Dr. Will is the best dentist I've had since I was a child. He was gentle, supportive and his assistant April were outstanding. I got 3 extractions and did not have any discomfort. Not even today. Fantastic experience: I am a dental coward. However, my treatment at Cranford Dental was wonderful. From the welcome from Kathy when I walked in, everyone was kind and efficient. Betsy is so gentle and thorough with the cleaning and understanding of my fear. Dr Will was very easy to talk to and he explained everything so well. I can recommend this practice and personnel. Update: 4/01/2025 Last week I chipped a tooth. The next day the crowns on two back teeth came off. It took me 2 days to get the courage to call the office. They were so helpful and kind. The next day I went in for an exam, and as usual was treated promptly and professionally, and with compassion. Dr. Will explained that I needed a new crown and needed one tooth removed. He gave me options, and explained the procedures and costs. He also gave me time to think it over and talk to my husband about it. Today I went in and had both the crown and the extraction. As he had promised, there was no pain and everyone treated me so well. They even combined the two procedures thereby saving me some of the cost. All went well, and the experience couldn't have been better.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for Dr. Will. He did a work on me today and I couldn't be more relieved that it's over - but mostly that he was my dentist! And April assists him brilliantly like the true pro she is too!

Fantastic experience: For well over 40 years I have been in the care of Cranford Dental and never one time have I had anything but a pleasant experience-and this year was no different. I had to have a nearly 20 year old crown replaced and young Dr. Will Cranford and his assistant Crystal did excellent work !! I never had a bit of discomfort. It was fascinating to watch their computer technology make my new crown right there before my eyes in the Cranford Dental office. The whole procedure took only 90 minutes and everyone in the office could not have been more friendly. No question Cranford Dental has all the technology and professional skills you'd expect to find at a 21st century dental office, and then some !! But just as important is how comfortable the entire staff there makes you feel from the time you walk in the door till the time you leave. So happy to see the next generation of Cranford dentists (Will & Elizabeth) doing the great work their father has been doing all these years...

And Dr. Robinson was extremely thorough. I really liked her approach and her comprehensive plan that no other dentist had thought to try. She is able to think out the box and be as conservative as possible. I am glad I took the chance to drive 40 mintues to this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with my visit today. From the moment I arrived to the time I left everyone I encountered were friendly, customer focused and extremely capable. A crown fell off while traveling to Rock Hill and called this morning, hoping to obtain an appointment quickly. They saw me within three hours!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a tooth worked on and get a cap. I was there a little under 2 hrs for them to do everything complete. The people there are super friendly. A day latter they called to check for any problems. When I had a question they had the answer . Supper clean place. I am new to the area and my son referred them. They were great and now my dentist here. Just super people, all of them.

Fantastic experience: A few years back we were going to Cranford and LOVED it! Then I switched jobs and that came with different dental insurance. Unfortunately, my wife and I went to 6 different dentist in the 3 year span - from Charlotte to LW to RH. We could not find a dental office that compared to Cranford. Fortunately, I got the opportunity to go back to my old company and the day I accepted the position - my wife called Cranford to get us dental appointments. We are happy to be back at Cranford and can honestly say no one compares to them.

Very satisfied with explanation of current and future treatments. Carley was absolutely fantastic. She listened to my concerns and reassured me. She took her time in explaining all procedures and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated that she quoted me reasonable rates for my service upfront so there were no surprises. Fantastic experience: This practice is WONDERFUL! My elderly father has recently moved to SC because he can no longer live alone. Yesterday, he informed me that he had a broken tooth and he was experiencing some pain. I called the office this morning and explained the situation to Lisa, who answered my call. She was able to fit my dad in to be seen the same day. They quickly determined the problem and removed the offending tooth, or what was left of it. I am seriously considering switching dental practices for my entire household to Cranford! Would highly recommend Cranford Dental to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Having dental anxiety I appreciate the kind and professional care I receive from the staff at CD. Most recently i needed to have a crown replaced that had decay underneath the crown. It went off without a hitch. I even had my teeth cleaned while I was waiting on my crown to be prepared. Two hours later I walked out feeling great. The staff even followed up with me later to make sure I was doing okay.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately broke my front tooth while eating. Called and the receptionist was able to work me in right away. Ended up having to have a crown put on. With the new technology they were able to make it in the office and it looks Great! Dr. Cranford and the staff is first class.

When I first came to them, I was embarrassed, ashamed and hadn't smiled in over ten years. Dr. Robinson, Linzie, Kathy and the entire staff were amazing, compassionate and kind. You are always greeted by first name and a smile. Thanks to this amazing staff and their state of the art office, I cannot stop smiling! Fantastic experience: It went very well. I opted to have a crown replaced and 2 filling done all in one sitting. That’s a long time to hold your mouth open but fortunately a dose of Ex St Tylenol and everything is fine. My compliments to everyone for your expertise. It’s feeling fine today!
