Fantastic experience: Today I went in to have a crown re-cemented, and Dr. Glen and his assistant Ashley took such amazing care of me. They were both incredibly kind, caring, and gentle throughout the entire visit. Ashley’s customer service is truly unmatched, she made sure I was fully informed of all my options so I could make the best decision for my dental care. And Dr. Glen is absolutely top-notch. He made sure I felt no pain and was so gentle while reattaching the crown. He definitely had me feeling taken care of! I’m so grateful for these two superheroes. Thank you both for keeping our smiles bright. May God continue to bless you.

Negative experience: My mother has been trying to get a partial corrected since July of 2025. She has been to WEEKLY appointments since then, and this office has not in 5 months gotten her partial to fit properly. This is outrageous! I would advise anyone in this situation to file a complaint with the Department of Insurance which is what we plan to do. This whole practice has issues statewide, and you should find a new dentist quickly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of dentist offices over the years, and this one stands out above the rest. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort from the moment you walk in. The hygienists take their time and explain everything clearly, and the doctor is thorough, gentle, and honest about what you actually need—no upselling or pressure. The office is super clean, modern, and runs right on schedule. I actually don’t dread going to the dentist anymore! Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for top-quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Love love love this place! Every visit I have I have been met with nothing but great staff who you can tell genuinely care about their patients! Dr. Baldwin is the kindest dentist I have genuinely ever encountered. Ashley was so lovely as well. Recommending this office to absolutely everyone I know.

Negative experience: Run from this place. Did you know that some dental offices, especially larger chains, may use lower quality materials for fillings. From personal experience this is one of them. They are obviously more interested in return visits than doing a good job for their fellow mankind.

They don't push you to do anything you don't want to do. They spend time with you and make you feel like a patient not a number.

Fantastic experience: WOW! So amazed by the Lane staff in Mebane! I broke a tooth Friday at dinner… called Monday morning and they got me in Tuesday morning. Rani was super nice and was gentle during X-rays and preparation. Ask for Dr. Ruiz… she was kind, conservative and gave me options as to novacaine or not. It wasn’t necessary so that was a plus! She was quick and did a fantastic job! I would give them 6 stars if I could!! I didn’t press post so let me tell you more! I went for my semi annual cleaning today and Kim was… well perfect! Best cleaning I’ve had in years and she was very informative and gave me some great tips. Once again, I enjoyed seeing Dr Ruiz and look forward to returning after the new year. Again, a 6 star visit out of 5!

Fantastic experience: I went for a check up today and unexpectedly found out I had 2 small cavities. Thank you to Kim for cleaning my teeth today and informing me of my cavities. There was a treatment plan written after Dr. Ruiz did the final exam and determined I needed to have 2 small fillings done. I asked if they could fit me into the schedule today for the fillings and they were able to. Thank you to Cynthia for being a great friend to me and being in the room as the fillings were being done and helped make getting fillings better for me. The numbing gel used before the shot really works a lot. I look forward to seeing you all again in 6 months

From the welcoming front desk staff, to Shy the x-ray technician (she probably does so much more, so please excuse me if I incorrectly said your job title wrong) they both put my mind at ease at my first visit. I cannot leave out my wonderful dental hygienist Kim. She was so welcoming and makes me feel so comfortable at every visit. She didn’t make me feel ashamed about my poor dental health, but said that she wanted to get my teeth and gums back in shape. I really appreciate her care during this whole experience. Fantastic experience: Please take my word for it!!!I give Lane and Associates in Mebane 5 stars. That's not easy to come by. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. I was called back and scheduled the same a.m. to take care of me. I was met by a beautiful smiling face. Her name is Maggie. I can't say enough about the wonderful and exceptional dental assistant Rani who was perfect for me. From start to finish, she was a joy to talk to. She was so professional and had that loving touch that I so appreciated. She was compassionate and thorough, and very knowledgeable. She made me laugh while educating me. In pain, even. She truly made my visit enjoyable. My doctor, who was FANTASTIC, offered me options for my care and was willing to do major work that day. I only met him that day, and I forgot his name. He is absolutely my new dentist. My husband got to be treated by him also, and he was so pleased. My family will all go to L&A for the quality of care and compassion they showed us. I felt like I was the only patient there. Oh yeah, shout out to the clinical or administrative lady (I didn't memorize her name either), but I think her name was Latanya or Latoya, maybe Lashonda? She so sweetly called me within minutes of my message before they even opened and offered me an a.m. appt 3 hours later. What a relief.. I was in professional, yes, but extremely caring hands in my dental experience. I'm very happy we chose Lane for our dental care. You are going to have a 5 star experience too, I'm sure.
