I’ve never felt like they tried to sell me or perform something I didn’t need. Also my hygienist here is fantastic. She is so gentle that sometimes I fall asleep while she’s taking care of my teeth .

The receptionist even walked me out to my parking spot and showed me how to park in the garage for future appointments.

Fantastic experience: Last year I was in for a cleaning and a couple of dental issues. Dr Brumm and Veronica are so easy to work with and expert at what they do. Explaining everything, skilled, kind, and fun. Encouraged my wife to see them as well (she is a bit shy to see the dentist) and had a terrific visit. She wanted to give them a hug after the visit. Best dental team !! I was in again for my 6 month check (post above was over a year ago). This time I saw April and Dr Brumm. Appointment was a breeze and I always feel well cared for and receive the best dental care.

My Dentist Dr. Sands is great, he lets you know if there are issues with your teeth, explains things so you can understand them. Brenda is the lady who cleans my teeth, she does a fantastic job. Positive experience: Dr Brumm is the best. Had a tooth extracted. The staff didn’t submit my pain relief Rx to the pharmacy for over a day even after a request call. That was disappointing (and painful) but overall, the direct care is excellent.

Was back for replacing a cracked tooth. Dr. Brumm takes her time to explain everything and makes sure the replacement “tooth” color matches the adjacent teeth. Great team, great people and I enjoy visiting the dentist! Back in February 2022 for a crown. Dr. Brumm and Joy are the best! Perfect local anesthetic for crown prep, I didn’t feel a thing and it wore off by the time I got home. Great team and always a pleasant experience. . Just had another cleaning with April in Feb 2025. Yes, I’ve been going every 6-8 months for dental care. All the hygienist are great. Dr. Brumm is the best. Always including me in every decision about my teeth.

Negative experience: This place use to be 5 star until Dr. Fard left. Now it is 1 star due to its usury practices. Greedy and over-priced! For example, they charged my son over $1,000 for an occlusal mouthguard. When Dr. Fard was there a few years ago, he would charge $2-400 for an occlusal mouthguard. I went to a different dentures after Fard left and was charged $350.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was really ALL I could hope for! I felt immediately more optimistic about a really excellent outcome from a kind of complicated problem. Dr. Brumm met me wholeheartedly to cooperate and collaborate on a wonderful smile and very good solution for a somewhat difficult situation. I am SO grateful!

Fantastic experience: Staff brought a wheelchair to where I had parked down in the parking garage to bring me to the office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in assisting me in transferring from the wheelchair to the dental chair, for cleaning my teeth. The dentist discussed where a bone fragment, from a tooth pulled by another dental clinic in June, 2024, is poking through. He said it will come out on it's own. I don't need to come back tomorrow. I was impressed that he didn't take advantage of me. He could have pulled it out, never saying it wasn't necessary. He said he wanted me to think about it. He would pull it if I decide to do that. I chose to wait, for the moment. I was taken back to my car. Everyone was wonderful!

Fantastic experience: A high quality, well run, state-of-the-art, professional dentistry practice. (!!!) I have been going to Dental Health Associates for 12 years -- the University office. I LOVE my dentist, Dr. Brumm. She is excellent, and so sensitive, supportive and kind. Dental work is stressful for me due to several bad experiences with dentists as a teenager and young woman. She makes the experience as bearable and painless as possible. And, of course, she is highly skilled and does GREAT actual dental work. Everyone who works in that office is good. Highly recommended!

They take the time to learn who you are and how to make your visit as comfortable as possible. In an emergency they get you in quickly. I used to dread going to the dentist-not anymore. I’m a nurse, I know what good care is. Dr. Brumm and her coworkers give excellent care.

Fantastic experience: The experience was seamless and pleasant; from my arrival using Dental Health Associates’ underground parking to being serviced by the friendly, warm, very efficient, fast and thorough receptionist, dental hygienist(Veronica J. ) and the Dr. Andy Song, all the way to being shown a different path to exit the office so that I would not have to encounter anyone anymore after my dental appointment. The office was clean, bright & nicely decorated. Appropriate social distancing, PPE worn by staff, a timed disinfecting oral rinse at the start of my dental cleaning and time offered for any questions or concerns I may have, all led me to feel safe, comfortable and quite pleased by the end. This is how all appointments should be!
