Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:00 a.m. and waited until almost 12:00 p.m. without being given any clear information. When I asked for an estimated wait time, the staff said they could not provide one. I mentioned that I was fasting and had a headache, but there was still no update or consideration. What added to the frustration was that my main concern was wisdom teeth discomfort, yet the discussion shifted toward extracting other teeth that were not causing pain, along with additional treatments. This did not feel aligned with the reason for my visit. After waiting for nearly two hours with no clear plan or communication, I decided to leave. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and respect for patients’ time made this a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Every time I’ve come here it ends up taking absolutely forever to get anything done. Last time I went in for a cleaning, almost 1 hour and a half later my teeth still weren’t clean. This is the only dental place I’ve been where I feel like I need half a day to get any work done on me. There are better and faster options out there, so I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Abbie has been my hygienist since coming here for a year now. She’s so nice and makes me feel comfortable every time, she talks me through everything is so easy to talk to!

Dr. Stubblefield and assistant JoJo have treated me in a genuinely exceptional manner, as well as other staff who I appreciate so very much, but whose names I regret that I don't have at the moment. I thank them all very sincerely and honestly.

Negative experience: I was wondering why Jefferson has such horrible reviews and now I know why. I arrived for my 9:30am appointment only to be told that I wasn’t able to be seen because she couldn’t confirm my appointment. Why not send me a text or call me again and leave a voicemail, that’s horrible service and I’ll never be back to this location or any other Jefferson! Y’all have to do better and be considerate of peoples time!

Negative experience: Won’t go back to that place last time they made me wait 2 hrs then they said dentist was going to be late so I went home and cane back he put my crown back and didn’t say anything about being broken so 2 months later it fell and now they want to charge me 2600 dlls to replace it wow

Fantastic experience: Today was my children's first time visiting Jefferson Dental and I was nervous coming in because my children has not had the best experiences at the dentist. I explained my concerns regarding it to the Dental hygienist and the Dentist, and they were able to treat them with no issues. They did such a great job with explaining procedures, giving my daughter tools to calm her nerves, and encouraging them. So thankful for Nancy, Dr. Stubblefield, and Jojo. Oh and also, super thankful for them to offer payment plans for treatments! Will definitely keep returning here with my kids ❤️

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience with Jefferson dental on 701 Stemmons in Lewisville the staff was friendly. But the MVP was my dental hygienist Abbie Lewis. She was kind educated and very thorough with the everything. If I had question on what was happening and why or wish to be educated on a matter she gladly did it with glee she literally a Subject matter expert.when she cleaned my teeth she wasn't heavy handed and cared about my pain tolerance. I felt like I was in good hands and walked out a lot smarter about dental hygiene. Who knew you have 3 Sylvia glands in your mouth? Truly a wonderful experience.

Negative experience: They owe me money. They first called requesting for payments. I pulled all paperwork and started an investigation and they actually owe me money. I continue to receive excuses via email and it has been months since they haven’t seen me the check back Then I receive calls to book appointments. Please do not use this dentistry they are dishonest.

Negative experience: They don’t hand out appointment reminders when you check out. When you already have your next appointment scheduled they end up changing it without notifying you. Also their back rooms are so small it doesn’t fit a stroller so I highly recommend just waiting the waiting area if you have a stroller.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency root canal after having a painful night and was seen right away the next morning after scheduling online. The staff took great care of me and Dr. Stubblefield did an outstanding job. Very good experience and would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: When I went to Jefferson Dental to see check on handicap parking, if they take my husband’s insurance, and cleanliness, I was soo impressed. I got an appointment for the same day. That is unheard of in this area. When we returned that afternoon, I explained that my husband had Parkinson’s and needs his rollator to stand and walk. From taking X-rays to informing us of the cost before the tooth extraction - ALL of the staff was very kind and patient with us. Every area was clean and sterile. We were soo happy that Dr. Stubblefield was able to do the oral surgery without pain. The broken molar had made a sore on his tongue that made eating and talking difficult. When we got home, he was talking without pain. We read and followed the after care sheet and today he has no pain. We will DEFINITELY return for our dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly and informative. The office was quiet and clean. Pricing was decent, they offer payment options if no insurance. Will be going back.

Fantastic experience: Deep cleaning done. They gave me a plan for other things I need to get done but didn’t pressure me to get it all done in one day. They gave me estimates with the option to come back in the future while taking care of the essentials today.

Negative experience: Had a tooth extraction last August that went well, with a year long plan for a dental implant to replace the tooth I had removed. Called in November and December trying to have the follow up for the second stage of the implant process, but they would only schedule me for cleanings. Finally had an appointment at the end of February where the lady at the front desk pushed me towards a bridge option because it was FASTER. Waited 30 minutes to speak to the Dentist about why the plan had changed without talking it over with me first. Finally just walked out because I had to get back to work. Will be looking for a new dentist to complete the implant process.

Negative experience: Pretty bad experience, I have been coming to the place since 2006 and today is 12,26,24 I went for my appointment at 12:30 it is almost 3 pm and they haven’t done nothing to me I had arrived before other people and I have to reschedule my appointment. That happened to me again back in may 17 2024 the same thing happened they had to reschedule, they over booked and don’t have enough people. I have insurance and they are always changing me extra when my out of pack is 50 dlls something is not right . The people is nice except sometimes until you start asking questions about it and they get angry specially the manager I forgot here name .. We all have to work we ask for our company time off couple hours for a appointment and here we are again I have to ask for more time off to come over and do it all over again. If you guys can’t handle please don’t over booked me and waste my time or other people time .

Negative experience: Went for my first cleaning and got hygienist Tash. He was amazing! He explained everything well and also saw Dr. Iqval who helped me understand my treatment. I unfortunately didn't have time to stay for my fillings today but will be back. Thank you so much! Update: I went back today 11/27/24 for my fillings and it seemed like this office took a 360. My appointment was at 9. Got called back at 9:05. Got numbed by the dentist @ 9:25 they said they would be back. By 10:20 no one was in the room explaining why they are running behind or anything. So I went up to the front to cancel the appointment. That is super ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: Abbie didn’t just clean my teeth—she gave them a glow-up so bright, planes tried to land in my mouth. My plaque didn’t stand a chance, & my gums are now singing love ballads in her honor. If flossing were a sport, she’d be my coach, MVP, & cheerleader all in one.

Negative experience: I was in urgency to get my wisdom teeth extracted. Specifically one that was infected. Scheduling wasn’t an issue, they got me in the same day. However once I was at my appointment and got some X-rays and scans done of my teeth, waiting on the actual dentist was some sort of a sick joke. First person to come in and spoke to me ONLY about issues about my gums and treatment for it. Then the second person came in, ONLY spoke to me about my gap issues and that I need to get braces AGAIN. These two people were not interested in the fact that I’m literally only here to get teeth extracted and that I’m in pain in need of medication for the infection, that was very obvious to see in my scan. Lastly, the third person came in and was the actual dentist. She informed she needs to remove all four and if I only want my bottom taken out she needs to refer me to someone. She was not interested in getting me taken care and didn’t even offer to give me a prescription for my infection. After she left, I awkwardly waited 30-40 minutes for the treatment plan coordinator. Honestly at that point I wasn’t sure if I had to walk myself out but she came by and showed me estimates OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH MY TEETH BUT NO ESTIMATE FOR MY ACTUAL REASON THAT I CAME FOR AN EXAM. Honestly this has to be some sick joke that I wasted three hours here. Please beware.

Fantastic experience: Had a lot going on because I hadn't been to a dentist since I was 17. Needed a deep cleaning and Abbie took AMAZING care of me. She was so sweet, and didn't judge me for even a second. She actually even loved working on my case. I will be keeping her as my hygienist!

Negative experience: 3 years later and I’m still dealing with a repercussions of what Jefferson Dental did to me. I am now still recovering from a second bone grafting from a large infection that was left unmonitored and I was not referred to a specialist in a timely manner! After 14 months of a hole being in my face/upper jaw, I demanded that they refer me to a specialist, the dentist agreed, but she would’ve allowed for it to go on longer if I wouldn’t have said anything. Do not go to Jefferson Dental if you want good care, my dentist name was Heidi and she did an awful job! I’m still dealing with the repercussions of what they’ve done to me, my orthodontist recently let me know that only the only crown that I let them place, is messed up which I paid them $800 for or more. It’s much smaller than the rest of my teeth and I’m also now missing a front tooth because of the infection they let go on for 14 months and I’m also in Invisalign now to prevent rest of my teeth from shifting, while I have no front tooth. I have spent more than $20,000 on my mouth, and I still have one more surgery to go to place an implant. All because of the infections they let go on, Heidi should have known that this was not her area of expertise and she was not a specialist. I had Green infection and hard bone like particles (i didn’t realize that what the hard particles coming out of my mouth were atm, I’m don’t a dental professional) coming out of the lance root canal area that they did. I brought this up to Heidi and she said it doesn’t matter what color it is, tell me that almost 2 years later when I went on 8 different rounds of Clyndamycin because of the staph infection that spread to my sinuses would not go away. I will never cheap out on dental care again, Do not go to chain Dental corporations . They do not care about their staff, their patients or the medical professionals who provide care! I will always pay for quality care from now on! I am traumatized from what Jefferson Dental did to me. The reason this place has decent reviews is because they ask you to review them after your first visit. Your screening cleaning and all of the above will take more than an hour. You won’t be listened to by the staff. All they care about is making money they do not care about their patient or patient care. It is absolutely horrific. I have a horrible distrust of dentists now and medical staff. That I will never recover from.. I do not trust, dental professionals, or medical professionals anymore. I’m starting to feel like corporations are taking over the medical field and do not care about their patients. It’s almost like the physician sell their souls to these corporations and are willing do anything for $$$. They don’t tell the corporations to stop slamming their schedules so that they can actually take time and give quality care to their patients. They don’t do what’s best for the patient.

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Lewisville Jefferson dental clinic today was exceptional. There was a miscommunication about the time that I was going to get my dental check & cleaning done , it was done later than I expected. I had an appointment scheduled at the vet/groomer & because of the time remaining I was not going to get my cleaning today & probably not for a while if I wanted to make the vet/groomer appointment. The hygienist was working on another patient & wouldn’t be done soon. The dentist stepped up did my cleaning, to help out ,& then an assistant completed the cleaning polish/ floss . I was out in time to make my appointment . All because the dentist & her team went over & above. Thank you.

Negative experience: The staff was super nice. But funny how once the finance girl (Ayesha) heard me say I would not be doing treatment today, her attitude towards me changed and at first refused to get me prescription for the infection. I had to insist.

Negative experience: A little bit over a month, I made an appointment because it was an emergency filling. I spoke with somebody there and we made an appointment the same day to be seen on a Saturday, I arrived first time ever dealing with this dental place, what they don't tell you is when you fill out all these forms that there's a upcharge of $31 if you cancel, I waited on time for my appointment but I realize I've been sitting there for over 2 hours, I asked the lady in the counter ask her hey what's going on why are they taking so long all she could tell me was there will come and get you in a few for that few turn to a longer time. I decided to let them know that I was leaving that, I couldn't wait for them any longer, the receptionist said to me will you like to make another appointment. I said No.... Now I have bill collectors calling me of trying to collect up $31.00 because they say that I cancel & walk out this absolutely doesn't make sense and they should be out front with the clients, just imagine how many people they do this to especially people don't speak English their location is in a very humble community I definitely will never ever make an appointment with Dental Clinic Ever Again...Or Do Businesses I wish I could put zero Stars.....

Fantastic experience: Im re writing My review to be a lot more informative towards everyone. So in My honest experience, I’ve learned that not only Myself, but everyone, I can respectfully assume, needs to begin flossing with the Oral-B floss(Pro Health). Use the flat, to wrap around the tooth and gently rub, every so slightly, as we all have a different orally oriented environment. Words and more words haha. Rubbing, and “flossing” rather, proper cleaning of the tooth is this. It rather really not only “helps” but promotes healing of the tooth, gums, and in general structure and oral health of the environment. Even bone loss, facial structure, sinus pressure, allergies and infection, and so much more. (This is mixed up advice in My experience for You to have a deeper consideration before or after an appointment) In this context, it is important to either, not floss before a dental visit, as flossing some areas and not can create a difference in Your bite that could shift Your teeth, but rather begging to floss a month or specially two prior, to really “cement” the structure of Your teethe , function, aiding the bone loss prior. That is My honest advice. You can definitely begin flossing right after an appointment or in some little

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Paid 800 cash for a wisdom extraction, one tooth, no sedation. Then was billed for another $200!! Went elsewhere for BOTH bottom wisdom extractions for 400 cash.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience here. Not only did multiple doctors come in and take turns explaining each of my issues and multiple solutions, but when I told my primary dentist I had a jaw problem, they did everything they could to accommodate. I was offered pricing options and payment plans and when there was a slight issue with my insurance, the front desk staff worked to figure it out while I was getting my dental care. The staff was extremely friendly and very open to answering all of my questions. I will definitely be retuning.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and courteous staff members. They all treated my children and I with so much care and carried the kids along. When it was time to leave my kids cried and didn't want to go home. We can't wait for our next visit. Abby is such a great person, her kindness made my children love it more and they are so excited to go back. My son especially who has never liked dental visits.

Negative experience: First time here & let me tell you how this went! Super unprofessional, really rude workers, bunch of little kids working there. Nobody smiles, I was super uncomfortable, xrays couldn’t be done correctly, the lady that was examining my gums was super rough & didn’t care that I mentioned it was hurting. Mentioned how a few of my teeth were bothering me & was not offered anything. Prices are unbelievably overpriced. Will find somewhere more professional & gentle w/ their patients.

Negative experience: I had high hopes for this facility. I have a lot of work I need to get done and was hoping I had found a dentist office that I could trust. Unfortunately, after scheduling mishaps and my dentist being transferred without my knowledge, I asked for a refund. The office manager texted me to tell me that it would be 30-60 days for a refund. When I told her I didn’t want to wait that long and that I would like to go ahead and have the service done, the automatic texting service scheduled me that very day for a week later. I confirmed my appointment and got several text reminders from the office. When I came in today, I was told I couldn’t have my service done without paying again because they had already started the refund process. I am now having to wait for some form of proof that they started the refund process. Fifteen minutes waiting now. I have attempted to get this procedure done since March, when I first paid. It is now May 10th. One of the worst experiences with a dental office I have had in a long time.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both had the best experience ever here!! And i highly recommend it to anyone!! Krish and Abbie took care of us and made us feel completely comfortable!! Along with the entire staff!! Rosy your team is awesome!!

Negative experience: I really loved my first appointment with them, they were nice and went thru everything with me. Had my extractions done no problem. But lord it’s hard to get ahold of them. They never answer the phones, call center answer say they will send an email to let them know to call me. NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I’ve called multiple times ( I want to say around 5+) never answered. I had to physically go to the office and talk to someone, it’s an inconvenience when I have to hurry to the office for their lack of customer service then run to work. Everytime I go their is a bunch of workers in the front desk so IDK what’s the problem, if this continues I rather go somewhere else.

Positive experience: Every person I encountered was pleasant and patient. From my cleaning with my dentist, the assistant for the x-rays Fernando, the Dr. that took out my wisdom teeth, the assistant that sat with me while receiving laughing gas Jett (very entertaining and wise), the orthodontist, the hygienist, and the office manger! Thank you for making my new patient experience worth while! I do feel like the after care instructions should’ve been thoroughly explained by the acting Dentist. Now I’m on google discovering things to scare me regarding wisdom teeth after care. My appointment was at 7:30 am, I did not leave until 12 pm roughly. I’m still not 100% certain on how they came up with the total cost with insurance, coming from someone that does dental billing and coding. But I guess… I came in for a simple cleaning and left with a partial cleaning (have to return for cavities to be removed), a quote for Invisalign, and two wisdom teeth removed. I know the dental industry is constantly trying to sell. But I could’ve just said no.

Negative experience: Unorganized and incompetent. The office never answers calls and will let it go to the call center. On 2 separate occasions, I scheduled an appointment with the call center and when I showed up to the office for my appointment, they stated I was not on their calendar. Expect to wait an hour in the lobby after checking in and another 2 hours in the chair before treatment/evaluation. They only care for first time patients so they will be very kind and comprehensive going over your treatment plan. Once you pay, then you are locked in and prioritized less. !!! The last straw- Came into scheduled 11am appointment, which they did not have on record. So they rescheduled me for 12:30pm. I let them know I had to pick up my son from school at 3pm and they assured me my appt would be over by then. I was not seated until 1:30 and waited another 90 minutes to be informed that my gum would heal on its own and that I didn't need anything done. Lol.... Reading the patient's chart or "reason for visit" could have saved me 4 hours, my husband having to leave work early to pick up our son... for a 1-sentence diagnosis. We are sorry for your incompetence.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff. Both administrative and dental staff. Both areas were thorough, hardworking. Have to show some major love to the administrative staff. My insurance was a nightmare to deal with. They got my son in as soon as possible and kept on top of it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stubblefield is awesome as always and informative. Abbie is great she is friendly and very knowledgeable. She made me aware of products I did not know about and I look forward to coming back. Thank you.

Negative experience: The office wasn't busy so I assumed 1 hour max. Appointment was at 12:30. Ended up leaving at 3pm. I didnt like the fact that nobody ever came to get me after my kids xrays were done. The only contact I had was with the front office to sign paperwork to have them charge my insurance. My 2 kids heard all kinds of gossip from coworker to co worker talking about patients and personal matters.What did it for me was the fresh out of school young teens being trained and using my kids as a practice. Dentist visits are not cheap so I expected my kids to get a cleaning from the hygienist nobody else. Question everything because they will tack on all kinds of treatments that are not needed. I drive far to come here specifically because I like Dr. Stubblefield but I will not be coming back. Lewisville Office .

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I went in today , because I was lucky to get an Awesome Dentist Dr. Stubblefield and her assistant Carina. Let me start off with I needed a root canal. After seeing many movies on how awful it was, I literally stood up and wanted to leave but my doctor and her assistant gave me calm and talking to me through the whole procedure and I didn't feel a thing I highly recommend this Clinic and there staff They are very friendly and professional. Update Nov 6 2018 I had to come in today for a tooth extraction and like always was freaking out. But I was happy to hear that Dr Heidi Stubblefield was there . So I went in feeling confident that it would all be ok. And sure enough the Jefferson team in Lewisville make you feel at home and comfortable. Starting with Camilas big smile. Well it was actually painless and quick . And yes Dr Stubblefield worked her magic and with her assistant Lisseth I can highly recommend this team .. . Btw the office mgr also make your billing easy and it was very affordable. Update 2/7/24 Went for my annual review Abbie did and amazing job her people skills and ability to create conversation is the best and again Dr Stubblefield is a Dr you can trust Thank you both and your staff

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars, I would. This was my first dentist appointment in 4 years and I needed a lot of work done. Abbie, the dental hygienist, was so kind, compassionate, informative, and as gentle as possible while still being super thorough. It's very clear she has a passion for helping people and I am so grateful I get to continue care with her going forward. Because of her dedication towards helping me get back on track today, I will be 100% committed to my oral health for the rest of my life. Rosie, in the front office, was also so kind and compassionate in regards to my dental coverage and paying for my treatment. In the end it was costly just because I did need a lot of work but I felt so comfortable and welcome. She was understanding and I didn't feel any pressure. I wouldn't have wanted to invest in my oral health with anyone else. The office is very nice and clean. There wasn't a long wait at all. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming including the front desk staff and the assistants who took my x-rays. There really was not a single bad part of my experience. For the first time in my life I might actually enjoy going to the dentist! Thank you soooo much! :)

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for over a year now for my 25 month toddler and now that I have a 5 month old baby he’ll be having his first appointment in a couple of days because Jefferson Dental NEVER disappoints! Front desk so polite, but also amazing workers as well. Can we talk about the Mi Paste for kids teeth is amazing better than buying them from Walmart, Target and other local grocery stores. Give this place a 10/10

Fantastic experience: I wanted to have dental work done. I was going to get 3 estimates. I got the first in Flower Mound. The second estimate was from Jefferson. I didn't get a 3rd estimate. All the folks at Jefferson are all very professional and caring. Abbie is wonderful and professional at her job. It's obvious she loves what she does. She makes her clients feel at ease. Rosy, Anna and all the folks that greet you when you come in are great. I'm so glad I chose Jefferson. I'll be spending a lot of time with those folks and I'm very happy about that. In fact, I'll see y'all tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Jefferson was exceptional. Abbie L did a great job she did not have to use the numbing jell or give me a shot before starting my teeth cleaning as before having my teeth cleaned at another another dental facility they automatically gave me a shot. Abbie you are the best

Fantastic experience: I went for a check-up and cleaning, and I was at ease throughout the whole visit because I truly felt like I was in the greatest hands. To make sure I was taken care of, everyone always went above and beyond and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. The nicest, most professional hygienist I've ever had was Tania, who did my dental cleaning! She did an outstanding job and always checked with me to make sure I was comfortable :)

Negative experience: Had such a bad experience, the doctor “Haidi” seemed like she was in a rush and I didn’t get offered anything for the pain. I went to a different office and they immediately offered me penicillin for my pain. The information I was given was minimal I knew this because the other office was very detailed to the point they changed my mind from having an extraction to a root canal instead.

Fantastic experience: Had a couple of mishaps at another location, came to this office to be treated with the upmost respect and love. I have felt so at ease through everything, and like I’m in the best hands. They have gone above and beyond like no other doctor has before. They have fixed issues that other dentist have done in the past and have made my teeth absolutely perfect in every way. I’m so thankful for the staff at the Lewisville location, you will always be taken care of

Fantastic experience: I have to wait for a while but as soon as I got passed everyone was so polite and kind, I think the wait was worth it. I hate X-rays because of the plastic that I have to bite but Mario did my exam quickly and painlessly. The doctor and hygienist were very nice with me and explained in detail everything that needed to be done. I hope to see you again for my cleaning with Abbie in 3 months, thanks Jefferson

Negative experience: Waited 45 minutes to just get into a chair... then another 45 minutes to get x-rays and to be seen by and doctor who said I needed a “deep cleaning” but all I wanted was a normal cleaning. Then told to go into another room only to be told to wait longer. Had zero work done. I told them I would go somewhere else. I got there at 9am and left at 10:45... absolutely ridiculous..
