Fantastic experience: I had not had a cavity filled in over 10 years so I maybe was a little nervous about the procedure. Louie and Dr. Doak made the experience painless and worry free. I was done in 25 minutes. I have been a patient since 2014 and will continue to allow Dental Connections handle my dental care needs.

Fantastic experience: Most people hate going to the dentist but I don’t mind it thanks to the great staff at Dental Connections! They are friendly, always do a great job, and I love my dental hygienist! Several years ago I heard about Kim because a family member had highly recommended her. I started to request to see her for every cleaning appointment and I’m so glad I did! Kim is very kind and truly cares about the patient and what they have to say. She is very helpful and always does nice work! Her calm and caring demeanor really eases any anxiety about going to the dentist for me. Kim is very personable and easy to talk to as well. The doctors and receptionists are great too but Kim is my favorite! I would recommend her to anyone and I hope she never leaves Dental Connections! Thank you Kim for being the best!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dental Connections for five years now, and have been quite happy with the overall service and facilities. The staff has always been courteous and friendly and my dental hygienist (Mary) does a great job with my scheduled visits. Overall with my personal experiences, I'd need to give it a five star!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Boy is the best! Having to have a wisdom tooth pulled out after you retire is rather scary. She was so kind and gentle. When the tooth was out it was like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders. I just had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist Kim was so gentle in the cleaning and so thorough. When she explained my X-rays her explanation was clearer than any previously given. She didn’t just throw numbers at me! I can’t say enough about Dr Boy. She is so kind and her explanations are clear, and easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: Heather is so professional and sweet, she really cares about her patients. The office had some really awesome Halloween decorations by Dr. Doak!

Fantastic experience: Really liked the hygienist, Heather, as she was kind and gentle. The ladies at the front desk were kind. Dr Doak is quick, to the point and still patient to answer your questions thoroughly. Visit was good except the Halloween decorations in the waiting room were overwhelming and tacky.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist, Mary was very thorough with cleaning my teeth. She also gave me suggestions on how to get to the tough areas of my gum line. Mary is very knowledgeable in her profession and follows up on notes from my periodontist. She is polite and courteous. Definitely a 5 * hygienist!! The dentist was also thorough and polite.

Fantastic experience: Soon after I get there I get a greeting from Mary my Hygienist. She explained so much to me on how to take better care of my teeth. Wow, she also worked so hard to get my teeth so clean and remove the coffee stains. Dental Connection is lucky to have somebody like Mary who is so devoted to doing such a good job. Positive experience: Dental Connections does a very good job treating dental problems after they occur,. However little time is spent working with patients to develop a care program to prevent problems. Dental problem i now face can be treated but my teeth, unfortunately, will never be as good as they were 6 months ago. I wish the dentist had serious discussions to help ensure I had a meaningful prevention action routine.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the ppl at dental connection enough. From the friendly faces at the reception desk to the assistant and most of all the doctor. I went in needing a repair on my teeth and they were so accommodating to me and my needs even though I couldn't figure out what I needed to do. But they gave me all sorts of options. They got me in that day and repaired my plate. Even gave me a mask to wear till they fixed them so I wouldn't be embarrassed now that's being caring. Called me couple hours later telling me my plate was fixed. Thank you so so much, your greatly appreciated and I will recommend you again.

Fantastic experience: Last night when flossing, a crown from my upper back tooth popped out. This morning I called Dental Connection and Dr. Boy was gracious enough to see me at 1:00 . I gave her assistant the crown and she the took X-rays. After a complete examination by Dr. Boy and her assistant, they managed to refit the crown and replace it. Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth and needed to get it checked out ASAP. I called them and they saw me within 2 hours of my call. Checked me over, came up with a plan,( I need a crown), put a temporary filler in the broken out area, set up my date for starting the procedure and contacted my insurance to let me know what the repair was going to cost after insurance, and sent my on my way, feeling better than when I got there. Thank you for the quick, professional care. I really appreciate it!

Negative experience: The two star rating is primarily because for someone who does not have any dental insurance there is only a 5% uninsured discount even when paid for at the time of service. Other medical services offer 10 to 15% discounts for the uninsured patient.
