5 min later. When I got back I explained I had jaw surgery and I had always worn a splint. My surgeon said to wear it if I want or don’t wear it (which is in Ann Arbor MI- so they told me to go to my dentist for a bite adjustment) I just had one made here at the Jeff location a few months ago and I may need a crown adjustment or a splint adjustment I didn’t know. Tracy had gave me a crown years ago but I couldn’t remember which one it was or if it was the one that bothered me. I have had varying different degrees of opinions of whether to wear the splint or not. A nice hygienist listened to me and walked away. I heard her tell someone what I had just told her (she never gave me her name, I didn’t think to ask but I didn’t expect to feel so upset afterwards). While sitting in the very back room, the one with no tv, listening to a bunch of ladies loudly laugh for over an hour. Courtney Foust came in the room indifferently didn’t address me or say hello. It felt like she immediately had a problem with why I was there. She had a confused look on her face. She did see how my teeth contacted and then my splint. She told me what not to do and contradicted the other dentist at the Jeff location about Botox and walked out after adjusting the splint alittle bit. She looked down on me like I didn’t need to be there she made me feel as if what I was describing was wrong. (I don’t feel like anyone should tell you how to feel your feelings). I still like this dentist. There are several very positive and caring ones at that location and the other location in Jeffersonville to see. I have never been concerned with who I would be seen by or how I was treated here before yesterday. Then there’s the splint… I have worn one for 2 decades. I had signed a patient obligation form with the price which I had paid. That price had changed 2x since I had gotten it. Now I’m told not to wear it and it just got a 300% mark up because my insurance. I called before my appointment and no appeals had been made. I’m just not happy with my care here as of yesterday. I had had so much trauma with my teeth. 4 jaw surgeries and multiple crowns. I got crowns because of broken teeth. You can break them from clenching. That’s my experience anyway.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection in a tooth starting Friday evening. My previous dentist didn't have an emergency number, but these wonderful dentists do! They got me in as soon as they could and were very caring and took care of scheduling extraction with a surgeon. I will definitely be recommending them to others!

Negative experience: I am a paraplegic i use a walker i came in hoping to repair a partial i have. Well i left without anything being done. I don't believe in speaking bad of others so my best advice is if you can find someone other than this place to accept medicare it would be a good idea. Sad after this post i received a call asking why i tried to explain. I asked about how much it would be to put a liner on my top and bottom and to repair the tooth. They told me around 1000. I mentioned how i only wanted to do the very least i could because i plan to get dentures soon and i needed all the ins in order to keep from paying so much. Well im really glad i left before they did anything. I wish u all the best.
