Fantastic experience: I've always hated the dentist and have had horrible experiences where the dentist tries to make you get all kinds of things done just for the money. However, this place is NOTHING like that. I had the BEST experience even with getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth out. They are very kind and friendly and made me feel very safe and comfortable. They also did not pressure me to do everything at once. Thank you all so much for changing my view on going to the dentist! ❤️

The service was impeccable, I was greeted at the door, introduce to different individuals, and then seated in the area where my service would take place. My teeth were cleaned to perfection! I wasn’t pressured to have extra work done or to purchase products. I met Dr. B., who was so down to earth, he explained the X-rays and what he saw. My over all visit was great! Thanks to a dynamic team.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Davis at South Arlington Smiles for several years. For a variety of reasons, I require a great deal of dental work, and I truly appreciate their office. The front office staff, hygienists, dental assistants, and dentists are so professional, kind, and helpful. I recently needed to be “fit in” next day, and saw Dr Brunson who did quite a bit of work, and I highly recommend him along with Dr Davis. They are very thorough and I feel like they try to be conservative, and they offer some payment alternatives and work well with insurance. They have up to date equipment and can make crowns in-house which is very convenient. They have a fun vibe in the office and always make sure I’m comfortable. I really couldn’t ask for more from a dental office.

Lots of diagnostic tools available to show and discuss with me the areas of concern, and they are a very gentle, trustworthy, and compassionate group of people as well! I'm looking forward to starting my Invisalign treatment with them. Update: Invisalign is going well and I have now have three excellent visits, 2 with Dr. Brunson. I really enjoy seeing Kim, all of their hygienists are amazing and seem to really help each other out when they need it! Definitely a great Dental home!

Fantastic experience: I was really satisfied with my first time visit. Dr. Davis was very informative and explained everything clearly about the dental work that needed to be done. The Treatment Plan Coordinator was very kind and helpful in finding me a financial plan that was affordable and that worked for me.

Fantastic experience: Don't go to the dentist much and I paid the price today. Had to have 3 teeth pulled, Doc was super cool and his assistant was very good always right on top of things. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to South Arlington Smiles. I needed an old crown replaced. Also, I had my teeth cleaned. I was very impressed with this facility, including both the dentist and the staff. They offer state-of-the art services, and I was able to get my crown while I waited and avoid having a temporary one. Their fees are in line with other dentists, and they did not try to upsell me. I drove 35 Mi to get to this facility due to the recommendation of a relative, and I feel it was definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe toothache at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I walked in with no appointment and was literally sitting in the dentist chair in five minutes and was out within an hour having my tooth extracted. Everyone there was so nice to me and so accommodating and took care of me like I had been a long-term patient. I would recommend this group of people to anyone and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy that they were able to remove 4 of my wisdome teeth on my very first appointment, same day everything. It was fairly quick and the staff made sure that everything was explained well. Dr. Brunson was also super professional and was able to get the job done efficiently. The whole process was just fast and the place was neat and tidy. I also love how they offer payment plans for the services so it isn't too heavy on the pockets. Recommend this clinic, from a stand point of a healthcare worker :)

Fantastic experience: From walking into the door to sayong goodbye I was very pleased. Like I told my dental assistant Alexis it felt like home..I was comfortable with everyone. Didn't feel like I had to be quiet and couldn't ask questions. Very knowledgeable and love the fact as a patient we are apart of the whole process. I had messed up work from previous offices and they also pointed out my same concerns. Came up with a great game plan and can't wait to get my target smile I been waiting for. Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly staff. Kim is the best. It doesn't even feel like you're at a dentists office. I really like the ambience of the rooms with your own personal tv to watch while getting your teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. No accountability. Over charged me and talked to me disrespectful. When dealing with the additional amount I was being charged, the office rep (Elizabeth) actually said to me "we cant do anything for you just because you don't want to pay the full amount" which is outlandish because I paid the full amount they told me I owed even though the work wasn't finished. I had to come back because their machine was down which they said "wasn't their fault". Spoke to office manager Tanika, who said "the only thing we can do is take your payment". She spoke to me in a manner that made me feel as if she did not feel my time, frustration, or money meant anything to her. They did nothing to rectify the situation, hence the 1 Star. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had so many bad experiences with dentists that I put off going. I have finally found one that is concerned with my comfort level and doing only what needs to be done. All of the staff were friendly. I can definitely say I highly recommend South Arlington Smiles.

Fantastic experience: This Dentist Office had me at "We will take care of you"!! I was in so much pain, in tears, and could hardly talk when I called this Dentist Office. I was embarrassed and scared since I had not been to the dentist in years. Always putting myself last and taking care of my family first. I had a crown missing and nerve exposed that was causing me a lot of pain. The office staff was so comforting to the extent of helping me fill out the necessary paperwork upon arrival and getting me the relief I needed right away. From the minute I arrived to the outcome of my procedure, every detail to the office staff, office procedures, office cleanliness, and just overall experience was a 10 out of 10!!! I can't thank Dr. Jordan and his assistant(s) enough for caring for me and taking the time to comfort me, holding my hand when needed, etc. I look forward to a long lasting new relationship with South Arlington Smiles. Fantastic experience: I’m a regular client at South Arlington Smiles and visited today due to a broken filling that occurred in the middle of my Invisalign treatment. The staff was so kind and got me fixed right up so that I didn’t have any interruptions to my orthodontic treatment. The staff here has always been receptive to my questions and feedback, today was no exception. In fact, after my x-rays, the FIRST question the dentist asked me was “how are you feeling?”, which was amazing because I was able to express my anxieties and concerns and have them addressed immediately with kindness and clarity that put me at ease. Fantastic experience: I used to go to a dentist in Dallas but I live in Arlington so I needed a dentist closer. I did some research and came across South Arlington Smiles page and after looking a little deeper I decided to book an appointment. I needed to have an implant procedure to which I proceeded with and WOW! The outcome is phenomenal and I couldn’t be more pleased, not only with the workmanship but also with a wonderful price and the work was completed in a timely manner. I have been going to this office and Dr. Davis is amazing, he has a great attitude and always ready to answer the several questions my family always has for him. I now go for all my cleaning and I come out feeling like I just won a big jackpot (which I consider I did win a jackpot by finding Dr. Davis’ office). I have ordered a night guard for my grinding of the teeth to which it came in earlier this week and it does wonders, my spouse couldn’t be more happier now that he gets a chance to sleep at night without me grinding my teeth! My spouse and his mom also both go to Dr. Davis (by the way they are both very particular people) and couldn’t be more impressed! Thank you to the wonderful staff who remembers our names and how extremely patience and helpful they are!! I can’t wait to visit for my next cleaning in a few months.

Positive experience: First time here for an implant consultation. Was referred by my husband. Front desk clerks were warm and welcoming. Dr. Davis was nice and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions/concerns. The only issue I did have was the Dental Assistant kept her gloves on the whole time while grabbing things, going back and forth to the computer and then doing dental xrays. Please make sure you either change your gloves when you are ready to place instruments into customer’s mouth or do not put on gloves until you are ready to do the X-rays. I am very observant and that was the only issue that I had. So, I would prefer a different assistant when I go back.
