Riccobene Dentistry for Kids

Negative experience: Your dentist tells you what something will cost, so you agree to the procedure and then you get a bill for MUCH more. You then call to ask … why … and your dentist tells you they don’t know. You call your insurance and they tell you the dentist never submitted a claim, which is the reason for the sky high bill. But you say: your dentist twice tells you they have done it…. So you call your dentist back and they say oh (no apology), we’ll submit the claim now and don’t worry about the bill; we will put a hold on your account. Then they text you, email you and paper bill you 6x over the next month to tell you that you have an overdue balance (on the claim they didn’t submit)… until you get exasperated and check back in with your insurance and? Yep, they *still* have no claim from the dentist. You call your dentist and they *again* issue no apology, and say they have no explanation for how this happened, but they say they will submit the claim. A month later, the same nightmare happens again. Because you are not clinically insane, you decide to tell the world: do NOT use the dentist, where customer service training videos go to find their “bad example.” Still we have never received an apology and wouldn’t go here again if we were paid to do so. We hope you all learn from our nightmare and go nowhere near this practice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely magical experience! We walked in through a drawbridge. My kid got excited then. It was our first visit to this office as the whole family goes to a riccobene closer to our house. Well not anymore. Both kids will be doing their preventive and any work done here period. My anxious boy felt so at ease he got. A tooth pulled, crown and a filling in one visit. Cassandra and the dr were so great with him he was never even nervous. You go to some places and you wonder why the staff chose to work at a pediatric location but not here. They were goofy and fun in the most amazing bff way. They were made to work with kids! I can’t say enough good things about them. We will be going back to do it again on the other side and he is not even nervous. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: My son and I visited a dental office in Cary, NC today, and we had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, the office felt welcoming, and everything was clean and modern. The doctor was patient, gentle, and explained everything clearly, which helped my son feel relaxed. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism !

Fantastic experience: Honestly the sweetest pediatric dentist I have ever been to! Disclaimer they are not the primary dentist for my kids. We had gotten a referral, because my child needed a filling and our current family dentist didn't have the right tools for them. We came and they looked at it and realized the tooth needed to be removed, not just a filling. They came up with a game plan with me so fast and were able to still do all the work that day. Dr. Azzam and the dental hygienist were super upbeat and positive. They took what could easily have been a very scary experience for my child and made it really fun. They were seriously so sweet and lovely. They were also insanely fast. Within 45 mins they had a game plan, walked me through what they needed to do and got all the work done. My child has a lot of anxiety and they were able to help them relax and even laugh a bit. I'm really grateful for their super sweet manners towards me and my child.

Fantastic experience: I went to Riccobene Associate Family Dentistry in Cary with my son, and the experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind and welcoming. My son was really nervous at first, but Stephaney came in and did an incredible job calming him down. She was so patient and gentle that he was able to relax and get the work done without any fear. I really appreciate how caring and professional the whole team was. Highly recommend this office for anyone.

Fantastic experience: Stephaney was AMAZING. Made my daughter very comfortable. If you want your kid to love coming to the dentist (which I know sounds unheard of), take them here. Everyone is so sweet from when you walk in to when your kid is getting treated 12/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: Stephaney did an excellent job applying sealants to my child's teeth in November 2025. She explained how long it would take before starting the procedure. She asked my daughter often about her comfort, and praised her for being cooperative. I have never met a child who likes going to the dentist, but my kids know exactly what to expect from the consistently patient, kind staff at Riccobene Dentistry for Kids.

Negative experience: The office is cute, but not all staffs are caring or polite. They can keep you wait for a long time, they can be rude during communications, they may show negligence when some help is needed during a lengthy and painful process, they may return to you with more bills, they might be busy in chitchatting or flirting with each other during a dental process, they may not be interested in explaining you the entire process or all of them. As if the staffs are there for themselves and patients are burdens. Cold, unwelcoming, weird facility. Taking my child out of it.

Fantastic experience: Stephaney was the best! She took really good care of my daughter while cleaning her teeth. She paid attention to details .

Fantastic experience: The entire office is fantastic. The hour-long drive is worthwhile. When it comes to children with special needs, they are fantastic. In particular, Stephaney is incredible; she went above and beyond to ease my son's nervousness and greatly improve his dental experience. Her empathy and understanding was very amazing.

Fantastic experience: My son had to get a lot of dental work. I’m very please with the doctors work. Smooth recovery and little pain for my 4 year old. I wish the anesthesia (separate company) could’ve been run through my tricare instance. But other than that 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time my two year old went to the dentist and I was looking for some place special and we found it here. From the time we opened the door I knew she would love it. It was just so colorful and bright and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was friendly and tried to make her feel so comfortable from the start. The staff was really knowledgeable and overall it was a great first time. She loved it and is looking forward to going back to the dentist. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: They are patient, fun and kind and make uncomfortable procedures as comfortable as possible.

Negative experience: Coming from a long time Riccobene pediatric family, I can honestly say this practice has gone down hill and turned into a money grab where they care more about billing insurance and families for money than actually providing quality care. I highly recommend people get second opinions before agreeing to any service from them, and looking elsewhere for a practice with non-floating doctors or hygienists who do not push unnecessary work.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old daughter is on the spectrum everyone at the office was so nice and supportive! My daughter allowed them to do everything needed and loved how this office was decorated and kid friendly. I highly recommend the Dr. and staff.

Negative experience: The office itself is very cute and kid-friendly, with a fun castle and dragon theme and TVs at the exam chairs. The staff I interacted with were generally kind. I think this could be a good place for older children (5+) who already have some experience with the dentist. Unfortunately, my experience bringing my 2-year-old for her very first appointment was not positive. Preparation and Communication: I spoke with the office twice by phone (to schedule and discuss insurance) and even visited the day before so my daughter could see the space. At no point did anyone explain what to expect at a first appointment for a toddler. A simple brochure or explanation in advance would have been very helpful. I also felt the staff pushed their in-office dental plan without clarifying that the first visits for toddlers are minimal (a quick brush and fluoride) and often cheaper to pay out of pocket. Wait Times: We arrived on time for a morning appointment, yet still waited about 15 minutes in the lobby and another 10 minutes in the exam room. With both a toddler and a baby in tow, this felt unnecessarily long and stressful. Exam Experience: When the dentist arrived, he did not introduce himself, use my daughter’s name, or take a moment to let her see his face before putting on his mask. Instead, he repeatedly referred to her as “friend,” which felt impersonal. I had clearly stated that I did not want my daughter forced into anything at this age, yet he continued to push for her to lie down for an exam and even attempted to restrain her arms for fluoride application. This was frustrating and went against the approach I had requested. Overall: While the office may work well for older kids, it was not a good fit for a young toddler’s first dental experience. Better preparation for parents, more thoughtful bedside manner for toddlers, and reduced wait times would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return, even though the office is conveniently located.

Fantastic experience: While the first vist was the most difficult, there was no difficulty getting to visit number 3. Knowing that no child truly likes visiting the dentist for more than a cleaning, we leave quiet comfortable and ready to start the day. After two extractions, filings and crowns we have a new appreciation for great dental care. Our care concerns were heard, well considered and extra caution utilized to ensure the best outcomes. Know your child, get to know your dentist and find the best way to bring the care team together. Consider this location for your child's dental care.

Negative experience: My son had been here for more than 5 years, but recently we had a very bad experience. We had an appointment at 4 PM, after i pickup my son and drive to the dental office around 3 PM, my wife are called that we missed the visit, as the visit was rescheduled to 2:30 PM. But nobody notified us about this reschedule, and also, even no apologize on this. They asked if it can be reschedule to Friday 11am, my wife said no. But, in their system note, it write "Mother agree to reschedule to Friday 11am". The worst front desk ever, won't come back anymore.

Fantastic experience: I don't have enough words for how wonderful our experience has been at this office with Dr. Azzam and his team. He and Sharon are a well-oiled machine who work magic with my anxious kiddo. They take the time to connect with him and make sure he's comfortable, they field my tons of questions without ever making me feel rushed or silly for asking, and they are quick and efficient with their work. Somehow my child walks out of there every time saying he had a great time and can't wait to come back! The ladies at the front desk have been equally as supportive and kind in making sure everything is correct with our accounts and appointments. Thank you for making all of our situations such a positive and supportive experience!

Fantastic experience: Normally, I don’t do too many of these, but to the ladies that helped my daughter Raina today…you truly are amazing. This is never an easy day for parents with a special needs children who are terrified of the dentist for no reason. We appreciate you more than you know.

I’ve already referred my friends’ children here because both my kids had a great experience in cleaning and other operations. My youngest had tooth extraction twice with no issues. Paintings on the walls are well thought off and perfect for kids. Highly recommended dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gardner and Cassandra are the best! My daughter has extreme anxiety around dentists due to a poor past experience. They were beyond patient with her, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the process of getting crowns. They were the best cheerleaders afterwards as well. She was a totally different child once everything was finished. I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at the front desk was frustrating enough to warrant one. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism to follow up for the refund no response on email even though sending 4 reminders and couple of phone follow ups. since the Feb25 still case is not settled. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, this encounter left a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training to improve service quality. Amazing Doctors but poor administration.

Negative experience: My grandchildren had an appointment which wasn’t even in the system yet they confirmed their appointment the day prior. The hygienist shouldn’t work with children at ALL! Several times she sternly told my granddaughter to stop crying she’s four. There was a lil boy of a different color screaming his lil head off next to her and not a word was uttered to him! Front desk staff was friendly for the most part but TRUST and BELIEVE they won’t be going back there EVER again!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is excellent, professional & friendly! My son had a prior negative experience & unfortunately 2 repeat visits to another dentist. Neeedless to say, it has been difficult to even get him in the door of another dentist office. My friend suggested Riccobene Cary & I was really impressed. My son did great and actually enjoyed the visit?! The dentist was very helpful and reassuring about dental work to be done and how to go about it. I can't praise this practice and it's employees enough! If your child is hesitant or even fearful, I definitely reccomend Riccobene & this location!

Maria and Sarah went over and beyond to explain the x-ray and teeth cleaning process to my autistic son. They let him touch the tools so he knew exactly what was to come. They constantly encouraged him throughout the entire process. If you are a special needs parent and your child has anxiety around doctor/dentist visits I urge you to give Riccobene Associates in Cary a try! Fantastic experience: Went in today for a few procedures for my son and it was amazing. Dr Azzam and Miss Sharon were simply amazing. We have seen other doctors here but these two, SIMPLY AWESOME! We are looking forward to going back for more procedures.

Fantastic experience: Every year we go twice a year to the dentist I take the girls I have three girls. They are very, very kind and attentive at the dentist office. The girls love to go.

Positive experience: Over all, the dentist we saw was fantastic. However, if I had been told upfront that sedation would have been an option for a daughter who has a fear of dentists instead of getting into the middle of a filling procedure to have to stop and then be charged for the laughing gas, it would have helped tremendously we would have opted for sedation from the start and put that money toward that instead of it being wasted. Patients should know all options from the start. Not happy about losing money with no result to show for it.

Fantastic experience: You know it's a great dental office when your 5 year old says, "I had fun momma!" My daughter was terrified to have x rays and Maria made the experience a positive one for us! I can't thank her enough! Dr Azzam was so kind and quick! And let's not forget the fun rewards at the end. I can't thank this office enough.

Negative experience: I took my son here (9). So they told me he needed to have fillings done for cavities. I was okay with that and my son being that he wanted it done right away had to wait. Fast forward to the day of the appointment they wanted to give him laughing gas, I was not comfortable with that and I told them I did not like that option. My son is good with freezing (he had cavities back when he was 6) and he can handle the needle. Well they did the procedure but without any freezing and me and my son were visibly upset. I’ve been told by previous dentists that he behaves more better than adults (myself included)

Fantastic experience: We have had many dentists for our kids, some better than others. We are so happy to have found this practice as every single person we have been treated by has been amazing with kids and outstanding to work with as a parent! No unreasonable wait times or billing shenanigans. We have a wide range of ages and all have done well here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter did really well here (well as well as can be expected at the dentist getting a tooth pulled lol), the staff was courteous and patient, they squeezed us in in an emergency even though she wasn’t a patient there yet, the waiting room is amazing and super creative as are all the private rooms, super kid friendly, and they were super quick in pulling her tooth. Like it took less than 15 minutes from start to finish to pull her tooth. I would certainly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Great experience as my child had their first procedure done and was a little nervous. Mrs. Sharon was wonderful with talking my child through what was going to happen and while it was happening she made my child feel fully comfortable and the process a lot smoother. Dr. Azzam was great with my child as well checking in to make sure she was okay and doing the procedure in a smooth timely manner. I applaud both who helped today. They are great with children.

They are patient, take their time, make the kids feel comfortable & do everything they can to put them at ease. I cannot recommend them enough for kids that have a hard time at the dentist. I've had a lot of dental work done and this is by far the place I will recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable space where inclusivity and kindness is the number 1.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had such an enjoyable visit today, even though she was worried at first. She had to take x-rays for the first time. The assistant dentist was extremely pleasant as well as professional which helped my daughter remain "brave" throughout the process. Dr. Garner was amazing as always ❤! Thank you ladies for making this dentist visit a happy memory and making her teeth shine extra bright with the "Princes Sparkles" !

Negative experience: There are way too many dental practices around here to act the way they do and expect repeat business. I rescheduled my daughter's appt for this am and no record of it but they did fit her in which I really appreciated ! I told them I would pay out of pocket for just the cleaning and NO xrays. She even said "I marked no xrays" on here so I wasn't charged for that. My daughter is 13 and went back by herself. She came out...no word from anyone on how it went. My daughter said all the dentist said was right cheek chewing worse than left but never actually spoke to my daughter about this or said a word to me. So strange. The super rude lady at the desk (who unfortunately replaced the very nice woman just sitting there who got us in) made zero eye contact and just put her hand out and said...credit or debit. I asked how much and she said over $310. For a cleaning??? She said I wanted xrays. I said no I clearly said no xrays and my daughter said yep and the later marked it down. She again wouldn't make eye contact, smile, frown, speak, nothing. I said I would find her insurance info but needed a few minutes and went to sit to find my info as she was covered under me. I left and the rude lady called me and said it was expired. I told her let me get home and give her current info as Im a nurse and she definitely has current coverage. I then asked about the xrays and she said the technician is standing here and says you said yes to them. Ummmmmmmmmm..there was no technician out there. There WAS a very nice receptionist who marked on her chart "no xrays". She then said I only have to pay $204 if they take those off and I need to pay right now. I said I will call you and give you my info as soon as I got home. This is all before 9am. She said if I don't it will immediately go to collections. Wth? My daughter has been there 3x and never had an issue except laughing gas they left on for an hour bc doctor was busy) and they had to give her oxygen to get it out of her system. What a shame! Never again and will make sure none of my friends or family go here. I still am dumbfounded by the miserable lady lying about the xrays. This place is a joke unfortunately dealing with kids and families. Front desk needs a good customer service class and what were on those xrays anyways?? I'll never know!

Fantastic experience: I have taken two Ukrainian boys to Riccobene Kids twice in the last year. All in the office - from front desk staff to assistants and dentists-have been wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gazdeck, Cassandra, and the rest of the dental team wowed me and my girls yet again!!! Today, the girls returned for their routine exam and cleanings. My oldest needed additional treatment. So, they were able to seamlessly provide same-day treatment. It is very much appreciated, not only for the convenience, but also the exceptional care that was given. Cassandra knew what TV show my daughter wanted without even having to ask. Dr. Gazdeck also makes it a fun time for my children. They left the office smiling, with prizes, singing in the car, and I’m sure they are excited to go back again. Thanks, Cary Kids, for always making us feel special and providing great dental care!!!

Fantastic experience: The hygienists and Dentist Gardner are exceptional, as they all took wonderful care of my babies. Also, as a person of color, I was delighted to see this beautiful, black dentist! The office is gorgeous and cutie- pie decorated for children. Heck, I want to book my OWN appointment here. lol. I’d give the place 10 stars. Hands-down!

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience in this office and was treated very poorly. I know that mistakes happen but this was not responsibly managed. I easily called to schedule teeth extractions for my daughter and told them it was 2 teeth. When I showed up, they had her scheduled for the completely wrong procedure. This was a legit mistake and I appreciate them reaching out to two orthodontists to try and obtain an order for the actual extraction. However, after being unable to obtain that order, the assistant simply stated there isn’t anything else we can do today. They didn’t have a dentist or even a manager come in to apologize. My daughter is extremely anxious and this was so stressful just to get her to the appt. The least they could do is have someone professional come in to apologize.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. My kids feel at home. Dr Garner, Cassandra, and Tyffany are wonderful and so kind. I loved the attendance. I appreciate it. You guys really take care.

Negative experience: Most of time when I need to call, during normal business hours, there is only voice mail saying they are busy. It seems they are not reachable. Other clinics are not like that. They also adding in laughing gas which is not covered by insurance without asking parents first. As for doctors, some are good, some have heavy hands. We are lucky to find one good there; otherwise we will move onto another clinic without hesitation. I cannot imagine that I would leave a second review. This place is getting very weird. I called this morning just try to confirm my daughter's next appointment time and I have to call 4 times and left a voicemail (which never got back). Finally I called again and went through. The front desk said let me found it out for you and then disappeared for 21 minutes! I do not understand why it took so long and she said she was the only one working. I feel weird as she could tell me I have to wait for a long period, not sounding like she is servicing me right away. Also like the other reviews, your appointment can be canceled easily. It happened to my daughter last June. She got a cavity and needed refill. A couple days before the appointment, it was canceled and was rescheduled 1 month later. We have already waited for 1 month to get into the original appointment. So no surprise, after 2 months, the cavity fill became a crown! I think it is time to move to another clinic.

Negative experience: I have been happy with Riccobene for years but something has changed with this practice. We are now looking for a new dentist for my 9 year old. She has dental work that needs to be completed but every time we are set to come in, I get a call saying they don’t have what they need to do the job and they need to reschedule. We reschedule and the same things happens 5 minutes before we are about to walk out the door. I’ve been told someone will call to reschedule but nothing. I keep calling and no one calls me back. I am very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This is a great pediatric dentist. My daughter was extremely upset about getting teeth extracted, but they were able to convince her to do it without sedation. They were also willing to work in a sibling on short notice for a consult without making me reschedule for another day.

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience with my daughter. Her first dentist visit. Not a single tear! Josana 'Jo' was especially wonderful at explaining everything and so was Dr.Olivario and the dental hygienist, but I can't remember her name Definitely returning with my son. Second update: 3 visits later, still a wonderful place. My daughter has braces and they were gentle enough to work with her. Kelly and Rahkia are AWESOME.

Fantastic experience: Our experience was excellent! We found this dentist through a recommendation from a friend who only had good things to say about it. The whole experience was redemptive. My son sometimes has anxiety, and the hygienist and dentist were both patient and caring. They explained each part of the process before they did any cleaning or exams. The dentist took time with me to answer any questions I had and was not rushed to move on to the next patient. I was sold & made an appointment for my younger daughter to have her first exam. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anybody, but especially if your child has anxiety or has sensory issues.

Fantastic experience: “One of my best dental experiences ever!”, said my son who has anxiety when going to the dentist. Hygienist Brigitte B did a fantastic job! Nothing but the highest praise for her and his experience during today’s cleaning.

Negative experience: My daughter had a horrible experience last Tuesday on 3/12. She was scheduled to have her tooth treated, and since she is so anxious and horrified of any dental work even check ups, we agreed to use laughing gas for her treatment. She was waiting for the dentist in the dental chair with the gas mask on for 30 minutes. She managed to stay calm and was watching TV. After 30 minutes of waiting, her dental assistant took her gas mask off to wait for the doctor. My daughter started to wake up and got up from the dental chair and started crying. When the dentist arrived, she said that they prefer full sedation for her now since she is unable to cooperate and need to probably pull her tooth and that she might need work on other teeth and this would be a complicated procedure. This was said in front of my daughter who was listening to every word since they turned tv volume down. When we refused a full sedation, the dentist refused to treat her. My daughters is traumatized now and still has a toothache. She refuses to go back and see the doctor who scared her. My daughter was exposed to laughing gas for 30 minutes and no treatment was done. If the dentist showed up earlier while my daughter was sedated, the treatment could have been done. This is poor time management and horrible patient care.

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old had her first visit and Dr. Garner and nurses wowed us!!! They were kind and gentle. She also took the time to answer all questions.

Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate the expertise of staff at Riccobene Cary. Not just in dentistry but in working with children of different temperaments. I love that they have a separate room where my anxious child can have a “less stimulating” experience yet get the quality dental care as my more laid back child. The staff were great across the board—from check in to check out they were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! After today’s visit, Dr. Oliver’s and Sharon are amazing. They made my daughter feel an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Dr. Olivers took the time to explain the details of what my daughter’s treatment plan was and the “why behind the what”. Great job!

Fantastic experience: A great first experience! We were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm although we had a rough morning and were super late! I will say the kidzbop in my opinion was inappropriate, has been since I was a kid they were singing A B CD E forget you and etc and singing Ariana grande thank you next which I do not feel is appropriate for a children’s environment, but I digress. My baby didn’t fuss at all and was very calm per usual with Dr Gazdeck. We will be with this place as long as she’s here, thanks Gazdeck and team!

Fantastic experience: 2nd visit for my kiddo, we were late, and they still took us! We happened to catch the apex train not once but twice! The hygienists are all so sweet and friendly. Great with kids. We've seen 2 Dr's and both were great! My son isn't afraid to go and gets excited for his new toothbrush/paste every visit.

Negative experience: We went in September for a cleaning and they forgot to do an xray for my child so we ended up going back later on (as they said we could) and they did the xray (after some confusion and constant reminding). They found a cavity on the xray and I asked if they should show me there the cavity was on the xray and they said I would have to pay for a consult to have a 30 second discussion with the Dr. Absolutely ridiculous. When I asked for a copy of MY child's xray, they refused. As we were leaving, the hygenist whispered in front of our faces to the front desk lady. Extremely disrespectful. I will not reccomend this place anymore, absolutely terrible.

Fantastic experience: I drive 25 minutes to go here. The hygienists and dentist are phenomenal! The desk staff are also very pleasant and helpful! They have been patient with my little one over the last 3 years. I even drove to the wrong office in Cary and they were still able to see us when we got there late.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about their dentists, assistants, and staff. Their office is so kind to families. While my child was receiving the best care from the hygienist, Ms. Kelly, and Dr. Garner, I looked around and saw happy assistants holding babies and entertaining the other young children while the parent and child were being attended to. Ms. Kelly and Dr. Garner were playful and gentle with my child and answered any questions I had. The front staff is knowledgeable regarding insurance and billing and could give me answers on the spot. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here since my son was little. Always have positive interactions with the dental team here. I really appreciate how wonderful and kind this practice has been over the years.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to the Cary office for about three years. Cassandra and De. Garner are shining stars at this overall wonderful practice. They make my daughter laugh and feel safe in the dental chair.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Jo! My daughter said she was “the most gentle person ever.” and she looks forward to going back to the dentist now. Would highly recommend this practice for your kiddos.

Positive experience: My children’s experience at Riccobene Dentistry for Kids in Cary has been great. They love the art on the walls of the hallway, the waiting room and exam rooms. I have no complaints from the Dental Hygienists or the Doctors. They have shown us kindness and courtesy towards myself and my children. I rated the office three stars due to the reception staff not answering phone calls and changing appointments without properly contacting me. I have left many voicemails, with no call backs. I have physically walked into the office (after many unsuccessful phone calls) and have always seen one to two persons sitting at the reception desk. We have been with this dental practice for a year, I really like the doctors. I plan to give the practice one more chance before finding another.

Negative experience: Kid friendly decor used to mask the money pit business. To the staff: don’t involve my children to push unnecessary services to profit this corporation ( X-rays for a four year old and an orthodontist for my eleven year old who doesn’t even need braces yet??!!). I’ve transferred my kids to a family run office. And don’t even bother responding to this review to cya.

Fantastic experience: My 17 month old had a great first experience with a dentist here. He is at a tricky age and doesn't typically sit still or do well at the doctors so I didn't have high expectations for this. But the hygienist and dentist we saw were SO good with him. I could tell they really understand little kids/toddlers. Couldn't have gone better thanks to them! The whole place is very fun and kid friendly so that helped him relax which helped. (Depending on the child the decorations and screens might be over stimulating but for us it was a great convenience to have distractions in every direction.)

Fantastic experience: Daughter had 4 teeth extracted this morning and everything went flawlessly. The doctor and assistant were SUPER nice and made my daughter feel completely at ease which was great because she was very nervous. All after care instructions were explained and they took time to make sure we didn’t have any other questions. Everything happened on time and the procedure was very quick. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough good things about this practice. My kids have been going there since 2019 or early 2020 when we first moved here, and they have been amazing. Most recently, they handled my son’s trauma injury with such grace, expertise, and care (from the front desk/admin staff to the dentist and assistant). We are so happy that we chose them for the kids’ dental care. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is beyond amazing, your children will be in the best hands here. From enter point until exit! Full of wonder. The staff are all amazing. I will recommend to everyone. Don’t waste your time anymore with these others dentist office that really don’t care about your children. The best place hands down.

Fantastic experience: Love my experience and the feel of the place. Everytime I visit the place, I find something new and improved. The staff is so welcoming and comforting, they take care of the kids in the kindest possible way! Both my 5 year okd and 2 year old love going to dentist and are not scared. My 2 year had his first dentist appointment and it went by so smoothly. Both the nurse and the doctor sang song for him while cleaning and he was so happy and enjoyed his cleaning. My 5 year old got her cavity and cleaning done again very simple and quick. Definitely recommend the place, the kids will love the wall paintings

Fantastic experience: I brought my 5-year-old in for a preventive filling and my 7-year-old daughter was very sad she didn’t get to come to the dentist too. She explained the only thing she likes better than visiting the dentist is Disney! I asked what she likes so much and she said everyone is so nice, she loves the X-rays, getting her teeth cleaned with a chocolate flavor. When she was 3, Riccobene even helped my daughter stop sucking her thumb. Despite no longer living close by to the actual office, we continue to make the drive because they’ve been so great with our kids.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is very relaxing, nice soft tones on the walls, everyone was so nice. My kiddo was calm, the hygienist Maria was super patient with her. The dentist was lovely, she explained what needed to be done. Didn’t sell us on aggressive treatment which was a pleasant surprise given kiddos teeth concerns. I couldn’t have left there happier.
