Fantastic experience: The best office I’ve been to ever. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely professional and friendly. Office was clean and equipment was top notch. I was explained every step that was happening throughout my visit.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. The staff here are super kind, very knowledgeable, and their hours are flexible. My sister and mother recommended me and after 2 visits so far I have no issues which is such a blessing when selecting the right dentist office to visit. I was able to get everything done even while I was traveling and managing work which we all know can be stressful and a challenging to do. Thats why I highly recommend and suggest this dentist if you want top notch dental care. Every visit here is like seeing family and friends which is something I’ve learned to sincerely appreciate.

Fantastic experience: 60 years old, haven’t been to dentist in 10+ years after 20+ years of twice a year. I was regretting going, and expecting a lot of scraping, some pain & bleeding. What I got was the BEST dental tech in the world. There was a lot of scraping but absolutely NO pain or bleeding. Honestly Kim was AMAZING, if I didn’t have to make sure I was keeping my mouth open I may have taken a nap. I have no idea how she did it but she was amazing. Kim Offered a topical numbing agent numerous times but there was absolutely no need. Going back in a week for 2 small cavities and 2 crowns.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to Lakeview Dental Care and everyone has been so polite and pleasant. The take their time and explain whatever is needed. Dr. Abdallah took time with me to get comfortable before starting working on my teeth. My husband and I both go here and I will start taking my son here as well.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff and doctor! I am not a fan of the dentist (who is, lol) but they make u feel comfortable and truly concerned if you are doing ok during the cleaning and exam.

Negative experience: Horrible accounting team. They provide wrong estimates for procedures while they have full insurance /benefit details then put the onus on the patient. Follow up calls to talk to manager goes nowhere as the office manager never returns the calls.

Negative experience: The doctors themselves are tremendous, however when you have to cancel appointment as a parent of small children for things that come up last minute like illness or your kids events, rather then just having a late cancellation fee like most medical practices, the office refuses to “schedule out” any appointments. It’s a shame because the doctors really are spectacular.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Lakeview Dental for several years getting our cleaning and dental work done. They accept children too which is very convenient and have appointments available on Saturdays and late hours during the week days. I am very satisfied with the doctors, hygienists, and the front desk staff. They are very helpful, friendly, and professional. Robin did such a great job today during my dental cleaning visit. I am not great at flossing and she always emphasises an importance of it and helps me to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy. Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental care on a Saturday. I googled Emergency Dentist. That was Lakeview Dental in Gibbsboro. They couldn’t have been nicer. From the front desk to the dentist everyone was so responsive and caring. I think I found my forever dental office.

Negative experience: It seems my experiences vastly differ from most people writing very glowing reviews here. I have been here multiple times over the past few years, and my experiences are varied - slightly positive, but mostly negative. The place is close to my house, so it has been convenient for me to visit, but I don’t think I’d be going there again. The first time I visited, a non-native English speaking male nurse left for the day while he was cleaning my test. He literally packed and left because it was 5pm or 6pm or something, and then another nurse had to come finish the job. What a shame! A serious red flag about a business, which willfully ignored, because I liked the White, male, young dentist, name of whom I cannot remember. Thorough professional! I wish I could have him examine my teeth every time. Anyway, last time when I went, they suggested several thousand worth of cosmetic treatments. I ignored, and this time they said I don’t need that treatment. And then, they came up with something else, which will also cost a few thousand dollars. Seriously? And I know, as a matter of fact, I don’t need any of these so-called fancy and useless treatments. The reception staff - both ladies - are the only professional people in the entire business at this facility, aside from the White male young dentist. The rest are incompetent people who have no idea what they are doing. They are more like a shop, selling you things. And yes, they even sell toothpaste (with 3% credit card charge extra), not just luring people to get pointless cosmetic treatments done.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff at Lakeview Dental are all very pleasant, kind and caring. I have on a few occasions had an emergency and have been seen very quickly, most often the same day. I have been coming here for many years and always receive great care. This week Dr. Forte saw me a few times for emergency situations and took great care treating me with no problems.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Lakeview by a friend Eric from work. It had been a few years since I had been to the dentist (life changes and insurance and all), and I was dreading finally going. Appt was very easy to make, staff was above and beyond accommodating and friendly, I was in and out faster than expected and I was able to make a great plan with my Dr to help tweak my smile. Out of pocket $$$ for was 10x less than I was expecting, I’ve never been excited to go back to the dentist before but I can’t wait to visit Lakeview!

Fantastic experience: Dr Forte is The best dentist I’ve ever had in my 77 years of my life. As a matter fact, he’s the best dentist in the state of New Jersey. I may be a little prejudice because he is my son.. Having said that, the staff at Lakeview Dental always greets you with a smile and always makes you feel comfortable. They are the BEST!!

Dr. Acuna-Vinluan helped me on an emergency Saturday appointment get through the weekend with bad tooth ache and Dr. Forte took care of the root canal and crown on Monday. I see Robin regularly for my cleanings, and we chat like we just saw each other last week. I’m a “dread the dentist” kinda girl, but it’s only the needles and drilling; the staff make it feel, well, not as bad. They’re compassionate, take time to answer questions, and I never feel rushed. They have the establishment running like a well oiled machine. Your wait time after arriving is no more than a couple minutes! I love it. I had the best teeth cleaning experience with Kim!! Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a compassionate, well mannered practice look no further. I needed a new patient/emergency appt. I have high anxiety when it comes to dentist and have avoided going, knowing I needed extensive work. Everyone was amazing! From the office manager, Jen, ladies at front desk, dental asst, dentist and hygenist....so patient and kind. Excellent care, gentle, and not pushy with further care. We have a plan and I felt well taken care of. After they removed metal filling and cavity in gum, built up tooth and filled I have Very little pain the day after. I highly suggest Dr L. Vinluan. She was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: My Lakeview in Marlton was closed and I was in extreme pain from a cavity that was sitting too high that I had done a week prior. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday and take care of me. Very grateful for them and they took care of me and my issue.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and needed a root canal, unfortunately I thought my office was closed. I went to your location and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful and said she would help. The dentist, I do not remember his name, please forgive me, lost sleep from pain so was out of it. He was very nice, professional and caring. Motrin had helped subside the pain and I could not tell him which tooth for sure. I had an idea. He was able to give me items to help a little with the pain. The cold sensitive tests later aggravated the spot and by this morning. I was right what I thought about the newly capped tooth and was able to go back to my Lakeview Dental and they did the root canal. The dentist was very nice and tried all he could to help me. I would recommend him and the Gibbsboro location. Everyone was very nice. I am appreciative. So thankful to not be in anymore pain today. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays

Negative experience: Disorganized and unprofessional. Self pay………. After paying my total in full; 3 weeks later I receive a bill for 56$. I was originally charged and paid the price In full that was detailed and billed at time of service. 3 weeks later… a new bill. Will report to Better business bureau.

Fantastic experience: Everyone went above and beyond to make my appointment go smoothly. All my requests were handled quickly and accurately. Everyone there was professional and extreamly competing to help you.

Negative experience: I honestly do not know where to begin. At my last cleaning I was told that I needed to have a damaged filling in between my teeth fixed. The dentist L. A. recommended that I have a crown made for the base of that tooth. The first appointment to address this was to have a temporary crown and impression for the permanent crown. During that appointment the dentist gave me novocaine and stated that I would not need to have the numbing medication for a certain part of my mouth because of the location of the tooth. As she started the procedure, she was called to go check on another patient (I believe it was for an examination after cleaning). She left me for what I felt was a lengthy period of time to attend to the other patient. As I was waiting the pain medication started wearing off. She returned and started working on the tooth which immediately felt pain at the touch, she continued to try again then after seeing that I was unable to tolerate it any further dosed me up with several more novocaine injections (also in the area where she said that I would not need one). She started working on my tooth again and then shortly thereafter was called to see another patient. I was concerned that the medication would wear off again. At the conclusion of the appointment I had reservations about scheduling a follow up with her. I reluctantly went on to schedule the final appointment with this dentist for the new crown cementing. This second appointment occurred a few days ago and it was a horrible experience. Upon arriving at the office, I was greeted by the assistant, who was pleasant and attended to my needs. Upon trying to touch and work on my tooth, she could see that I was in pain so she immediately went the dentist ( who happened to be in the middle of what seemed to be an intense appointment with another patient). When inquiring about the tooth pain, the dentist replied that if my tooth wasn’t bothering unless it was an issue at night and it was "pulsing" then I would need a root canal. I was surprised as I had an identical procedure on another tooth the previous year without any issue. The dentist then injected me with novocaine and then instructed the assistant to start working on my tooth. While the assistant was trying to fit the permanent crown in my mouth, she could see that it was too large, so she went to go find the dentist again (who was still in the middle of the procedure with the other patient). The dentist worked on resizing the crown and appeared to be rushing. It took several attempts for her to resize, the crown to a fit (it still feels too tight). She returned to the other patient and requested that the assistant come to get her again one she was done with preparing my tooth for the final crown insertion. When the assistant finished the preparation, she went to find the dentist however she was told to wait. As I was sitting in the chair I was becoming increasingly anxious and nervous about the appointment and also the first appointment recalling when my pain medication wore off. Eventually, I got up out of my seat to walk around the office to find the assistant so that she could get the dentist to finish the procedure. The dentist then left the other patient again and in a rushed manner proceeded to try to put the final crown on my tooth. At that point the assistant had to leave and assist another patient and another assistant entered the room. When the dentist placed the crown on my tooth the cement dried too quickly and because of that she was unable to open a space in between my teeth which is needed in order to be able to floss. She seemed to struggle throughout the procedure of trying to open a space and keep on calling on the assistant to find specific tools which weren’t in the room. She poked a lot and it felt as though she was using a small saw to try to create the space. She made the comment that I would feel pressure and when I tried to let her know I was feeling pain and requesting to stop, she kept say “no it's pressure ”. After quite a bit of blood she finally stopped. I do

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy the folks at Lakeview Dental. I believe they have new name Smilis. Tempest, Britney, Mia (new young lady) not sure of name. Very smart, informed me of charge for use with credit card greatly appreciated. Leslie always pleasant performed painless xray procedure and assisted Dr. A in cementing crown. Dr. A very gentle and kind. Teeth cleaning is very enjoyable I dare say. Robin is the greatest and very well educated. Always ask for her. Good people are here. Fantastic experience: Can’t say enough great things about this office. I came in as an emergency patient on a Saturday with severe pain. The staff was polite, and got me in right away. Dr. Forte was wonderful and helped me until I was able to see a specialist that Monday. He even sent me a message a few days after my appointment to see how I was doing. Very caring! I will now be using them as my regular dentist. Thank you again!

Lakeview in Gibbsboro is 1000% percent worth the longer drive it takes me to get there. Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with everything at my visit! I was able to get a same day appointment, which was excellent. The front desk staff, dental hygienist, and doctor were all great. Everybody explained everything very thoroughly and was very kind. I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and everybody put me at ease! There was an issue with my insurance which caused some delay (my fault - I initially entered some information wrong) but they made sure to contact the insurance to get everything figured out and were apologetic the entire time! Even though the insurance delay was most definitely my fault and I felt bad holding them up, I never felt rushed or like a burden. They continued to apologize for any inconvenience and were willing to continue with everything as planned ( including X-rays, deep cleaning, and a crown...a lot for a same day visit!) versus reschedule if the timing was inconvenient for me. I would definitely recommend this office and will be going back!

Negative experience: I was a patient for 2 years, until it became a business focused on profit, rather than a dental office focused on quality, safe care. I had an appointment in April 2024, when I was informed that I had a two-surface cavity that required filling immediately. This was after years of compliments from dental hygienists on good brushing and flossing. I was shocked, as I had never had a cavity before. When consulting a second opinion, I was told the "cavity" was too small to take action on and to check in after 6 months. The second opinion also mentioned that my teeth and brushing habits were quite stellar and that the x-rays just weren't clear enough to warrant a filling. Fast forward about 6 months later at a new dentist, there was no mention of any cavities whatsoever, with new comprehensive x-rays done as well. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but had I had taken the dentist's suggestion, I would have had to spend hundreds on a procedure that wasn't needed and would have had to replace the fillings in the future. That's thousands of dollars. Very disappointed when a dentist prioritizes money over long-term care and honesty.

Negative experience: Warning to all prospective patients - please filter for the lowest rated reviews and read them so that you know what you're getting yourself into by going here. I regret not doing so prior to my visit. The reason I provided 1 star is not because of the dental cleaning I had with Robin. She did a great job. I haven't had a dental hygienist as diligent and thorough as her. My problem is with the front desk. I provided my health insurance information prior to my appointment by filling out the online forms. The front desk girl asked for my health insurance information again even though I filled it out, including asking for my social security number, which I had to blurt out in front of everyone in the front desk and waiting room. She then told me that they will try to bill my insurance and figure it out. I received several calls from other front desk girls in the following weeks where they kept asking for my social security number. This started to become rather annoying. Finally, the office manager called me and asked me for my SSN one more time. I then get an email many months later stating that I still owe the bill. When I tried calling the office a few days ago, another front desk attendant said that they are "still working on it". This is so odd because when I went to the Lakeview location in Cherry Hill, they verified my benefits BEFORE I stepped into the dental office. They would confirm whether my visit would be covered partially or completely by my dental insurance before the dental cleaning. The front desk at the Gibbsboro location is pretty incompetent. If my dental insurance is not in network, why not disclose that prior to the visit so that I can decide to look elsewhere? It puts the onus on the patients to make sure where they get dental care is covered, but shouldn't the front desk people at least know which major dental insurances are and are not accepted to give the patient a heads up? It feels disingenuous and like they're just out to make a quick buck from patients. Although Robin did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, I will not come back to this office ever again.

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to a dentist in years. Went in for a cleaning today, and the team here was fantastic. They made me comfortable, had an in house care plan to encourage the follow-up appt, and they made me want to come back. My teeth feel fantastic!

Fantastic experience: First appointment at a new dental facility. Great experience!! Office staff is well informed and very nice. Hygienist was terrific as she informed me as we went along what she was doing and why she was doing it. Very pain-free. I’m happy with this new office. It’s closer to my house. That’s why I changed dentists.

Fantastic experience: I received an appointment within a day of my call. I was taken back immediately upon my arrival for the appointment and had a complete root canal completed and finished in less than an hour. The staff could not have been any nicer and Dr. Forte was terrific. He was very caring and gentle.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff was amazing. I don’t like dentists at all they made me feel comfortable and were very caring as I needed a really bad tooth pulled. I would definitely be returning for all dental work.

Negative experience: Horrible with billing and insurance with very limited explanations about service. Billed for services that they claim took place about 6 years ago. Never contacted me until after it was written off by them. It’s been so long I can’t confirm it. Now they want to threaten to send it to collections. It’s all good, going to pay it. They get the write off and paid also., they must really need the money. I will never use or recommend them ever again. Check your billing statement and watch out for shady business practices.

Fantastic experience: Great office staff, very accommodating. Everyone was very professional and gave detailed treatment plans so I understood the next course of action. The dental hygienists are very friendly. They made my children as comfortable as possible during cleanings and explained each step before proceeding to go in their mouth. The dentists thoroughly briefed me on their findings and gave me different options to select for treatment. Overall great experience!!! *The one improvement I have is for the website schedule and the office schedule to be synced. If the time isn't available it should be blocked out. This would save the patient from wasting time and rearranging their personal schedulr. It would also give the office staff less headaches from upset patients.

Positive experience: I have had a tooth problem and also a cleaning here and I have been very happy with the dentists and staff, and the hygienist. Very friendly and make you feel comfortable. The only draw back is I believe they are expensive in their pricing.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Lakeview Dental Care for many years, but it has been about 2.5 years since I've been to the office. I had my teeth cleaned by Kimberly, and she was so kind. She didn't give me a hard time AT ALL for not having been there, and she was gentle and patient. Then I told her that I don't floss my teeth ever and she suggested some ideas on how to make it habit, and the most effective way to hold the floss. No judgment, no criticism, just kindness and helpfulness. Dr. Forte was also kind and thorough. He also didn't give me a hard time about not having been there in a couple of years (he said, we're glad you're here now!). I will definitely be back in 6 months for a cleaning - can't wait to see my friend Kimberly!

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I’ve had in a long time. Left previous dentist due to lack of availability and staff. Called Lakeview and was given an appt same week and scheduled visits for my daughters. Flexible hours and amazing staff. Love love love!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency…they were able to see me the same day. The staff was professional, kind and understanding. I wish they accepted my insurance so it kinda sucked having to pay out of pocket but regardless, I was relieved I was able to be seen. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Went in for an "emergency" same day visit because I was having a lot of pain, they were amazing and quick to solve the problem! They were able to pull the tooth immediately, no pain, very informative even though my anxiety was running high. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: The Gibbsboro office took me as an emergency case with very short notice, (initially called your Cherry Hill office and the agent was extremely understanding and helpful to create the appointment). Arrived 7:30AM the next day and received outstanding service from reception, Dental treatment, through the checkout process. I've been a Lakeview patient for 27 years. Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency root canal before a trip, they we're more that able to get me in and get to work on the tooth. I felt completely comfortable, and assured that they would take care of me and what needed to be done.

Fantastic experience: I was having extraordinary terrible tooth pain. I was able to book an emergency appointment for that morning was able to get a root canal done that following afternoon. Dr. Massoud and the office staff were so kind and helpful. It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Very disappointed-went in hoping they could replace a missing crown since my former dentist no longer took my insurance. Sat for an hour before the dentist came in and said she wouldn’t be able to replace it unless I stayed for a cleaning, comprehensive films and made a “comprehensive” plan with her. Only interested in making money as I left missing a front tooth.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! I normally hate going to the dentist but this was a great experience. I was seen the next day. Consideration was made for my job. Dr. Abdalla was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. I received an email reminder for the appt which stated to call if I needed to cancel. I completed all of the requested documents. I rearranged my work schedule so I could attend the appointment and when I arrived the front desk person told me that they cancelled my appt because I did not respond to their text (which looked like a spam text - it was preceded with random numbers) with “C” for confirm. I asked, why would you cancel an appt without calling me?” The front desk staff proceeded to blame me for not typing the letter “C.” The front desk did not apologize or check to see if they could make other arrangements until I asked. At that point I decided to change dentist. Poor customer service.
