Fantastic experience: My dentist (Riley Rains) and the support technologists always carry out an excellent appointment in a warm, relaxed, professional atmosphere. If you've got to go to a dentist (and you really do) then you can't do better than Foundations.

Negative experience: Holli was very thorough at teeth cleaning. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and the office itself is very lovely.

Fantastic experience: Dr Heersynk and everyone here have been kind, gentle, very skilled and very knowledgable, and have cutting edge equipment, to make correct diagnoses, and to fix teeth. They are very careful to test and diagnose correctly, the first time. Then thy fix it correctly. They tested and diagnosed that I had an unusual condition. they made a temporary fix and and referred me to a different specialist. They are not doing it for the money. They are doing it to do it right and to help people. They are wonderful!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: A year ago I had the absolute worst pain in one of my teeth. I called my dentist and they couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks and there was no way I could wait. So, on a chance, I called Foundations. They got me in the next day, as I was in so much pain. I discovered that I had cracked my molar all the way to the root which meant I had to have it extracted and go through the dental implant process. Every single staff member you encounter is so genuine and kind. I mean everyone. From the front desk, to billing, to assistants and of course the wonderful Dr. Rains. Today I finally finished my implant process and I’m so grateful that my other office brushed me aside, because I have found a gem of a dental practice. I have recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so. They are gentle, skilled, and just all around good people. Thanks, Dr. Rains and all of your amazing team!

Fantastic experience: This is the most relaxing dental office that I have ever been in. Spa music and beautiful decor welcome you. Once in the dental chair, I noticed that there is no big light overhead. A TV mounted on the wall displays a relaxing video of beautiful ocean and beach scenery. I noticed the sign that says they will provide blankets, headphones, water, etc upon request. Nothing like I have ever experienced. Dr. Mahone was exceptionally nice. Very pleased!

Positive experience: I, as an adult, have had nothing but a great experience here. Today, however, my 2 1/2 year old went for her first visit. Maybe our assigned hygienist was having a rough day but - I felt that for 9 in the morning - her demeanor towards my 2 year old just was not as upbeat and welcoming as I had envisioned her first experience being. The Dr. was great but I feel as if our first impression via the hygienist had been better that my child would have been more happy to be there.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience in Dr. Heersink's office. They are on time, efficient, have a very attentive team and Holly cleans my teeth beautifully! I had a crown measured, made, and placed in the same day using their special lab and it fits perfectly. This saved me a lot of time by not having to come back a second time...excellent team, cutting edge technology, and a great experience. PS Dr. Bayne is my brother and Stella is my sister in law but I would not leave a review if his team wasn't truly exceptional

Fantastic experience: I'm from out of state, and after going to several different dentists in my area and getting the run around on all the things I needed to have done to my teeth, I decided to give Foundations a try (for a second opinion) and boy was this a great decision! Dr.Stella treated me with the utmost, highest level of care! Every step of the way, everything was discussed fully, with great detail, and I could not ask for more! They saved me from having several unnecessary procedures done! I had specific concerns which were thoroughly and adequately addressed (on my terms), and this will be my new primary dentist while I'm in Dothan from now on!

Dr Rains and the staff were so good and patient with my daughter. They were so sweet and informative! The office is so nice as well!

Fantastic experience: From the time I walked in until the time I walked out everything ran as smooth as silk. I had my teeth cleaned and x-rays taken. One small cavity was found and rather than wait to repair the tooth at a later date they took the time to fix it right then. They all told me what was going on step by step. Their excellent teamwork saved me 50 miles of driving and at least 3-4 hours of time . The receptionists at the front desk were all helpful with all the questions I had pertaining to insurance , billing ,and future appointments. They all made my day start off great.

Fantastic experience: Have you ever been offered a bottle of water while you wait at the Dentist's? The great care and attention to detail started with the water and continued through my entire visit. Very professional, great staff, Dr. Heersink was super friendly and informative all surrounded by a beautiful office.

Fantastic experience: Was traveling from out of town and had a broken tooth that was causing me quite the pain. They got me seen by a doc within the next few hours and then from there the decision was made to pull the tooth. ( which I couldn’t of been happier to have out) My teeth have been tricky in the past due to genetics giving me deep roots and the fact that I have a hard time staying numb. But Dr. Stella was phenomenal at making me feel comfortable, safe, and worry free. She even called me later to check to see if everything was still going okay. Although I missed the call you can tell by the voicemail she truly cared and was genuine. That being said highly recommend this dentistry and Dr. Stella. On top of everything it was actually quite affordable out of pocket. The interior was quite clean and the building itself is beautiful architecturally. ( also they have a comfort menu while I was too much in pain to really take advantage of it. I thought that was an awesome service they provide to the patients and just shows how above and beyond this place takes patients care too.)

Which if you are a parent you know how amazing that is! From ladies who call, to the dental hygienists , to the actual dentists they are always patient, helpful, and kind. I will never take my kids anywhere else. The main dentist even held my baby for me to give ME a break at her office! 10/10 recommendation.
