Fantastic experience: The girl that cleaned my teeth & took x-rays was very helpful & nice..She took time for my questions & understood my feelings..She was very kind & Dr Fishman is ALWAYS the best..He takes time to explain things & do what he thinks is best for me..The office women are always kind & do what they can to get me in..Great place all around.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful place filled with people who are down to earth and do amazing work. My most recent appointment in particular was notable. The lady who helped work on my teeth made every effort to make conversation about stuff I have going on and sharing her experiences with the same thing. It is something I very much appreciated. The work, as I mentioned above, is great. Even if they don't have much to work with (im my case, especially...) they manage to do everything possible to bring them to their best state, given the circumstances. I thank everyone who works there. You're doing a lot for the community.

Fantastic experience: I had the sweetest hygienist in the world. She was clearly made for that job, very very personable and no judgement just helping you get back to a great smile. I appreciated the way I was treated more than I can explain. It was like she was an angel for me. I was so anxious and it just went away no medicine nothing just her attitude. Thank you very much look forward to seeing you all again.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience. I showed up today for a New Patient Appointment for both my son and myself. I had called on Monday—three days before the appointment—to confirm, and was thanked for doing so. Yet somehow, when we arrived, the office had cancelled my son's appointment, claiming they "didn’t hear back," even though both appointments were clearly confirmed. When I explained he needed to be seen as well, they told me there were no openings and casually asked if his teeth hurt—as if that would determine whether or not he was worth squeezing in. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. What a mess of an office. I would HIGHLY advise against scheduling with this clinic. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Positive experience: First time at this dentist. First time going to a dentist in a long time. Cindy was absolutely AMAZING!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gal I have ever had to clean my teeth. When I first went there tears ran down my face from fear of the pain, have gone several times now and the fear has vanished and pain next to nothing. So appreciate these people, they are great!!!

Fantastic experience: Well at first I wasnt sure every where else I went no one could get me numb ritzmas couldn't Aspen in traverse city could the place in lake city couldn't so I told them once you start don't stop but it also cost a $1000.00 for 3 teeth so it waa hard to stomach it once I got an appointment with this place the guy from Detroit was awesome I never felt a thingfor 2 visit then he was not coming back up so they got a new dentist and he is awesome to I've seen him 2 visit no and there's is $358.00 for 3 teeth and out of 12 teeth only one didn't get numb that is awesome thanks you guys for everything

Negative experience: I'm physically disabled but iv been here numerous times by myself and now they're making me jump through hoops just 2 be seen saying my guardian needs 2 be with me and now needing proof before even booking an appointment that she is my guardian I don't understand.. I'm 34 it's not like I'm 3

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist was extremely thorough. My teeth stain very easily and she spent a great deal of time and effort to make them sparkling white. The dentist was extremely personable and funny. He had me laughing the whole time he was in the room. Great guy!

Fantastic experience: Great friendly staff always helpful with arranging appointments and follow-ups and making sure you have a multitude of ways to keep them at the top of your list. Whether it be a phone call or text they check in with you to remind you of upcoming appointment dates. The staff and the doctors do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and have a quick and effortless visit while taking the best care of your dental needs. Fantastic experience: They do know what they are doing. I just had my teeth cleaned and they did X-rays but the doctor was not there so they could not tell me anything about the X-ray.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist and staff in the area, hands down. I had an extraction with absolutely no pain whatsoever, and a cavity filled that left me in tears of joy. I love my smile so much now and I have MCDC to thank for that. I’ll forever be grateful for the wonderful work that they do here. Look no further, this is the dentist you’re looking for.

Fantastic experience: I’d like to start with the fact I absolutely love the dentist. When my previous office stopped taking my insurance I was hard pressed to find a facility accepting new patients. This was shortly after COVID was winding down. The office is professional without being stodgy and everyone there has been so accommodating. Cleanliness is top notch and I have had nothing but good experiences with the techs and doctors.

Negative experience: At my routine cleaning appointment, there was no dentist in the office which is crazy in itself. Who would have thought there would actually be a dentist at my dentist appointment?! However, I had a crown that came out so they made me an appointment for the following month when there would be a dentist at the dentist office. When I went to that appointment the “dentist” said he doesn’t do crowns and didn’t know why they had even made the appointment. I was there a total of 10 minutes and was told it was their mistake and that I would not be charged for the pointless appointment. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill. Upon calling, the manager claimed the dentist would not have told me I wouldn’t be charged and refused to work with me at all. So, I payed the bill for services that they could not render.In this particular dentist office, bills are due before leaving the building and I always pay at the time of service. However, they told me I was all set. And then came the bill. So I paid a bill for services never received and again, the manager refused to back down at all. If you want a legitimate and real dentist, steer clear of this “dental” office.

Fantastic experience: I have been very pleased with the service I have received with wonderful people. Friendly, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend anyone to experience this dental clinic for them selves. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The x-rays and cleaning went great, however very disappointed that the scheduling for my next cleaning is 9 mos when my insurance will pay for it every 6 mos. Doctors and dentists used to quit accepting new patients so there was room to schedule your cleanings every 6 mos. Need more dentists in town!

Fantastic experience: My Community Dental Center in Cadillac is amazing! In the past, I would usually have anxiety about going to the dentist, but now that I found these guys and awesome gals, I don’t. My hygienist, was nothing short of an angel. She was so nice and personable. My mouth has never felt cleaner.

Negative experience: Assembly line care. Rude staff. Discrimination against medicaid patients as well as fraudulently billing medicaid for procedures that aren't done. Definitely a health department. Misdiagnosed with gum disease. I kept having gum related issues and repeatedly brought it up to the hygienists and dentist(s) but all complaints were dismissed each time. I specifically asked if I had an infection along my gum line and I was assured for multiple years that I didn't have gum disease. Only to find out, I do infact have gum disease. If it had been addressed at my cleaning when I first mentioned it, it wouldn't have turned into an incurable disease. Due to medical neglect, I now have to pay $800 plus $90 Q3m. The hygienists and the lady that assisted with my fillings, constantly, "politely" lectured me about how unfair it was that I had medicaid and they had to pay for insurance. That even with their employee discount, they still have to pay for insurance while I didn't. Everytime I came in the office in my scrubs, they made sure they asked what my profession was. When I told them, more judging. I was lucky enough to get help for a few years but I quickly decided having free insurance is never better than being neglected by your dentist. Or being treated poorly because of your financial situation. I never had the same dentist. Always a new one with a new bad attitude. They send the worst of the worst to that office. I'm convinced the good reviews are from staff and their families. I've never seen anyone treat any patient with dignity. No manners. The place isn't at all clean. Whoever wrote that has clearly never been in the office. Or any of the cubby holes they stick you in. No privacy. Everyone is nut to butt. They take a wipe and wipe around the light and switch out the plastic covers. No real cleanliness. Again, assembly line care.

Fantastic experience: I'm a huge fan of the whole crew st Community Dental in Cadillac. A nicer experience couldn't be better. EVERY ONE IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND QUALIFIED.

Positive experience: 4 stars for Dr Fishman, and Ellen who got me in for an emergency ectraction when it was urgently needed. However lost 1 star for the other person that told me to wait 6 weeks for my cleaning, and schedule it at that time, after me explaining my whole root was exposed and infected. Dr Fishman is the BEST at extractions (and his tech as well!). Quick and painless and very kind and compassionate compared to every other dentist I've ever seen.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not only scary but it can feel like a struggle and even embarrassing. NOT THIS DENTIST OFFICE! I didn't catch the lady at the desk's name but she was totally awesome and very nice both times I seen her. She made me feel welcomed and was so nice! JOY!!!!!!!! JOY WAS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY AWESOME! I have some serious issues that make me feel uncomfortable and not very confident. Joy was there for me! The way she made me feel was if as she only came in to take care of me! She leveled with me and took the time to listen to me! I will only ever go to this dentist office! The doctor, Dr. Kline was great as well! Thank you All so much!

Fantastic experience: Was in pain most of the weekend. Called Monday at 8 and they were able to get me in on a cancellation at 11. Fixed my problem and gave me a cleaning. Very friendly and professional!

Negative experience: The office staff is great. That's the only reason there are any stars. The dentist himself has no people skills. He wouldn't even listen to me. The other lady in the room was very nice. I don't have insurance. I was billed $83 for one tooth xray and the dentist to look less than a minute and say no.

Fantastic experience: Have been dealing with some sinus, ear, and tooth pain. Whenever I'd tell other dentist and doctors offices they treated me like I was crazy or just dropped me. They fit me in as an emergency patient. Then i actually felt like the assistant was listening and cared about my well-being. Gave me a referral to multiple oral surgeons office but with Doctor that was over seeing my visit got me some medicine that I can actually feel the difference. Ears keep popping my tooth pain is reduced and the pain in my temples has almost completely went away. Thank you!!!!

Negative experience: Everybody but the dentisit was very nice. My son is a very scared child and the director walked in and flung the seat back. And that was all she wrote for him. He got up screaming and would not sit back down.

Fantastic experience: Very modern easy peasy stand up xray machine where a scale would be in most dr offices . Really nice staff and that visit at least was painless . I dont know what i am gonna do next but im hoping that dental assistant i had last time is there she reminds me of tamar in caseys office . Dr was concise , direct and scared me a little lol but first times always do .

Fantastic experience: I got to my appointment a few minutes early and I was taken in early! Then my hygienist did an excellent job taking my x rays and cleaning my teeth painlessly. The doctor took his time explaining to me all the nuances of my x rays. The front office team were all friendly and very helpful. I had an exceptional experience and I'm really happy about it. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience today with all of the staff and dentist. They were professional, educational, and above all friendly. Coming from someone who has had bad experiences with dentist, this was one of the best visits I've had in a long time.

Positive experience: Good but dentist was kinda rough on my teeth making them rather sore next day but she's not my original dentist I usually have. Also my apt felt very rushed for having multiple fillings done at once. Also when I stayed I could feel the drill they just continued to drill knowing I'm in pain. I prefer the male dentist in the office over there fill in they have right now. Way more experience he has and seems nicer and definitely managed my pain way better than this fill in dentist they have rjght now. Other than that I had a good experience

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing time, my 4 year old went in for a cleaning and it took 10 minutes total. She was great, she explained everything before doing it. He even got a new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, a chart for keeping track of brushing morning and night and a toy.

Negative experience: Staff is pretty rude to me anytime I’ve needed their help and/or been in there for an appointment. I’m also pretty sure they messed my tooth up, definitely looking for a different place to start getting dental work done.

Fantastic experience: They were able to get my daughter in quickly for an emergency visit. The staff was very friendly and comforting to my daughter, who was in a great deal of pain. They assessed the situation as gently as possible and prescribed the medications necessary to remedy the problem. I am very grateful for their help during a stressful time.
