Positive experience: Today was my first visit to Lindale Dental. I was impressed with the office staff, the dental assistant and the dental hygienist...they were kind and personable. Great job! The dentist was very busy today, so I did have to wait awhile after my cleaning to get the results of my X-rays and dental plan. Other than this, I had a good experience at Lindale Dental.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time to ever go to lindale dental i walk out with the shade of papers with the amount of what I would have to pay.They were upfront with everything to me i know this will be my dentist from now on thank you Lindale Dental.

Positive experience: Everyone was very nice and pleasant, doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything well. But the dental hygienist was not considered of my time ,I waited for her for 40 min and then went I to BR for 2 min she left my room and went to work on different patient. So I had to wait for another 30 min. The cleaning was not the best ether and she never did under bridge flossing, which I always had in different dental offices.

Fantastic experience: First visit with Lindale Dental! Great experience with exam and getting teeth cleaned. Dentist looked over X-rays, advised of dental work that needs to be performed! All in all, very pleased with decision to move to Lindale Dental instead of driving into Tyler dentist office!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was super friendly and supportive. I have severe dental anxiety. They made me feel safe and explained everything before they touched me. I can honestly say I've never left a dental office not dreading my next visit.

Positive experience: They were prompt to get me into the office, after I messed up the appointment date. The only thing that was a slight negative was once they finished all of the work, it took them a while to finish up the paperwork. Services were great and the Dentist was prompt and professional.

Negative experience: I will NEVER go there again! They took 10 minutes to clean all of my teeth. Also they filled the wrong tooth for my mom. Needless to say she still has a cavity!!!!!!?!!!!!!!

The dentist and his assistant made the whole experience quick, painless, and didn’t try to add on work I didn’t need. They fixed the problem I came in for without any pressure to do anything else. I have major dental anxiety and this place was amazing.

Negative experience: I really enjoyed the new doctor. He is very personable and seems very caring. However, I was asked to arrive 15 min early and I did that but after seeing the doctor I waited 30 minutes without anyone ever coming by to check on me or to explain they were running behind. At that point I chose to not wait any longer for my cleaning. I have never had to wait before like that and I was very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’m at the age in which dental care becomes more complex than it used to be and I’m happy with Lindale Dental because they can handle my needs professionally and courteously.

Negative experience: This place sucks!!! I never received my partial and cancelled it. It was 6200 and it has been almost 3 months and I still have not gotten a refund. I was told I would receive it in 5 business days.What a LIE!!! I AM GOING THROUGH CANCER AND CAN'T WORK!!! I NEED MY MONEY..IT IS ONLY RIGHT !!!

Positive experience: I was taken back to the exam room fairly soon after check in. X- rays were provided as I was a new patient. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 30 minutes before seeing the hygienist. She was the only hygienist available due to a recent loss of personnel. The staff was short handed so wait time was longer than necessary. Adrianna, hygienist, did a good job and was very pleasant. Dr. provided good information and suggestions for future treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lamond made me feel so comfortable and relaxed & the whole staff are a Godsend to me. Each one greeted me with a genuine warm friendly smile. It was so peaceful and calming while I was getting my teeth cleaned. I will continue to come back to this location

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience again at Lindale Dental. Located 10 minutes from my home, the staff made me feel welcomed as I entered the lobby. I received an exceptional deep cleaning on 5/8/2025. The hygienist addressed my concerns and we worked out which felt right for me ~ a good amount of novicane gel and switching from a manual scraper to the cleaning drill as my sensitive teeth would allow. She polished my teeth and the end result was wonderful . From the greetings (shout out to Jenny) from my intake and x-rays, to my very noticable, polished smile ~ The Ladies of Lindale Dental definitely bring their, "Care / Comfort / Convenience" slogan to life!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great place for your Dental work, Lindale Dental is a great place to go!!! Front office staff is very friendly and get you checked in quickly. You get called back quickly, the Dental Assistants in the back are very nice and Informative which really helps your anxiety!!! And best of all the Dentist is very friendly and gentle and talks to you about your plan of care and answers your questions you might have!!! This is the best Dental clinic I have ever gone to, that's why I rate them with 5 stars, so glad this place is in my Dental Plan!!!

Fantastic experience: Nice clean facility ,very courteous and helpful staff, Dentist was very informative giving step by step advice during examination and what dental procedures are required.

Positive experience: Strange visit. The previous dentist left to open her own practice. The rest of the staff seemed out of sorts and disorganized. I was one of the first patients of the day at 9am, and I had to wait 45 minutes before anyone looked in my mouth. The hygienist didn’t polish my teeth, wanting a dental assistant to do it… which was weird but okay, but when the assistant came in she acted like she didn’t want to do it and tried to get me out of the chair to leave. I insisted that I wanted my teeth polished, so she did, but didn’t seem comfortable doing it and honestly it was the worst polishing I ever had. I will come back in six months to see if they have gotten their act together with a new dentist but if not I will likely be looking elsewhere for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and put me at ease because going to the dentist makes me a nervous wreck. Dentist explained everything to me and they didn't make it all about money. They seemed like they genuinely cared. Great experience!!

Negative experience: Nice staff, clean facility, and kid friendly. The negatives will follow. We were there for an hour and a half in our room just for a cleaning. I had beforehand filled all necessary paperwork including insurance online through their online portal, and they waited till we started to leave to say we owed money that we were not expected to pay. Didn't even seem like they looked at the paperwork I submitted online because she had us waiting even longer to look it up. Then was the time that they said they don't cover my child's insurance. They need to let you know that before sending you back to a room. That part seemed predatory and unprofessional.

Positive experience: The hygienists and assistants are awesome. With that being said I do feel like I should have been notified prior to my appointment that my dentist was no longer there and they had visiting dentists that could not prescribe proper aftercare pain medicine my mouth hurts really bad today. I don't drive so I have to get a ride so I didn't feel like it would be fair of me to waste my ride's time so I went ahead with the procedures. I really feel like I was put between a rock and a hard place and I sacrificed my own care to go ahead and get it done. I will still use this office don't get me wrong but in the future you guys should really let patience know if there is a staff change like that that will affect us.

Positive experience: Half the appointment was great but when I asked for clarification on why my son wouldn’t or couldn’t get sealant on his teeth (which the dentist recommended) the hygienist got very upset and defensive (full communication breakdown) then another hygienist and office manager jumped in to try and help but all had different answers for my fairly simple question. I understand grace should be given and I can imagine they’re busy this week but the hygienist just walked out and refused to return meanwhile my 5 year old daughter was still in the chair waiting for her cleaning. We never saw her again. The hygienist who stepped in seemed upset to be adding to her own plate and ultimately the whole interaction was confusing. I wasn’t upset I was just trying to understand. The staff did their best to remedy the situation but the original hygienist soured my opinion of the entire office and no one thought to apologize for her extreme lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend this office!! The billing department is horrible! They have no idea what there doing!! They were always billing the wrong codes! Watch your Insurance EOB’s

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth broken at the gumline. I thought they would have to cut into my gum to pull it, but they didn't. They pulled my tooth quickly and efficiently and my appointment was done in less than 30 minutes. I suffered no pain during nor after. I am grateful!

Positive experience: I truly think y’all could be more customer friendly. Saying hi and how are you is a bit cold and routine. Y’all don’t really create relationships with your clients. It just feels cold there. The girl up ground is really friendly, but that’s where it ends. There was another serious issue, but I won’t get into it on here.

Fantastic experience: Very presentable dentist office outside and inside. The staff were great from the front desk to the dentist herself. There are TVs for each patient that I was given the remote to watch what I wanted between being settled and waiting for my dental hygienist (not a long wait, but nice for entertainment). I didn’t catch the hygienists name, but she was very friendly and did a great job. I felt well taken care of. The dentist exceeded my expectations as well. She was very caring and gave great advice for my concerns… which were regarding gum health, toothbrush recommendations and she even offered to fix my front tooth that was chipped about 25 years ago. She took the few minutes to grind down the corner and made my front teeth appear way more symmetrical. No adult dentist has ever offered this before, they usually just ask about it and move on. I really appreciate her for this! I left VERY happy with the service I received. 10/10 recommend!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Waited in line 3 min while someone complained about insurance and then they claimed we were 7 MIN late and there is a 5 MIN “GRACE” period and she fought with me saying that’s how she runs her clinic because they are always triple booked and if you don’t show up in 5 min, they give away your appointment. Don’t accept new patients if you can’t handle the load!!!!!!!!

Positive experience: I miss Judy the old hygienist. The current one was nice the first time I met her. But this time, she was reallyyyy aggressive with my teeth. I go every 3-4 months for a cleaning and NEVER has it hurt this bad. A little bit of me, made me think she caused some of the pain on purpose. Let me tell you why, she kept saying “if you take care of your teeth at home it won’t be this painful when you come here”. I had to stop half way through because I was in so much pain and I was crying. Never have I ever left there thinking ‘I never want to come back’ but this time I did. When I first went my teeth were not so good. I’m been going there for several years now and I love Dr. Soung. She helped get my teeth healthy again. I don’t have anymore cavities and my gums are doing much better. ❤️ But the hygienist really made me feel like crap when I have tried so hard to take care of my teeth at home. She gave positive feedback on something’s. But really made me leave in pain. Never never never have left there in pain like I did on my last visit! Edit 1 year later. I haven’t went back but my husband goes. I’m not very happy with them about that lady.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is very friendly and kind. I really appreciate Dr. Song. She spent a little extra time with me answering questions and doing a filling after my cleaning.

Negative experience: I wish to inform others of their cancellation policy because I don't feel like it is emphasized enough. If you do not answer their phone call the day before your appointment, they will cancel your appointment. I'm not upset that it was cancelled when I did not confirm the appointment the day before; I am upset that I didn't know and drove to the office to then find out. If they cancel it, they should send an email explaining it. Appointment was today at 5pm, and I received the attached email at 7pm. Bad communication.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Song is a trooper and so is her entire team. They were all very patient with my extremely anxious 10 year old. But more recently this patience and persistence was severely tested by my absolutely horrible wisdom tooth that she and her team worked so diligently at extracting for 3 and a half hours because this tooth wanted everyone to have a bad day. They were all fantastic, even though my tooth put everyone in that building through hell today.

Fantastic experience: In the past I have had two other extractions and the so called doctors were extremely brutal, breaking the tooth in pieces! Dr Song was so gentle that I didn’t even know she was done with the process. She is amazing! Support staff was so kind and happy. Loved the whole place. I just said a dental appointment was nice!!! This was a simple procedure but every care was made by Dr Song & her assistant to insure an excellent fit, and it is! I seem to always have extraneous questions relating to the dental health of seniors and she patiently answers my concerns in a clear and helpful way. The staff are kind and welcoming from the minute you enter the door & special kudos to Jenny at the front desk. Choosing this clinic, Dr.Song, and her assistants was definitely a great decision!
