From the moment I walked in the front desk staff was super nice and welcoming, which made me feel alot more comfortable. The office is really clean and I didnt have to wait long at all before they called me back. My hygienist was gentle and explained what she was doing as she went, which helped calm my nerves alot. The dentist also took his time, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or like just another patient. You can really tell they care about ppl here and not just trying to get everyone in and out. Honestly it’s rare to find an office thats both really professional and also friendly. I went immediately to Vero Dental Spa. Fortunately, they were able to fit me into their schedule. I saw a technician immediately who recognized the cap was in perfect condition, put it back in and took an x-ray for Dr. Whelan to review. The doctor removed the excess cement on the base of the tooth and recemented the cap back to it's original position. This was all performed in about 35-40 minutes time And, when checking out, Vero Dental Spa charged nothing for the work! I have been going to Vero Dental Spa for over 10 years. Therefore, I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. Peter C.

Fantastic experience: The first time walking into the office and hearing Worship Music made me smile and happy to know the Lord is in this place! I came with my daughter for her appointment so that I can watch my granddaughter. And my daughter is a current patient and her experience here is great! And she told me that I should come here! So I made an appointment, and I can wait to have my visit!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to Vero Dental spa since they replaced the previous owner and have always be totally satisfied with every aspect of these encounters. Dr. Royal is not only and exceptional dentist but also entertaining and informative. In addition the entire staff is a pleasure to interact with. Today I had a procedure that normally requires a frozen jaw, and peeling back the gums to put a screw in a previously placed implant and then suturing the gums back in place. Instead Dr Royal just froze the immediate area, and removed a small plug of tissue to access the implant. As I write this review I have taken no pain medication and have experienced no pain.

Negative experience: Waited 2 months to be not cared about and treated unprofessional They will refuse todo work on you unless you take 30 pictures for them for their books (seriously) I just needed my gums cleaned and maybe a tooth removed. Wasn't getting any work done requiring any pictures so after 5 I refused and told them their making me uncomfortable and then the Dentist came in with 3 people very aggressive and told me to take every picture they want or get out and pay them for nothing. Scammers and intrusive. Wish I could rate them lower. They deserve karma.

Negative experience: I saw Dr. Royal for sensitivity and discomfort. He said the problem was a cracked tooth that required a crown. I was uncomfortable with his rushed diagnosis for an expensive crown, so I got a second opinion. The new dentist found a slight crack in that tooth but said that did not cause my pain. Instead, a large cavity in a nearby tooth was radiating pain throughout my gum. The dentist filled the cavity, and that resolved the issue 100%.

Negative experience: They didn't take x-rays during the time I was a patient. Paid for an implant, 3 caps, fillings. I asked to see my x-rays every visit for a year. Techs had excuses (ct scan is all we need) and Dr Royal focused on being happy about his divorce. TMI, Doc. When they did the x-rays, I was promptly given a referral for a root canal Specialist. Punchline: crazy late to save a tooth that Dr Royal capped.

Fantastic experience: Love Dr.Royal and his wonderful staff. I broke my tooth Wednesday night called Thursday morning, got me in at 4:00 walked out at 5:15 with a beautiful looking temporary crown. There is no sitting around waiting. They are prompt, professional and do fantastic work!! No reason to ever go to another dentist.

Negative experience: I made a appointment 14 days from Aug 22. I called to verify and was told nothing on records. I explained I have an email stated my appointment from a Jennifer. The reception said she left last week. I said I sorry to hear but that shouldn't affect my appointment. Told me the hold and got the office manager. I explained in brief and she told me not to worry we'll fit you in somehow. With that said problem solved since I made other arrangements for this appointment. In a matter of a few minutes I was sent a link to fill out as I requested. I noticed in my text they changed the original appointment from 2pm to 3pm and wanted me to confirm. I confirmed with a no knowing that the OFFICE MANAGE already approved 2pm appointment. Next day around 8ish I get a text that was sent by Veto Dental Spa that my appointment was cancelled. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS regards it's a doctor's office. I was transparent though out but they obviously weren't. BEWARE BOOKING APPOINTMENT WITH VERO DRNTAL SPA

It’s the most relaxing dental office I have ever been too if you suffer from anxiety, when you visit the dentist, it’s not going to happen here. The staff is extremely welcoming the hygienist the doctor are very understanding they listen to you they walk you through the procedure and constantly asking are you OK?
