He was very clear in explaining each step of the process. I also felt very confident as he consulted with the oral surgeon . What a great time of Thanksgiving with my new Denture implants !

Negative experience: The bill estimate is horrible. Not real time estimate. Everyone need to ask the real time estimate. Otherwise, you will pay a surprised bill. It is not the insurance company's problems. It is your billing department's problem.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Masters, my dentist. I live in Bellevue , Nebraska, but I will gladly make the trip to northwest Omaha to see him whenever I can. The facility is clean and welcoming, and the staff who bring you back are always so kind. Dr. Masters makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish. I’ve never had a good experience with a dentist before, but with him, there was no pain during my procedures. He explains everything he’s about to do and checks in to ensure you’re at ease. He is highly skilled — as soon as my novocaine wore off, my bite felt absolutely perfect. There truly aren’t enough words to describe how honest, gentle, and kind he is. Hands down, the best dentist ever!

I had an emergency on Monday night but they were able to get me on Wednesday morning only took about 20 minutes and I was back out. Another Happy Customer thanks Today’s Dental very much. They have watched me grow up from a little girl to a married woman now!! I give them my vote for Best of Omaha

Positive experience: Dr. Masters is absolutely phenomenal—he’s the reason our family chooses Today’s Dental. His skill, communication, creativity, and genuinely pleasant demeanor make dental work as positive of an experience as it can be. I’m always confident in the care he provides, and his assistants have consistently been kind and helpful as well. The front desk staff is also patient and communicative, which I really appreciate. Because of Dr. Masters, I’ve even moved my daughter’s dental care here. That said, my only hesitation in giving a full five stars is the inconsistency I’ve experienced with dental hygiene care. Both my husband and I have had difficult experiences with the same hygienist—so much so that we each requested not to be scheduled with her again (without knowing the other had done the same). I’m hopeful that a change in hygienist will resolve this concern and bring all aspects of our care up to the high standard we’ve come to expect from Dr. Masters and the rest of the team!

Fantastic experience: I had a checkup today on my teeth at Today’s Dental Tranquility Park. I was greeted by Lauren who was so welcoming as she checked me in. Dana, my hygienist, is so very thorough, knowledgeable, and excellent at her job. But she is a woman of kindness and caring, also. What more can be said—no cavities♥️

Negative experience: I really loved the dentist and his assistants. I thought I had found a dentist I could stay with. Then I got mixed messages with billing. It is confusing but this all started earlier this year and I am just being told my insurance isn’t covering things and the visit I just came in for I’m probably gonna have to pay for. He only looked at my cheek bc it’s been hurting since I had a filling. It was like 5 min appt. It’s wrong and they need to either not accept my insurance at all since they don’t accept the other half of it or accept it all and need to start communicating with patients. I’m sad that it came to this bc the dentist is great

I got in within 24 hours for a toothache, and they did the entire procedure same day, crown and everything, no waiting for a outside lab to make it! Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable. Positive experience: 5 * for services, definitely recommend but lately their financial estimates are gone bad to horrible. They gave me an estimate of $85 then a week later called me and told me $145 and the actual bill was $630.. still using their services since last 3-4 years.. so ensure the bill before taking any service

They always remembered my special requirements and I never had to remind them about what I was comfortable or not comfortable with. Dana and Dr. B are the only people You want working in your teeth! Fantastic experience: Today’s Dental is great! I went and saw the oral surgeon for a follow up. They sent my paperwork to Today’s Dental and they got me in the same day for shading. I have always had good experiences with Today’s Dental at Tranquility Park!

Negative experience: My husband and I have been going to Today's Dental for the last 2 to 3 years since we've moved to Omaha. The people are generally nice, our hygienist and dentist are great, no issues. Until I called to reschedule my appointment today (3/24/25). Not sure who I spoke to, she never said her name. I asked to reschedule my appointment and immediately she stated that there are no available appointment until June (within seconds). She did not even bother to check or offer any kind of solutions, not even a waitlist? Nothing, I got nothing other than "we got nothing until June". Then asked her to check again, nicely of course, and she continued to sound annoyed at me. I've never felt more dismissed in my life so I decided to bring my hard earned money elsewhere and remove myself (and my husband) from this location. Thus, I called a second time to cancel the appointment, she sounded annoyed, again. Not a single "hello, thank you for calling, etc." Nothing that you would expect receptionist to answer a phone call. All I got was "Today's Dental", that's it, from both calls. I don't think it cost a thing to be nice or to sound nice. I would just rather spend my money where people are nice and kind to each other. So I decided to go to another Dental office near by. And guess what, they were super nice answering the phone.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I felt immediately at ease. Every step of the way was explained in detail as well as what to do next. Various options were presented to me and all of them were explained in detail and when I left there was nothing but smiles, waves and see you soon. It was a very good experience. I will be going to this dentist office for the rest of my life no need to look elsewhere. Update: As always they are awesome. Explaining every step, asking how I feel and making everything as relaxing and comfortable as possible. I will always go here for my dental needs.

Negative experience: The dentist is fine. No issues and most of the hygienist are very nice but the receptionist are so rude and unprofessional when you call. They need to fire the receptionist and hire people with better attitudes and work ethic who treat people respectfully and return calls

Fantastic experience: Dana was so sweet and patient. Explain everything she was doing and made sure I understood what she was explaining about my plan if care. Dr. Master was amazing. My two youngest are also patients and they live everything about it! Thank you all so much. We can't wait to start our plan if care.
