Fantastic experience: I am so excited to have found a new dental home, after moving back to the area after 27 years in West Michigan. This was my first cleaning at the Lake Isabella office. My care was exceptional and gentle. There were 2 sweet office dogs that were gated into the office, where you could choose to greet them if you wanted. I couldn’t resist! It just changed the mood to have the dogs there, reducing any anxiety for patients or work stress for staff. Everything about the office visit was just pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff! I woke up with some tooth pain and they were able to get me in same day! Come to find out I had an infection and they were able to do a tooth extraction same day as well! Super friendly! Theresa is such a light in the office too. I was super nervous as I’ve never had a tooth extracted and she made it feel like a breeze. Same with the Dr! He made me feel very comfortable and made me feel confident

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the same dentist office since I was 8 years old. I am now 54. I have only been with 2 dentists over that timeframe and Elizabeth has been my dentist for roughly the last 10 years. She has always been awesome to work with. Her staff has always been gracious and make things comfortable regardless of the type of visit. I know going to the dentist can be nerve-wracking, but her and her staff make the visits comfortable and relaxing. I had a new hygienist a few days ago, and she was awesome (I think her name was Brittany)! Andrea is the best! Keep up the awesome work!

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure to take my 2 young sons (3 &4 years old) there for the first time. Exceptional staff from front of house to the main dentist. Everybody treated the kids as if they were their own. Made them feel accepted and welcomed. My oldest had struggled previously with another dentist, here he had some struggles as well but as we left he told me “dad that wasn’t so bad, they were really nice to me”. Will only be using this dentist moving forward for my family. Thank you Dr. Nicholson and staff for being so welcoming and friendly.

I started with Dr. Nicholson and always felt very comfortable with him he has such a personality and kind passionate Heart. I usually would leave laughing at something he said or did. He retired now I see his daughter DR. Elizabeth Which again her and her dad are so much alike personality wise. I always feel at Peace knowing they’re gonna take good care Of me and so are there Medical team that works in the office with her! I feel like part of their family!

Fantastic experience: Came in for a broken filling/tooth. Kylie was able to get me in to see Dr. Dan pretty quickly. Dr. Dan and MacKenzie took great care in refilling the cavity. No pain during or after, since the cavity removal was close to the nerve. I am so happy to find a dentist office to take great care of their patients and make them feel at ease.

In an hour and a half, they were able to determine the cause, remove two teeth and send me on my way! Absolutely top notch service and care! I recommend Mooresville Dental Care without reservations!

Negative experience: Don't recommend Took 3 trips for a root canal, then last visit doctor chips my tooth and charges me 250 for a filling and 1000 for root canal which should include a filling . Why r they drilling into the side of my tooth to remove decay they say for a root canal. I highly don't recommend you find another dental care place

Negative experience: There was used, shriveled floss in a dirty tray by the my chair. Dust near their equipment. A lone framed business degree does not feel great in a dentist office. The place was not professional, I was handled by four different people who did not talk directly to me an offered little information. The desk ladies had a sugary Starbucks and a gas station Coke. It's one thing to act professional but if you don't even seem serious about your job, don't bother. Letting dogs sit on a chair where you clean people's mouths is frankly disgusting.

Fantastic experience: They are great! My mom is elderly and she lost a tooth from her partial, they worked her in fixed it and she had another tooth that needed repaired so they did both of them at the same time..Dr. Nicholson and her assistant are so kind caring and compassionate..

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had been with the same dentist for approximately 15 years. We decided to change practices because we could never get an appointment. So glad that we made this decision. My first appointment with them was a bit of a bummer because I found out that I needed a crown and a root canal. This was my first root canal and the staff (Theresa and McKenzie) and Dentist were fun, friendly, educational, caring and made it a great experience! They took excellent care in the health of my teeth so much so that he cleaned out my root area and treated it with an antibiotic several times to ensure the infection was completely taken care of before attaching the permanent crown. I look forward to my visit in September!

Fantastic experience: From the front receptionist who checked us in, to Krystal who checked us out, we had a great experience at Mooresville Dental! Nora was a wonderful hygienist who took the time to offer advice, tips, and tricks, and Dr. Elisabeth was cheerful and kind. Nora and Dr. Elisabeth were also wonderful with my 4 year old. He was a little anxious about his cleaning and exam, but they made him feel so comfortable and showed him patience and kindness. Thank you!!
