Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams is the BEST! Always in a good mood and knows his stuff. All of the staff at the desk should yearn to be like Lauren. She always has a smile and is second to none. Sherri and Missy make every visit a pleasure, as well. They all make going to the dentist something to look forward to, not something to be afraid of.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst dental office I’ve ever been to. Not only did I see a different primary dentist every single time, I felt like it was rushed and not the least bit personable. They constantly tried to sell me things I didn’t need. The worst experience was the fillings they did. Both my molar filling and my canine filling were extremely sharp and not smooth when finished even after telling them. The canine filling fell out within a year and when they re-filled it, the dentist changed the entire shape of my tooth, removing parts that weren’t the filling and it was so sharp. I repeatedly explained she wasn’t filing the filling part down and it was misshapen and she continuously shaved the other part not even getting the sharp part. It still is cutting my lip when I close my mouth. I will never return here. It was always rushed and never a good experience. Extremely low quality care.

Negative experience: Update: The new Dr is too young, she just graduated a few weeks prior to my appointment in September 2025. She spent two hours doing more xrays and using an AI tool and said I needed root canal evals on 8 teeth, three extractions of permanent teeth. She toldmy father he needed three extractions. There was something off about this as my treatment plan either the previous dentist was only three months old and had one tooth left to fix. She seemed excited not compassionate about the work needed. Went to two second opinions. 1 possible root canal, 1 crown and no extractions. Run. As someone who has dental work done in three countries, and four states, I can honestly say this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The hygienist Missy is just absolutely gentle and kind. I’ve never had any pain during her cleanings and refuse to see anyone else. I’ve had over 17 crowns and 7 extractions, 16 root canals and a plethora of fillings in my life time . This is the most gentle dentist office. The front desk ladies are funny and make waiting enjoyable as they also answer any questions with a genuine smile-not that fake customer service smile. My treatment plan is always broken down so that I can understand it by Lauren (who is the pillar of this office) and it’s a calming feeling to see her every time knowing she’s got your back. Now she has two ladies helping with the increasing workload who are simply sunshine in their chairs and have a good sense of humor as well as understanding of the insurance world. Nina and Maci must never leave but if Lauren leaves- never mind not even going to put that in the atmosphere. Also side note the root canal specialist is always available quickly and gentle (after 16 I know what I’m rating lol)

Fantastic experience: Outstanding staff and service – we love this place! Missy in insurance/billing is an absolute gem – incredibly efficient and always follows up promptly without any hassle. But the real star is our hygienist Missy! She's the main reason we keep coming back. Super experienced, genuinely kind, and incredibly knowledgeable – she makes every visit feel easy and enjoyable. Taking my daughter here has always been a happy, stress-free experience. Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr Krieg an her assistant Rose we're great. I have annixety but they are so good keeping me calm and always make sure I'm ok. This is my third crown with them an I wouldn't have anyone else working on my teeth. They are a great team and I feel so lucky to have found them both.

Fantastic experience: I was greeted in a friendly manner. Johanna was thorough and efficient when she cleaned my teeth. I was in and out in an hour. Lauren is also very friendly and professional at the front desk.

Positive experience: Needed crown (not sure if they didn’t see cavity til got too big). Was in chair 2 1/2 hrs for prep. 2 weeks later problem with impression so went in and was a lot more drilling and new impressions taken. Temp fell out 2 times. This is the third day I have driven down south for them to take care of issues. Tired but hopefully will hold til crown comes in and they catch cavities before they need crowns from now on. Staff is nice and informative.

Johanna has done such an amazing job on my cleanings the last 3 times I have seen her, I have very sensitive teeth and gums and she knows exactly how to handle my situation. A little bit of a wait and minor schedule mix up for my wife's appointment but the care was so good I am happy to give them a pass. Very happy with the dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor. I’ll be honest—I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist, and usually I feel nervous just walking through the door. But this office was completely different. From the moment I arrived, Melinda made me feel welcome and at ease, and Dr. Kreig took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how they treated me like I had been a patient for years, even though it was my first visit. That kind of genuine care and kindness is hard to find. They didn’t just “get me through” an appointment, they made me feel looked after and valued. For anyone who struggles with dental anxiety or has been putting off making an appointment, I can honestly say this is the office to go to. I finally feel like I’ve found a place I can trust, and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been top shelf from the very beginning. I was a new patient and let’s just say I had more than one small problem regarding my teeth and yet they made it as smooth as possible. My appointment was for 10:30 AM/ And what is fantastic About them is that they allow you to fill out the forms that are Necessary for new patients. So in short by allowing me to fill out all that information ahead of time Before my appointment at 10:33.I was called from the waiting room, and at that point, the dental assistant stayed with me, went over all the issues regarding my situation / Was able to take all the x-rays and call the dentist to my room to go over all the x-rays as well as give me the best options on how to move forward. Everything was written down on paper, including what my insurance was going to cover What I needed to pay out of pocket as as well as what the best options were moving forward. By far, it was the best experience I’ve ever had And I will not be looking for another dentist from this point forward. I want to thank everybody that was involved in my visit today and I am looking forward to seeing everybody again soon.

Fantastic experience: I liked this dental office, just about all,as far as I could see, the staff were female which I have no problem with. The dental assistant and dentist made sure I was comfortable in the chair then proceeded with the exam. The dentist did not poke and prod just gave little taps to see where I was sensitive and to see if she could locate any loose teeth for which I am grateful. All in all a very peaceful exam.

Dr Krieg knows what she’s doing when she gives injections to numb the mouth and when she pulled my tooth I didn’t feel a thing it was done so quickly. Fantastic experience: I had a bad experience with billing at a previous dentist, & was looking for a new one. Glad I found Dental Associates of FL & Dr. Williams. They graciously worked with me to help compensate for the previous loses. All the staff I've interacted with are great. I just had a tooth pulled, & while I expected that to be easy (it was a baby tooth) it's the Novocain shots I dread. I appreciate that the doctor was really good at that. I basically didn't feel anything.

Fantastic experience: My first time at Dental Associates of Florida - Lakeland and everyone was professional and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and l was scheduled for an hour. They did an exam and x-rays. I left with a plan of care that I could schedule around my schedule. For me it was a cleaning, then have some cavities filled and repair of a tooth. Prices were clearly listed and explained so no surprise fees. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Each appointment was met with understanding, great communication on pain levels and my feedback and I could tell they were extremely knowledgeable. My cleaning appts whether it's with Johanna or Missy have been super comfortable and they always make sure I am doing okay as I have high dental anxiety. Dr. Williams is a perfectionist and Kim is the perfect partner to help him get there. Whenever Sherry is working on me she ensures me everything will be okay. I trust her with everything. Kristian does a great job at keeping the team on track and Maci, the insurance coordinator is the only person i trust to make sure these insurance companies pay for my work. You know how they are -____- Last but not least money lady Lauren. No words will be enough for her because I can't imagine anyone else checking me out of a dental office. she is the most positive person and it makes the biggest difference after looonggg dental appointments. I'm going to miss her friendliness the most. Im sad im moving so will have to leave this office but this team is the perfect team to make sure you have a good dental experience. Negative experience: Everytime I get my teeth cleaned I feel like they are trying to sell me somethhng. I always have to wait a while before I’m called back and get charged for things I should not be charged for. Sometimes the staff is not that friendly. It’s hard to find a dental office and other Doctor offices these days to go to that has good customer service. Dr.Williams in the beginning was not that friendly, but he has lightened up and I enjoy chatting with him when I have an appointment. I think their overall customer service needs help. I am trying to find another office to go to, but I guess until I find another dental office I will continue to go here and just watch what they are trying to upsale me. It’s a shame I have to do that!

Positive experience: I was happy with my treatment on Tuesday. I was advised Tuesday that the person doing my treatment plan was busy and would email it to me. I called Thursday confirming my email and still have not received my treatment plan. How do I know how much I am going to be billed Monday when I return?

Fantastic experience: My experience with Dental Associates of Florida (Lakeland) yesterday was exceptional. It was my first visit to the office in Lakeland. Kudos to Dr. Williams and is staff for the quality of work and customer service provided!

Negative experience: BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I went there, they filled out of treatment plan, my treatment plan was approved by my insurance company. However. At the end of the second appointment, they told me that I would have to give them $2,000 more and that the insurance would not cover this. WHAT A SCAM!

Positive experience: The dental hygienist Johanna was fabulous and made me feel very comfortable! The doctors bed side manners weren’t that great though. I think it would be beneficial if they offered headphones with music to help people with anxiety/neurodivergence as well. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: They were so patient with me! Have such a fear of dentist. My tech even pushed her next appointment to maje sure I was taken care of and not rushed. First time there and won't be going anywhere else!!!

Negative experience: I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I visited this office expecting a routine cleaning and instead left feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. Sherry, who handled my X-rays, provided poor customer service from the start. When I asked questions, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and even made unnecessary comments about a cosmetic feature of my smile. She was not friendly, and her attitude made the entire visit stressful. I had believed I scheduled a cleaning, but apparently that wasn’t the case. When that came up, Sherry told me I was “lucky” a hygienist had a cancellation, then made me sit down as I was leaving to explain how scheduling “works,” even as I was visibly upset and crying. She told me there was no reason I should feel that way, which only made things worse. The dental hygienist who ended up doing my cleaning was kind and professional, and I appreciated her care. However, the overall environment was not welcoming. The male dentist also made repeated comments about how badly my orthodontist had done my braces when I was younger, which felt unnecessary and unkind. I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps the office reflect on how patients are treated beyond just the clinical work.

Fantastic experience: I've been to this Dentist office several times in the last few months and thought I would write a review about the wonderful experiences I've had at each visit. The staff are extremely polite and friendly. Dr. Gandhi, Jaimee, and Lauren make a fantastic team. I've had several crowns and a tooth extraction during my past visits and the staff continuously monitored me for any discomfort and immediately paused if I felt even the slightest pain. I've never felt this comfortable about going to the dentist before, they make the experience less stressful and I'm looking forward to my visit next month.

Fantastic experience: The office staff were very friendly. The lady that cleaned my teeth was a fill in for the day and was awesome!! Booked another appointment with her on her regular Friday work schedule in 6 months. Overall experience was great! No complaints.

Negative experience: They are not good communicators. I received a bill in a mail. So, I called them about six months prior to my appointment. When I called they said bala was zero and said it was wrote off. Fast forward when I call to make an appointment now they are saying I had to pay something like $384. They all are fake act really nice in front of you but talk behind your back. If you have audacity tell me on my face not upraid to co front. All are Beeachis, Lauren, specially Nina the fakest person there.

Negative experience: People here are so fake. And, they make you sit for hours they don’t tell you anything clearly upfront. After spending two Hours in the office deciding on the final pay for upper dentures for my mom they call back and say oh does she want more permanent dentures What? while we were sitting idle for literally 40 minutes you could have done that. Then, they hang up on you when you call back and loose your cool.

Tayla was kind and calm as well, so quick and focused. Lauren was very nice and helped me with the paperwork ( as I mentioned I was in a lot of pain and was having a difficult time understanding everything I was reading but she took extra time to clarify for me and made sure my insurance information was up to date and used correctly. This was an easy appointment all around.

She’s thorough, gentle, and always takes her time to make sure I’m comfortable. I really appreciate how she explains everything so clearly and helps me understand what I need to maintain my dental health. I’ve never been a fan of getting my teeth worked on but she ensures my cleanings are always an easy and great experience. Lauren at the front desk is also so warm and welcoming. She’s friendly, organized, and always makes the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy.
