Fantastic experience: Arrived for the appointment 15 minutes before, instructed to have a seat and i will be called for my appointment. In less than 5 minutes I was in the chair and receiving the dental care regarding the appointment. Professional staff and prompt care. I planned 2 hours for the appointment and sadly was back to work within the hour. Medical care that is on time and prompt is something that is sometimes difficult, not for these folks. If you are looking for a professional, experienced and caring group of healthcare professionals, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tou (Joel) Khoo and the dental staff here are AMAZING. I'm telling y'all, I'd leave a thousand more stars if I could. I came in for a filling and cleaning, and left with a new smile. I know that sounds like some cheap tagline that someone made up, but I mean it. While I was getting my cavity and a chipped tooth filled they were very communicative and warm. And then, after looking at the work done on my chipped tooth, I asked if they could make a small adjustment -- not only did they happily make the adjustment, but they provided me with a quote for additional adjustments I wanted to make to other surrounding teeth. That same day, I was able to get a few of my other chipped teeth fixed. My family was in AWE of the work Dr. Khoo did. My sister dubbed him a "tooth wizard". They were able to fill chips in my teeth that I had gotten from a small Bird Scooter accident about 1yr prior, and those fills completely changed my smile. Again, I'm going to sound like a gimmicky tagline here but: the work they did on my teeth has genuinely boosted my confidence *and* my health. I'm smiling more, my smile is healthier, and I'm more confident overall. The work also looks so NATURAL, and what's more is that they were able to fix the chips in my teeth from my accident and make my smile look straighter without changing the structure of my teeth, never having had any orthodontic procedures. The entire staff from the front desk, to the technicians and hygienists, and the doctor himself were personable, humorous, very informative and thorough, and clearly take pride in their work. I've, honestly, never had a better experience at a dentists office. Even if I move from the Corpus Christi area, so long as they're in my network, I'll stay a patient.

June 4, 2025 I had 5 star experience today with Dr. Khoo, Georgia, Michelle, Desirae, Yvonne and Jessica. They are always so welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Khoo is a fine dentist and a perfectionist. His staff are informative, gentle and caring. Georgia keeps me updated on my insurance pmts or what my part of payment may be. Give them a call for your next dental need. I'm glad I did.

Fantastic experience: This is a marvelous dental practice. The hygenist is terrific and knows what she is doing. Dr khoo has a special personality that calms your fears and apprehension. His abilities are excellent. I have gone to many dentists here, in Corpus, this one is a keeper. The office has the latest equipment, incredibly tidy and well managed. They are very clear on your financial responsibility before any procedure. That part was bit off-putting. I am not familiar with this practice. Maybe it’s new. I am not sure. 12/01/2024 update. Completely satisfied. Another excellent cleaning. Couldn’t be happier.

Negative experience: Just wow. I used to love this place. I was told when I arrived on time for my appointment that it had been cancelled because I did not confirm it. I have been coming there for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. The woman at the front was condescending and told me "Did you check your messages? We cancelled your appointment because you did not confirm it. You need to confirm your appointments..." The dentist also charged me an exorbitant amount for a mouth guard that was never 'delivered'. The service has definitely declined. I will not be returning. What a shame.

Negative experience: My son had an appointment for exam/cleaning and a day before appointment they called and said he would have a “ copay” We have had this insurance for 15 years and in network pays 100% for prevention visits. They tried to do some things not necessary and get money out of him. Obviously we cancelled. They are unethical.

To begin with, they know their profession very well, all the staff are very nice, courteous, and outgoing, but still professional. Their office is highly sought after, and it seems they have had a problem with clients not keeping their appointments, so they have had to get strict with cancelations and late arrivals. 100% recommend them.
