Fantastic experience: UPDATE 10/17/2025 I have been a patient here for many years and I originally chose this office because of its international and multilingual atmosphere, and they continue to impress me. Today, my appointment was made wonderful by two staff members ms INNA and amazing ms SHERRY. I used to have a preferred dental hygienist here whom i saw twice a year, but after a very painful cleaning two years ago - when I was assigned a dental hygienist with a very heavy hand, I was hesitant to return. My anxiety was completely put to rest Friday 10/17/2025, and I am so glad I came back. The clinic truly embraces its international spirit with an incredible, diverse team. When I arrived, the waiting room was busy, but within seconds, the lovely Ms. Inna approached me. Her warm energy and pleasant, friendly attitude shone like a bright star. Then, my new dental hygienist ♥♥♥ SHERRY♥♥♥ was simply amazing!!!! She was sweet, caring, and so understanding. As we waited for the doctor, she connected with me on a deeper level, answered all my questions, and radiated beautiful, positive energy. The cleaning itself was incredibly thorough yet so gentle and careful—a completely different experience from my last one. She has completely restored my trust, and I will definitely be coming back for my regular cleanings again! I absolutely love Sherry and will never go to anyone else. It's rare to find people with such a wonderful combination of skill and genuine kindness.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On August 26th I went into Cozy Dental for my 1:30 appointment and was warmly greeted by the office staff. The check-in process was smooth — after filling out some quick paperwork, I was in the chair within minutes. I have dental phobia, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I was informed about my sedation options and appreciated the clear explanation: Triazolam was offered, and if it didn’t work, general anesthesia was an option. I chose local anesthesia instead, and I’m so glad I did — I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The dentist and dental assistant were incredibly kind, informative, and reassuring, letting me know each step of the process. Their calm and supportive approach helped me relax, and by the time I left, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you, Cozy Dental, for the excellent care and welcoming atmosphere. Now my next challenge is convincing my husband to come in for his dental work!

Negative experience: I had dental work done there and got a crown, but it fell off after 6 months. I went back, paid for a visit so they could glue the same crown back on, and it fell off again after a month. I do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today we had a dentist appointment, and they treated me well! They were amazing with my teeth and I left really happy with them!! I will come back again to get them done! Never changing my spot!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to cozy dental for a couple years now and couldn’t be happier with each visit. From regular cleanings to fillings and more complicated work, they always do a fantastic job and are always very patient and gentle. My last few cleanings have been phenomenal. No discomfort of any sort and they made me feel right at home. They’re always professional and the staff are alway friendly and helpful whenever I have a question. You can tell they care about your smile. Definitely drop a visit here for your next dental appointment!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Kenny Huynh. I went in to have an old filling replaced on a tooth that wasn’t bothering me at all—no pain, no sensitivity. Instead of a simple, conservative replacement, the dentist was extremely aggressive with the cavity preparation, removing far more of the tooth than I expected. Since then, I’ve had ongoing cold sensitivity that never existed before. This was supposed to be a routine procedure, and now I’m dealing with discomfort that has impacted my quality of life. I no longer trust this provider with my dental care and would never return. If you value a gentle, patient-centered approach and want to avoid unnecessary damage to healthy teeth, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: What could have been an extremely painful and stressful procedure was quick and handled with great technique, thanks to Dr. Mills. I highly recommend him! Dr. Mills makes the experience so much easier. They also accepted my insurance when I couldn’t find anywhere else that would, and they don’t push unnecessary treatments or surprise you with extra costs — they make sure pre‑authorizations are in place so you know what to expect.

Fantastic experience: Tatyana is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel completely at ease and explained everything in detail before starting the procedure. She did a dental filling for me, and I’m extremely satisfied — the work was quick, painless, and very precise. The entire staff I met was also very attentive and polite, which made the whole experience even more pleasant.

My boyfriend had a horrible experience elsewhere and your office took him in, helped relieve him of his pain and agreed to take him on as a client to give him the PROPER care he did not get at the other office we refuse to go back to!!! Negative experience: Dentistry that is very substandard, I’ve been a customer for years, but I’ve been unsatisfied with the careless services lately. I was scheduled with the wrong doctor. Also, the doctor recommended the removal of my wisdom teeth and the teeth next to it. But during the procedure of the wisdom teeth removal I wasn’t told they would remove the teeth next to my wisdom teeth. I understand the removal of that teeth was recommended by the doctor but I the patient had the right to know, because I was only there for my wisdom teeth. There has been a mistake but they are not willing to fix it. I need to pay out of pocket.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dental office I've ever gone to. The most pain and agony I've ever experienced at a dentist office. You come in with pain you leave with pain and if you need anything that's a emergency they will say a specialist can't see you until one month from now and could care less about your pain. I wish I was getting my teeth worked on in a foreign country than in the USA. Clearly cozy dental does not care about it's patients.

Went in today 1/17/25 to have a tooth pulled and all though I couldn’t get it done today (tooth infected) EVERYONE from the nurses to the office staff were Amazing! Polite ,caring, considerate and professional . Dr. Mills got me in quick ,X-rays, examined me ,gave me a script and had me out of the door in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: This dental office has been by far the best experience I have at any dental office. They helped glue a crown that broke, one that was done by another dental office. Furthermore, they left it better than I originally had my crown, a better fit and more comfortable. The dental cleaning was by far the best. They cleaned all the coffee and soda stains in my teeth. They are very professional and work with integrity.

Fantastic experience: I had an abscess move into my right top incisor literally over night. I called MULTIPLE places to get in sorta fast. I wasn’t expecting a miracle honestly but I did in fact received one from Cozy Dental. As soon as I mentioned what was happening, I was scheduled immediately for the next morning. Super friendly staff and the atmosphere is beyond cozy and lovely. I sincerely wish google had more stars to give. Y’all be nice to these people because they’re gonna be incredibly nice to y’all.

Fantastic experience: After having a horrible experience at another dentistry in Aurora. I decided to try Cozy Dental. Searching and looking at the reviews I was convinced to try it out. I have Medicaid and was a little skeptical of possible hidden fees. I have never had fill ins before and was extremely scared. Dr. Douglas Mills and his assistant Elizabeth were extremely reassuring and helpful. I never felt the needles or the drilling! Although nervous the whole time they were awesome!! No surprise fees and the office made sure before scheduling me for anything Medicaid covered everything! I’m extremely happy with their services and the way I was treated by staff! They are friendly and just amazing❤️. Thank you again!!! My children also go here as well and they love it too! I promise you will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED coming to COZY DENTAL!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went for the first dentist appointment for my baby and were surprised! Only professionals works in COZY DENTAL! My baby was not even cry Staff is very friendly and understandable. Also they have an amazing kids sone At the end of the visit baby got a gift!

Negative experience: Barely addressed my pain. They put ne on antibiotics that weren't working and when I called crying in pain they said there's nothing they could do for me. Then they wanted to push me out 3 weeks and when i asked to be seen sooner they said they didn't have a dentist available until the 13th! I strongly recommend you NOT coming to this dental office. Someone needs to close this office. They're completely incapable of handling anyone's care.

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist I’ve ever been too, they didn’t wanna schedule me because they were mad about the fact that I didn’t wanna get my braces done in there dentist. I DO NOT recommend this dentist. Please do not go. They only treat you horribly and talk bad about you in their language.
