Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams is the most knowledgeable and personable dentist I have ever had, and I’ve had a lot. He will patiently explain and show you exactly what’s going on with your teeth, and recommend the best treatment, just what I would always want. Highly recommend him and have recommended him.

Fantastic experience: I've been a dental patient of Dr. Williams for several years now. He's kind, professional, knowledgeable, and has modern up to date equipment. If he is unsure about something he will refer you to a specialist to treat the condition which I appreciate. The office staff, assistants and hygienist are all very competent and friendly. I've never been uncomfortable in their care. Great people, great atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 10 stars, I would. My son had an abscessed tooth and we needed to get him in as soon as possible. I was referred to Dr Dixon by a friend and they were able to get him in quickly, even though we were new to New Leaf. The office staff were kind and professional. The wait was very short. Dr Dixon was so kind and compassionate. He went above and beyond taking care of my son and making him feel comfortable. By far the best dental practice I’ve ever been to. We will be moving our whole family to New Leaf Dental.

And had problems with a lot of them. Dr Dixon did a root canal with ease and no problems he can do all of my root canals if I need more. I am so glad I found him. I have never said I loved a dentist. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist based on the reviews and it was so close to my house. I can honestly say the reviews are not wrong. Best dentist I’ve been to in a while. They’re fast, efficient, affordable and do impeccable work. I ended up getting veneers done that I’ve been wanting basically my whole life. Price was very fair and they ensured everything was perfect. Dr. Williams and his team do excellent work. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Top notch dental provider in terms of both patient care and business practices. They have absolutely outstanding customer service that starts with their amazing front end staff. Scheduling is always a breeze and takes into account patient preferences regarding thing like if you have a preferred hygienist. They offer a wide variety of services and the thing I appreciate the most is that there are no billing surprises. If the doctor or hygienist offers a service like fluoride they will tell you immediately if the service is covered by your insurance and what the out of pocket cost is, if any. In addition to normal cleanings I've had a crown repaired, a tooth extracted, fillings placed, and even a bite guard created to help with my night time teeth grinding. Before any of these, I knew exactly how much it would cost me and if there were alternatives. They even give me new heads for my Sonicare toothbrush after every visit. The staff is also very friendly and personable. Lastly, but certainly not least, their level of technical expertise and care is unparalleled. I traveled a lot in the last 20 and had multiple dental providers in sever states and these people are the best. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I always feel well taken care of here. I like that each time I go in for a cleaning I get a new toothbrush head for my electric toothbrush, and the staff always know about personal lives and make you feel like a friend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for several years. Staff are always friendly, and appointments start on time. I had a filling today. They squeezed me in while I was in for a cleaning, so I didn't have to go back. The filling was done quickly and didn't cause any pain. In my to go bag, I always get an electric toothbrush replacement head, which I appreciate.

Dr Williams is awesome, he reassured me with great news he could easily fix my tooth with a new fill and he did with zero pain! Negative experience: I had an appointment set 1 year before I recieved a call that they must cancel and reschedule....6 months out. Then they tell me that they would fit me in as soon as an opening comes available. 1 month goes by and I find another dentist with an opening in a week. I call on a Friday and they are closed to cancel by voice mail. I recieve a call from them on Monday that there is an opening this week. LOL no thanks you may want to open on Fridays.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been able to say with 100% confirmation that your family dentist the absolute best? Well I can after yrs searching for the right dentist. I met. Dr Williams with New Leaf in Meridian I’d via recommendation.. His knowledge is above par, he’s excellent in all dentistry needs. There also the environment in the office. I promise you will never come across receptionists that are so kind and listen to everything you say to best serve you. Dr Williams staff is just that then there’s the icing on the cake his office is fully staffed with hygienists & assistants that you just have to meet. Dr Williams came in late after the work week and with his and the labs hard work he had me fitted for a temporary device so I didn’t have to walk around with no front tether brought in by car accident. They all remember little details about conversations we had at the previous visit indicating they take note and review it prior to the appointment. My wife and children have all had good experiences with New Leaf Dental (even with all the cavities). Pricing was upfront and fair and was cheaper than the estimate was got from another dentist. Will continue to come here.
