Fantastic experience: Went in to have rear molar remove. Felt no pain. They put jell on gums so you don’t even feel the deadening needle. Didn’t feel them remove tooth. Actually was easier than having a cleaning which also isn’t bad.

I was expecting a lot of pain and I was pleasantly surprised when my level of of pain was very minimal. I was treated like I was their only patience in a very busy implant center. You are very well informed with all your options and all your questions are answered before you make any decisions. This is the place for anyone who needs sedation for dentistry of any kind. Fantastic experience: Traveled from Utah to come to Texas Sedation and Implant Center. I had heard Travis Kendalls team was the BEST implant center in the world. This conclusion came from watching his TikTok’s and reading google reviews. I have also spoken to people who have received care from his team before the travel out here. The experience started with Jill welcoming me in with love and made me feel comfortable. Letting me know I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I was then taken back for all the x-rays and scans. The technology was very impressive. The beautiful soul Lizbeth would be the professional that completed the scans and cleaning. She was a bright light that made me feel comfortable and safe. I have major self image issues with my teeth so this was very important to me. After the scans I asked if I could use nitrous oxide because my teeth are very sensitive and I get extreme anxiety going to the dentist. She asked me a couple questions and then said….. YES. I was nervous to ask this but she made me feel like it was more then ok which instantly relieved my anxiety about that days procedure/cleaning/polishing/examination. 100% she was the most skilled and kind dental hygienist I have EVER had the pleasure of meeting and receiving care from. Dr. Murray then came in and created a plan for surgery. He was a true stud and beautiful soul. He also made me feel comfortable and reassured I was exactly where I was supposed to be. The words he used and the energy he gave was something I have not received from other Dentist in Utah. He outlined the problems but did so in a way that motivated me to treat my teeth better and gave me a knowing that everything was going to be ok. I will be getting surgery done on Wednesday. To end the first day Betty gave me all the paperwork and gift bag. She puts a smile on my face just thinking about our interaction and just how gorgeous she is. I was able to get everything signed, antibiotics, and mouth wash with instructions to be ready for Wednesday. This has already been a life changing experience. I am EXTREMELY excited to be comfortable smiling again. I was a teacher and hated smiling which breaks my heart and now I’m a entrepreneur who has not been able to express myself fully because of confidence in my smile. Texas Sedation and Implant Center is the BEST in the WORLD for creating the PERFECT smile. We all make mistakes with our health this place has given me the opportunity to reinvent myself and to SMILE again. Thank You From The Bottom Of My Heart ❤️

It was the first dental visit I've ever had where I felt like the conversation wasn't demeaning or patronizing. Fantastic experience: Over the years I have regretfully put off having my teeth looked after because something else always came up. Several months ago I went to see Dr. Murray to get things back on track. Needing some implants done and some cleanings, Dr. Murray and his staff have been amazing at the work they have done for me. I greatly appreciate everything they have done thus far. I drive over an hour to my appointments because they are courteous and professional and make sure you are comfortable during appointments. Fantastic experience: Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. Dr. Gengle placed my implants perfectly after other dentists would not do the procedure.Taylor worked with my insurance to get the maximum pay out saving me close to 4k overall. The cleanings are more thorough than any I’ve had elsewhere. Recently had a bridge come off that has caused me problems for 3 years. The dentist who put it in could not get the bite correct and it has hurt since it was installed. Dr. Murray found the problem with the bite, corrected it and cemented it back in. It fits perfectly now and the pain I’ve had in that area for 3 years is now gone. I’ve had terrible experiences with most all dental work I’ve had done before coming here. Everyone here works together to make every visit comfortable from the time you enter the building to the time you leave. I am blessed to have this team taking care of my dental work from now on. Fantastic experience: I went in with bad teeth for past 20 years. I was scared to death because everyone told me how much pain I would be in. I'm 1 day post-op and feel no pain. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break in half Saturday morning. I sent a message to the office over the weekend and was contacted and given an 8:00 appointment for Monday morning. Dr. Peterson was able to remove the broken tooth in one piece. This was a big deal for me, because in the past dentists have cut into my gums to remove a broken tooth which was a rough recovery. I have had horrible experience with dentists in my past. Since becoming a patient at Texas Sedation & Implant Center my anxiety and fear of the dentist has disappeared. From the receptionist who always greets me with a smile by name, to the ladies who check me out after each appointment, I have always been treated with kindness and compassion. Ashley was by my side for the whole procedure. She held my arm and was attentive. Both Dr. Peterson and Ashley talked to me through the whole procedure. Thank you Ashley for easing my anxiety and supporting me throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pain or discomfort. Dr. Peterson has the absolute best bedside manner. He took the time to go over my treatment plan, and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. Dr. Peterson sees my whole family. Positive experience: Great first impression! Office staff was friendly kind but efficient. Initial consultation went very well with different levels of appliances discussed and costs included. Brandi took time to explain each level of of appliance it cost and and benefits. Only thing that stopped from being 5 start was the overly hard sell for top of the lind appliance. Brandi dismissed the second tier product, even after admitting that is what most clients choose. Overall a great experience and I am very much considering using this company for my needs.

Not only it's beautiful very well neatly arranged everything the chairs etc also the the restrooms are extremely clean. The customer service is top notch as you walk in you are greeted into this beautiful reception and does receptionist is very kind and willing to help you and answer your questions. Before you go in they really make you feel welcome and give you the treatment you really deserve. I wish all the dentist where like this one I was truly impressed, and they also have treats and soda and juice drinks, now that's what I call top notch state of the art whatever you want to call it this place is really amazing. They did a great job fixing my friends tooth so I am super impressed. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend went here for a consultation regarding dentures. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The receptionist was very friendly, showed us around the lobby, offered us drinks and snacks. Brittany was the consultant and she was awesome. She was very professional and knowledgeable about how the process would work and gave us lots of information to help financially. Overall, this place is really great and I would recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: It's over a year now since grafting and abutment were surgical done with my lower manible. I can not use the upper or the lowers.I have not had an enjoyable meal I can no longer talk, so I quit my teaching after 40 year.Finally I have again by really searching myself. For myself. This has been a 3 year process. It will take another 3-6 month but praying I can live out my days enjoying good food,friends and experiences. My surgical experience was beyond horrible. No one was a my chair checking on me as I came to so I tried to get up and wet myself completely while falling There was a sorry in there but shuffled me in to my husband's passengers seat. They made to attempts to make them fit. Soi will be spending 4 days in Plano for bone grafts and new permanent dental. I was extremely unhappy with the so called professional staff.

Positive experience: Love the hygienist, dentist seems pushy and I need 1 cavity filled but to make an appointment you have to pay 50% of cost upfront. I'm not paying for service before I get it. Stupid. My medical Dr doesn't require pre payment.

Negative experience: What a total joke Sedation Dentistry is….If you do not have major dental needs this is NOT the place for you… and even then I am not so sure this is the place I would choose knowing what I know now!! They appear to only care about making the BIG BUCKS not the LITTLE BUCKS!! To start off, the tour that they give you of the facility took longer than the visit with the Dentist!! That is just sad in itself!! I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned… nothing more nothing less. After waiting TWO HOURS for the Dentist I still NEVER got my teeth cleaned!! What I did get for my time AND $213.00 was a cheap tumbler with a tube of chapstick stuffed into an expensive black paper bag, a useless tour of the entire facility, a CT Scan… that did not want or need, Wing Bite X-Rays, and some expensive prescription toothpaste…to support my teeth that have had the same silver fillings for forty plus years. When I scheduled my appointment I was very specific about my needs!! I told the girl I was a new patient, and that I needed to get my teeth cleaned. During that initial call I was NEVER told that the appointment was ONLY to get established as a new patient AND that it would take 1.5 hours. Nor was I ever told that I would need to schedule a SECOND appointment in order to get my teeth cleaned!! Had I been told ANY of this information… I would have NEVER scheduled the appointment in the first place…as I do not have that kind of time or money to waste!! Regardless, I sat in an exam room for 1.5 HOURS just waiting to see the Dentist. Not one time during that 1.5 HOUR timeframe did anyone ever come in to check on me OR to explain what the delay was in seeing the Dentist!! When the Dentist does finally show up the entire exam is less than ten minutes max!! During that exam the Dentist never discussed my X-rays or CT Scan with me. Then before you know it the appointment is over… the Dentist and the Assistant leave the exam room without an explanation as to what happens next! So AGAIN, I am left to just sit and wait… as if I hadn’t already waited 1.5 hours!! However; this time while waiting, I was believing that the hygienist would be coming in to FINALLY clean my teeth… because after all that was the whole point of my visit!! Boy was I wrong to believe in such a dumb thought!! Instead the front desk clerk shows up to escort me to the front…so I can pay my bill!! When I attempted to explain to the girl that I had not gotten my teeth cleaned she was real quick to talk over me and offer excuses! She told me that this was an appointment to establish a new patient exam ONLY and that I had to schedule another appointment to get my teeth cleaned!! She went on to say that this was their policy, and that all calls are recorded and that she will be going back to listen to that initial call!! In making her statement she used a tone that implied I was making the entire initial call conversation up! In ALL the years I have been seeing a Dentist NEVER have I had to endure what I endured during this visit… nor have I EVER had to schedule an initial exam AND a teeth cleaning separately!! Needless to say I was taken aback by it ALL at this point!! I was offended by ALL of the excuses offered AND the total lack of concern for my time! I will NOT be going back to Sedation Dentistry not now or anytime in the future!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kendall and his crew changed my life. I don't have the words to express how grateful I am, but I will thank you all FOREVER!! Thank you!! I got the "All on 4" procedure. I came from 8 hours away, Dr Kendall has been there for me every step of the way for any questions or concerns I had. I am over 3 months post-op and doing great! Texas Sedation Dental has a special place in my heart forever!

Positive experience: Everybody is very friendly, but I left there with the same knowledge I went in with, and asked to pay a $50 deposit for them to check insurance and come back for more xrays in 2 days. That's not what I was hoping to get from a 2 hour drive.

Fantastic experience: As with most that choose sedation dentistry, I had a severe fear of going to a dentist. The unknowns, the issue with sitting so long for the work to be done and bearing through it, as well as the choking sensation from the deadening of the mouth. Years, I avoided dentists, and this neglect put my teeth in an unhealthy and very poor state. The great folks at Texas Sedation did a wonderful job, and my teeth haven't felt so clean and healthy in 20 years or more. I want to say that the entire team at Texas Sedation in Longview were extremely thoughtful, truly caring and did everything possible to ease the anxiety and fear from my past experiences. My granddad always said, "if your teeth are healthy, so are you!" Thanks to each one of you, and for your true concern and understanding. And to those wearing the same shoes as I...I can assure you, this group of folks will take you in as family and give you back the desire to smile and make going to the dentist a pleasure, instead of a dreaded and horrible nightmare! Fantastic experience: The staff are so friendly and professional. My brother has a disability yet the staff addressed him by his name, treated him with the utmost dignity, ensured he comfortable through every aspect of his treatment, and even encourage him with praise. The waiting area is very comfortable with comfortable seating including recliners, large TV's, coffee station with a variety of drinks and snacks. Awesome place to have dental work for all ages

Fantastic experience: My daughter, who was seen at Texas Sedation & Dental in Longview, is developmentally disabled. She has extreme anxiety and fear when she sits in the dental chair and when a tech or Dr. begins doing anything in her mouth. With previous dentist offices she would have to be sedated or anesthetized just to clean her teeth. They, from the front desk to the technicians, were very patient and kind to her throughout her visit of getting her teeth cleaned. The Dr. came in and gave her a high five, which she loves. She felt more comfortable being reassured that they all were her friends. I am so impressed with the whole staff that worked with her. I appreciate them so much.
