Fantastic experience: Scheduled an appointment for a chipped tooth to be repaired. I had no problem getting an appointment and the staff was wonderful when I walked in. The dentist? Superb!

Fantastic experience: Join them today as a new patient. Everybody was very nice any work I needed to be performed was done and highly recommend this dentist. Just gonna update this review because for some reason, I’m having trouble doing a review on my latest visit January 20 of 2025. I was able to get in a day early ahead of the storm and everybody was very helpful. I look forward to returning. Just wanted to update this review I had something I had to get done that day was able to get in in a couple of hours and everything was taken care of thank you very much. It’s a great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hong is a great hygienist and Dr. Webb is really good. Both very gentle, friendly and efficient. I love that the office opens at 7:30.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit here and it was great! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly. My hygienist was kind and professional. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining things along the way. The dentist popped in and examined my teeth a bit more. He didn’t look for problems that weren’t there, like some previous dentists that I’ve gone to did. He was also very kind and professional. I’m looking forward to future visits and would highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Dr Webb spent 5 mins to tell me his plan for me, NOT addressing the urgent need of the visit which was a broke tooth. . Doesn’t listen to pt priority needs. Took my X-rays with me made apt with my regular dentist and drove 2 hrs for apt 2 days later to repair broke tooth. If you need a plan to talk about what needs to be done over several visits… he is your man. If you have urgent need…don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Hong was professional, kind and personal (as she always is). All of the staff are very positive and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The last thing anyone wants to hear the dentist say is "That tooth's got to go," but that's what I heard from Dr. Sutton yesterday. No choice; the tooth was badly broken. Dr. Sutton took the time to answer questions and explain treatment and replacement options, and then he went to work. Within half an hour, the broken tooth was gone. Painlessly gone. Feels pretty much normal today. He's a great dentist. Kudos to the staff, too, who were sympathetic, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend Dr. Sutton.

Fantastic experience: Always enjoy my visits here. Dr Sutton and Dr Jackie are wonderful, and Andrea has been my go-to hygienist. Andrea is very detailed yet caring about the cleaning experience and gauges well if you as the patient wish to chat or not. Cleanings are always pleasant under her care. Everyone here is pleasant and communicate well. I highly recommend having Gulf Coast Dental Care for dental needs :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Online portal could use some work when trying to set up new patient account and setting up appointment (had to do it on the phone). But when I arrived for my appoint, which was 2 days after making contact with them, didn't have to wait long before being taken for my appointment needs. Issues were address by the dentist and the hygienist completed her tasks with efficiently (and painlessly).

Fantastic experience: This was my first appointment at GCDC. They took me sooner than my appointment. I had the best thorough cleaning than I have ever had. Dr. Sutton and staff are pleasantly friendly. They let you decide if you want to return for a 6 mo or 1 yr cleaning. The instruments they put in my mouth for x-rays did not hurt my mouth when I had to bite down like at other offices. On my 2nd visit, I had fillings put into 2 cavities and they are the same color as your teeth, not silver, so they are not visible. They are high tech with beautiful paintings on the wall to look at and a TV to watch while your teeth are being worked on. I definitely recommend this office. I returned 8 months later for a cleaning, no x-rays this time because they said my insurance would only pay for x-rays once a year. To my surprise Dr. Sutton came by anyway and did a quick survey of my teeth to make sure everything looked OK before I left. I will receive no extra surprise bills and left knowing my teeth are in good shape.

Negative experience: One of the dentist here takes the insurance that I currently have, initial encounter by the person ( lady) answering the phone was rude. I told her what I needed - told her the dentist I wanted to see and there was a stutter then a pause. Placed on hold for appx 10 minutes. Phone rung again on my end , placed on another hold then the connection was cut off. If that particular dentist has a choice of patients she would prefer just say that. Rude Rude Rude 2/25/ 2025 9AM

We were self pay, and the cost seemed very reasonable to me. I would highly recommend them for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth removed. Dr. Sutton was flawless, smooth as silk. I cannot believe he did it so quick. I'd had another wisdom pulled by another local dentist a few years ago. It was a total nightmare. Eventually had to get another dentist to complete the removal. Class act staff as well. Gulf Coast Dental is now my go to dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great service and deep customer care from Gulf Coast Dental Care. I had a tooth extraction that was done quickly by their staff by the following week which I was so grateful because I was in deep pain. Due to natural causes ,a week later I seemed to have dry socket and went in that morning and time was made for me to see and fix my dry socket. I thank all the staff so much for taking great care of me in my time of need.

Negative experience: Was a customer for years since I first moved here. I loved the hygienists and dentist. Based on the rude front desk staff, I left and I will NEVER be back. Patients are just a number to the girls who are the front facing part of this business. They don't care about you.

Fantastic experience: What an experience. First, the office was able to fit me in for a bit of an emergency extraction. They were quick to take my information and get me back to a chair. His crew got me settled in and made me feel comfortable. Doc enters the scene, reviews the process with me, and numbs me up. Twenty minutes later, tooth is gone, and I am heading out the door. Whole process was about 45 minutes. I will never need another dentist. For life!!

Positive experience: No insurance and my crown pooped off while flossing. They got me in within a week. Dr. Webb and his Dental Asst. (Forgot her name) cute petite Lil blonde in training, did an amazing job. I was in and out within an hour. Great job guys!

Greeted by a highly skilled hygienist, who is wonderful at her job, expertly manipulating the tools to clean my teeth. Taking time to be precise and gentle does not hurt me . Once she was done ,the dentist came in to introduce himself . Dr. Robert Sutton lll DMP , he proceeded to examine my teeth . Explaining the next steps in the process of keeping a nice smile and the work that will entail to achieve that . I recommend it to anyone to Go to Gulf Coast Dental for your needs . Cost break down truly is a wonderful way to know exactly what is out of pocket and I might add they are affordable .
