Negative experience: The waiting times here are absurd. We came in at 12:45 it’s currently 2:43 and we still haven’t been seen.

Negative experience: It’s a good office overall—the doctors and hygienists are great—but the biggest issue is how long it takes to actually be seen for your appointment. If I have a 10:00 appointment, I don’t think anyone expects to wait more than 10 minutes, not 30 minutes to an hour. Time is valuable, and the main complaint I have is that the scheduling doesn’t match up. If you set appointments, honor them, or avoid overbooking. That seems to be the real reason for the delays. Not really happy with them. In two days I’ve been in this office I’ve waited a total of 1hr and 30min just to be seen.

Fantastic experience: We love going to EP Dentistry 4 Kids!! We’ve been going for years now and they are always so nice, from the front receptionist to the hygienists to the dentists! We especially loved Tina, she seems like she is so great with kids, today she went an extra step to make my kid feel extra special since tomorrow he is having a birthday, seriously wish we could get her every time but everyone is truly great!

Negative experience: The doctor made me feel like I was asking absurd questions about my sons procedure. I was told he needed the procedure done ASAP two weeks ago . And when they were unable to work with him, all of a sudden his problem wasn’t as severe and could wait months. I felt like they were being rude and brushing off my concerns. Overall didn’t make me feel comfortable, seen, or heard. I also felt my son wasn’t being included. They didn’t make sure he felt safe. Which was the reason why they weren’t able to do anything. To me my son felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Will be changing dentist.

Fantastic experience: The staff and Doctors are amazing!!! Our 7 year old son can be apprehensive with sound/sensation. He does well if he knows what to expect, so communication from the staff is imperative. Unfortunately, he had a bad experience at another dentist office and it turned visits into stress and tears. We have been dreading today’s visit but the staff made it such a positive experience that he walked out with a smile. Tina was so sweet and patient with him, and she explained everything she was going to do easing his fear. Dr. Venzor was also amazing, excellent bedside manner. We’re so glad we took a chance. If your kiddos have had bad experiences in the past bring them here, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy in the service my children received. Summer time is busy at dentist offices and we didn't have a long wait. Hygienist Yvonne was extremely gentle with my 17 yr old and my daughter expressed that she appreciated that she kept asking if she was ok during her cleaning. Assistant Tina is a ROCKSTAR! my kids absolutely love her and made both kids feel at ease. Dr. Perez was wonderful with my kids and we avoided going a second time by him taking care of my sons treatment on same day as his exam. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Today my 14 year old son had cavities filled. It was the first time he had cavities filled so he was extremely nervous. I just wanted to thank the dental assistant Johan, he was so understanding, caring and even took the time to show my son how to floss correctly, since he has braces. Dedication at its best. Leaving very happy.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter for her bi-annual check-up teeth cleaning. I was waited on promptly and check-in was a breeze. From there they weigh you, check your height and take X-rays. Then they walk you to another room and then sat her in the examination chair where the dental hygienist, Yvonne, cleaned her teeth. The dentist, Dr. Perez, did a thorough oral examination. Very pleased with the service and professionalism here at this office.

Fantastic experience: I love bringing my kid Aiden here! he loves coming to the games and even to talk to the employees lol he is a chatter and a curious kid and they are always sweet and patient with him. They always tell him what he needs to do and any issues are always answered in a manner that he can understand. If you are looking for any dental place to take your kid I definitely recommend

Negative experience: Called in informing them the insurance I have doesn’t cover crowns they said they could still do the work we get there for them to let us know that the insurance doesn’t cover but tyat we can sign up with there subscription to have her cyeco out didn’t offer payment plans didn’t let me know if that’s an option at this point why go back

Fantastic experience: We have twins and one with severe anxiety and we cannot emphasize the amount of appreciation we have in this staff. Tina especially has such an amazing personality and special way of working with the anxiety our son deals with. Dr.Shin was so understanding of our son’s condition and explained different alternatives for treatment. Yvonne was courteous and kept speaking to our son informing him of what she was doing. Overall our twins enjoyed the experience with this superb team. We would highly recommend this team to ALL parents seeking a comfortable atmosphere for themselves and their children.

Office was very clean and the playground is such an awesome bonus for the kids! Very fast service as well. The doctor was very knowledgeable as well, I loved that. He informed me about my son’s incoming teeth and what’s to come in his future. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist for your kids!

Fantastic experience: This office is the BEST OFFICE in El Paso. I had the pleasure to being seen by Roman the assistant manager and he was the most professional and patient assistant I’ve ever encountered. The Doctors were very knowledgeable and worked in a timely manner. I didn’t experience any wait whatsoever and yet there was no feeling of being rushed out at any point. I fully recommend this office for kids and teens!!! 10/10!!!!

Fantastic experience: Román is the most handsome, strong, and hardest worker I’ve ever seen in a dental office. I knew from the moment I saw him why he was the assistant manager. If the office runs even have as smooth as Roman there is absolutely no reason you shouldn’t bring your family in. Amazing dentist 10/10

Fantastic experience: Not sure how I feel about this one. The staff was nice enough, so was the doc. We waited an hour past the appointment time to be seen and then 2 separate times the hygienists asked about a cleaning when that is not what should've been scheduled. It's kind of insane for the wait time in my opinion just for a consult. No apologies for the long wait or confusion about the purpose of the appointment. We will give it another shot for a cleaning in a few months. Everyone has bad days and maybe we just happened to come on a bad day. Update 3/27/25- We’ve been going here for 2 years now and I’ve updated the stars from 3 to 5 (should’ve done sooner but I forgot). Safe to say the visit mentioned above was just a fluke. The staff we’ve encountered have been amazing every other visit we’ve had. We haven’t waited longer than a normal 15-20 minutes depending on how busy they are. Most of the time we go back within 10 minutes of the appointment. My kid is super anxious with dental visits but the staff and providers have really helped her feel more comfortable. She had extractions done today and I can’t brag enough on the dentist and dental assistant that continuously checked on her throughout the process and made her well being a priority. Highly recommend this office if you have a child that has anxiety about the going to the dentist. Communication is a 10/10 and so is the care!

Fantastic experience: This is such a great dentist office for kids who are nervous and everyone else too! My daughter was nervous and loved the bright, colorful environment. The office was very clean and fun, and that made her comfortable. Then, the amazing staff just made everything so comfortable for her. All of the staff members are inviting, friendly, and compassionate. Our dental assistant was Manny, and he was so patient and talked my daughter through the exam. Our dentist was Dr. Perez who showed the same gentle and easy going spirit towards my daughter. As a parent, the scheduling, check in/out, and wait time was easy peasy. I highly recommend this team!

Fantastic experience: We had a great visit! Receptionist Michelle was very professional and kind when checking us in. Tina and Yvonne took care of my daughter's cleaning and for the first time I feel my daughter was not as anxious as she normally is. She feels comfortable here and I left with a great understanding of the appointment. Dr. Perez was very informative and showed me everything on the xray and visually in my daughters mouth. He also addressed all my concerns and I felt he was very thorough. The facility was very clean and I absolutely loved their cute movie theater decor. Negative experience: Today January 6th 2025, we had a really bad experience with this dentist office. My youngest daughter had an appointment for a front tooth extraction due to an injury she had several months ago and was causing infection on the gums due to it being loose. Exactly a month ago we came in to the office since we had noticed a small lump on her gums that seemed abnormal at this time they inspected and came to the conclusion she had an infection due to the tooth being loose, they also proceeded to inspect the rest of the teeth and we were told she had 3 small cavities, we were told she would need to get the front tooth extracted and at the same time they would take care of the cavities by filling them. Today my wife attended the appointment along with my daughter, she said Dr. Perez came in to the room to explain the extraction procedure and also to address her they would have to perform additional x-rays in order to further inspect the cavities. At the time of the extraction they proceeded with the cavities she noticed the doctor pulled out some metal veneers she immediately addressed the doctor that this wasn't what they had agreed on, the doctor only said there was no other way around it since he had already worn down the teeth for the veneers. Upon completion, Dr.Perez immediately got up and left the room with out further explanation. We are really disappointed with the lack of communication they have since we never agreed to have veneers installed we feel this is shady way of doing things just to overcharge the insurance.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with hygienist Pearl and Dr. Korrey. My daughter really enjoyed her time and grateful they made her feel safe. She said it was not scary at all.

Fantastic experience: I have never had an issues in this place they are very nice and friendly see my son at a very fast time give me reminders for the upcoming appointments. Today we were seen by pearl Johan Yvonne and Dr. korrey they all did a great job! I definitely recommend this location!!!!

Fantastic experience: Our visit today was delightful! Michelle, the receptionist, was friendly and helpful. Our daughters had their X-rays taken by Johan and another young lady who were nice and made the experience comfortable for our girls. Once it was time for their cleaning, Yvonne and Edgar ensured the girls were at ease and happy. Dr Shin answered all questions and was friendly. We look forward to our next visit!

Fantastic experience: Went in with my two toddlers, they LOVE going to the dentist. Starting at the fun waiting room all the way to the chair with our favorite hygienist Ms.Tina! Fantastic experience: Johan was a wonderful assistant today he handled a three patient appointment like a champ and kept the kids calm and explained the process throughly. Dr Perez a great dentist. Very well mannered and great with the kids. Explained everything that was getting done play by play. Even the front office ladies were great with their sunny disposition keeping everything flowing smoothly.

I had scheduled routine check ups for my children, it was super easy and quick the front desk walked me through the process as new patients and we had appointments the following week. My daughter ended up needed work done with sedation. As a Mom I was a nervous wreck inside. Initially I had so, so many questions. But the doctors, nurses and staff are so knowledgeable, I was immediately overcome with calmness knowing my daughter was in good hands. The office has a very nice and clean environment. Granted at that time he had 2 teeth nonetheless the front office was courteous and when you went in every one greeted you . Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my little ones to this dentist for a while now. It is always such a joy to see the smiles on the staffs faces from the minute we walk in, to the moment we walk out. I could not think of any better place to take my little ones. Fantastic experience: Flawless visit for my 2 year old. Appointment was at 9 and we were walking out at 9:11. Reception was great, dental assistant was great, and most importantly the dentist was great. Very kid friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great staff!!! They are all super nice!!! The receptionist are always super helpful and never have an attitude. The dentist are always informative and nice. Our favorite dental assistant is Manny. He is super good with our kids. He is helpful and always makes them feel comfortable and not scared. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: My two boys have been coming here now for a year since moving from out-of-state. The office staff, dental hygienists, and dentist have all been very professional, patient, and friendly. The facility is clean with a play place, video game area, and TV. Check-in is a painless process and the facility has very prompt and great two-way communication. No complaints. My kids love coming here even my youngest who used to have serious dentist anxiety.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were blown away at the exceptional service my son who has autism received. I scheduled online and was able to get an appt rather quickly. They texted me about an hour before the appt to change the main dentist as we were new patients and I was able to take care of that before the visit. We arrived, the receptionist was so very nice and within 5 minutes we were called in. Viviana was our dental assistant and was the nicest most patient person ever with our son. She actually spoke to him and explained to him what her tools were for when doing his cleaning. In turn my son was not nervous and at ease. The dentist was also nice, talked to my son and husband and I, and explained what my son may need in the future but that for now he will monitor him due to his age. I will be bringing my other son in November when he’s due. We have been through 3 different pediatric dental practices and were left unsatisfied with either their lack of patience with children or ridiculous 2 hr wait times. If you aren’t sure where to take your children, I strongly recommend this practice. 10/10!
