Fantastic experience: I called this morning and a sweet girl named Amber helped me. This will be my first time coming in, and she was so kind and patient. I had lots of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one of my concerns. She also mentioned that they work with children with special needs, which is exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you, ABC I can’t wait to meet you all.

Negative experience: Someone really needs to talk to the front desk female with black hair, she's incredibly rude and disrespectful. She does not present a welcoming environment. Not once,twice, but multiple times. She gives attitude when asking questions, answers back rudely. I'd hate to leave this dentist my child enjoys because the rest of the staff is nice but encountering her makes you not want to go there.

Fantastic experience: Great stuff all of them so nice and they did a great job the doctor who did my daughter's work is amazing with kids he gave my daughter so much talking to her making her feel so comfortable he's in the office only Wednesdays so just want to say thank you

Positive experience: I've been bringing my child to this dental office for a couple years and have always appreciated the care provided by the Dr and assistants but the receptionist with black hair is not welcoming this is not the first time l've had a negative experience with her and unfortunately, her attitude has remained consistently rude and unprofessional. Each interaction feels rushed and dismissive, and she often speaks in a tone that comes across as impatient as if me being there is an inconvenience. In a pediatric setting where families and children may already feel anxious, this kind of behavior is not only inappropriate it's unacceptable. It's disappointing to feel uncomfortable at a place we've trusted for years simply because of the front desk experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the front desk is often the first impression families get of the office. A little courtesy and respect would go a long way.

Negative experience: Terrible phone service. Sounds like the woman I spoke to does not want to be there. 2nd time I schedule an appointment for my kids, might be the last. I will call my dental plan and file a complaint because it’s not ok to act like that with patients.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. I switched from Western Dental, who was taking a very aggressive approach to my son’s small cavities on the his two front teeth. The dentist at ABC seems to genuinely care and explains to you, I went from thinking that crowns were the only option for him to only getting fillings. They are the best!

Fantastic experience: I came over from the the reseda location with a very bad taste in my mouth, but the pacoima location is outstanding from the manager to the front desk, especially the front desk who checked me in she has a lot of patience for those special parents that feel entitled, I believe her name started with an A not sure if it’s Amber or Ashley but she made my moms experience with my brother smooth and easy, no one can’t control how busy and office is but even they were fully book they were able to see my brother and i appreciate shout out to abc kids dental and the front desk, would rather make the drive from reseda to come to pacoima then go back to reseda every

Her efficiency of answering any questions or doubts with clear explanations. The whole dental experience much more pleasant, been my first time.

Negative experience: I would like to start off with ... The AUDACITY the woman at the front desk counter has! It was astronomically disgusting how rude she was to my mother! Her dismissiveness and discriminative attitude towards my nephew who happens to be autistic had me floored! Her unethical self told my mother that nothing was going to be done to my nephew and she just wasted her time by going but she still needed to pay $200! My sister called immediately to find out what the issue was and this person had the gall, the gumption, and insolence to tell my sister "your son is autistic because YOU say so or because a doctor told you?" Did she go to medical school? Does she want to act like she's the doctor? Ok, hi Medical Board of Directors, I have time today!

Fantastic experience: I appreciated the care that my son received. They were very patient and they spoke to my son very calmly despite the fact that he was highly stressed. They took their time and they were very kind to him. The young ladies at the front desk were also very kind and polite. One of them saw my son crying and she made an active effort to try and talk to him and help him calm down. They really do know how to work with children.

Her quick and experienced performance are the key to why she's very effective with kids specially when working on procedures that need extractions, fillings or sealants. Less exposure, less trauma. Her gentleness and care are a plus too. We highly recommend Dr. Ariga! Thank you! We believe our kids are in good hands!

Fantastic experience: I took my little sister in for a check up on her teeth and the front desk was amazing. The girl with the long black hair i believe her name was amber was amazing very polite, very playful with the kids . And at the end they gave her a good bag, would definitely come back, thanks to the great service

Negative experience: if i can i would put a 0 the reason is because they work with ortho and they do not give specific rules in how ortho works with them apparently ortho works separate from ABC dental and schedule and they do not confirm appointments the lady who answered when i called asked for my child's info i gave it to her and she asked what dentist is my child attending i told her he is attending somewhere else for his general dental work she rudely said that i have to contact the ortho myself to schedule an appointment. Mind you they had scheduled me themselves before and all of a sudden i have to do it myself now please train your staff a little better and provide the correct information to patients that way they can not be losing time thank you!

Positive experience: I’ve always had a good experience here no problems. For the first time I was actually disappointed. Your receptionist check out was rude. Claimed no afternoon appts AT ALL, morning only for a treatment so I said ok just call to make an appt because I knew she just wasn’t doing her job to search for one even after when I said I can wait for any other week. She was just being rude at that point to not give me an appt. I called two days later and they had an appt the next day. I work in healthcare myself and I know for a fact I would never check out a patient the way she does.

Fantastic experience: The staff at ABC are very patient with kids who don't like going to the dentist.The office is very clean, kids friendly and movies playing in lobby/ dental rooms. Dentist is very knowledgeable n quick with tooth extractions. There's goody bag with decent gifts inside after visit.

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended this place years ago and I lm glad a gave it try . They give excellent service and never waited more 10 minutes for the kids to be taken in . They offer fun goody bags (no candy off course) at the end of the visit. Staff have much patience with the kiddos and this place gives a piñata for the month of the child’s birthday. I love here so much.

Negative experience: Worst Service ever. The dentists are irresponsible and unprofessional. My daughter had a problem since Dr. Ariga was unprofessional. Don’t take your child to ABC dental any location. They are sloppy.

Negative experience: My son's appointment was at two and as soon as I got in I told the receptionist that I had to pick up my children from school if they would please attend to him as quickly as they could and they never called us and you had to go pick up my children and this is not the first time this happened, I don't no recommend this place at all.

Negative experience: I used to think they were good ! They gave my daughter toys & always told me her teeth were good no worries. WRONG. I moved to another dentist. They said she had cavities on all her teeth they needed crowns on mostly allll of them. The cavities had been there for a long time and this dentist never told me anything !!!! Horrible doctor/dentist , who doesn’t tell the parent that?? Just lazy but DONT BRING THEM HERE THEY WILL NOT TELL U ANYTHINGS WRONG
