Fantastic experience: Did a good and painless job cleaning my teeth with a high powered water blaster. Went fast. Lots of parking and pleasant atmosphere. Update. They have a new system that uses water and fine particulates to clean and polish teeth. Shortens the time works better. Update 2: Had 3 old fillings replaced. Totally painless from start to finish. Zero zip nada. And I am totally allergic to pain. Didn't feel a thing. Did I mention painless?

You’re greeted and treated like family when you walk through the door, the communication is incredible, the staff is first class and the Practicing Dr’s are up on the latest and greatest cutting edge treatments, that finally make it a pleasure instead of terror to go to the Dentist. I got stopped in their parking lot after a check up and a gentleman told me, that he had never seen someone smiling when they left a Dental office. I laughed and I took a few minutes to brag about Dr Lindsay and the entire staff! Truly the definition of TEAMWORK making the Dreamwork ! A big thank you to everyone at the office!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am in the middle of chemotherapy treatments and chipped a crown. I called Fredericksburg Dentistry and they got me in that day. They were prepared to treat someone who was in the middle of treatment, and they were the most kind and professional team that worked on my the minute I arrived. Dr. Lindsay was very compassionate about asking about my cancer and told me that, at any time, I felt any discomfort to let him know. My visit was very pleasant and I was able to get the work done immediately. I am very grateful for the team that worked on me.

As a matter of fact I have had two dentists in different cities tell my grown children that the work done on their teeth was done in an exemplary manner.

Like many people, I hate the dentist but this is the first office that makes me feel extremely comfortable. They explain everything they do and could not be any better. I would recommend them again and again.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gretchen Smith was extraordinary. I went to see her for a filling and I casually mentioned I was having TMJ pain. She inspected my teeth and found a suspicious tooth, did an X-ray and did other testing and determined the tooth was dying. She extracted the tooth. I was very afraid due to prior trauma at a different dental clinic. Dr. Smith was very gentle, talked me through every step and had the tooth extracted in just a short while. I was astounded that I did not have severe pain. I was given clear instructions for post care. Her diagnostic knowledge, technical knowledge and gentle care were extraordinary. She had considered my past history, medical information and prescribed appropriate antibiotics. Within a few days the TMJ pain was minimal. I highly recommend her.

The care given my mother, an Alzheimer's patient, was outstanding as well and was conducted in the most caring and patient manner. Dental care and surgery performed upon my granddaughter was accomplished to fit her college schedule. Personal dentist follow up after hours for surgeries performed were outstanding and personal. This practice has exceeded my expectations in every regard and I would recommend this practice to all needing the best care for themselves and family members. 8/13/24 Another visit to Dr. Lindsey and staff. As always, professional treatment by all. It's the best experience one could have for the medical treatment required. 9/5/25 From start to finish this dental care trip was again outstanding. Pre- appointment alert, a friendly smile upon entrance and by calling name may seem small but the administrative side of the practice sets the desired standard for Fredericksburg. The medical staff and Dr. Lindsey remain outstanding in all regards and that's the the truth. Check them out!

My daughter recently had a minor procedure done. Dr. Lindsey and his team were so kind and gentle with my daughter. They made sure she stayed comfortable at all times and were so good to her. Positive experience: Very nice place and easy to get to. Lots of good parking. Simple and calming waiting room atmosphere. Staff is very good and friendly. Was at ease going into the dental operation area and the attendants were very pleasant and helpful. Was some waiting time for the doctor, they were not rushing around the place. Everything was explained as to what was going to happen and wanted to know what I was needing. Nothing went on without the doctor's approval and patient consent to continue. The procedures were explained very well as to what to expect and forms had to be signed by patient before the process went into motion. Getting the dental work done was not stressful or paranoid or on edge. The doctor and attendant both going step by step and saying what was next before numbing or doing anything in the mouth. Very helpful before and after the dental work. First time going here, would recommend going back again.
