Negative experience: I would never recommend this place if you need dentures! My daughter had a full set made for uppers and lowers. She was so excited for them to come in, and I couldn't wait to see my daughter smile again! What a nightmare they turned out to be! I went to a follow up visit with her because of how awful they fit AND looked, for moral support. Horrendous customer service! The dentist, Wajdi Alsabia, kept stating that she had ok'd them, like it was out of his hands now and tough luck. My daughter says she was mislead about what she was approving. They never put anything in her mouth to look at and approve. That makes a huge difference! She looked like she had horse teeth in and they were way too big for her mouth. Her lips wouldn't even seal. He and his staff gaslit us both claiming we didn't know what we were talking about. I asked a simple question and the dentist accused me of being aggressive. I was just questioning, and he couldn't handle that. No aggression at all! They gaslit us both, claiming we weren't qualified to decide whether those fit properly or not. I could tell by the look of them, and she could tell because of the pain, they were not right. She walked out crying, feeling total despair with no resolution. It broke my heart for her! And as much as she tried to wear them daily, she just couldn't because of the pain. And she was never able to eat with them in. Today, she started the process of getting implants at a different dentist's office because the dentures she received were obviously not going to work long term. The implant dentist confirmed what we had suspected, they were way too big for her mouth. He couldn't believe how ill fitting those dentures were. So, now we have to figure out how to get that $ refunded to her HSA and pocketbook. She shouldn't have to pay for such crappy results! Wish us luck. It's not going to be easy, so just trying to save people from throwing their hard earned $ out the window.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michael Davis and his entire team are exceptional! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. They took such good care of me that I’m already looking into how I can remain a permanent patient of Dr. Davis. It’s rare to find a practice where you feel this comfortable, respected, and well-treated. Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking outstanding care!

Fantastic experience: Took my son Prince to 24/7 Dental on Shadeland today 12/8/25. This was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD with Any Dentist. My Son is 17 ,on the Autism spectrum, and Epileptic. I called several other places the day before and today and none of those places would see/ treat him because he's Epileptic . The Staff was sooo Nice,knowledgeable,and friendly . His tooth was Extracted quickly and with care. Thank you Sydney, Brooklyn, and the other Front Desk clerk ( sorry I forgot your name)and THANK to the Dr Also for such An AMAZING EXPERIENCE/ Visit Today !! Best Dental Staff and EXPERIENCE Ever !!

Positive experience: Let's start with this disclaimer; "ratings are subjective ". - I could have given them a five star, but I'm one that does that does not believe in perfection. There is always room for improvement. - I called and asked were they taking new patients and they got me in the very next day. - They confirmed I was in network. My experience has been, dental places will confirm your in network, do the the work and then charge you out of network prices. I did pay out of pocket, but it was less than expected. They did my cleaning which was covered, but they also repaired a chipped tooth, which was not. - I found it funny that they wanted their payment upfront, before they did any work. I ain't mad, that's good business. Lol - Employees were cordial and professional. There were not super chaty or talkative, which is fine with me either way. - Time wise I was in there for about an hour and fifteen minutes or so. Part of it was, I showed up 30 minutes early because I knew I would be filling out paper work. Then there was the consultation and payment. The actual cleaning seemed to take less than ten minutes. Then there was the matter of repairing my tooth. It seemed to only take about ten minutes. If you are a existing patient, I imagine they would have you done under 30 minutes. - Overall my experience was good, with nothing to complain about.

Positive experience: I have never liked going to the dentist but I'm having to get all my teeth pulled now due to my negligence. I had 8 bottom teeth pulled and the dental assistant was very comforting. I felt alot of pain and experienced dizziness afterwards but they showed patience and concern with me. Overall it needed to be done and I have to get my top 8 pulled as well and after I heal I will have a better smile with dentures. Just learning to eat again is a challenge. I recommend this place for anyone who has dental anxiety because they're able to get you relaxed and comfortable.

Negative experience: 0-5 Literally worst service I have ever had in my life. I will be filing a complaint and have to go to a competent dentist to check this shotty work they did on me. It was a nightmare experience. Very unprofessional, techs were clearly not experienced and let me know they had no idea what they were doing. Dentist did not check their work. Awful! I left in tears and will not be returning to get my services finished. I'm in more pain than I went in and have to now miss work to try and figure out how to get it fixed. Tried to reach out to management w no response.

They sent a nice bag with everything I could need for recovery. They sent specific clear directions. I really appreciated a follow up call today to check on me. I highly recommend them.

Positive experience: I came here in so much pain and a swollen face. I was a walk in and waited less than 20 minutes before heading back. Needless to say I needed some pulled teeth and the staff there couldn’t have been more kind and understanding to my problems. Even dealing with the financial situation was explained and we came up with solutions and plans. Dr. Quiz and his staff were an absolute wonderful.

Negative experience: Didn’t try to clean the teeth properly, kept scratching my gums with the water sucker, cut my gums in multiple areas with plaque scrapper, highly insensitive and overall rude when I kept saying “ow” and would go even harder. My gums and teeth are worse after coming into this dentist.

Negative experience: My granddaughter was in dire need of a tooth extraction. She had a mouth injury that loosened her front tooth. Although this was a tooth that actually needed to be removed because she suffers from stacked teeth. The tooth couldn't be removed at home. I found this dentist office on line, and every service they provide, including pediatric dental, as well as sedation, was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, after driving across town to their Shadeland location, we were told that they don't do children at that age because their dentist didn't feel comfortable working with kids that age. But we could try Railey's Children Hospital. WHAT!!! The website distinctly said they offered all these types of services. I spoke with the receptionist (who was very pleasant) and she suggested that I speak with their location manager (who I also spoke with) and she is the person that told me that the dentist at their location didn't feel comfortable working with children that age. She too was very pleasant, and apologetic. Nevertheless, I think it's false advertising to say you offer a service that you don't. I think you should be more specific when it comes to a restriction. Therefore, I give one star instead of 0, because of the pleasant and friendly staff.

Negative experience: It’s hard to say weather this is a good review or bad. Initially making the appointment was great! We needed a same day appointment and they were able to oblige, we ended up needing to reschedule for the following day and again they were able to make it happen. We arrived to our appointment about 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. This is when the appointment started to decline. We waited for about an hour or so and finally I asked how much longer and was told we were next, awesome, not 5 or so minutes later SOMEONE ELSE was called next… so I asked about it, I was told they picked up the wrong chart but that the appointment that went before us would only be a 5 minute appointment (mind you this persons appointment wasn’t scheduled for another 10 minutes, where we had been waiting almost an hour and a half for ours) so then about 20 minutes goes by and my daughter then asks to use the bathroom and how much longer it would be and the lady got an attitude and said “I just told her 5 minutes”when it had been well over 5 minutes since she had told me anything. FINALLY we were called back and the appointment changed for the better, the gentleman who took my daughters X-rays was so very kind and apologetic and advised us that it had been a very busy day. I told him I didn’t mind the waiting just the fact that we were left with no communication, no updates on what was going on not even a heads up at check in that the appointments were severely behind.. not to mention the appointment that was supposed to be 5 minutes we saw leaving in the middle of hers so it definitely was not 5 minutes.. we were asked if we were a check in or a walk in which made me think they had mixed up her chart for a walk in.. unfortunately that would have been a better reason for the delay than them just being behind.. while I get complications happen during appointments and things get behind if we would have been told that the appointments were falling about an hour behind I would have planned for it, I would have rescheduled since I honestly didn’t have the time.. instead we were left in the dark and both of us missed the additional plans that we had for the day. Again, shit happens, but communication is key.

I appreciate the fact that it's not that far from my home no more than 15 minutes and I appreciate the fact that the place is clean. My doctor was a very nice person took me step by step what he's going to do along with his assistants can't get any better than that the office staff is incredibly nice thank you ladies they're also patient and answered all my questions I'm looking forward to going back on the 17th for a follow-up again thank you all the way five star for me thanks again Steve Malone.

Negative experience: My husband went in with an abscess, they gave him antibiotics and referred him elsewhere. He went to the other dentist they told him it needed abstracted, and referred him somewhere else. He was unable to get into to the new referral in a timely manner so he called back to 24/7 and they said they could do the abstraction and he scheduled and went in for that. They did an abstraction but of the wrong tooth.All of his X-rays and initial work was done in your office, how do pull the wrong tooth?

Fantastic experience: Melissa is very comforting and gentle during my visit. I haven't felt that relaxed during a dental visit. No gag reflux that always happens. Not this time though.

Negative experience: If you want to be seen at this dentist please clear your schedule for the day. Even with an appointment be prepared to wait 1 to 3 hours on service. We tried to make this place a family dentist but every time one of us comes up here it is a two or more hour wait. It is $100 to even go to the back with out insurance. It is an outrageous fee if you miss your appointment without proper notification. And they might not remember what service they provided you with. I had two teeth pulled and a had a follow up appointment a week later and they didn’t remember even pulling my teeth asking me did I get my treatment done there and how long ago did I have it done and more questions they should already have the answer to. The work they do is good they know what they are doing there but your time isn’t of any importance to them, so if you wanna be seen there don’t have any other appointment for the day

Fantastic experience: I have went to the same dentist in Mooresville since at least 2011, Dr. Frazee! He calmed a lot of my nerves about dental work because the dentists I went to in my childhood were NOT friendly at all. Unfortunately, I can’t go there anymore because of insurance won’t cover it (and I live on the opposite side of Indianapolis) and I’ve been scheduling and cancelling dentist appointments left and right since 2023 because I’ve desperately needed work done, but how could any dentist ever compare to the best dentist I’ve ever had? Yall. Dr. Quiz is an exceptional dentist, the team here at 24/7 Dental are SO kind and supportive. I had to get 3 (THREE) extractions on the same side of my mouth due to an infection and a filling on the other side, and Dr Quiz came in and walked me through my options and even showed me on the XRay where the infection was. When I decided on extractions, he went above and beyond numbing my mouth and talking me through the pain of the needle. He had me so numb I didn’t feel a thing!! And he was so gentle with the extractions! Checking every second to make sure I didn’t feel anything and letting me know where we were at in the process. He cheered me on through the whole thing! I never thought I could find a dentist better than my family dentist, but I found a dentist better than any dentist I’ve ever heard of. If you need accommodations, if you have anxiety, go to Dr Quiz!! Plus, the dental assistants are so warm and gentle as well! Thank you SO MUCH 24/7 Dental!! You may have just made a patient for life.

Fantastic experience: Out of all the dentist office this was the fastest and most efficient visit I ever had in Indianapolis the whole 43 years they got me in than I had issues with my blood pressure so they were concerned on that so that tells me they are truly number 1 now in my book.

Negative experience: Had a wisdom tooth pulled May 3rd. Sent me home with Antibiotics and Ibuprofen. This was on a Friday. I ended up going back that following Tuesday with awful pain. It wasn't the Dentist that pulled my tooth. The dentist that was there didn't even give me his name and he told the assistant to out some numbing stuff in where the tooth used to be. She poked around in the opening and let me tell you i about jumped off the table. I was crying and shaking. She told me in a few days I should feel better. I didn't! I called and got in on Thursday. The dentist wasn't there that pulled my tooth but the one that saw me looked at my x rays and said that bone is exposed is why i have so much pain. Told me to come in the next day and the one who pulled it would be there. After all this pain after being told they sent in for tramadol and it needed a prior authorization but nope! was told they sent one in and i found out they didn't! Then that next day the dentist who pulled it put some synthetic material in to cover the bone and stitched it up. It should have been closed to begin with. I have never gone through so much having a tooth pulled!

Fantastic experience: I definitely had an amazing experience, except for the pulling of my tooth which hurt a little. But I didn’t hurt anyone and I didn’t cry so I think that’s an improvement. Everyone was courteous smiled when they talked and the doctor I had was top-notch. Personality and workmanship was A1. Can’t wait for my next appointment. I only got me a regular dentist who’s gonna help me get my mouth together

Negative experience: Not recommended a dentist office to go to. Dentist tried to tell me I needed a root canal with no signs of that at all. No cracks and it was sealed perfectly fine. Not sure why I was having pain but i knew for sure i didn't need a root canal . I recently just had my regular cleaning and check up. No cavities , no decay . Mind you I am a dental assistant myself . Incorrectly diagnosing patients when you know that is not the treatment they actually need is down right wrong. Wanting money is obviously more important to dentist these days. Will never go back

Fantastic experience: Whether it's a dental emergency or routine appointment, this place knows what they're doing. Lots of staff members who are knowledgeable and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and didn't experience any pain while getting an emergency extraction.

Fantastic experience: This was the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! And I’m so appreciative of that because I’m a horrible patient. When I was little my Mom said staff used to ask when my next appointment was so they could have the day off lbvs. The supporting staff and Dr.Quiz were so patient with me. I arrived at the office with no appointment at 6:17 and was done with my tooth extractions by 7:37. They helped me through my high anxiety and didn’t make me feel bad for crying. They didn’t rush and talked me through it all. Dr. Quiz has a gentle hand. I don’t want to threaten them but I’ll be back lol Thank you to the whole staff.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend this dentist office to any and everybody! Coming from someone who doesn’t like pain or going to the dentist and having work done, this was an overall wonderful experience. To my first appointment where they took X-rays and told me what was wrong, to making sure my insurance covered what it needed to, and to the work actually being done; everyone was kind and patient with me. The doctor was very professional and cared about doing the work correctly and came back to check the finished work and make final adjustments as needed. I had work done at another emergency dental office in December while I was pregnant and they couldn’t have cared less about it being done right and even merged two of my fillings under my teeth together(I was freaking out). Imagine my surprise when the tech at this office after filling my cavities took the time to make sure I had space between my teeth and everything was done right! They were so sweet even when I was crying and a little anxious cuz I was nervous about having the work done! This is the place to go if you need dental work! I go back in two weeks for a cleaning and I know it’ll be a good experience again even if I’m a little nervous.

Negative experience: I went to have a broken tooth looked at was told on the phone it'd be up to 30 minutes of waiting which would have been fine. But I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice and I got in quickly. I gave a regular dentist, but they couldn’t get me in. So I was very happy that I came here and was taken care of within an hour or so.

Negative experience: Walk-ins BEWARE. Went due to extreme pain, sat in the lobby for THREE HOURS before being taken back and put in a chair for another 30 minutes - never saw the dentist. There is no estimate of time to be seen. Should've stayed at work. Save yourself the time and frustration, go to the ER. USELESS.

Fantastic experience: Came to Indianapolis for vacation from Minnesota and experienced some major tooth pain upon arrival. Did my research and walked in to 24/7 Dentistry and they were able to do a root canal right away! The doctor and assistant were very transparent about underlying issues the whole time and were able to prescribe me antibiotics and pain relief to get rid of the infection. Super grateful to have had a pleasant experience being so far from home. Thank you for all you did - I was able to spend the rest of my vacation pain free!
