Fantastic experience: This was my daughter first time coming here including myself and I have to say we both love the staffs and the place. We were greeted once we walked in. They have an area for kids so my daughter was able to play and they treated my daughter with kindness, gentle. Just overall the staff are sweet and caring for the patients and parents, also love the environment. I was really happy with this place and happy that I pick this place to take my daughter she just loved it, I will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I came in to get my wisdom teeth checked out and the office is very clean and organized. I was helped by irine and she was very patient and gentle handling x-rays. The doctor came in a explained the sate or my wisdom teeth and I saw the x-rays. Would totally recommend this office!

My teenager has always been very nervous about going to the dentist, but the entire team went above and beyond to make them feel calm and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, were incredibly patient, and never rushed the process. What really impressed me was how they completed the treatment efficiently and thoroughly, so we didn’t have to keep coming back for multiple visits. My teen left feeling proud and relieved — a huge step forward for us! If you have a child or teen who’s anxious about dental work, I can’t recommend NexGen nough. They’re caring, professional, and truly understand how to make the experience positive from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I get nervous at the dentist, but after seeing their online reviews I was sold on trusting them with my teeth. Their assistant Irene was so friendly and the way she took the x-rays was so comfortable. I’m usually in pain, feeling sore from the X-rays taken at other dentistries but she was amazing! No pain or discomfort whatsoever! I came in for a consultation, and their dentist, Yavari, explained everything to me in the simplest of ways. I’m not a dentist by any means, so this eased my nerves & made me trust her more because I actually understood what was going on and what would need to be done for my treatment plan. I even had a moment to express my concerns with her & she answered everything with so much patience and care. Something I thought really set this dentistry apart from all other dentistries I’ve ever been to is that they actually ask if there’s ways to make your visit more comfortable. They offer blankets, dark sunglasses, music & they even have a tv screen on the ceiling playing a movie that you can watch while laying down as they work on you! The amount of attention to detail they have when it comes to customer service is setting the bar way up high. And even better, everyone in the front office was so nice too! I wish more dentistries put this much effort in making their clients this at ease since there’s so many people out there like me who get nervous about their dental care.

Negative experience: Extremely Disappointing Experience This dental clinic has some of the most unprofessional front desk staff I’ve ever dealt with. They are consistently impolite and unhelpful. Every time we come here, we have to wait far longer than expected — usually 20 minutes or more past the scheduled time — yet if you are even a few minutes late, they will cancel your appointment immediately. Today was the most frustrating experience. My daughter had an appointment that we had waited over 3 months for. Before the appointment, I received a call from the front desk saying the doctor would be late because of a surgery. I agreed to come 10 minutes later to accommodate their delay. However, while we were on our way, I received another call from a different receptionist saying that we were “late” and that the dentist had already left! I tried to explain that we were only following their instructions, but the staff member refused to listen or respond. This level of disorganization and disrespect for patients’ time is unacceptable. We will definitely be finding another dental office — one that values communication and treats patients with basic courtesy.

Fantastic experience: My child was scared of going to a dentist, but this dental clinic is just amazing. The staff is amazing. The doctor is amazing the toys they give out to the kids. The play area for the kids. It was the first time my baby was comfortable to go dentist and after going to five different clinics, that was the only clinic solved my daughter’s problem. Fantastic experience: I took my daughter last Fri, and as soon as you walk through the door you are greeted and taken care of at a timely manner. They have a great little setup for your kiddos, a tent and some video games so your kids aren't running around, pretty smart if you ask me. You are called right away to the back and the Dr. Explains everything that will happen to your kiddo, she is also very patient which is appreciated cause I had lots of questions regarding my daughter's procedure. Once the consultation was over they gave my daughter a little gift bag with some tooth brush and tooth paste and a coin to get a little rubber ball. You can tell that everything that they do at NextGen is done very thoughtfully, thanks again

Negative experience: I take my previous five star discount payment review back. I’ve been waiting to get my procedure done since the end of last year, 9 months ago and keep getting the runaround. Communication only when I call, they don’t follow up with me at all. And the communication I do get is either someone’s not in the office, someone will call me back, blah blah blah. The things that I need like sedation that is plastered all over their website, all of a sudden when it comes to me, they can’t do it, they don’t have anyone in the office that can perform anesthesia. Meanwhile, I was referred to this office for that very reason because I knew a person that has gotten work done under anesthesia. So who is that man on your website that can supposedly do all those things? Is it false advertisement or what? They are dragging it for a reason but I will find out. This is neglect.

Has such a super modern cozy look that makes it not look like a typical scary dentist office , I came in and they had a cartoon movie on for the kids which I enjoyed, also might have spotted some game controls for bigger kids which is super cool. The dentist assistant that helped me was super nice and really great at explaining questions I had for her. As well as the Dentist being open and giving me straightforward answers.I also appreciate how well put together all these ladies in this office looked, might not matter to most but makes you feel comfortable that they take time to appear good to take on another work day in helping patients.
