Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd visit after going to a dental practice for 40 yrs. My husband (as well as my 3 grandkids) go here and recommended them to me - I wish I'd changed sooner! Lisa, my hygienist, was so thorourough and a joy. I had an appt. immediately after - they made sure I got out in time. Dr Beth is so professional and kind - I can't say enough about this practice!

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Clark Dental are always positive. First class place and even better people. Lots of smiles.

Negative experience: Convenient location and pleasant staff. Unfortunately their services make it an inconvenient choice. They choose not to perform root canals and were very aggressive in bonding my FOUR front teeth! Deep and extensive drilling!! The bonding sheered off one and chipped on two others! Anytime I had pain they wanted to call in a script for an antibiotic but never got to the reason for the pain. I am happily back seeing my previous (and preferred) dentist in northern Westerville. She solved the pain as a bite issue and lowered a filling. She is repairing my four front teeth today! Expensive mistake on my part trying Clark Family!!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could remember the name of our dental hygienist, but she did an OUTSTANDING job with my 3 year old’s first dentist appointment. She had a great demeanor and child-friendly explanation for everything. I had considered going to a pediatric dentist, but she did such a great job. I don’t think there is any need to. My daughter had a great time and is already excited to go back.

I'm embarrassed to say I have avoided going to the dentist over the last few years due to the natural anxiety of visitng the dentist. Dr. Beth made me feel instantly comfortable and quickly my fears started to subside. She listened to my concerns and assured me I was in good hands. They had also attacked a girl scout troop, but they were hungry for thin mints. Don't blame the eagles. They just have a sweet tooth for those tasty cookies... Darkness may cast a shadow on the roof of Clark Family Dental. Yet, the soaring eagles will protect them and their trusted patients every day. Finding a good dentist can be challenging. Eagles know this...

Fantastic experience: Great first experience! I felt like this was one of the most thorough cleanings of my life. Everyone was super friendly. I even noticed the hygienist wiping down and sanitizing anything she touched like the xray machine. They explained all their procedures and equipment and told me exactly what to expect. They also didn't try to upsell me on other products. I will be telling my friends about this place.

Fantastic experience: Sarah was my hygienist the last 2 times. Sarah was amazing. She was patient, and kind knowing that this isn’t my most favorite thing to do. She answered all of my questions and explained next steps. I am extremely sensitive when it comes to my teeth. She takes notes so the next time you come in she can make adjustments to your care according to your needs. 5 stars! Dr Chris is always great!

They even have plan to help me lower my bills as I don’t have a dental insurance. Despite the fact that I was only scheduled for an hour, they were still able to fit me into their schedule to fix all my teeth in one session. I searched for “Best Dentist in Columbus” and one of the dental practices listed was Clark Family Dental (CFD) At every medical provider rating website, CFD had 5/5 Stars and patient comments oozed with great satisfaction & glowing recommendations. I’d chipped a tooth & needed some other dental work. The support staff at CFD are hardworking and customer service oriented. When I called to become a new patient, I was able to secure an appointment that met my schedule. When I had my first appointment, the staff was extremely thorough and I was impressed beyond words. Literally, I can state without hesitation that CFD is the best dental practice I’ve ever visited. My husband & I have moved to different states for his employment so I have treated with enough different dentists to know pure gold when I see it. My visit was with Dr. Beth Clark, DDS who inspected my teeth from top to bottom, I was given important information about my dental problems, the dentist discussed a detailed plan with me, provided me an estimate of my out-of-pocket expenses after insurance and scheduled me to come back in for completion of my needed dental work. Great location in New Albany, easy to find. Warm & welcoming staff. Very efficient, experienced medical staff. Highly recommended. Years later, my husband and me continue to be patients of CFD.

Fantastic experience: This is our regular dentist, whom we are thankful for and always happy to refer people to. They have cared for our family of 6- 4 kids at various ages. They've helped w/ referrals to specialists after catching issues. They only treat what needs treated and look for ways to approach problems economically- which is important to us. Most recently, I had a crown pop off on a Sunday and was in the chair getting help Monday morning at 8a. Highly recommend!

If we ever move out of town, I’ll be making the extra drive to keep my family at this office for our dental care! Editing to add that we actually did move out of town and now we make the 50min drive back to Clark Family Dental because it’s that worth it!!

They take time to coach you to better health. The office is updated and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient. I know going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience for some people. I was one of those people myself and I avoided going to the dentist for many years because of it. Clark Family Dental has changed that for me. From my first visit with them - when they agreed to see me on short notice to fix a crown installed by another dentist that had fallen out - I have had only positive experiences and very positive results. They are very knowledgeable, very gentle and they don't push procedures that you don't need. They gained my trust quickly and it has made it easy for me to get the work I needed done and follow a regular maintenance schedule. They are simply the best!

We have been patients of the office for 4 or 5 years and they have been amazing across the board from scheduling to service. Recently though-they have gone above and beyond. My one daughter had to have 3 cavities filled for the first time and she was terrified. They were amazing with her and moved her appointment up because she had so much anxiety. They made it a quick and painless experience for her. Tonight was the clincher though. My youngest daughter fell and chipped her front tooth pretty bad. Even though it was after hours-Dr. Beth Clark had me meet her at the office after hours and she fixed my daughters tooth-you can’t even tell it happened. Beth was so kind and sweet. I’ve never experienced that with any other health care professional. You could tell she actually cared about my daughter. I attached pics below of the before and after-incredible. I am well aware there are an abundance of extremely well qualified dentists near my home, but I would be foolish to walk away from such a talented dentistry team.
