Every tool she used and every movement she made felt precise and gentle, handled with the expertise of someone who truly knows and loves what she does. She worked efficiently while still being incredibly thorough — constantly checking in on my comfort and ensuring everything was handled with the utmost care. With their advanced equipment and Katie’s excellent professionalism, I never felt anxious or uncertain. I trusted her completely, and that trust made all the difference. I was having pain from my wisdom teeth and needed to get them removed. My dentist was Dr. Georges Raffoul and he is absolutely amazing. He is very courteous, thoughtful, highly attentive and made sure i was comfortable. The whole process was super quick and efficient. Every staff member i encountered was very kind and informative. This was my first time coming to this office and i will be sure to be back again for anything i need in the future. Thank you to Dr. Raffoul and his whole team for everything. Fantastic experience: The team at tampa palms dentistry are excellent My experiences with the dentist and hygienist have exceeded expectations every time. The patient comes first and they give great care and clear advice. i just finished my final inplant fitting and crown. The results were fantastic. They also stay ahead of new technology. Sadly, I have needed two implants and two crowns, all work was done to the highest quality with minimal pain.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time visiting a dentist in about 2 years. I was nervous about what to expect and how they would treat me. Growing up it’s been a struggle to feel comfortable at the dentist office. This dental office changed that. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the very start. They didn’t just do their job they go above and beyond to make sure you understand all the steps and procedures they are doing. Dr. George introduced himself with handshake which speaks to his character. He did excellent explaining what the next steps will look like and the reasons behind his decision or suggestions. The technician was also really helpful and kind. She was gentle when doing procedures and checked in consistently on me if I had questions or concerns. She even went above and beyond when I asked if a specific product I use is good or not by asking for time to do research on it. She wasn’t sure and instead of guessing or dismissing me she asked me to write down the name so she can look into it. That shows how much they genuinely care for their patients :) They have an in house insurance, so if you don’t have insurance that is an option that is helpful! They took the time to go over their options as well as prices and what each cost is by breaking it down. They want you to be sure you understand what you are paying. There was no rush or judgement. Simple explanations and information. Overall experience was positive I am genuinely looking forwards to future visits and excited to see my oral health improve now that I’ve found my dentist!

Fantastic experience: can’t say enough great things about Tampa Palms Dentistry! After passing out and clipping my front tooth, I called several dental offices and most of them focused on everything but my actual concern. From the moment I called this office, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr. Georges Raffoul was so kind and attentive — he really took the time to understand what happened and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Erren, the treatment coordinator, is a whole vibe! She made me feel completely at ease, and along with Brandon and the rest of the team, created such a positive and supportive environment. They were even able to get me in right before I was discharged from the hospital, and when my situation changed, they still made sure I was seen. That level of care and flexibility truly meant a lot. The pricing is reasonable, they accept all major insurances, and I honestly can’t wait to see my end results! I’ll definitely be posting follow-up reviews after my first and second treatments — but so far, I’m beyond impressed.

Fantastic experience: Katie is just the absolute best, but Tampa Palms Dentistry overall is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and they do a great job of checking your benefits and costs before doing any work so there are no surprises. Katie knows my wife and I like we are her own family. She asks about work, upcoming vacations, health, etc and actually remembers it all for the next time. In fact, she remembers that I have neck issues, so she made sure that they have special neck pillows for me when I come in. I used to have a lot of dental issues it seemed, but my dental health has greatly improved since I started coming here about 4 years ago because of the thorough care that the Tampa Palms Dentistry team provides. I won’t go anywhere else, because nowhere else has Katie!

Fantastic experience: Such a relief going here. Dr Georges is super nice, very efficient. He understood how I was feeling scared nervous and he numbed me up so well so I didn’t feel anything. Then the cleaning was done by Katy wow I’m so happy right now I could cry. I didn’t know you could actually have a good experience going to the dentist. I’m still shocked it was a great experience. Fantastic experience: I had such a great cleaning! I always have Katie and she is amazing and so gentle while doing her cleaning. Staff is always amazing and super nice. I’ve had two visits so far and honestly I’m happy I chose to go there for my dental needs. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They do well with reminders for appointments and reception is great at explaining everything that I don’t understand. Also shout out to the technician that has been there twice to clean my teeth. I wish I was good with names but she is so sweet and easy to talk to about anything related to my teeth. Keep up the good work everyone!

Negative experience: BEWARE***these people are a big SCAM. They do not deserve even one star. Should ask for their licence to practice dentistry because at this point they do not seem to be performing ethical practices. So I went to the office and someone takes the scans of the teeth. I waited one hour and a half and they had not started the cleaning special they promised to have for 99 dollars. Be careful with these people, no one deserves this, they will NOT do the cleaning and they will have you wait forever, the cleaning special is a false promise just to attract more victims. BEWARE!!

Fantastic experience: I recently switched dentists due to my old one leaving the other office I went to. And figured if I was going to get a new dentist might as well get one closer to where I now live. I’ve never had any dental work done outside of fillings and I needed crowns this time. While it was a scary idea, they made me feel comfortable and made sure I was ok throughout the entire process. While it isn’t something I want to do again although I need one more, I’m glad to be having it done here. Thank you guys for your comforting and gentleness.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for almost 2 years now and every single visit has been a welcoming, positive and supportive experience from the staff. I've had to get a few procedures done outside of the typical cleanings and I'm always anxious about the care I might receive because I've had some bad experiences and questionable work done at other offices in the past but I've only ever had 5 start experiences at this office and great care that eleviated any worries I had walking in. I appreciate the doctors and assistants always being patient and helpful with any questions and concerns I have and every hygienist that has taken care of me has made my visit as comforting as they can be for someone who has a lot of anxiety with dental work like myself. Thank you all for being amazing and taking good care of your patients.

Negative experience: When a dentist says they are in-network, it means they have a contract with your dental insurance to provide services at discounted, pre-negotiated rates. If they later claim your insurance isn’t covering everything and demand that you pay the difference, do not hand over any money until you verify directly with your insurance provider. That’s exactly what happened to me, and thank God I called my insurance first. I found out the office was trying to make me pay an extra $1,000 for services that were already covered under my plan. ⚠️ Note: Honest negative reviews are often buried under a flood of suspicious 5-star reviews from friends or staff. This is the correct dentist office where Dr. Georges Raffoul practices, with Marie and Joanne at the front desk. I urge the public to read all the similar, honest negative reviews like mine. Stay cautious.

Fantastic experience: 5-star service with Dr GEORGE'S! amazing implant work, he has seen my dental treatment all the way throughout starting with new crowns. Fantastic experience: I came in as a new patient to this Dental office. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was nice and friendly. The staff I worked with Katie, Tiaira, and Dr. Georges was absolutely fantastic. I came from another Dental office that I was disappointed in, and I tell you this office gave me the best experience I've had in awhile with a Dental office. They educated me with every step the were doing. Dr. Georges asked my concerns, told me his plan and we went from there. I will definitely be returning to go through with the plan of correcting my dental problems. I walked out feeling like they care.

I'm easily overstimulated and overwhelmed in most doctor's office settings as a neurodivergent and this is probably the first time I didn't have anxiety through the roof. I was so impressed with the office, the Dentist’s were ready to talk with and explained everything in a kind compassionate manner. The whole team was friendly, compassionate and helpful. She walked me through the process step by step and made sure to take small breaks while doing my cleaning so I was comfortable. She was very patient with me and my comfort was a top priority for her! I started in Tampa at a closer place to where I live and they were highly overpriced and not as friendly, so I shopped around and ended up at Tampa palms and im glad I did. Fantastic experience: After moving from Miami to tampa I was looking for a new dentist and I’m very happy and pleased I found Tampa palms dentistry. My experience with the treatment I received from the cleanings to my wisdom teeth removed have been excellent. Dr Gorgeous and their team they really the best at what they do. If you looking for an excellent dentist place just come here.

Negative experience: I visited here and up being "told" I needed a deep cleaning and not a regular cleaning and needed a replacement cap. This caused me so much pain afterwards. After almost a year I still have jaw pain. If you want someone gentle, look elsewhere. They also said they accepted my insurance, but I ended up paying over $3k and they supposedly mailed me a check for the difference insurance covered (like $70). I have called over 3 times just to try to get this check mailed to me and it has been almost a year and still nothing. I don't understand all the great reviews.

I also had the best cleaning from my dental hygienist Emma. She took her time and made sure that any questions or concerns I had were taken care of.

Fantastic experience: For starters Im sooo scared of the dentist idk why just bad experiences.. I absolutely LOVE this office , they make you comfortable they just really care strongly about helping you with your oral health .. it’s a little scary to hear all the things wrong with your teeth but I have to say these people literally hold your hand through the process .. the front of the house staff , the nurses , assistants, the doctor everyone is so polite and comforting , they take the time to explain everything in detail. I can’t rave enough about how amazing these people are. I don't have insurance and they just really make a point to put ur health before all the other things .. where there’s a will there’s a way and they will find it . I called and got a next day appointment for 1oclock when I woke up the next morning the pain was so bad I called again and asked for something sooner they didn’t have anything but to my surprise called me around 10 because they had an opening .. I got 2 teeth pulled the day of my consult .. painless I was anxious and even that they worked around it .. again my initial appointment was for 1pm .. but I came in earlier … by 130pm my teeth were out , my mouth was numb and I was on my way out the door to pick up my meds ! ANYONE AND EVERYONE SHOULD GO HERE !!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist so I usually try to avoid as much as possible but as soon as I walked in the office I felt so at ease. Everyone in the front office was genuine, kind, and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Dr Georges was calm and assuring and explained in detail everything I needed. ALL of the front staff was welcoming and put me at ease, they even let me borrow a charger because my phone was dying. I want to give a special shout out to my treatment coordinator, Erren, she was professional and friendly, and did an excellent job of making sure I understood my treatment plan, the costs, and helping me find the best plan for me! Thank you Dr Georges and Team for taking care of me today, and for making a potentially intimidating experience pleasent and welcoming.

Negative experience: I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dentist office. I went in for a deep cleaning maintenance visit, but it turned into one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had with any healthcare provider. At my first appointment, the hygienist spent nearly 30 minutes trying to pressure me into getting a treatment I repeatedly said I wasn’t comfortable with. Even after I firmly declined multiple times, she kept pushing it. Then, after wasting most of my appointment time trying to upsell me, she told me she only had 10 minutes left for my cleaning and that I needed to leave. It felt like because I refused the extra treatment, she got angry and decided to punish me by refusing to do what I actually came in for. I left feeling humiliated and upset. I called the office to understand why this happened, and although the manager Brandon was respectful and apologetic, I still felt uneasy. He convinced me to give them another chance, so I came back that afternoon for a rescheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. I wasn’t even called back until 1:42, and the hygienist (I believe her name was Ema) rushed through the entire cleaning in about 15 minutes. A proper cleaning should take at least 40 minutes to an hour, but she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager later issued a refund and sent me an apology message, saying they would address this with their team, but it’s been three days and I haven’t heard a single follow-up. Clearly, they do not care about their patients, especially once they found out I was moving out of the area. Their behavior made me feel like I didn’t matter to them at all. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. No patient deserves to be treated with such disrespect and lack of care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the dental association because the way this office treats people is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience here. They throughly examined my teeth, made me feel comfortable with everything, and offered options for my treatment plan. They are also very understanding about making financial decisions that are best for me at the moment.

Fantastic experience: They are very accommodating, personable, and professional. My hygienist Emma was very thorough, efficient, and friendly. I felt very well taken care of. Just as with any dental office, they will offer you certain services or items that will be at additional cost, but they are not pushy. Sometimes they offer alternative solutions (e.g. rather than a specially molded and pricey night guard, they recommended a cheaper option that I could pick up at Walgreens).

Fantastic experience: Dr. Raffoul did a wonderful job and so did the assistants during my filling. I didn’t even feel it. Everyone at this office is so kind and efficient. I definitely recommend this office!!!

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, I had a fantastic experience with this dental team. Emma, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Georges was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, and Tiara, the assistant, was warm and helpful throughout the visit. The whole team was welcoming and efficient. Fantastic experience: The Raffoul is amazing. Has the patience of the Gods. He has a good hand. I didn’t felt a thing when he pull a wisdom tooth and two other molars . His assistant Tiandra is the best. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and makes sure I relax by putting the music I like or a movie. I didn’t like dentist until I came to this office. Fantastic experience: 10/10 could not recommend this practice more. I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. Communication was so thorough. Everyone is so friendly and really works their hardest to accommodate everything you need. I needed to establish myself with a dentist in the area and check on my wisdom teeth. My main concern was that any dentist would tell me I needed them out just to profit off of it. When reviewing my x-rays with Dr.Raffoul, he was very upfront and honest. To my surprise, I do not need them out and he made it clear that he treats patients with care and honesty. I am SO thrilled about this practice and will be recommending to all friends and family. I went back for a follow up 6 month visit today and was once again treated wonderfully. I had Emma as my hygenist and she could not have been sweeter. Very thorough and gentle. Dr.Raffoul also made time to come in and fix a minor chip in my front tooth. 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a pleasant experience as a new patient with a dental emergency 2 years ago to established ongoing routine dental exams and cleanings. Dr. Georges and his team are very professional and efficient. Brandon and front desk are welcoming and patient with questions, all the dental assistants are very knowledgeable, and Emma the new dental hygienist is very thorough and caring. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. This is such a different feeling than going to a big name chain dentist that just tries to get you in and out. You can really feel that everyone there cares about you and your health! Edit: I had an issue with my retainer and they were so helpful in fixing it without hesitation. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Tampa Palms Dentistry made going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Every single person I interacted with was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Emma is a wonderful dental hygienist who was so sweet and easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. Johana was so kind as well and answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed, and went out of her way to help me decide what was best in my case. Negative experience: I see all these great reviews and don't understand why my experience was so bad!!! I was trying to get some root canals done. I already have a dentist 5 minutes from me and had to drive over 30 minutes to this dentist, because I needed anesthesia. Well I call and verify the pricing, and I was quoted that the anesthesia would be only $200 in addition to the cost of the root canals. I thought that price was low, so I asked them to go verify before I set up the appointment and pay $100 for and appointment, since I had just got x-rays at my dentist. She put me on hold for a couple minutes and came back and verified that it would only be $200 more. I repeated back to make sure I was hearing correctly. I set up the appointment and paid my money. I take off work early, since they had an appointment that day. Losing $40 in earnings. Drive about 35 minutes to get there. Fill out all the paperwork. Get seen by the dentist who then tells me that it is way more than $200. I actually tries to make me feel like a fool for thinking it could have been that low. He sends back someone to break down the price, and I come to find out that it is $1200 if i remember correctly. Far more than I was told on the phone and verified on the phone!!! I told him that I would just have them do the standard root canals. He flat out refused to allow his brother to treat me, since I wasn't going to pay for an anesthesiologist. He tells me is all he was going to do to is give me a referral to another dentist. I was not happy. I was given misinformation, I was treated with contempt, and I was refused treatment. I lost $140 and then had to drive home in rush hour traffic.

Fantastic experience: After a huge and potentially expensive time with Aspen Dental - I am incredibly pleased with the experience that I had at Tampa Palms dentistry. Not only was everyone exceptional. I was very touched with the fact that the dentist and not associate gave me a call the very next day to check on me. I can only wish my PCP was this attentive. Negative experience: I came in complaining of one particular tooth that was causing me pain and In terms of my visit itself, the staff was friendly and fast. My teeth are jacked and nobody made me feel uncomfortable about my situation even the dr was polite and seemingly caring. But when it came to the treatment plan and financing Joanna was terrible to work with. Disclaimer I have a dentist in the family across the country and I was being charged things in the treatment plan that were according to my family member "completely unnecessary " I advised Tampa palms it was self pay as my dental insurance kind of sucks and my assumption is they threw more items in there. Then when it came time to come up with a plan of action Joanna was like a freaking shark she was asking me how much money I had in my savings (mind your own business, if I can afford the treatment I'll decide that on my own) she also advised me to apply for financing I told her I wanted to discuss with my wife first to which she told me" if you apply in office I can see about working with the DR about working within your approval amount" seemed helpful but no discounts were given after applying so she essentially lied to me and now I have an open line of credit that I wouldn't have applied for had she not made empty promises, also the tooth I went in to get taken care of never even got addressed or mentioned again until I complained about it to Joanna(I opted not to get the work done there anyways after speaking with her). Needless to say I'm exploring other offices.
