Negative experience: I am very unhappy. They should have told me over the phone that it would be 3 trips. Also when I told the tech how my new partial felt, all she did was tell me I'm going to need adhesive. Appointment felt very rushed and I am very unhappy about the way this partial feels. I was happier with the temporary partial that I got almost a year ago. I don't recommend going here. After the money I spent I felt like an inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Went 10 years ago & got my first full set of dentures: I was not at all fond of the care I received back then. But today I went back to get a 2nd set & the difference was night and day! Excellent staff, extremely patient, caring, empathetic & genuine. I truly felt I was every bit as important as every patient should feel - especially when you’re about to spend that kind of money! The prices have really gone up in 10 years- but of course they have …the cost of living has gone up drastically in those 10 years as well! My husband & I appreciated the transparency in the pricing as well as the explanation in the different grades of dentures & associated pricing for each. But what we appreciated more than anything was that when we got to the counter, the price was what they said it would be. No hidden fees - no surprises. All in all, it was an excellent visit. I can’t review the product yet (dentures) as I won’t get them for a few more days, But based on customer service and experience alone, 10 out of 10!!

Positive experience: The staff that I engaged with were very professional. The office was not able to meet my needs because they would not do a partial, over "compromised" teeth. I understood their standards. Except I only went there to get a replacement for the partial I had created there in 2017. I know my teeth are in bad shape. But I just wanted a partial and I have had two created prior to this.

Negative experience: I paid 2000 for my dentures 3yrs ago n wanted my top teeth to fit better but they said I have to pay 255.00 which couldn't believe so I said I'll be back a different day. I thought the 2000 i paid for my dentures cover this but I guess not. It covers cracks etc.

Fantastic experience: Had extractions done by Dr Jeffrey Carroll assisted by Victoria on 7-14-25 my overall experience was very positive! Don’t what kind of adjustments I will need during the six month period to come but as of right now I am very pleased!

Fantastic experience: . My first appointment after 4 extraction ( Nov 18 2024 )and a temporary denture. Affordable Dentures is doing a good job..Caring and kind speaking workers . Easy to make appointments. Attentive and willing to listen to your need. I’ve recommended my dearest friends to them . Very affordable ! April 2 2025 I got my first alignment. I love that my teeth hold now and they still look beautiful. I need a small adjustment so I’ll return. Otherwise the work , workers and faculty facilities are professional. The people to people treatment is superb . June 23 2025 I’m finally at the end and got my permanent teeth. With 100 adjustments and 4 year warranty. . So far so good! I’m content because they look like my originals. Thank you Affordable Dentures and Implants.

Fantastic experience: By far this is the best place to have dental work done that I have ever encountered. The front office staff greets you with a friendly and courteous attitude, ready and willing to help. They are very pleasant people to work with. After making my appointment, I was contacted by the procedure staff to help make the process easier once I arrived. After arriving, I was treated quickly, courteously and professionally and they didn’t treat any of my questions as stupid. They simply helped me understand the work required and the processes I would be going through. The day of the procedure was smooth. The staff and the dentist was prepared to do the work and the did it efficiently and with great care. They provided me with written instructions for post care treatment and scheduled me for two days later to ensure the work was done right. The necessary adjustments were made immediately and a follow up for the implants themselves was made. I don’t think I’ve had a better provider for any service in the last few years any better than Affordable. They should be your first choice for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience today, the employees there are more than just employees, they care about their patients well being. This place hands down is by far the best dental establishment I have been too in many years.

Negative experience: I was so excited to have my work done. Answers all questions even that about extractions. I didn't need ANY..asked twice about the cost of a bottom plate was told $385 or so. I was 38 minutes waiting after scheduled time. When dentist or periodontist came in she was basically insisting I get all new. I specifically said only bottom twice. She informed me it would be $795.00 ...... I asked what?? Affordable dentures in Durham only charged $500 for top.... Being extremely annoyed and disappointed, as chemo messed up my teeth, I got up, said no thank you and left. Staff was nice but I'm not reco this place. One lady said she'd been waiting 2 months to get her teeth.... Durham was only less than a week. Apparently they need an office Manager.... Disappointed disappointed and disappointed....

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at affordable dentures for about 2 years and they are always very kind and professional channel. I guess if I do have a gripe. It's that I have to wait a long time to be seen from the waiting room.

Negative experience: The WORST experience I have ever had at a dentist. My appointment was 45+ minutes behind schedule. When I asked what the issue was, I got excuses. We are short staffed blah blah blah. My blood pressure was so high from the anxiety of waiting so long and getting no where with the office manager, I could not even be rendered a service. The services were not fully explained before the service was started. They make a mold of my mouth ONLY and wanted to charge me for the whole service in advance. I never got a good better best list. They told me what THEY wanted to do to MY mouth with a final cost. Don’t go here. I felt devalued and unimportant by the office manager and like they thought I was stupid because they thought I was gonna spend my money with them.

I had impressions and extractions done today and everybody was very friendly, informative, and professional! Sharon, in the back, did an immaculate job taking my impressions. Sharon was gentle and took great care of me! Then I was moved to the surgery side where Dr. Basireddy and her assistant Karman did an OUTSTANDING job! Negative experience: I would never recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to have 4 teeth pulled and a bottom plate made. Because my top plate was a little older they said i needed a top plate too. Wanted to charge me $3500. When I told them I just wanted to have the teeth pulled, they refused. It was all or nothing. Shame on them for trying to force me into something I couldn't afford.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. It’s been 3months since starting the process of implants. There has only been a couple things left out like the maintenance of the implants and changing the o ring. Of course it wasn’t brought up during the initial consult as we thought the price was everything. Other than that yes I would highly recommend using this office! I will update my review as the process continues.

Negative experience: Today's visit scheduled at 930 was not seen for until after 1045. Waiting area full like all appointments set around the same time. What should have been an in and out final impression appointment took over 2 hours. I was told I could wait in car for my dentures to be brought out to me. I waited more than 30 minutes. I was the last remaining customer in parking lot. I went inside to find out the hold up. Waiting area now empty. No one at reception desk. Finally got attention of staff member who happened by the desk before able to finalize visit. Worst of my visits so far.
