Negative experience: PARENTS OF TODDLERS BEWARE: I brought my 4-year-old to this dental office for a cavity filling and was shocked to learn that parents are not allowed to be present with their child during the procedure. At such a young age, this is not only unsettling for the child, but also deeply concerning for me as a parent. Children need comfort and reassurance during medical procedures, especially in unfamiliar settings. Denying a parent the opportunity to be with their child in such a stressful moment is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. My child was scared and anxious, and I felt powerless being forced to wait outside the room. While the staff may be trained to work with children, nothing replaces a parent’s presence when it comes to calming a young child. This policy is outdated, unnecessarily rigid, and ignores the emotional needs of both the child and parent. We will not be returning and I strongly encourage other parents to ask about this policy before trusting this office with your child’s care.

Negative experience: Horrible unprofessional dentistry. They don’t know what they are doing, most of the people working there are still unqualified medical students. If your child’s teeth are crooked or have some sort of abnormal eruption, the examiner will groan and refer to your child as a “Test”. Completely unprofessional to make comments like that or carry yourself in a mood bad towards patients, especially when most clients are Hispanic with their children. If I had known the people working there are still medical students I would have took my family to real orthodontist office that accepts Medicaid. They removed my older teen’s wisdom teeth when it was completely unnecessary as I was told by other doctors. They only removed it because he was 17 and his dental insurance would soon need to be renewed. They wanted something to charge towards the insurance bill!!! Please be weary this another Cash-grab dentistry placed in poor neighborhoods to gain patients in order to charge their Medicaid or insurance provider for the services rendered!!! They will max out the cost of insurance billing & dental Insurance but will give u low healthcare quality!!!! Please don’t be fooled by the few arcade machines or tacky furniture. Do what’s right for your children

Negative experience: Don’t go there! My husband got robot canal done and he had to go to another dentist because the tooth got infected ! The current dentist told him that the work was done wrong and that’s why the tooth was infected!

Fantastic experience: Go to the "kids" themed dentist, if you have bad anxiety or panic disorder I rate it a 10/10 experience. They are used to patients freaking out, they are patient and kind and fast. The whole place was space and star wars themed with arcade games and a mini movie theater inside. The X-rays and exam yesterday were less than an hour total, today I went for my wisdom tooth pulled, it was infected and broken into pieces and last time I had a bad panic attack. They gave me nitrous, gave me breaks, were super gentle yet fast and had a TV with wreck it Ralph playing above my head so I wasn't focusing on the experience. Then it was all over and they let me pick out a toy and we're just overall amazing.

Negative experience: So i took my 4 kids today i use to love this place i been with this same dentist for over a year now its just not the same anymore…as my 3 year old waited patiently for her gift ..the front desk lady said no gift for her since she had to be seen next door i had to leave the office with her crying and asking why if i behaved soo well….so unfair specially for a 3 year old while all of her brothers/sisters had a gift

Negative experience: Every time I bring my kids here the wait times are super long!!!! I was in today with my daughters and we were sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before they took one of my daughters to get X-rays. There was not even that many people in the office today. I don’t understand why every time I bring my kids here overall it takes at least 4 hours!!!! Definitely do not recommend unless you are planing to spend all your day there

Positive experience: Pretty fast. Will be changing dentist because Im not stepping away in a different room while you take my child to a different room for a procedure. With the reason being because they have glass doors and other patients privacy. Unacceptable in these times of the world. When asking employees they responded quite snarky as if this wasn't a valid concern.
